        중년여성의 유산소운동이 BDNF와 DHEAs에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of aerobic exercise on brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and Dehydroepiandro sterone (DHEAs) in middle-aged women for 12 weeks. The subjects were 30 middle-aged women in their 40s and 50s who had no physical history. The aerobic exercise group(EG, n=15) and the control group(CG, n=15) were divided into groups and the aerobic exercise using treadmill was conducted for 12 weeks. The experimental results showed that BDNF and DHEAs after aerobic exercise for 12 weeks showed significant differences before and after aerobic exercise group(p<.001)(p<.01). As a result of the analysis of variance by group and time factor, there was a significant difference in the time(p<.01)(p<.05), and there was a significant difference in the interaction effect between the group and the time(p<.01)(p<.01) and there was a significant difference between the groups(p<.001)(p<.01). In conclusion, it is considered that the regular moderate-intensity aerobic exercise of middle-aged women can promote BDNF and DHEAs.

        규칙적인 재활운동프로그램이 뇌졸중 편마비 환자의 유병기간에 따른 관절가동범위와 균형능력 및 보행능력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of regular rehabilitation exercise on duration of the range of motion, Balance and gait ability in Hemiplegia. The objects of this study covered 26 patients with hemiplegia, age from 40 to 55 yeare old and fell into two groups which was a group of 1years and 6months and the regular rehabilitation exercise was conducted 3 times a week for 50 minutes each for 12 weeks. The clinical assessment were obtained before and after 12weeks regular rehabilitation exercise on affected ankle range of motion. To compare the differences in balancing ability before and after the regular rehabilitation exercise, static balance ability was measured by using balance system SD. Also, the changes before and after the regular rehabilitation exercise were measured through physical composition and walking related to physical strength test. The followings conclusions have been obtained through t-test analysis of the results obtained through the research. The results of this study were as follows; Firstly, 6month duration Hemiplegia showed statistical significance that range of motion of the ankle dorsiflexion and plantarflexion(p<.01)(p<.01). Between group showed statistical significance(p<.01) (p<.05). Secondly, 6month duration Hemiplegia showed statistical significance that overall balance index (OBI), anteroposterior balance index(ABI), mediolateral balance index(MBI) (p<.01) (p<.01) (p<.01). Between group showed statistical significance(p<.05). Thirdly, 6month and 1years duration Hemiplegia showed statistical significance that gait ability(p<.05)(p<.01). Between group showed statistical significance(p<.05). This study suggests that regular rehabilitation exercise is an effective treatment in range of motion, balance and gait ability rehabilitation of patients with hemiplegia and 6month group to be more than effected.

        임신 중 저강도 유산소운동 유ㆍ무에 따른 새끼쥐의 BDNF와 NGF의 발현량에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate how low intensity aerobic exercise effects BDNF and NGF gene expression exercise for pregnant women. 7 week old ICR mice, male(n=10), female(n=50), supplied by BIOKOREA were used in this study. After hyblidization, pregnant mice were categorized into 2 groups depending on exercise ; "non-exercise" group(n=20), "low-exercise" group(n=20). A series of genetic tests were performed to identify BDNF and NGF gene expression producing the following results, the statistical changes were noted for BDNF expression within brain tissue when comparing the following groups; the "non-exercise" group and "exercise" group(p<.05), Expression of BDNF among the group according to the low intensity aerobic exercise. The low intensity aerobic exercise group is much higher than non-exercise group(p<.05). Expression of NGF among the group according to the low intensity aerobic exercise. The low intensity aerobic exercise group is much higher than non-exercise group(p<.05). Therefore, it brings positive changes in growth and development of nerve cells as a protein that contributes to learning, memory and thinking skills and brain active role for the biological activities, including cell growth, which play an important role in BDNF and NGF compared with the non-exercise group rat pups bom in 30 minutes in the exercise group a statistically significant difference was found. If the point is increasing BDNF more effectively on brain active, low intensity aerobic exercise will have bigger impact onbrain active. Also, in terms of exercise prescription it is better to focus on quantity than intensity in order to grasp more on brain active fetus.

        유산소 운동이 청소년의 BDNF, NGF, VEGF에 미치는 영향

        This study is conducted in order to find out about the impact of the aerobic exercise program on the BDNF, NGF, VEGF of middle school students in their adolescence for 12 weeks’ duration. 30 subjects were selected from those students who have no history of physical illness and who are currently enrolled in D Middle School , which is located at Y City, Gyeonggi Province. The subjects were divided into exercise group(EG, n=15) and a control group(CG, n=15). Frequency of the aerobic exercise by graded intensity was four times a week for 12 weeks duration. The BDNF and NGF significantly increased after 12 week in EG. But The VEGF showed no significant difference. These results indicate that aerobic exercise was good for the BDNF and NGF level in the adolescent.

        메타분석을 통한 국내 필라테스 연구 동향 조사

        본 연구는 메타분석을 활용한 필라테스와 관련한 다양한 연구동향을 살펴봄으로써 필라테스의 국내 현황을 파악하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 메타분석은 Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis(PRISMA)의 가이드라인에 따라 세 명의 독립적 연구자들이 팀을 이루어 진행되었다. 논문검색전략은 필라테스라는 같은 키워드를 사용하여 2006년부터 2022년 필라테스와 연관된 논문들을 한국교육학술정보원(RISS), 한국학술정보(KISS), DBpia를 포함하는 세 개의 데이터베이스에서 검색하였다. 필라테스와 관련된 연구 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, DBpia 263편, Riss 297편, KCI 289편으로 나타났다. 둘째, 필라테스와 관련된 분류에는 예술체육, 복합학, 사회과학, 공학, 자연과학, 의약학, 인문학, 농수해양학, 기타의 분류로 나타났다. 셋째, DBpia와 KCI에서는 공통적으로 예술체육 분야에서 가장 많은 연구가 나타났으나 Riss에서는 기타의 연구가 가장 많이 이루어지고 있었다. 이것은 두 가지 이상의 연구가 이루어져 기타로 분류된 것으로 확인된다. 넷째, 주제별 분류에서도 DBpia 예술체육 196편, KCI 221편으로 가장 많이 연구된 것으로 나타났으며 Riss에서는 기타 연구가 221편으로 분류되었다. 다섯째, 예술체육분야에서는 자연과학쪽 분야 논문이 가장 많았고 그 다음으로 사회과학분야 논문으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to understand the domestic status of Pilates by examining various research trends related to Pilates using meta-analysis. The meta-analysis was conducted in a team of three independent researchers according to the guidelines of Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis(PRISMA). The thesis search strategy used the same keyword Pilates to search for papers related to Pilates from 2006 to 2022 in three databases including the Korea Educational Information Service(RISS), Korea Academic Information(KISS), and DBpia. The results of research analysis related to Pilates are as follows. 1. There were DBpia 263, Riss 297, and KCI 289. 2. Pilates-related classifications included art sports, complex science, social science, engineering, natural science, medicine, humanities, agricultural and marine science, and other categories. 3. In common, DBpia and KCI showed the most research in the field of art and sports, but in Riss, other studies were conducted the most. It is confirmed that more than two studies have been conducted and classified into others. 4. In terms of subject classification, DBpia Art Sports 196 and KCI 221 were the most studied. It was found that in Riss, other studies were the most common with 221. 5. In the field of art and sports, papers in the field of natural science were the most common, followed by papers in the field of social science.

        초등학생의 줄넘기 수행능력과 신체구성, 무릎 및 허리부위 근기능의 관련성

        이 연구는 초등학생의 줄넘기 기본동작 수행능력과 신체구성, 무릎 및 허리부위의 등속성 근기능의 상관관계를 제시하여 줄넘기 수행능력향상을 위한 기초자료를 제시하고자 시도하였다. 이 연구의 대상자는 경기도 소재 초등학생 30명을 대상으로 줄넘기 기본동작을 측정하고 신체구성, 무릎 및 허리부위 등속성 근기능을 측정한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 도출했다. 첫째 줄넘기 기본동작 수행능력과 체지방량, 체지방률이 부적 상관관계를 나타냈으며(p<.01), BMI도 부적 상관관계를 나타났고(p<.05), 제지방량은 매우 높은 상관관계를 나타났다(p<.01). 둘째 줄넘기 기본동작 수행능력과 무릎 및 허리부위 근기능의 상관관계 측정결과 무릎관절의 측정 1, 2동작은 전반적으로 신근상대최대근력, 최대근력, 굴근상대최대근력, 최대근력, 신근상대평균파워, 굴근상대평균 파워에서 높은 상관관계가 나타났다. 허리부위의 측정 1, 2동작도 전반적으로 측정 허리부위의 신근상대평균파워와 굴근상대평균파워에서 높은 상관관계를 나타났다(p<.05). 이상의 결과를 종합하면 줄넘기 기본동작 수행능력은 적은 체지방량, 높은 제지방량과 상관관계가 있으며, 무릎과 허리부위 근기능이 발레 기본동작 수행능력과 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. This study attempted to present basic data for improving jumping rope performance by suggesting the correlation between elementary school students" basic jumping rope performance ability, body composition, and isokinetic muscle function in the knee and waist regions. The subjects of this study measured the basic jumping rope motion of 30 elementary school students in Gyeonggi-do, and the body composition, knee and waist isokinetic muscle function were measured. As a result, the following conclusions were drawn. First, the ability to perform basic jumping rope movements, body fat mass, and body fat percentage showed a negative correlation (p<.01), and BMI also showed a negative correlation(p<.05) and lean mass showed a very high correlation (p<.01). Second, as a result of the measurement of the correlation between the performance of the basic jumping rope movement and the muscle function in the knee and back regions, measurements of the knee joint measurements 1 and 2 were overall extensor relative max. strength, max. A high correlation was found in the relative average power. Measurements 1 and 2 in the waist region also showed a high correlation in the relative average power of extensor and flexor relative to the measured waist (p<.05). Summarizing the above results, it was found that the performance of basic jumping rope was correlated with low body fat mass and high lean body mass, and that muscle function in the knee and waist was significantly correlated with basic ballet movement performance.

        걷기형태에 따른 제1기 고혈압 환자의 호흡순환기능과 혈압, 동맥 맥파 속도의 변화

        This study was to find out the change of cardiovascular function and blood pressure, arterial pulse wave velocity to walking type in first essential hypertension patents. The subjects of the present study were general walking group 10 and power walking group 10. The subjects did not have any disease. And there was a little possibility secondary essential hypertension in Gyeong gi do E hospital. The hypothesis of this study was verified through t-test at the level of significance(p<.05)and the results of this study were as follows; 1. Change of Cardiovascular funtion; It showed a statistically significant different appeared between post-exercise heart rate rest and oxygen uptake changes in the general walking group and power walking group(p<.05). Also Power walking groups in changes in Heart rate rest of the group showed a statistically significant difference(p<.05)(p<.05). Both group from the change in ventilation and oxygen uptake was statistically significant within-group before and after, the difference was significant(p<.05)(p<.05)(p<.05)(p<.01). 2. Change of Blood pressure, PWV; It showed statistically significant differences are found after the exercise of the intergroup differences in systolic blood pressure and PWV in the general walking groups and power walking group(p<.05)(p<.05). Both group from the change in systolic blood pressure was statistically significant within-group before and after, the difference was significant(p<.05)(p<.01). It showed a statistically significant difference within-group power-walking group in the change of PWV(p<.05)

        웰니스적 삶을 위한 텔로미어 연구동향

        이 연구는 웰니스적인 삶을 영위하기 위한 텔로미어의 연구 동향을 알아보고자 한 연구로써 텔로미어는 세포 복제 능력을 조절하고 게놈 안정성을 유지하는 데 중요한 역할을 하며, 세포가 분화될수록 이 부분이 점점 짧아지므로 이를 측정하여 현재의 건강과 노화 상태를 알려주고 장래 질병의 발생 위험성을 예측할 수 있는 검사방법 중의 하나로 제시되고 있다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 국내, 외 텔로미어와 관련된 연구를 토대로 텔로미어에 영향을 주는 요인, 신체활동, 운동 및 이용 가능한 문헌을 중심으로 자료를 검토하였다. 텔로미어의 점진적인 단축은 개인의 건강과 수명에 영향을 미치는 체세포의 노화, 세포사멸, 또는 유발적 변화로 이어진다. 텔로미어 점진적 단축은 산화스트레스와 염증반응을 야기하는 조건과 라이프스타일, 비만, 흡연 등은 질환을 유발시키며 텔로미어 길이 변화에 영향을 줄 수 있다. 또한 신체활동과 규칙적인 운동은 텔로미어 단축의 비율을 감소하거나 방지할 수 있는 큰 잠재력을 가지므로 신체활동과 운동을 통하여 심폐체력 및 운동수행능력과 관련된 체력을 증가시키는 것은 세포노화를 방지하는 데 도움이 될 것으로 사료 된다. The study is aimed at identifying trends in telomere’s research to lead a wellness life, which plays an important role in controlling cell cloning capabilities and maintaining genome stability, and as cells differentiate, this part becomes shorter and shorter, indicating current health and aging conditions. Therefore, based on studies related to domestic and foreign languages, the study focused on factors affecting telomeres, physical activity, exercise, and available literature. Progressive shortening of telomeres leads to aging, apoptosis, or induced changes in somatic cells that affect the health and lifespan of individuals. The gradual reduction of telomeres can cause conditions that cause oxidative stress and inflammatory reactions, lifestyle, obesity, smoking, etc. to cause diseases and affect changes in telomere length. In addition, physical activity and regular exercise have great potential to reduce or prevent the rate of telomere shortening, so increasing cardiopulmonary and motor performance-related physical strength through physical activity and exercise is considered to help prevent cell aging.

        운동형태의 차이가 아동기 BDNF, IGF-1, NGF에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to define that the effect of exercise type on the expression of BDNF, IGF-1 and NGF in a childhood. The subjects were 40 childhoods of 10~12 years-old age whose cohorts were divided into control group (CG, n=10), Taekwondo dance group(TG, n=10), Sensory exercise group(SG, n=10), and aerobic exercise group (AG, n=10). Frequency of the exercise was three times a week for 8 weeks. Blood samples data was collected before and after the experiment, the conclusion as follows: BDNF has appeared to be significantly increased compared to the prior post and the TG AG (p<.001), post-hoc test results showed a high AG, TG, CG(p<.05). Also it showed that both IGF-1 and NGF are two variables increased significantly compared to the post in advance AG(p<.05). The result of this study explained that aerobic exercise was positive for the expression of BDNF and IGF-1 increase in the primary-school students.
