향수 구매목적이 구매결정요인과 용기디자인의 선호에 미치는 영향

최근 간편하게 선물을 결제하고 전달할 수 있는 환경이 갖추어져 선물 시장의 범위가 확대되고 있다. 대부분 구매 목적에 관한 연구는 일반론을 도출할 결과이기 때문 특정 제품의 속성에 적용하여 소비자의 구매행동을 도출하기에 어려움이 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 구매 목적이 다른 ‘선물 구매자’와 ‘직접사용 구매자’를 대상으로 향수 구매 목적에 따른 구매결정요인 우선순위를 비교 연구를 하며 그에 따른 용기 디자인의 중요도와 선호 용기 디자인 조사와 분석을 목적으로 한다. 연구의 방법은 첫째, 선행연구의 향수 고려 요인을 군집화하여 향수 구매결정요인을 도출하였다. 둘째, 향수 용기 조사를 통해EP를 이용하여 라이프스타일에 따른 대표 향수 용기 표본을 선정하였다. 셋째, 향수 구매결정요인과 용기 디자인의 중요도, 선호 용기 디자인 차이를 조사하여 본 논문의 가설 검증하였다. 연구 결과로써는 첫째, 본인용 향수 구매 보다 선물용구매 시 용기 디자인의 영향이 더 크게 작용하였다. 둘째, 향은 선물용보다 본인용 구매 시 결정요인으로 더 중요하게 생각하였으며, 브랜드, 용기 디자인, 가격, 사용 시기, 정보 원천, 구매 장소는 본인용보다 선물용 구매 시 더 중요하게 생각하였다. 또한 선물용 향수 구매 시 용기 디자인은 다른 구매결정요인보다 브랜드에 의해 더 많은 영향을 받았다. 셋째, 남자의 경우 구매 목적에 따라 선호하는 용기는 같았으며, 여자의 경우 구매 목적에 따라 선호하는 용기는 다르게 나타났다. 본 연구는 국내 향수 구매 상황을 바탕으로 양분된 소비행동을 분석함으로써 향후 향수 제조업체의 제품 기획과 전략 수립의주요 방향인 기초적인 정보 제공으로의 가치가 있을 것으로 사료된다. A convenient environment which enables people to pay for gifts and deliver them, is leading to expanding gifts market. In this regard, this study aims to compare the priorities of purchase decision factors according to purchase purpose of perfumes, targeting ' purchaser for gifts' and 'purchaser for personal use', and examine and analyze the importance of container design and preferred container design accordingly. The results of this study are as follows. First, the container design had a higher influence on purchasing the perfumes for gifts than purchasing for personal use. Second, fragrance had a higher importance as a purchasing factor on purchasing for personal use than purchasing for gifts, and brand, container design, price, using time, information sources and place of purchase had a higher influence on purchasing for gifts than purchasing for personal use. In addition, when purchasing perfumes for gifts, the brand had the highest influence on the container design among the purchase decision factors. Third, while males had same preferred containers according to the purchase purpose, females had different preferred containers according to the purchase purpose. It is shown that this study has a value of providing basic information for product planning and strategies of perfume manufacturers by analyzing consumption behaviors divided into two based on purchasing perfume situations in Korea.

과학기술정책에서 삶의 질 정책 범위의 식별과 변화 추이에 대한 연구

문재인정부 국정운영 5개년 계획에서 현 정부 시대정신은 국민의 참여다. 과학기술 영역에서도 국민과 사회에 대한 고려를 전통적인 관심사로 다뤄왔다. 과학기술 최상위 법률인 과학기술 기본법 제1조에도 과학기술의 목적 중 하나를 과학기술을 통한 국민 삶의 질 제고로 규정한다. 사회혁신과 과학기술을 매개하는 핵심어로 ‘국민 삶의 질 향상’ 개념은 빈번하게 활용되며, 국민을 고려한 과학기술정책의 의사 결정은 삶의 질 관련사업 예산 증대 등으로 이어지기도 했다. 본 연구는 과학과 사회를 연계하는 용어로 활용된 ‘삶의 질’ 에 대한 정책 기조 변화를 분석하여 과학기술정책에서 삶의 질 정책 범위를 식별한다. 특히 삶의 질과 연계한 언어의 트렌드를 분석하여, 삶의 질이라는 가치가 어떤 세부 정책과 매개되어 있는지를 짚어본다. 이를 위해 과학기술기본계획, 정부연구개발 투자방향(안) 등 과학기술 정책문건에 삶의 질과 함께 등장하는 키워드를 데이터화 하여 시기별로 비교·분석하였다. 분석 결과, 초기 과학기술전략에서 주로 연구개발 개념과 함께 빈번하게 등장 하던 삶의 질 개념은 후기로 갈수록 환경, 안전, ICT 및 통신 등 다양한 분야 및 사회이슈와 함께 등장하는 빈도가 높아지는 등 유의미한 시사점을 나타냈다. In the five-year plan of current governments, the participation of the people is the priority. It is written by the law of science and technology to improve people"s quality of life as a dominant purpose of science and technologies. As a keyword for mediating social innovation and science and technologies, the concept of ‘improvement of people"s quality of life’ is frequently used, and decision-making on science and technology policy by considering the people has led to an increase in the budget for business related to a quality of life. In this study, keywords that appear along with the quality of life in science and technology policy documents, such as the science and technology basic plan and the government"s R&D investment direction, were compared and analyzed. As a result, the concept of quality of life, which appeared frequently in the early stages of science and technology strategy together with the concept of R&D, caused a change in research trends, such as increase of the frequent social issues, environment, safety, and ICT.

과학기술정책에서 삶의 질 정책 범위의 식별과 변화에 대한 정량 관점에서의 연구

과거 어느 때보다 빠른 속도로 사회가 변화하며, 이에 따른 과학기술정책 어젠다와 정책수단 변화를 종용받고 있다. 이전의 계획과 차이를 갖는 제4차 과학기술기본계획은 현 정부가 국민에게 갖는 관심이 투영되어 있는데, 이러한 상위계획의 방향 전환은 한국 과학기술정책의 범위, 수혜자, 논의 참여자 전반에 걸친 변화로 볼 수 있다. 혁신생태계에 대한 관점과 지향점 변화에 대한 데이터를 빠르게 수집하고 분석하는 일은 변화를 고려한 정책집행 시 유용한 근거자료가 될 수 있다. 본 연구의 분석 대상은 오랜 정책의제이자 과학과 사람을 연계하는 개념이며, 최근 과학기술정책에서도 중요하게 다루어지는 개념인 삶의 질이다. 기본계획과 정부연구개발 투자방향에서 삶의 질과 동시등장단어의 빈도를 분석한 결과, 시간이 갈수록 과학기술정책에서 삶의 질 정책이 정교화되었다. 또, 사회 발전을 위한 기술개발로 관점이 진화하고 있으며, 일자리 창출, ICT 기술 등 이전에 닿지 못한 영역까지 범위가 확장된 것으로 나타난다. 분석 결과는 향후 기술의 사회적 성과 창출(삶의 질 제고) 전략 수립에 참고자료가 됨과 동시에 다양한 데이터의 객관적 분석과 정책분석 적용에 기여할 것으로 사료된다. Rapid change in policy agenda and policy measure is increasingly becoming important as the modern society is quickly moving forward than ever before. The 4th science and technology basic plan projects exhibits significant difference as compared to the previous plans in terms of the interest of people and society. In this study, we recognized that the change occurred across the scope of policy, beneficiaries, and participants in the discussion, and initiated for analysis. Keywords was the quality of life, which connects the science and human, a long-standing policy agenda, and its importance has emerged in the recent science and technology policy. Based on the policy documents, the quality of life were appeared to be essential in the science and technology basic plan and the government’s R&D investment direction. As a result, the concept of quality of life, caused a change in research trends, such as increase of the technology strategy related social issues, ICT and creation of jobs. These results will be a useful reference for establishing strategies for creating social outcomes of science and technology with various policy data.
