본 논문에서는 국제민간항공기구와 미연방항공청에서 규정한 “Right of way” 규정과 조종사의 경험을 바탕으로 한 퍼지로직을 이용한 무인항공기의 충돌회피를 다루고 있다. 이 규정을 적용하기 위해 퍼지로직을 이용한 충돌회피 시스템을 설계하였다. 그리고 충돌회피 시스템이 작동할 조건을 위해 결심로직을 설계하였다. 결심로직은 상대방위, CPA까지의 시간, CPA에서의 거리 등 세가자의 중요 요소로 구성되어 있다. 결심로직의 적용은 NMAC를 회피하기위해 설계 되어졌으며 몇 가지 시뮬레이션을 통하여 검증하였다. 결론 적으로 본 논문에서는 일반공역에서 유인항공기와 함께 비행할 수 있도록 무인항공기의 “See and Avoid” 능력을 수행할 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다. This thesis describes collision avoidance using fuzzy logic based on “Right of way” rules of ICAO and FAA and pilot’s experiences for Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV). To apply the rules, we designed fuzzy logic based collision avoidance system. And we also designed decision logic for enable condition of collision avoidance system. Decision logic have three kinds of core key, i.e. Relative Range, Time of CPA (Closest Point of Approach) and Distance at CPA. Application of decision logic made a possible to avoid NMAC(Near Mid-Air Collision) and it has been verified through several simulations. To conclude, we proposed the method to carry out “See and Avoid” ability on UAVs, which is capability to mingle with manned aircraft in civil airspace.

본 논문에서는 항공기충돌방지장치인 TCAS-Ⅱ를 응용한 무인항공기의 충돌회피를 다룬다. TCAS-Ⅱ의 최소운용성능표준 문서에 기초한 시뮬레이션 프로그램을 구현하고, TCAS-Ⅱ가 제공하는 다양한 수직회피 명령을 자동조종장치의 입력으로 변환하여 최대고도변화율이 상이한 두 가지 무인항공기의 충돌회피 성능을 비교분석한다. 낮은 최대고도 변화율을 가진 무인항공기에 TCAS-Ⅱ를 적용할 때 발생 가능한 Near Mid-Air Collision을 방지할 수 있는 방안으로서, 최대고도변화율과 고도를 고려한 개선된 알고리듬을 제안하였다. 이 알고리듬은 ADS-B 개념에 의한 보다 넓은 감시범위가 제공된다는 전제하에 사용될 수 있다. In this paper, the collision avoidance of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs) by applying the Traffic alert and Collision Avoidance System Ⅱ(TCAS-Ⅱ) is introduced. The performances of two UAVs whose maximum vertical rates are different each other are compared and analysed by not only converting many TCAS-Ⅱ commands into an autopilot input but also implementing a computer program based on the Minimum Operational Performance Standards for TCAS-Ⅱ. As the alternative to a possible Near Mid-Air Collision for UAVs whose maximum vertical rates are low, we have proposed a modified algorithm considering the maximum vertical rate and altitude. The modified algorithm is available on the assumption that a wider surveillance range is provided by a ADS-B system.

N/A Fish catch by a set net in Hamdeuk fishing ground off Jeju Island were studied to determine seasonal variation of species composition and catch from 1998 to 2000. A total 72,022.9 ㎏ was caught during the survey period, including Scomber japonicus and Trachurusjaponicus of 76.4% in the total. The other dominant species were Siganus fuscescens, Loligo chinesis, Seriola dumerili, Sepioteuthis lessoniana, Sardinops melanostictus, and Seriola lalandi accounting to 20.0% of the total. The fishing period conducted by a set net in Hamdeuk fishing ground were from May to November. The catch by a set net were higher in summer than in spring and autumn and closely related with the seasonal variation of sea water temperature. The catch was higher in 1998 than in 1999 and 2000, which was related to the sea water temperature in fishing ground.

N/A Distribution of ichthyoplanktons and its relation to environmental factors (temperature, salinity, chlorophyll a ) around the Youngsan River Estuary of Mokpo, southwest coast of Korea were investigated based on the samples collected bimonthly from February to December, 2001. Unidentified fish eggs were most abundant 1,345 eggs/100㎥ in August, while eggs of Erzgraulis juponicus were most abundant 63 eggs/ 100㎥ in June. A total of forty species of fish larvae and juveniles belonging to the twenty families under six orders were caught, with six gobiids, four icefishes, four croakers and three herrings being represented. Fish larvae and juveniles peaked 17,757 inds./100 ㎥ in August, which consisted of 91.02% of gobiids, 3.69% of gunncls and 3.67% of icefishes, and they were most abundant 7,467 inds./100 ㎥ at St. 7. Cluster analysis based on the individuals of fish larvae and juveniles showed that six months were classified into two groups at the dissimilarity 70, the first was composed of June and August and the second was February and December and April and October were not clustered with any other months. In August when species diversity index was the highest, eight stations were classified into two groups at the dissimilarity 70, the first was composed of St. 1, 3, 4, 5 and 8 and the second was St. 6, 7 and 2. As a result from correspondence analysis, there is no effect of the environmental factors with a density of fish eggs and larvae, but correlation could be found between a density of fish eggs and chlorophyll α.

N/A Age and growth of purpulish Washington clam (Saxidomus purpuratus) was investigated from 480 samples monthly collected from January to December 2002 in Jinhae Bay, Korea. Examination of outer margins of the shell revealed that the translucent zone was formed once a year from March to April, it can be used as annulus. Ages were determined from ring radius of shell, and maximum age of the the clam was 9 years. The spawning period was from May to October, and the main spawning occurred i n July. The relationship between shell length (SL) and shell height (SH) was SH = 0 .8405× SL^(-4.9709) (R²=0.97) and that between the shell length (SL) and total weight (TW) was TW =0.9580×10-4× SL^(3.220)(R²=O.97 ) The von Bertalanffy growth equation were SL, = 125.57( 1-e-0.2523(t+0.5367) ), TW_(t) = 549.26( 1-e^(-0.2523(t+0.5367))^(3.220).

The giant condyloma or carcinoma-like condylima is relatively rare. Although the disease is considered clinically mailgant. the possiblity of maligant changes from them are controversial even among the investigators but cannot be entirely overlooked. Most authorists consider that they get the possibility of malignant change. A case of malignancy of the penis which have apparently been transformed from giant condyloma acuminatum of the penis is herein presented with review of literature.

Background and Objective : The Peak or maximum uroflow rate has been useful in screening test for the diagnosis of lower urinary tract dysfunction, and is used as a parameter in the diagnosis of lower urinary tract dysfunction, such as prostatism, urethral stricture, or neurogenic bladder, and the postoperative assessment of adequate surgery in urologic patients. We need a peak uroflow rate nomogram for the adjusted peak uroflow, because uroflow in normal healthy men depends on the voided volume and decreases with age. Materials and Methods : Peak flow rates and volumes voided were measured in 315 males who were free of voiding dysfunction, ranging in age from 10 to 80. To search for the equation of age, voided volume and peak uroflow, we used the least squares method for the equation providing least residual standard deviation by SPSS program. Results : The equation of age, volume voided and peak flow rate is Q=24.383+0.413A-0.006934A2-1164.644/V (Q: peak flow rate, A: Age, V: voided volume). Means of measured age, volumes voided, and peak flow rate was 45.7, 227.6ml, and 20.7ml/sec respectively. At this point, reference peak uroflow is 23.6m1/sec. Adjusted peak uroflow was obtained by subtracting the difference between the measured and expected peak uroflow from the reference peak uroflow. According to the equation Q, We designed nomogram with adjusted peak uroflow rate used. Conclusions : In our nomogram an adjusted peak flow rate <.8ml /sec(1.2 standard deviation) should be considered suspicious for lower urinary tract obstruction. This peak uroflow rate nomogram can be used clinically to evaluate lower urinary tract obstruction and its postoperative assessment.
