        표면텍스처링된 이중구조 Ag/Al:Si 후면반사막의 광산란 특성

        Highly textured Ag, Al and Al:Si back reflectors for flexible n-i-p silicon thin-film solar cells were prepared on 100-${\mu}m$-thick stainless steel substrates by DC magnetron sputtering and the influence of their surface textures on the light-scattering properties were investigated. The surface texture of the metal back reflectors was influenced by the increased grain size and by the bimodal distribution that arose due to the abnormal grain growth at elevated deposition temperatures. This can be explained by the structure zone model (SZM). With an increase in the deposition temperatures from room temperature to $500^{\circ}C$, the surface roughness of the Al:Si films increased from 11 nm to 95 nm, whereas that of the pure Ag films increased from 6 nm to 47 nm at the same deposition temperature. Although Al:Si back reflectors with larger surface feature dimensions than pure Ag can be fabricated at lower deposition temperatures due to the lower melting point and the Si impurity drag effect, they show poor total and diffuse reflectance, resulting from the low reflectivity and reflection loss on the textured surface. For a further improvement of the light-trapping efficiency in solar cells, a new type of back reflector consisting of Ag/Al:Si bilayer is suggested. The surface morphology and reflectance of this reflector are closely dependent on the Al:Si bottom layer and the Ag top layer. The relationship between the surface topography and the light-scattering properties of the bilayer back reflectors is also reported in this paper.

        국내의 벤처기업들은 이미 알려진 틈새시장만 지향할 것이 아니고, 상세한 MBTA 또는 기술연구를 통해 Reassembled Affordable Technology를 활용한 새로운 틈새시장을 창출하려는 노력이 필요하며, 이 때에 다국적 기업의 통상적인 M&A와, Strategic Alliance 기회를 잘 활용하는 것이 필요하다. 이렇게 되면, 국내 벤처기업들이 대기업 의존형의 M&A제휴를 피할 수 있으며, 부가적으로 다국적 기업의 네트워크를 활용한 공동 Geographic Expansion도 가능해진다.

        선형탄성해석 및 비선형비탄성해석을 이용한 LRFD 설계법의 비교 연구

        하중저항계수설계법(LRFD)은 종래 설계법의 결점을 개선한 설계법임에도 불구하고 구조계와 개별부재간에 강도와 안정에 대한 상호작용을 정확하게 고려하지 못하고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 전체 구조물의 비선형비탄성해석을 수행하여야 한다. 현재 여러 선진국의 설계기준에서는 구조물의 거동과 강도를 합리적으로 예측하기 위하여 비선형비탄성해석을 사용할 수 있도록 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 구조시스템의 내하력을 정확히 파악할 수 있는 실용적인 비선형비탄성해석법을 이용한 LRFD 설계법을 제안하였다. 실무에 사용하기 위한 설계 형식, 모델링 시 고려사항 및 설계 시 고려사항에 대하여 기술하였다. 또한 제안된 방법을 사용하여 다양한 예제설계를 수행하였고 AISC-LRFD의 선형탄성해석을 이용한 설계결과와 소요 물량을 비교함으로서 그 경제성과 타당성을 검토하였다. 그 결과 제안된 LRFD설계법은 기존의 LRFD에 비해 구조물의 종류에 따라 최대 24%의 강재 절감효과를 얻을 수 있는 경제적인 설계방법임을 입증하였다. Although the Load and Resistance Factor Design (LRFD) method is an advanced design approach, it does not accurately capture the interaction between individual members and structural system. A nonlinear inelastic analysis for the entire structure is required to solve this problem. According to many design codes of advanced countries, a nonlinear inelastic analysis can be applied to predict the structural behavior and strength reasonably. In this study, an LRFD design method using practical nonlinear inelastic analysis was proposed. Design examples using the proposed method waspresented, and the economical efficiency and adequacy of the proposed method was investigated by comparing the design results with that of the AISC-LRFD. It has been consequently demonstrated that the proposed method can reduce the construction cost through savings in steel.

      • 출입문 자동폐쇄장치에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서 주거 또는 상업 건물에서 화재가 번지는 것을 막기 위한 출입문 자동폐쇄장치를 간단히 모델링하였다. 모델링한 장치에는 문을 자동으로 닫히게 하는 스프링과 문이 닫힐 때 속도를 줄이기 위한 저항 장치로 구성 되어있다. 문의 열림 각도에 따라 비틀림 용수철에 의한 힘(torsional spring force)과 장치 내의 감쇠력(damping force)의 차이가 문의 닫힘 속도로 나타나는 시스템으로 모델링하여, 문 닫힘 시 운동방정식 정립 및 해석하였다. 이때 장치는 2차-감쇠 계(second order-damping system), 그리고 장치 내 유체는 비압축성 점성 유체로 가정하였다. An auto-door closer, which is one of the automatic door-closing apparatuses, has been widely used to prevent fire propagations in living or commercial buildings. The auto-door closer consists of a spring to accumulate power for closing a door and a damper to control door-closing velocity. To predict and optimize the temporal door behavior during the door-closing period, the auto-door closing system was modeled as a second order-damping system. And a damping coefficient of the oil damper was also theoretically modeled by analyzing Newtonian, incompressible, viscous flow through an oil passage between an oil control rod and an oil piston body.

      • 정밀 지도 제작을 위한 LAS 데이터로부터 차선 끝점 검출 방법

        Recently, precise map including various landmark information has been used in many studies of vehicle localization. Generally, precise maps are built on LAS data acquired from MMS(Mobile Mapping System) using LiDAR(Light Detection and Ranging). As we are developing lane-end-point-based vehicle localization, precise map of lane-end-point is needed for both learning and test. However, as the existing maps only provide lane-level maps, we have to manually input the position of lane-end-point referring to LAS data. This process has the disadvantages of requiring a lot of labor and time. To address the problem, this paper proposes a lane-end-point detection from LAS data for building precise map more efficiently. The proposed method consists of three steps. First, a lane-level map is used to detect the area of dashed-lane from LAS data. Second, the profile of dashed-lane is generated based on intensity values of LAS data. Third, lane-end-points are detected by applying clipping, median filter and local peak detection. Experimental results show that the proposed method automatically detects 5,672 lane-end-points in the 40km length highway. As the total number of lane-end-points is 10,042, it can be recognized that the proposed method can detect 56. 5% of lane-end-points automatically.

        연구는 과거 검기선장 성과를 고시한 후 상당기간 성과를 갱신하지 않아 그 기간 동안의 표석의 부등침하 및 외부 환경변화에 따른 변위발생 및 주기적인 측정을 통한 성과갱신을 위한 연구이다. 보다 정확한 검기선장 성과 계산을 위하여 기상요소 등을 적용하여 거리보정을 실시하였으며, 다양한 보정식을 조사, 적용하였다. 이를 비교, 분석하여 측량기기 성능검사 등에 이용하면 신뢰성 있고 효율적인 제도를 만드는데 이용될 것이다. EDM Calibration Base Line more precise and result and the meteorological factors applied to the calculation of the distance correction was performed, and various calibration equations survey, was applied.       • 국내 한의계의 비염 최신연구형태

        There has been a significant increase of public awareness with regards to rhinitis treatment; significant enough that over 10 oriental medicine clinics specializing in rhinitis treatments opened up within the past 10 years. Many clinical researches and experimental studies on rhinitis have been performed within the oriental medicine academic circles. Past researches and studies were reviewed in order to determine if the oriental treatment is considered effective and satisfactory among the public; and also to use the existing information as the fundamental material to assist the development of improved treatment methods. As a result of the review, the following conclusions were derived.The first experiment thesis was presented in 2004, and i can be seen tha dissertations with regards to rhinitis have been presented on a consistent annual basis since 200 to 2013. Dongguk University presented 8 dissertations, and it is known to have presented the highest number of dissertations. Kyunghee University presented 6, Kyungwon University presented 4, 2 from Wongwang University, and 1 from Dong-eui University. The classifications according to experimental design largely divides he medicinal application results of the test group and comparison group in 0 3 standards, which are hematologic experiment value changes. immune related substance value changes, and changes in nasal mucous membrane condition. There were 7 comparative analysis dissertations that utilize one of the above 3 standards; also 7 dissertations that utilize 2 of the above 3 standards; as well as 7 dissertations that utilize all 3 of the above 3 standards. Among the 21 experimental dissertations, there were 6 that applied singular medicinal substance, As a result of analyzing the clinical studies according to the primary author`` s affiliated institution status, it was shown that Kyunghe University presented 9 dissertations; Daegu Hanny University and Wongwang University each presented 4 ; 3 from Dong-eui University; Sangji University, Daejeon University, Busan University`` s Specialized Graduate School, and Wooseok University each presented 2; Dongguk University, Dongseo Oriental Medicine Hospital and Namcheon Oriental Medicine Hospital each presented 1 ; and clinical therapists presented 5 dissertations. Taking a look at the yearly presentation records, the first clinical dissertation was presented in 1993, and new theses are being introduced on a consistent annual basis since 2000. Furthermore, as a result of performing a research design specific analysis, case report format showed the largest number of 15 ; 9 studies on rhinitis; 6 studies on rhinitis patients; 4 advanced research trends analysis; and 2 comparative analysis of eastern and western treatment for rhinitis.
