        고혈압 환자의 체격지수, 식습관 및 영양소 섭취상태에 관한 연구

        This study analyzed the physical indices, food habits and nutrient intakes of patients with hypertension, to provide better research data for the prevention and the cure for disease as well as basic data for nutrition education. The subjects were 44 patients who visited the general hospital, located in Daegu, to receive hypertension treatment The lifestyle, food habit, nutrient intakes, anthropometric measurements, body fat and blood pressure were measured as main indices. By the BMI, $72.8\%$ of the patients were over weight or obesity $(>23\;kg/m^2)$. In the male group, the WHR tended to increase according to the BMI (p<0.05). In the female group, the body fat tended to increase according to the BMI (p<0.05). The group with more monthly income showed lower systolic blood pressure than the group with smaller monthly income (p<0.05). The scores about food habits concerning balanced diet and preference for salt were low, which implied that food habits of subjects were not desirable. The intakes of riboflavin and calcium didn't meet the RDA requirements. Especially, the lack of calcium was more ap~nt in the female patients than the male ones. Despite this, they had more than enough protein, vitamin C, and iron. The physical indices according to blood pressure revealed that the group of higher blood pressure showed greater WHR (p<0.001). The male group with higher systolic blood pressure showed greater BMI than one with lower systolic blood pressure (p<0.05). As for nutrient intakes according to blood pressure, the group with higher blood pressure had more sodium and iron than one with lower blood pressure (p<0.05). The patients with hypertension tended to be more overweight or obese, preferred salty foods, and were in an unbalanced state of nutrient intakes. Thus more systematic and ongoing measures should be pursued to take care of patients with hypertension.

        고혈압환자의 영양교육 효과에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to measure the effects of counseling for hypertension patients. the subjects were 44 hypertension patients who visited the general, hospital, located in Daegu, to receive medical treatments. Among 44 hypertension patient, 22 patients received the nutrition counseling three times for 8 weeks and the rest of the patients didn't as a non-counseling group(control group). The lifestyle, food habit, nutrient intakes, anthropometric measurements, and body fat and blood pressure as a main index were analysed before and after the nutrition counseling. The result after the nutrition counseling are as follows: 1) Body mass index(BMI), systolic blood pressure(SBP) and diastolic blood pressure(DBP) were significantly decreased in women(p<0.05). 2) The food habit score and nutrition knowledge score were dramatically increased(p<0.001). 3) The calcium intake was significantly increased in women(p<0.01). And energy, carbohydrate and fat intakes were decreased both men and women but there were no significant differences. The calcium intake as an Index of nutrition quality(INQ) and nutrient adequacy ratio(NAR) were significantly increased 5) Fat and cholesterol intakes in a group whose blood pressure reduced were significantly decreased compared with a group that had the same or higher blood pressure. These results showed that a well-planned nutrition counseling program would reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.

        밀레니얼 축제방문객의 축제경험이 축제에서 느끼는 행복감 축제애착도, 그리고 충성도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to identify the cultural festival experiential attributes, and to examine the impact of these festival experiential attributes on Millennial festival visitors’ behaviors such as happiness, festival attachment, and festival loyalty. A research model was proposed based on the previous studies and the mode was tested with data from 256 Millennial festival visitors at the cultural festival. Exploratory factor analysis was conducted and identified entertainment, escape, education, and esthetic as cultural festival experiential attributes. Subsequent confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modelling analysis revealed that two of four festival experiential attributes (i.e., entertainment and escape) play significant roles in inducing Millennial festival visitors’ happiness, festival attachment, and loyalty. The findings of this study will help festival practitioners who wish to enhance experiential offerings according to the tastes and preference desired by Millennial festival visitors.

        축제 진행요원의 커뮤니케이션 스타일이 방문객 만족, 신뢰, 행동의도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to examine the optimal communication style for maximizing festival participants’ satisfaction, brand trust, and future behavioral intentions. By integrating the derived theoretical hypotheses, a research model was proposed and then tested utilizing data collected from 264 recreational programs participants at the local festival. The results of data analysis revealed that festival staff’s trustworthy-cooperative communication style bear a positive impact on participants' satisfaction, while control communication style bears a negative impact. It was also found that the festival staff's communication style plays a critical role in inducing participants' satisfaction, brand trust, and future behavioral intentions. The key theoretical and managerial implications of these findings are discussed in the latter part of this article.

        컨벤션센터 카지노 고객 충성도 프로그램의 가치와 고객 충성도의 관계

        The loyalty program is one of the strategies used by casino companies to develop relationships with their customers. However, studies that empirically test the influence of loyalty programs and customer loyalty are very limited and the results are inconsistent. Examining the effectiveness of casino loyalty programs is an essential step in developing true customer loyalty. This study examined the impact of the perceived economic value of loyalty program on customer satisfaction and loyalty, including both attitudinal and behavioral loyalty. In addition, this study examined the moderating effects of distance, child (ren), and gaming preference on casino patrons` behaviors. This study utilized the data collected from the casino company in Southeastern United States in May 2008. The results revealed that loyalty program do have an impact on loyalty in the casino industry. This study is one of only a few empirical studies of customer loyalty programs and is perhaps the most comprehensive study of customer loyalty programs in the casino industry. This study resulted in a number of findings that shed light on loyalty, designing loyalty programs, and even casino management.

        축제의 체험적 요소가 축제 방문객의 정서적·행위적 결과에 미치는 영향: Y세대를 중심으로

        Festivals have become prominent events in many cities in Korea. Due to the proliferation of festivals, the level of competition among cities wishing to organize festivals to attract potential visitors has become intense. In order to have competitiveness, festival organizers should prepare for the new emerging market to provide outstanding festival experience. The purpose of this study was to examine which festival experience attributes influence on the Generation Y festival participants` emotional and behavioral outcomes of loyalty. The results revealed that entertainment and escape are the most critical festival experiential attributes that influence on the Generation Y visitors` emotional outcome, while entertainment and estheticism are vital experiential attributes that influence on Generation Y visitors` behavioral outcome of loyalty. The findings of this study will help festival organizers to gain a comprehensive and strategic understanding of the new emerging tourism market, and to develop experiential marketing strategies to attract the Generation Y visitors.

        해양레저전시이벤트 참관객의 지각된 체험 대기시간이 대기수용성, 감정, 만족, 행동의도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of the perceived waiting time to participate marine leisure experiential activities at the exhibition event on the acceptability of the wait, brand affect, overall satisfaction and behavioral intention. Based on a literature review, the proposed model with seven theoretical hypotheses was developed. Confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling analysis were conducted to test the proposed model. The results indicated that the perceived waiting time significantly affect the acceptability of wait. In addition, visitors` acceptability of wait at the leisure experience area has impact on brand affect, satisfaction, and behavioral intention. The findings of this study will help exhibition organizers to gain a comprehensive and strategic understanding of the perceived waiting time, and to develop wait management strategies for visitors.

        커피전문점 직원 복장이 고객들의 감정반응(즐거움) 및 지각된 가치와 행동의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 (1)커피전문점 직원들의 복장 스타일에 따른 고객의 감정반응과, 지각된 가치, 그리고 행동의도에 관한 구조적 관계를 규명하고, (2)어떠한 직원들의 복장 스타일이 고객들의 긍정적인 행동의도를 이끌어낼 수 있는지 밝히는데 있다. 문헌분석을 바탕으로 정장스타일룩, 페미닌룩, 캐쥬얼룩, 섹시룩, 학생스타일룩의 다섯 가지 복장 스타일이 연구에 적용되었고, 위의 다섯 가지 복장 스타일과 고객의 감정반응, 지각된 가치, 그리고 행동의도 사이의 이론적 인과관계가 도출되었다. 커피전문점 이용객을 대상으로 430부의 설문이 배포되었고 총 300개의 유효 응답을 분석에 이용하였으며, 가설 검정을 위한 분석 방법으로는 AMOS 6.0을 이용한 확인적 요인분석 및 구조방정식 분석이 실시되었다. 이를 통해 제시된 11개의 가설들 중에서 두개를 제외한 9개의가설들이 지지되었다. 데이터 분석결과, 직원들의 복장 스타일이 고객의 감정반응에 큰 영향을 끼치고, 이는 행동의도에 직접적인 영향을 주는 것이 밝혀졌다. 특히, 정장 스타일과 페미닌룩의 복장들이 고객들의 긍정적인 감정반응(즐거움)을 이끌어내는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 이론적/실무적 시사점이 논의되었다. This study aims to investigate the structural relationships between employees` uniform style, customers` emotional responses, perceived value, and behavioral intentions in the coffeehouse industry. Also, this study identifies which uniform style has the strongest impact on customers` positive behavioral intentions. Through a review of the literature, five uniform styles were considered: a business look, a feminine look, a casual look, a sexy look, and a student look. Employing the theoretical background, the causal relationships between proposed constructs were derived, which resulted in eleven hypotheses. To test the proposed hypotheses, empirical data collected from 300 coffeehouse patrons was used. Confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling was employed to analyze the data. The data analysis supported nine out of the eleven hypotheses. The possible interpretations of these findings and implications are discussed in the latter part of this article.

        구제역 매몰지 현황 및 입지특성 분석을 통한 매몰지 관측정 설치 기준 연구

        2010년 11월부터 2011년 3월까지 발생한 구제역으로 전국에 약 350만 마리의 가축이 살처분되었으며, 살처분 매몰지는 4600여 곳에 이른다. 본 연구에서는 대규모로 발생된 가축 살처분 매몰상황에서 발생된 문제점들을 보완하기 위한 기초 작업으로 전국 구제역 매몰지의 입지특성, 취약성, 관측정 설치 여부 등 매몰지 현황을 유형별로 분석하여 GIS DB를 구축하고, 그 중 143개소 표본조사 지역을 선정하여 현장조사를 수행하였다. 또한 침출수 유출로 인한 지하수와 하천오염 등 2차 환경오염 방지를 위한 관측정 설치 기준을 제안하고 표본조사 지역에 적용, 평가하였다. 연구 결과 전체 매몰지(4216개소 기준) 중 산지형 11%, 하천형 17%, 평지형 72%으로 분석되었으며, 관측정이 설치된 지점은 약 32.7%인 것으로 조사되었다. 표본지역 143개소를 대상으로 관측정 설치 기준(안)을 적용하여 관측정 설치여부의 적정성을 평가한 결과 관측정 1개소 이상 지점 총 66개소(46%) 중 39개소(27%)이상이 지하수 흐름과 무관하거나, 흐름면적대비 관측정 개소수가 부족한 것으로 평가되었으며, 27개소(19%) 만이 지하수 관측망 위치 및 개소수가 적정한 것으로 분석되었다. Between January 2010 and March 2011, Foot-and-mouth disease was occurred in the whole country; about 3.5 million livestock were destroyed which the burial site reaches more than 4,600 places. In this study the present state of burial site(locaional characteristics of burial site, vulnerability, existence of mositoring well etc.) by types was analyzed and establish the GIS Database was established so as to solve the livestock burial site problem accurs on a large scale. 143 burial sites were selected as a sample surbey and performed a field inestigation. As well as to prevent secondary environmental pollution(groundwater pollution and river pollution etc.) by leachate, the monitoring well installation guideline was proposed and apply to sample survey sites. The results show that 11% of the whloe burial sites(based on 4216 sited locations) are installed on the mountain, 17% are beside the river and 72% are on the plain site. Only 32.7% of the survey sites have a monitering well. As the results of applying such the monitoring well installation guideline to the sample surbey 143 sites, more than 39 sites were installed without relating with groundwater flow or lacked of monitering well number and only 27 sites are appropriate for the monitoring well installation guideline(monitering well location, numbers etc.).
