Lightscape에서의 사실적 재질 이미지 표현을 위한 Brightness 수치 개선에 관한 연구

이 논문에서는 Lightscape를 사용할 때 보다 질적으로 나은 시뮬레이션 이미지를 산출하기 위해 각 재질에 따른 brightness 수치들을 변화시켜서 보다 사실적인 재질의 이미지를 표현하기 위한 최적의 brightness 수치를 산출하도록 하였다. 주간에 인공 광원의 광량과 강한 주광이 더해져서 광량이 초과되어 수치적으로 재질의 색이 변색되어 보이는 경우가 발생하기 때문이다. 그러므로 주간에는 낮은 수치의 brightness를 적용할 경우 재질의 느낌을 보다 사실과 근접하게 나타낼 수 있다는 결과를 추출하였다. 그리고 대부분의 재질들이 주간에는 낮은 brightness 수치를, 야간에 높은 brightness 수치를 입력하여야 원 재질의 RGB 데이터와 유사하여 가장 사실적인 시뮬레이션 이미지가 나온다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. This study is to generate optimal values of brightness and achieve more realistic images by varying such values according to individual materials in order to create better quality simulation images using Lightscape. Because there are discolorations of materials by adding the radiation of luminaires to that of daylight during the daytime, when low brightness values are inputted in case of daytime, the results are founded that images of materials can be seen much similar with real images. And in most of the materials, when low values in the daytime and high values in the nighttime are inputted this study verifies that the realest simulation images can be obtained using Lightscape, because the RGB data of simulation images are almost similar with that of real materials.

The acoustic power reduction methods of the vibrating structures are valid to design the quite structure. To calculate the acoustic power, the dynamic responses have to be determined. It is not easy to analyse the structure composed of the corrugated panels. Because of the structural complexity and the many analysing times. To make up for these defects, the equivalent orthogonal panel is presented. Also the acoustic power prediction method of the vibrating structures is proposed. As examples, the equivalent material properties of the corrugated plates are obtained and the acoustic powers of the floor structure are calculated at several frequency regions for KHST.

세계사회를 이해하는 두 가지 구조

본고는 세계사회를 이해하기 위하여 세계사회를 하나의 사회적 실체로 가정하고, 세계사회의 개념을 지적으로 구성해 보는 데 목적이 있다. 세계사회는 당위와 실재의 이중적 구조를 가진 실체로 구성될 수 있다. 이러한 구조는 “국가법 국제법-세계시민법”의 체계인 칸트의 당위적 국제사회와 “시민사회-국가법-외부적 국가법-세계정신”의 체계인 헤겔의 실재적 세계사회로 이루어져 있다. 세계사회의 이중적 구조를 이해하기 위하여 우선 지구화와 더불어 형성되고 있는 세계사회를 지적으로 구성해보고, 그 다음 국제법과 국제연맹을 중심으로 하는 칸트의 당위적 구조와 시민사회, 국가, 세계정신으로 이루어진 헤겔의 실재적 구조를 고찰해 볼 것이다. 본고는 막스 베버(Max Weber)와 알렉산더 웬트(Alexander Wendt)의 재구성적 접근방법을 따르고 있다. 첫째, 이해와 설명을 위해 개념을 지적으로 구성하는 방법, 즉 사회적 관계에서 공유된 의미와 의미연관성, 규칙성과 논리, 이상형(Idealtypus)을 해석적으로 “재구성”하는 것은 베버의 방법을 따르고 있다. 둘째, 국제적 무정부상태에서 국가들의 힘이 어떻게 분배되어(distribution of power) 있느냐에 따라 국제정치체제를 단극, 양극, 다극구조로 이해하고 설명하는 왈츠(Kenneth Waltz)의 가시적 접근방식을 버리고 “공유된 이념(shared ideas)”를 기초로 눈에 보이지 않는 세계구조를 지적으로 구성하는 웬트의 접근방식을 따르고 있다. 베버의 이상형적 접근방법과 웬트의 공유된 이념에 기초한 구조의 재구성방법을 고려하며 구성된 칸트의 당위적 구조와 헤겔의 실제적 구조는 다음과 같다. 칸트의 당위적 구조는 법치국가와 국제법을 공유하는 국제사회의 이상형이며, 헤겔의 실재적 구조는 개인과 시민사회의 보편성을 공유하는 세계사회의 이상형이다. 눈에는 보이지 않지만 존재하는 실체로서 가정된 세계사회는 칸트의 당위적 국제사회와 헤겔의 실재적 세계사회라는 두 개의 이상형이 동시에 기능하는 이중적 구조로 구성될 수 있으며, 그러한 구성의 틀에서 이해되고 설명될 수 있다. This paper has a goal of assuming the World Society as a social substance and intellectually constructing the concept of it to understand the World Society. The World Society can be an essence composed of a two-faced structure, which will be the "Ought to-International Society" and "Is-World Society". These two structures are derived from Kant's Ought to-System, State Law-International Law-World Civil Law and also from Hegel's Is-World System, Civil Society-State Law-Exogenous (External) State Law-World Spirit. To understand this "Two-faced Structure" firstly, the World Society which is finding its reflection with "Globalization" will be intellectually constructed and lastly, both Kant's International Society as an "Ought to-Structure" and Hegel's World Society as an "Is-Structure" will be considered. This paper follows the reconstructing approach of Max Weber and Alexander Wendt. First, it applies Max Weber's method which constructs a concept intellectually, or reconstructing common meanings in social relationships, rules, logic and Idealtypus. Second, this paper makes a farewell to Kenneth Waltz's position, which explains and understands the International Political System as an unipolar, biopolar and multipolar system due to the distribution of power among States in an 'International Anarchy' and accepts Wendt's approach, which intellectually builds the structure of the invisible World and is based on "Shared Ideas". Kant's "Ought to-Structure" and Hegel's "Is-Structure", which are keeping foundation on Weber's Idealtypus approach and Wendt's Common Concept can be shortened into an explanation as below. Kant's "Ought to-Structure" is an ideal type of the "World Society" which the ideas of both Constitutional State and International Law are shared norms, while Hegel's "Is-Structure" is an ideal type of the "World Society" which the ideas of "Universality" of both individual and civil society are shared as norms. Invisible, but assumed as an existing substance the "World Society" can be constructed with a two-faced structure which functions with a dual Idealtypus of Kant's "Ought to-International Society" and Hegel's "Is-World Society" and also explained and understood in this frame of construction.

지구시민사회의 개념적 재구성

본고는 지구시민사회를 인식하는 문제를 다루고 있다. 지구시민사회는 어떻게 이해될 수 있고 개념적으로 구성될 수 있는가? 이 글의 기본 가정은 지구시민사회의 개념이 지금까지 형상화된 개념들의 역사 속에서 정치(politics)라는 척도로 재구성될 수 있다는 데 있다. 인간의 삶을 우연적이고 운명적으로 규정하는 모든 경계는 규범에 기초한 정치에 의해 구획되기 때문이고, 지구시민사회는 지구적 정의라는 규범과 지구시민정치를 기초로 지구적 문제를 해결하는 지구시민의 협력영역이기 때문이다. 구체적인 의미에서 지구시민사회는 "세계사회가 주는 생존위협에 대항하여 정치적인 것을 작동시키며 태동한 지구시민의 연대로서 지구적 문제를 해결하기 위해 정의에 근거한 규범에 따라 함께 얘기하고 행위하는 지구적 협력의 모든 형태"로 재구성될 수 있다. 지구적 협력의 모든 형태를 하나의 사회로 구성시키는 것은 정치적인 것의 존재와 정의라는 올바른 가치의 공유라고 볼 수 있다. 여기에서 정의란 지적으로 구성된 원초적 입장에서 합의될 수 있는 최소한의 모랄로서 모든 지구시민에게 좋은 것을 의미한다. 지구적 정의의 내용은 지구시민에게 주어지는 공평한 기회와 차등원칙에 따라 가장 어려운 상황에 놓인 지구시민을 지원하는 의무로 구성된다. 하지만 원초적 입장에서 공평한 절차에 의해 합의한 지구시민이 자신이 사는 곳으로 돌아와서 경험하는 현실은 무지의 베일을 벗겨버린다. 지구시민은 최소한의 당위로서 합의된 모랄(모두에게 좋은 것)과 갈등을 일으키는 에토스(우리에게 좋은 것)의 문제에 직면하는 것이다. 그는 원초적 입장이 아닌 현실에서는 모랄과 에토스 둘 다 중요하다고 인식하기 때문에 가까이에 있는 나의 우연과 먼 곳에 있는 타인의 우연 간의 균형을 모색하려고 한다. This Study deals with the understanding of global civil society. What is the meaning of the term global civil society? It is here basically assumed that the concept of global civil society could be reconstructed through the criterion of politics, which make an appearance in the history of Ideas. Global civil society is all forms of cooperation, in which global citizen are facing against risks and threats of world society and are resolving the global problems on the foundation of politics. As all forms of cooperation, global civil society is based not only on the shared values of global justice, but also on the Political which classifies friend and enemy on the global arena. Global justice could be understood as minimal moral with which representatives of different peoples could confer in the original position: giving fair chance(fairness) and principle of difference. But global citizen recognize the reality that is not in accordance with the minimal moral, what is good for all. They conduct themselves also according to the ethos which is good for us.

민주시민교육의 재발견–개념과 근거를 중심으로

이 연구는 “민주시민교육이란 무엇인가?” “민주시민교육은 왜 필요한가?” 이 두 가지 질문에 답변하려고 했다. 우선, 민주시민교육의 개념적 혼란을 두 문헌에 기초하여 살펴보았고, 교육부가 제시한 민주시민교육의 개념과 광역단체와 시도교육청의 조례에 반영된 민주시민교육의 개념도 살펴보았다. 교육부의 민주시민교육 개념은 논리적이지 못했고, 광역단체와 시도교육청의 개념도 보편적이기는 하지만 민주시민교육의 실체와 원형을 반영하고 있지 않았다. 현재 민주시민교육의 개념이 다양하지만 보편개념이 없다는 문제에 접근하기 위해, 플라톤의 이데아에 대한 형이상학적 사유를 활용했다. 플라톤의 이데아론은 민주시민교육이 무엇인지에 대한 실체적 이데아에 접근하는데, 나아가 민주시민교육의 개념들을 포괄할 수 있는 보편개념(이데아의 이데아)을 설정하는데 유용했다. 존 스튜어트 밀의 사유를 통해 근대 이후 자유민주주의를 위한 민주시민교육의 원형실체를 발견할 수 있었다. 밀은 자기의견을 형성하는 역량과 사익을 넘어 공익에 참여할 수 있는 역량을 길러주는 것을 민주시민교육의 핵심으로 보았다. 나아가 민주시민교육이 필요한 근거를 철학, 현실, 미래의 관점에서 찾아보았다. 철학적 근거는 아리스토텔레스의 인간이해를 중심으로, 현실적 근거는 헌법질서와 갈등혐오사회의 맥락에서, 미래적 근거는 급격한 변화에 현명하게 대처하는 미래역량의 맥락에서 제시되었다. The following two questions are addressed in this article: what is democratic citizenship education? and why is democratic citizenship education necessary? First, the conceptual confusion regarding democratic citizenship education was examined based on two documents, and the concept of democratic citizenship education that was proposed by the Ministry of Education and the conception of democratic citizenship education that is reflected in the ordinances of metropolitan and provincial offices of education are presented. The results show that the concept proposed by the Ministry of Education was not logical, and that of the regional organizations and the provincial offices of education were universal; however, this did not reflect the reality and prototype of democratic citizenship education. Plato’s theory of “Ideas” was used to address the problem of diverse, yet unclear concepts.

장요근과 상부승모근의 치료를 통하여 호전을 보인 경부척추증성 척수신경병증 환자 치험 2례

Cervical spondylotic myeloradiculopathy is a severe disease that needs to be operated when the adjacent nerve roots and spinal cord are being progressively oppressed in spite of the sufficient conservative treatments. The authors treated 2 patients inappropriate for operation because of the old age, and not in the progressive oppression of the nerve root and spinal cord. They were treated conservatively by acupuncture treatment on the trigger-points of the Iliopsoas muscle and Trapezius muscle with following manual exercises on the muscles. For objective evaluation on them, Nurick classificaton, Kadoya`s classification and JOA score, VAS(visual analog score) were used. After being treated by our methods, Nurick grade of the two cases was not remarkably improved, but JOA score, Kadoya grade, VAS of the numbness and pain of the extremities were improved in both cases.

세계사회와 지구시민사회를 연계하는 글로벌 거버넌스로서의 국제연합(UN)

국제연합(UN)은 어떠한 기구이며 어떠한 역할을 해야 할까? 이 글은 UN을 하나의 글로벌 거버넌스(global governance)로 이해한다. 글로벌 거버넌스란 무엇인가? 각각 다른 가치와 논리에 따라 구성되는 국제사회, 세계사회, 지구시민사회의 영역을 연결시키면서 지구적 문제를 해결하기 위한 협력을 촉진하는 것이 글로벌 거버넌스라고 필자는 주장한다. 이 글은 이론적인 차원에서 국제사회, 세계사회, 지구시민사회의 개념을 재구성하고 이를 바탕으로 글로벌 거버넌스를 새롭게 정의하며, 코피 아난이 시도했던 UN개혁이 글로벌 거버넌스로 전환하기 위한 시도였다는 점을 보여주고 UN의 <Global Compact>라는 예시를 통해 UN이 글로벌 거버넌스의 역할을 수행하고 있음을 증명한다. In order to understand the UN as global governance, firstly I reconstruct the ideas of international society, world society, and global civil society. The UN combines these three spheres and thus can be characterized as global governance. Secondly, I discuss the agenda of reform which Secretary General Kofi Annan prepared and find out some implications for understanding the UN as global governance. Lastly, I analyze The United Nations Global Compact through which the UN has tried to resolve global problems while it incorporates the new spheres of world society and global civil society. The UN Global Compact shows us clearly the rightful orientation of the UN to global governance assimilating the spheres of world society and global civil society.
