        디자인과 로봇공학 융·복합 체험교육의 교육적 효용성에 관한 연구

        In the knowledge and information society of 21st century, `Creativity which is the core of national competitiveness and an important foundation for the development of the country has been emphasized on the importance of it. As a result, the convergence educational programs, as know as STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, mathematics) become more and more needed to children for cultivating creativity. As a follow-up study on STEAM program combining robotics and design for children developed by Design Promotion Committee of KID, this study intends to modify and reanalyze the program and to seize the educational effectiveness of the groups of university students as mentors and children as mentors, The results are as follow; First, although the importance of STEAM education is highlighted, short-term educational programs tend to consist of only the contents of each field: design or science. Second, pre-training and mentoring were helpful to both mentors and children. Third, Children expanded the perception of STEAM concept and increased their interests in career. Mentors recognized the importance and the necessity of STEAM education, and were very satisfied with team activities which gave a new experience of working with other field of people. Therefore, this program provide to children an experience of logical thinking, having interests on uninterested field, and encouraging teamwork. Also, it provides to mentors a chance to develop their potential and experience, and set up a new vision for future.

        FM 서비스 표준화를 위한 실태조사에 관한 연구

        Facility management(퍼실리티매니지먼트: FM)는 조직이 소유한 건물과 시설이 주어진 기능을 제대로 수행하도록 하고 사용자, 공간, 과정, 기술 요소들을 통합하는 업무로, 건물의 대형화․복합화 및 비즈니스의 국제화에 따라 현재 전 세계적으로 가장 빠르게 성장하는 전문분야 중 하나이다. 국제표준화기구 ISO에서도 이러한 추세에 발맞춰 FM의 국제표준화 제정활동이 활발히 진행되고 있는 가운데, 이에 따른 국내 적용 및 대응을 준비할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내 FM 산업계의 전문인력의 특성과 시설특성, 관리방식 등의 실태를 조사하고, 특히 앞으로 제정될 ISO 14012 전략적 구매와 서비스 합의에 관한 표준에서 다루는 FM 서비스에 대한 합의, 사양, 종류에 대한 내용을 파악하여 FM 국제 표준화에 따른 대비책을 제안하고, 앞으로의 활동방향을 제시하는데 그 의의가 있으며, 조사결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국내 FM업계 종사자들은 남자, 10년 이상의 경력자가 대부분이며, 세부업무에 따라 학력편차가 크게 드러났다. 둘째, FM 서비스를 시행하는 시설은 주로 오피스 용도의 시설이 다수였으며, 소유권은 소유와 임대 복합시설물이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조사대상자의 회사는 대부분 서비스 비중을 높게 보고 있었고, 그 중 경영 서비스는 주로 내부 자체 역량으로, 기술 서비스는 주로 외주에 의해 운영하고 있었다. 넷째, FM에서 공급 측면의 역량은 서비스 품질에 달려있기 때문에 보다 일관된 서비스의 제공 및 원가계산을 필요로 한다. FM 국제표준은 그러한 차원에서 중요한 역할을 가지고 있으며, 이를 적용할 시 국내 FM 서비스의 특성과 상황을 고려하여 대응할 필요가 있다. Facility management (FM) is a profession that encompasses multiple disciplines to ensure functionality of the built environment by integrating people, place, process and technology (IFMA). It is one of the fastest growing specialized fields in the world according to the enlargement and complexization of buildings and the internationalization of business. In accordance with this trend, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is actively establishing the international standardization of FM, so it is necessary to prepare for applications and proper responses to it. Therefore, this study investigates the actual conditions of the professional workforce, the characteristics of the facilities, and the management method in the domestic FM industry, in particular, agreements, specifications, and types of FM services covered in ISO 14012. The results of the survey are as follows. First, most people in the domestic FM industry are men and have more than 10 years of career experience. Second, there were many facilities for office use in FM facilities, and the portion of ownership and rental complex facilities were high. Third, most of the companies reported services are of importance. Among them, management services were mainly provided by internal team and technical services were mainly operated by outsourcing. Fourth, in FM, the capability of supplyside depends on the quality of service, so it requires more consistent service provision and costing. The FM international standard plays an important role in such a dimension, and it is necessary to take into account the characteristics and circumstances of the domestic FM service when applying it.

      • 오피스의 업무환경 의식에 관한 연구

        In the information society, the workplace plays an important role in creation, distribution, diffusion, integration and manipulation of information. This study intends to provide useful information about an effective workplace planning by evaluating current office environment. It focuses on evaluating the quality of personal and common workspaces, and analyzing the correlationship between employees’ satisfaction in overall workplace and evaluation factors. Also, it examines the changes of evaluation factors in work environment by year, comparing the data of three surveys which executed with the same method for the past 12 years. The results indicate that comforts of chairs, the suitability of work, and privacy are the major factors for satisfaction of personal workspaces. Communication and interior environmental factors are important to common workspaces.

        FM 국제표준화에 따른 국내 FM 실태조사 및 개선방안

        As buildings become larger and more complex, building management are required to be more specialized. In addition to core business activities in many organizations, there is an increasing need for efficient and effective management of buildings and assets. Facility Management (FM) is one of the fastest growing professional and operational areas worldwide, covering a wide range of activities such as building service management, environmental issues, work management, procurement and financial management. FM provides efficiency, productivity, competitiveness and cost savings for organizations. On the other hand, as internationalization in the business environment increases, the need for international standards is increasing in the field of FM. Accordingly, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) has established ISO/TC 267 Facility Management and actively promoted the establishment of FM international standardization. As the international standards for FM have been established, proper management according to international standards has been required in the maintenance of domestic buildings and other facilities. The purpose of this study is to investigate the actual condition of FM industry in Korea, such as FM service quality, agreements and contracts, service level and key performance indicator to identify the characteristics of the FM environment in Korea, according to FM international standardization. This study examines the definitions of FM, the status of published FM international standards, and surveys the FM industry situation in Korea.

        어린이를 위한 융 · 복합 디자인 교육 프로그램 개발연구

        The convergence progress in science technology and ensuing changes in educational environments require another huge change in education programs in the 21st century defined as a knowledge-based information society. But nowadays, prospective college students are increasingly avoiding natural science and engineering. So, educational fields in korea need suitable convergence educational programs (STEAM: science, technology, engineering, arts, mathematics) for creative competent person who is training and experiencing. In addition, environmental design fields are predicting about spread of Kinetic architecture. Therefore the aim of this study is developing convergence hand-on educational program which is incorporate robot science into environmental design for children. The program and teaching materials were developed by mapping between robot science and environmental design process leading the Design Promote Committee in KIID(Korea Institute of Interior Design) supported research teams in Hansung University. And then, For utility of the program, we had a 3 times of demonstration of empirical education. First, graduate students of design and robot major, and small group of children who are selected, at last, 63 children who are applying the program randomly. For more high quality program, we were conducting survey of post-empirical education evaluation for children and their parents. In conclusion, we found out highly satisfaction of the program those two groups. Also they need more organized places, time, task and so on. And the convergence educational program would develop by systematic approach and empirical research. At last, various and series convergence programs and teaching materials would develop creative competency based for regular and irregular courses of whole educational period.
