연구배경 현대 사회는 발전과 변화의 속도가 매우 빠르게 일어나고 있다. 그 변화에 적응하고 사회의 성장 속도에 따라가기 위해서 현대인들은 정보의 홍수 속에서 과열된 경쟁과 스트레스에 노출되고 있다. 시대의 변화를 따라가지는 못하는 사람들은 좌절감과 불안을 가지게 되며 정서적인 고통이 크다. 이러한 현대인들에게는 자신의 정서를 공감받고 자신의 감정과 스트레스를 해소할 필요성이 커지고 있다. 본 연구는 미술심리의 만다라 문양을 활용하여 다양한 색을 비추는 조명등 디자인을 제안하고 심리적 의미와 특징을 알아보고자 한다. 연구방법 만다라의 일반적 개념과 특성을 알아보고 미술심리에서 활용되는 만다라의 심리적 특성을 알아본다. 색의 개념과 이론을 파악하고 만다라 색상의 심리적 의미와 특성을 알아본다. 만다라 디자인과 색상의 심리적인 특성을 바탕으로 공감과 위안을 주는 조명등 디자인을 연구한다. 연구결과 미술심리의 만다라문양 디자인을 통해 조명등의 디자인으로 활용도를 알아보았다. 만다라디자인과 색상을 통해 정서적인 공감을 불러일으키는 새로운 조명 등 디자인을 제안한다. 결론 조형적인 조명등의 디자인 영역에서 만다라디자인을 적용하여 조명등의 활용도를 심리적인 영역으로 저변을 넓히고자 했다. 만다라 조명등의 디자인 연구를 통해 만다라 문양과 비추어지는 색의 상징과 심리적인 특성을 바탕으로 심리적 공감과 감정적 해소의 가능성을 알아보았다. 정서적 고통이 사회의 문제로 대두되는 지금의 시대에 도움이 될 수 있는 일상 속에서 힐링을 줄 수 있는 의미 있는 디자인을 제안한다. Background In modern society, the pace of development and change is taking place very quickly. In order to adapt to the changes and keep pace with the growth rate of society, modern people are exposed to overheated competition and stress in the flood of information. People who cannot keep up with the changes of the times have frustration and anxiety, and emotional pain is great. For these modern people, the need to empathize with their emotions and relieve their emotions and stress is growing. This study intends to propose a lighting lamp design that illuminates various colors using the mandala pattern of art psychology, and to find out the psychological meaning and characteristics. Methods Investigate the concept and characteristics of mandala, and explore the psychological characteristics of mandala used in art psychology. To understand the concept and theory of color, and to find out the psychological meaning and characteristics of mandala color. Based on the psychological characteristics of mandala pattern design and color, we study lighting design that gives empathy and comfort. Result Through the design of the mandala pattern of art psychology, we investigated the use of lighting as a design. We propose a new lighting design that evokes emotional sympathy through mandala design and color. Conclusion By applying Mandala design in the design area of formative lighting lamps, we tried to expand the use of lighting lamps into the psychological area. Through the study of the design of mandala lighting, we investigated the possibility of psychological empathy and emotional resolving through the pattern of mandala lighting, the symbolism of the illuminated color, and the psychological characteristics. We propose a meaningful design that can provide emotional relief and empathy in everyday life, which can be helpful in the present era when emotional pain emerges as a social problem.

연구배경 지식정보화시대를 맞이하여 현대 사회는 시각적 이미지와 역동적인 영상매체들이 실시간으로 새롭게 등장하고 있다. 이러한 시각 매체와 영상물에는 상징과 의미를 부여하기 위해서 색이 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 색은 사람의 일상생활의 모든 곳에 존재해왔으며, 인간이 살아가는 삶의 많은 부분에 영향을 주게 된다. 색은 단순히 색상의 일반적인 특징뿐만 아니라 색의 심리적인 특성을 통해 사람에게 정서적 영향을 줄 수 있다. 이러한 색에 관해서 알아보고 그 색의 심리적 특성을 이해하는 것은 칠보 디자인의 새로운 방향을 제시할 수 있다. 연구방법 색의 일반적 개념과 특성을 이해하고 색의 이미지와 상징을 바탕으로 심리적인 특성을 알아본다. 다양한 색상의 심리적인 특성을 바탕으로 힐링을 주는 칠보 장신구 디자인을 연구한다. 연구결과 칠보의 디자인에서 색의 심리적인 특성을 살린 디자인을 활용함으로써 심리적인 효과를 주었다. 다양한 색상의 연상과 상징을 활용한 디자인을 연구하여 의미 있는 칠보 장신구 디자인을 제안한다. 결론 전통적인 칠보 장신구 디자인 영역에서 색상의 심리적 특징을 적용하여 장신구의 활용도를 심리적인 영역으로 저변을 넓히고자 했다. 바쁜 현대인들은 많은 스트레스와 정서적인 고통 속에서 살아가고 있다. 이러한 현대인들에게 색의 심리적 의미를 반영한 칠보 장신구는 심리적인 위안을 줄 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구는 칠보디자인에 색의 심리적인 특성을 반영하여 색을 활용하는 공감과 힐링의 칠보 장신구 디자인을 제안하며 이를 통해 칠보 장신구 디자인의 가능성을 알아본다. Background In the era of knowledge information, modern society is newly emerging in real time with visual images and dynamic video media. Color plays an important role in giving symbols and meanings to these visual media and images. Color has been present everywhere in people's daily life and affects many areas of human life. Colors can have an emotional impact on a person not only through their general characteristics, but also through their psychological characteristics. Learning about these colors and understanding their psychological characteristics can suggest a new direction for enamel design. Methods Understand the general concept and characteristics of color, and examine psychological characteristics based on images and symbols of color. Based on the psychological characteristics of various colors, we study the design of enamel jewelry that give healing. Result In the design of enamel, a psychological effect was given by using a design that took advantage of the psychological characteristics of color. By suggesting designs using associations and symbols of various colors, we propose a meaningful enamel jewelry design. Conclusion By applying the psychological characteristics of color in the traditional enamel jewelry design area, it was intended to broaden the basis of the use of ornaments to the psychological realm. Busy modern people live under a lot of stress and emotional pain. For these modern people, enamel jewelry that reflect the psychological meaning of color can give psychological comfort. This study proposes an enamel design of empathy and healing that utilizes color by reflecting the psychological characteristics of color in enamel design, and through this, investigates the possibility of enamel jewelry design.

이 글은 2005~2009년 사업체패널조사 자료를 이용하여 개별 사업체의 비정규직 비율이 해당 사업체의 정규직 임금에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 분석결과, 기업규모, 노동생산성, 재무적 성과, 여성 노동자 비율 등의 요인을 통제하더라도 사업체 비정규직 비율이 정규직 임금에 긍정적인 효과를 미친다는 실증적 근거는 발견할 수 없었다. 이는 정규직 노동자들이 비정규직 노동자들의 이용을 묵인 또는 동조하는 대가로 과도하게 높은 임금을 누리고 있다는 우리 사회 일각의 주장에 반하는 결과다. Using three waves (2005-2009) of the Korea Workplace Panel Survey, this paper studies the impact of the proportion of contingent employment contracts on wages for permanent workers. We find that increasing the proportion of contingent workers has a negative or insignificant effect on wages for permanent employees. This result casts serious doubt on the hypothesis that permanent workers can increase their economic rents through the use of contingent employment contracts.
