        SCR 촉매 일체형 덕트 버너 개발에 대한 IoT 기초연구

        NOx의 배출저감 방법으로 선박용 디젤엔진의 최적화만으로는 배기가스의 NOx 배출량 제한을 만족시킬 수 없기 때문에 반드시 배기가스를 후처리하여 NOx를 저감할 수 있는 방안이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 현재 개발 중에 있는 선박용 SCR 촉매 유닛 일체형 덕트용 오일 버너 시스템에서 요소수를 NH3로 효과적으로 변환하기 위한 이류체 노즐과 믹싱 챔버 덕트에 관한 설계 타당성 여부를 속도분포 및 온도분포에 대한 전산열유동 해석을 통해 검토하고자 한다. Since the optimization of the diesel engine for the ship cannot satisfy the NOx emission limit by the method of reducing the NOx emission, it is necessary to reduce the NOx by post-processing the exhaust gas. In this study, we will review the feasibility of designing a binary nozzle and mixing chamber duct for effectively converting the number of elements into NH3 in the oil burner for the SCR catalyst unit integrated duct in the ship under development through the computational heat flow analysis for the velocity distribution and temperature distribution.

        A Study on the Temperature Dependence of Electro-Rheological Fluids with Electric Field Control

        Electro-Rheological(ER) fluids consist of suspensions of fine polarizable particles In a dielectric oil, which upon application of an external electric field control take on the characteristics of the Bingham solid. In this study, the temperature dependence of the viscosity was Investigated for an ER fluid consisting of 35 weight % of zeolite particles in hydraulic oil 46cSt. Thermal activation analysis was performed by changing the ER fluid's temperature from $-10^{\circ}C$ to $50^{\circ}C$. According to the analysis, the activation energy for flow of the ER fluid was 79.6 kJ/mole without applying electric field. On the other hand, with the electric field of 2kV/mm, the linearity between viscosity and temperature was not existed By changing the temperatures the viscosity (or shear stress) versus shear rates were measured. In this experiment shear rates were increased from 0 to $200s^{-1}$ in 2 minutes. Generally, the hydraulic oil 46cSt will be operated at the temperature of about $40^{\circ}C$, thus, the ER fluid's electric field dependence of viscosity was examined at this temperature. Also, an influence of adding the dispersant(Carbopl 940) on ER effect was discussed.

        제어 시스템 적용을 위한 ER유체의 빙햄 특성에 관한 기초적 연구

        This paper describes the properties of temperature-viscosity characteristics of hydrous and anhydrous electro-rheological fluids containing starch and titanium particle in silicone oil ER effects arise from electrostatic forces between the starch particles and titanium particles dispersed to the electrically insulating silicone oil induced when electric field is applied ER fluids under electric field control have been found to provide resonable estimates of ER fluid viscosity variation characteristics. Yield shear stress of the ER fluids were measured the couette cell type rheometer as a function of electrlc fields. The outer cup is connected to positive electrode(+) and bob becomes ground(-). The electrie field is applied by high voltage DC power supply. In this experiment shear rates were increased from 0 to 200 $s^{-1}$ in 2 minutes. The ER fluid's viscosity change is very small and stable at the temperature range of $40^{\circ}C$ to $60^{\circ}C$. Therefore, applications of a new ER fluid to control systems application are suitable.

        선박연료 가열용 250KW급 판형 IoT 전기히터의 기초연구

        국내의 전기히터 제조업체에서는 기존 제품의 효율을 향상시키는 기술 개발에 집중하고 있다. 선박 연료용 전기히터는 그 크기가 크고 소형화/고효율화에 대한 난이도가 높아 아직까지 기술개발을 시도하는 기업은 많지 않은 실정이다. 기존의 전기히터는 선박 엔진 연료의 유동경로가 단조롭기 때문에 가열매체의 열교환 튜브와의 접촉시간이 매우 짧아 가열 효율이 낮은 구조이며, 관형으로 제작되어 있기 때문에 가열효율과 무관하게 부피가 매우 크게 제작되므로 가열장치의 설치공간을 확보해야 한다. 이로인해 해외 선진사에서 적용하고 있는 관형 전기히터 장치는 내부의 특정부분이 손상되었을때 관형 가열기를 모두 분해하여야 하고, 열교환 튜브가 손상된 경우에는 열교환 튜브를 모두 분해해야 하므로 유지와 보수에 어려움이 있다. 본 연구에서는 250kW 용량급 판형 전기히터 가열기를 통해 시간당 10ton의 선박 엔진 연료를 가열할 수 있고, 최대온도를 150℃까지 설정할 수 있는 판형 전기히터에 대한 기초연구를 수행하였다. Domestic electric heater manufacturers are focusing on technology development to improve the efficiency of existing products. The electric heater for ship fuel is large in size and has high difficulty in miniaturization/high efficiency, so there are not many companies that try to develop technology yet. The existing electric heater has a structure of low heating efficiency because the contact time with the heat exchange tube of the heating medium is very short because the flow path of the ship engine fuel is monotonous. Since it is manufactured in a tubular shape, the volume is very large regardless of the heating efficiency. As a result, the tubular electric heater device applied by overseas advanced companies has difficulty in maintaining and repairing because it is necessary to decompose all tubular heaters when a specific part of the inside is damaged and if the heat exchange tube is damaged, all the heat exchange tubes must be decomposed. In this study, a basic study on plate type electric heaters capable of heating 10 tons of ship engine fuel per hour and setting a maximum temperature of up to 150℃ was conducted through a 250kW capacity plate type electric heater.

        ER유체를 작동유체로 하는 클러치의 제작 및 성능 실험

        This study is a basic one for application of ER Fluid to fluid power systems. By mixing silicone oil with zeolite particles, four kinds of ER fluids were made, in which the weight ratio of zeolite particles are different. We examined how the Yield shear stress and Bingham characteristics of the ER fluids are effected by varying electric field intensity. We designed and constructed a disk type power transmission clutch in which ER fluid fills and this ER fluid transmits the power of drive shaft to the driven shaft. With this equipment, the revolution transmission ratio from the chive shaft to the driven shaft by varying electric field density of the ER fluid was examined.

        In this study, we developed the gear type vane damper replacing the link type through gear design using Finite Element Analysis(FEA). FEA about the pinion and the vane shaft in the boss of gear type damper for quality improvement was accomplished. We analyzed fluid flow according to angular displacement. Catched the problem of the torque and backlash bring to the pinion as structure improvement of the forced draft fan(FD FAN). Finally, we compared the gear driving result with simulation. It is the objective of the present study to identify a nonlinear flow rate control of gear type vane damper and to suggest a damper shape with a linear flow rate control. This study is related to the development of gear type vane damper change link type in forced draft fan.

        분산계 ER유체의 빙햄특성에 관한 기초적 연구

        This study investigates the effect of temperature and electric field strength on the Bingham characteristics of Electro-Rheological(ER) fluids which change their Yield shear stress and viscosity by temperature and electric field strength. It is found that under constant temperature the Yield sheal stress and viscosity of ER fluids proportionally increase with the applied electric field strength, and under constant applied electric field strength the Yield shear stress and viscosity of ER fluids decrease with the increasing temperature. These results are considered to be applied to the fluid and pneumatic power industry.

        LNG 벙커링용 QC/DC 밸로즈의 유동/구조 해석

        By using an ANSYS product suite (CFX, Ansys Multiphysics), which is a powerful tool for multiphysics analysis of complicated physical phenomena, we performed a structural stress analysis based on fluid flow and heat transfer phenomena within a quick connect/disconnect (QC/DC) bellows system. Considering the extremely low temperatures in the QC/DC environment, an approach to the problem based on complex multi-physics phenomena, where different phenomena interact with each other, is crucial. Therefore, we use a numerical analysis technique where fluid-thermal-structural interactions are combined. In conclusion, when low temperature fluids flow inside bellows, the expected service life is conspicuously reduced due to the thermal stress caused by heat transfer. Therefore, in future research, a structure with considerably reduced thermal stress by robust design optimization will be derived.

        Although operations of implant in dentistry are expensive, operations are increasing every year. However, when operations failed, then it would rise to serious side effects such as malocclusion, falling off, fracture, infection and others. The model is fitness bridge of the set of fixture and alveolus are made by using a CAE software. We have obtained a combination bridge solution by using orthogonal array. Finally, we have obtained a optimum design solution by using orthogonal array.
