        RT-PCR법을 이용한 백합 바이러스 LSV, LMoV, CMV의 검출

        2008~2009년에 강원, 충남, 제주 지역의 백합 재배 농가에서 바이러스 감염 증상을 보이는 백합의 잎과 구근을 채취하였으며 RT-PCR 방법으로 Lily mottle virus (LMoV), Lily symptomless virus (LSV), Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) 등 3 종류의 바이러스를 검출 하였다. LSV 12주, LMoV 20주, CMV 1주가 검출 되었으며 LSV에 감염된 12개의 식물체 중 7개에서는 LMoV도 검출되어 복합 감염된 것을 확인하였다. LMoV와 LSV에 의한 복합 감염은 엽맥투명화, 잎말림, 반점, 모자이크, 황화 줄무늬 등 단독 감염보다 심각한 병징을 나타내었으며 좋지 않은 환경에서 저장된 구근에서도 복합 감염이 관찰되었다. 채집된 식물체는 LMoV 감염이 가장 많았으며 Lily virus X(LVX)에 의한 감염은 검출되지 않았다. 7개 분리주의(LMoV 4주, LSV 2주, CMV 1주) 외피 단백질 유전자를 증폭한 후 염기서열을 분석하여 국내에서 발표된 백합 바이러스 염기서열(LSV:AJ516059, CMV: AJ296154)과 비교 하였으며 LMoV는 국내에서 처음으로 염기서열을 결정하여 기존에 보고된 염기서열(AJ564636)과 비교하였다. 분리주는 기존에 보고된 바이러스와 95~99%의 뉴클레오티드 염기서열 유사성을 보였으며, 이들 분리주의 분자 생물학적 특성을 밝히고 신속하고 정확한 바이러스 진단을 위해서는 전체 염기 서열 분석이 필요한 것으로 판단되었다. Leaf samples and bulbs showing characteristic symptoms of virus infection were collected from Gang-won, Chung-nam, and Jeju Province of Korea in 2008-2009. Three viruses, Lily symptomless virus (LSV), Lily mottle virus (LMoV), and Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) were detected by RT-PCR. Virus-infected plant samples were identified; 12 plants with LSV, 20 plants with LMoV, and 1 plant with CMV. Of the twelve LSV infected samples, seven samples were found to be mix-infected with LMoV and LSV. Symptoms of LMoV and LSV mixed infection were fairly severe, like as vein clearing, leaf curling, leaf mottling, leaf mosaic, and yellow streaking. Mixed infection with LMoV and LSV was also found in lily bulbs which have been stored under unfavorable environmental conditions. LMoV predominated in our tests, whereas spread of Lilyvirus X (LVX) was not found. The nucleotide sequences of coat protein (CP) region of seven isolates (4 LMoV, 2 LSV, and 1 CMV) were compared with the corresponding regions of LMoV (AJ564636), LSV (AJ516059) and CMV(AJ296154). The nucleotide sequence homologies between reference viruses and seven isolates were 95-99%. Complete sequencing of seven isolates is necessary to obtain more information on the molecular characteristics of these viruses as well as to increase sensitivity and rapidity of viral detection.

        미용 종사자 교육 정도의 소비자 인식 여부에 따른 헤어스타일별 적정 시술 시간 만족에 관한 연구

        The structure of industry in Korea has been changing to that of service industry. The quantitative growth of service industry raises competition among service enterprises but does not yet reach qualitative improvement. In this environment in which service industry undergoes quantitative growth, qualitative enhancement of beauty industry employees who can provide customer satisfaction and customer impression services is recognized as the crucial core factor in the development of beauty care companies, and in that beauty industry, too. Thereupon, in order for the beauty care companies to provide information and academic data that can satisfy customer' s eye level by establishing service strategies, this study divides consumers into those who recognize the educational degree of beauty industry employees and those who do not with the questionnaire method and examines the satisfaction with the operation time by hairstyle according to the recognition on the educational degree of the employees. As a result, about the sex ratio of the study subjects, females were more than males. And the jobs included specialized jobs, office jobs, students, independent businessmen, and salespersons in order. Their monthly income was mostly from 2 million to 3 million won, and those with high income over 4 million won were quite rare. Among the subjects, the married were more than the unmarried. Regarding the level of education, most of them were attending or graduating from college or attending graduate school or higher, and those graduating from high school or lower were quite rare. It is considered that this is correlated with the social trend of high-level education. Regarding the consumer recognition on the educational degree of beauty industry employees, the recognition group (that recognizes the educational degree of beauty industry employees) was more than the non-recognition group(that does not recognize the educational degree of beauty industry employees). About the satisfaction with the operational time by hairstyle according to the recognition group and non -recognition group, the recognition group was more than the non -recognition group. With regard to the satisfaction with the optimal operation time by hairstyle between the recognition group and non-recognition group, the male permanent style showed statistica11y significant difference in shadow perm and the non-recognition group did so separately in shadow perm and shaggy perm. And the female permanent style indicated significant difference in the hot perm style’ s magic, setting, and digital, and the general perm style’ s texture, baby, and roll straight. Socially, they think much theoretical education is needed for permanent styles. Male' s cut-style, up-style, dry-style, and dye-style did not indicate significant difference. The result is inferred to be drawn from misinterpretation that both the recognition group and the non-recognition group related it with sensual expression rather than theoretical education, so it is thought that this does not affect the operational time. In conc1usion, consumers do not spare their investment to manage their personal value and image once they have security and influence socia11y. Thus, it is deemed that if beauty industry employees who have completed proper education right for their consumer' s value and ability enhance their value by delivering their value and capacity to their consumers properly, this wi11 lead to the increment of sales and the increase of faithful costumers as we11.

        논문 : TV홈쇼핑 배경음악이 소비자의 구매의사에 미치는 영향

        TV홈쇼핑 시장은 최근 성숙기에 접어들며 동종업체간 경쟁이 더욱 치열해지고 있는 상황이다. 소비자의 구매를 이끌어 내는 전략으로 본 연구에서는 배경음악의 장르와 템포에 따른 소비자의 구매의사를 상품 유형 별로 나누어 분석하였다. 이를 위해 TV홈쇼핑과 배경음악에 대한 문헌연구를 진행하였고, 상품 유형 별로 실제 TV홈쇼핑 방송사에서 선곡하고 있는 배경음악의 장르와 템포를 파악하였다. 마지막으로 설문조사를 통해 스포츠웨어, 생활가전, 신선/가공식품 세 가지 상품 유형 별로 구매의사가 높은 배경음악의 장르와 템포를 분석하였다. 본 연구는 TV홈쇼핑 분야에서 배경음악과 관련한 연구가 미진한 상황에서 홈쇼핑 배경음악이 소비자 구매의사에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 또한 상품의 유형과 음악의 변수(장르, 템포)를 세분화하여 구매의사를 고찰하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. Recently, as TV home shopping has entered into the stage of stability, competition between the same lines of business has become more intense. Thus, this research goals have been determined in order to analyze the purchase intent of customers related with the genre and tempo of background music of TV home shopping by different types of products. In order to achieve the research goals, thorough research on related literatures have been conducted and found out about the background music. Furthermore, the characteristics of background music of actual TV home shopping broadcasting have been analyzed, focusing on the genre and tempo of the music. In addition, a survey has been conducted in order to verify what kind of music genre and tempo of the background music has an influence on the highest purchase intent of the chosen three products(sportswear, household appliances, fresh and processed foods). This study investigated the influence of background music of TV home shopping in relation to the purchase intent of customers. Also, this study has significance in the sense that it analyzed the causal relationship between the background music of home shopping and reactions of customers by categorizing products in details and using the music genre and tempo as the independent variables that affect the purchase intent of customers.

        미용실의 불만족 서비스가 불만족 처리 후 고객만족에 미치는 영향

        Along with the improvement of the standards of living or the changes of life patterns, service industry has been developed, and also beauty care service industry has been constantly developed and increased. With this structural condition, in beauty care service industry, most of the managers are not only focused on technical training but also activating the best customer services provided to their customers. Here, this paper aims to examine the effect of settling dissatisfying services on customer satisfaction with the subjects of both male and female consumers using beauty care services. According to the result of regression analysis to examine the effect of dissatisfying services at beauty shops on customer satisfaction after the settlement, there exists negative correlation because as dissatisfying services are more, customer satisfaction decreases more after the settlement. According to the study result, even if the males and females using beauty care service industry are provided with the services to settle the dissatisfying factors, their satisfaction with the provision of the services is low. This implies that it is needed to make efforts to analyze and figure out the services’ dissatisfying factors closely in order to let the customers recognize the process of settling the dissatisfying factors and the result after that accurately and enhance the management for the customers using beauty care service industry.

        Beauty care service industry is the industry with high added value, and along with the structural changes of other industries, it is also undergoing constant development. The beauty care market once was centered around women, but with the changes of consciousness on beauty, men now have increased and diversified needs for beauty. This tends to form a new type of beauty care market. Thus, customer satisfaction will lead to the profit creation of beauty care service industry and positive word-of-mouth for reuse. Thereupon, this study divided customer satisfaction into two factors: satisfaction with beauty care services and satisfaction with the hair style treatment time in order to examine the effects of them on customer satisfaction .In order to examine how the beauty care service satisfaction differs by the sex of the beauty care customers, the t-test was conducted. As a result, the male group’s satisfaction was relatively higher than the female group’s. And regarding the treatment time satisfaction by the proper types of treatment according to the sex of the beauty care customers, the male group’s satisfaction was relatively higher than the female group’s. According to the research result, in this rapidly changing society, time is competitiveness to men who lead their lives according to the fixed schedule; thus, not only technical services but more accurate and faster services are required for them.

        일개 종합병원 종합(민간)검진 비용 영향요인 분석

        Purpose: In this study, the general characteristics of subjects who spent more than a certain amount of cost for general medical examination at the general hospital health promotion center, and the characteristics of disease, family history, and lifestyle (smoking, alcohol, physical activity, oral care) significantly differed in cost expenditure. We intend to provide basic data for establishing an appropriate marketing strategy for comprehensive examination. Method: It was conducted for users who received comprehensive checkups at a health promotion center at a general hospital in Seoul. The research data collection period is for 979 people who performed comprehensive examinations from January 2019 to December 2020. In order to carry out a comprehensive examination, a questionnaire before the examination was distributed to the subjects who visited the hospital to prepare, and the investigation was conducted in a way that the subjects of the investigation directly filled in. Results: There was a significant influence on the difference in expenditure for comprehensive examination according to the gender, age, and type of health insurance of the subject. In addition, there were significant differences in expenditure according to the presence or absence of disease and the type of family history. Weight loss, smoking history, smoking period, smoking frequency, drinking history, and drinking frequency all had significant effects on cost expenditure. Also, strength training and oral treatment management showed a significant effect on the cost of comprehensive examination. The number of flossing and interdental brushing was also found to have a significant effect. According to the results of multiple regression analysis, disease history (t=2.683, p<.01) and mean smoking frequency (t=4.315, p<.001) appeared to have the most significant effect on expenditure statistically. In other words, when the subject has a history of disease and when the average number of smoking is large, it means that the comprehensive examination cost is remarkably large. Conclusion: By using these contents, hospitals can further refine the marketing of the examination center. In addition, a more convenient and specialized process should be used by patients by linking the general medical department and the examination center well. In terms of management of operating medical institutions, this can be expected to create patients and increase profits.

        Amidst the fiercer business environment among corporations along with the expanding economy, corporations have focused on enhancing a strategic corporate image and reliability. It is the image of a store that can best demonstrate such a corporate image in connection with the characteristics of a service industry; therefore, this study is to review how the interior image of a beauty salon affects customer preference and satisfaction and their intention to revisit. As a result of discovering the effect of the interior image of a beauty salon on customer satisfaction and intention to revisit, the better the interior image of a beauty salon, the higher the preference, which was a positive relationship. Also, the better the interior image of a beauty salon, the more the intention to revisit, which was also a positive relationship. That is, in accordance with the interior design, subsidiary facilities, and service tools in the service industry, customers form satisfaction from the skills of the service industry and service along with a favorable impression. Meanwhile, this was discovered to result in the continued use of the service industry and positive referrals. In considering the above results, male and female customers who use a beauty salon were discovered to be affected by the subsidiary facilities and the latest service tools of a beauty salon based on the skills and service. From this, if service managers cultivate human resources equipped with skills and services that can be purchased by customers and are prepared with the subsidiary facilities of the user-friendly service industry, the beauty service industry is expected to advance into a futuristic industry prepared with a system.

        비대면 가창 수업 방법 고찰

        팬데믹으로 인한 사회적 거리 두기 시작으로 비접촉 사회를 형성하였다. 접촉을 제한하는 언 콘택트 시대가 도달함으로써 우리 사회 및 경제생활뿐 아니라 교육 활동에도 지대한 영향을 미치고 있다. 이 같은 감염병 사태에 대응하여 대학을 비롯한 모든 교육 기관들은 비대면 온라인 수업을 시행하였다. 특히, 예체능을 비롯한 실무 형태 위주의 학과 수업들은 비대면으로 인한 제한된 환경으로 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 가창 수업은 주로 1:1 대면 개인지도 또는 단체 수업 방법에서 비접촉 시대로 시행된 비대면 수업 전환으로 과도기를 경험하고 있다. 전통적인 교육 방식에 머물러 있던 국내 학교 현장에서 코로나 19 이후 비접촉 시대를 맞이하여 기술을 혁신하는 에듀테크가 본격화 할 것으로 전망되는 가운데 가속화된 교육 혁신에 대비하여 비대면 실기 수업이 나아갈 방향에 대해 살펴볼 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 언택트 가창 수업 방법연구를 위해 먼저 비접촉 사회로 인한 국내 대학 현황과 가창 수업 형태를 살펴본다. 그 사례 연구로 가창 수업 방법을 제시하고 그 수업을 수강한 학생들과 교수들의 설문 조사와 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 그와 더불어 비대면 가창 수업의 장단점을 조사하고, 만족하는 수업 방법의 연구결과로‘가창 녹화 모니터링 및 선행학습’,‘즉각적인 영상자료 보컬 분석 및 보충 음악 이론’이 두 가지 구성요소를 도출할 수 있었다. 시대적 변화와 함께 효과적인 비접촉 가창 수업을 위해서는 비대면 가창 수업의 문제점들을 보완하고, 새로운 비접촉 가창 수업 방법에 관한 지속적인 연구와 시스템 구축이 더욱 마련되어야 한다. Non-Contact society has arrived due to social distinctions by COVID 19 pandemic. The arrival of the era of non-contact is having a profound impact on educational activities as well as on our social and economic lives. In response to the pandemic situation universities and all other educational institutions have implemented non-contact online classes. In particular arts physical educations and other practical classes are experiencing many difficulties due to the limited environment caused by social distancing from COVID 19 pandemic. Vocal classes are undergoing a transition mainly from 1:1 individual face-to-face lessons or group teaching methods to the non-contact era of online teaching or lesson methods. It is necessary to look at the direction of non-face-to-face practical classes in preparation for accelerated educational innovation. Edu-tech, which innovates technology in the wake of the age of non-contact after COVID 19 pandemic is expected to begin in earnest at school sites in Korea which have remained in the traditional way of education. The purpose of this study is to effectively non-contact vocal instructional methods by cogitating the current state of higher practical education and vocal classes in Korea. In addition, This study conducted two components of satisfied instructions such as ‘Priorlearning of monitoring of recorded singing’, and ‘Immediate analyzing of various vocal contents and supplementary lessons of music theory’ with a research on the peos and cons of non-face-to-face vocal class. Over a period of time, The effective non-contact of vocal instructional methods is in need to supplement non-face-to-face vocal class problems and further research and system construction with non-face-to-face vocal class’s pros and cons to construct high-quality lecture contents is warranted.
