외국인 관광객의 관광지 이미지가 만족도와 재방문의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 외국인 관광객의 관광지 이미지가 만족과 재방문의도에 미치는 영향에 대해 조사하였다. 방한 외국인 관광객 중 많은 수를 차지하고 있는 중국인 관광객을 대상으로 조사하였고, 제주특별자치도의 관광지 중 대표적인 성산일출봉을 대상지로 선정하여 조사하였다. 조사 결과 관광지 이미지 중 일부 요소만이 관광 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 관광지 이미지가 재방문 의도에도 일부 요소만이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 관광지 만족은 재방문의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 인지적 이미지에서는 성산일출봉의 환경요인과 매력요인이 가장 중요한 요인으로 파악되었고, 정서적 이미지에서는 흥미요인, 안락요인, 쾌적요인이 만족에 영향을 주는 중요 요인으로 나타났다. In this study, we investigated the image of tourist destination for foreign tourists impact on tourist satisfaction and revisiting intension. Among foreign tourists it was surveyed, which account for a large number of Chinese tourists. And Seongsan Sunrise Peak is a major tourist destination of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province was selected as a study destination. Results showed that the tourist destination image on only some elements affect tourist satisfaction. Also, tourist destination image showed only some of the elements on the impact on tourist revisit intension. Tourist destinations satisfaction appeared to affect revisit intension. As a result, Seongsan Sunrise Peak is among the cognitive image showed two important factors, environmental factors and charmming factors. And You can learn from emotional images on the interest factor, the comfort factor, the pleasant factor is satisfied.
관광지 방문객의 방문동기가 만족도와 행동의도에 미치는 영향 연구

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships between visitor`s motivation, satisfaction, revisit, recommendation at the Mireukdo tourist area in Tong -Yeoung city. It also examined the demographic and activity background. A total of 289 valid samples were collected from 1 -26 May, and data were analyzed by Spss programs. The analysis of findings was based on ``pull and ``push`` motivations of tourists in the tourism special zone. The result are as follows. First, four factors, social activity, historical heritage, selfdevelopment, natural attraction, were derived from factor analysis. Second, natural attraction is the most impactive factor on visitors` satisfaction. Third, self -development is not related with visitors` revisit. Fourth, social activity and historical heritage are considered to be the most important factors on visitors` recommendation. Findings demonstrated that some tourist motives differed between demographics and activity background. Additional suggestions and limitations of the study are discussed and implications of the results are suggested.
