The 60 subjects of this study were 3rd, and 6th grade elementary and undergraduate university students. The instrument of 44 items had two typical and two atypical exemplars from 11 semantic categories. Each subject was exposed individually to the word list and asked to categorize each item. At test, subjects generated five items that came to mind in each category. Data was analyzed by 2-way ANOVA, age (3) x category of typicality (2). All main effects and the interaction effect between age and typicality were significant. There were no significant differences among age groups on typical lists while significant differences between university and elementary school students (Grades 3 and 6) were found on atypical lists. Thus, the knowledge base might be an important factor in implicit memory.

본 연구는 지식기반과 메타기억이 범주 예 생성 과제를 통해 측정되는 개념적 암묵적 기억에 영향을 미치는 지를 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 서울과 경기도의 초등학교 2학년 60명, 초등학생 6학년 60명, 고등학생 60명, 총 180명이었다. 대상 아동들에게 범주예 생성 암묵적 기억검사, 지식기반검사, 메타기억검사를 시행하였다. 수집된 자료는 공변량 분석을 실시하였고, Scheffe 사후검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 연령이 높을수록 암묵적 기억이 발달하였다. 암묵적 기억량은 초등학교 2학년과 고등학생, 초등학교 6학년과 고등학생 간에 유의하게 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 아동의 지식기반수준이 높을수록 암묵적 기억이 발달하였다. 연령과 지식기반의 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 아동의 메타기억이 높을수록 암묵적 기억이 발달하였다. 본 연구결과들로 연령, 지식기반, 그리고 메타기억이 암묵적 기억의 발달에 중요한 요인이라는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 아동이 연령에 따라 지식기반과 메타기억이 발달한다면 암묵적 기억이 발달할 것이라는 시사점을 제공한다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of knowledge base and metamemory in childrens conceptual implicit memory with category-exemplar-generation task. Subjects were total 180 children of each 60 from Grade2, Grade6 and High school students. They were examined implicit memory with category-exemplar-generation task, knowledge base test, and metamemory test. The data were analyzed using ANCOVA, and Scheffe post hoc test. The result was following: First, as the child grow old, implicit memory primed increased. Implicit memory amount was significantly different between Grade2 and High school students, Grade6 and High school students. Second, as the child grow high knowledge base, implicit memory primed increased. There was a significantly different found between age and knowledge base. Third, as the child grow high metamemory, implicit memory primed increased. These results were interpreted as that the state of the age, knowledge base and metamemory should be an important factorin implicit memory. And current findings suggest that implicit memory can show development if a childrens knowledge base and metamemory in developing with age.
고관절 운동 프로그램이 만성 요통이 있는 아마추어 골퍼의 통증과 골프수행 수준에 미치는 즉각적인 효과

PURPOSE: This study investigated the influence of a specific hip joint exercise program on the characteristics of chronic low back pain (LBP), hip joint range of motion (ROM), and performance level in amateur golfers with LBP. METHODS: The study included 28 adult male amateur golfers with LBP and reduced internal rotation (IR) of the lead side hip joint. Subjects were randomly assigned to an experimental (EG) (n=14) or control group (CG) (n=14). The Numerical Rating Scale score for pain, ROM of the hip joint and trunk rotation, performance parameters for golfing were evaluated. A specific exercise program designed to improve IR of the lead side hip joint was performed by the EG, but not the CG. Post-intervention evaluation was performed and the collected data were analyzed. RESULTS: After the intervention, the severity of LBP was significantly reduced (p<.05) and the IR ROM of the lead side hip joint was significantly increased (p<.01) in the EG. Moreover, the trunk rotation range was significantly increased in the EG (p<.01). The drive distance was significantly difference between the EG and CG (p<.05). CONCLUSION: A specific hip joint exercise program can help to reduce pain level and improve performance level in amateur golfers with LBP and increased IR ROM of the lead side hip joint. A significant increase in ROM of the lead side hip joint reduce LBP and was related to driving distance in the EG.
비만 예방 및 관리를 위한 초등학생의 신체활동과 건강신념

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine physical activities and health belief in order to provide basic data on obesity prevention and management among elementary school students based on the health belief model. Methods: Participants included 194 fifth grade students in an elementary school located in Seoul. Data were collected by questionnaires and physical measurement, including weight and height. The SPSS Win 17.0 program using descriptive statistics, ANOVA with Scheffe post hoc tests, and Cronbach’s alpha coefficients was used in data analysis. Results: Significant differences were observed in physical activity according to perceived severity (F=3.444, p=.034), perceived benefit (F=7.674, p=.001), perceived barrier (F=21.014, p<.001), and self-efficacy (F=22.098, p<.001). A significant difference in physical activity (t=4.502, p<.001) and perceived severity (t=-2.278, p=.024) was observed according to gender. Significant differences in physical activity (t=7.633, p=.006), perceived barrier (t=10.826, p=.001), and self-efficacy (t=5.928, p=.016) were observed according to obesity status. Significant differences were observed in physical activity (F=7.503, p=.001), perceived susceptibility (F=37.904, p<.001), and perceived barrier (F=3.425, p=.035) depending on level of satisfaction with body image. Conclusions: In order to promote physical activity among children with low physical activity, development of program with an emphasis on the benefits of physical activity and physical activity self-efficacy, and to decrease the barriers to physical activity is needed.
TCP / ATM에서 안정된 UBR서비스를 제공하기 위한 개선된 가상 큐 알고리즘

TCP 트래픽을 UBR로 처리할 경우에 ATM 네트워크에 혼잡이 발생하면 TCP의 성능이 현저히 감소하는 것은 잘 알려져 있는 사실이다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위한 방법으로 EPD 알고리즘이 제안되었다. 많은 시뮬레이션 결과들이 EPD 알고리즘을 사용하면 TCP의 성능이 크게 향상될 수 있음을 보여주고 있다. 그러나 EPD는 혼잡이 발생한 네트워크에서 여러 개의 연결이 제한된 대역폭을 사용하기 위하여 경쟁할 경우에 그들 간에 대역폭의 공정한 분배를 보장하지 못한다는 것도 관찰되었다. 이 대역폭의 공정한 분배를 위한 문제는 여러 가지 개선된 버퍼 할당방법을 사용하여 어느 정도 개선될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 여러 개의 연결에 의해서 접근되는 하나의 FIFO 큐 안에서 버퍼의 공정한 분배를 위한 기존의 가상 큐 알고리즘의 소개와 그 문제점을 분석하고 이를 개선하여 TCP에게 보다 공정하고도 안정된 UBR서비스를 제공할 수 있는 버퍼 할당 방법을 제안한다.
