이소맹출하는 견치의 상악 전치로의 대체사용 : 증례보고

Impacted maxillary canines are the most frequently impacted teeth after the third molars. The exact etiology of impacted maxillary canines is unknown, but several complications may result from impacted maxillary canines. An early detection of ectopically erupting teeth can lead to performing interceptive treatment such as early extraction of primary canine and provide the best long-term results. In the absence of prevention, clinicians should consider orthodontic treatment followed by surgical exposure of the canine to bring it into occlusion. However, in cases when the finding ectopically erupting teeth and severe root resorption of adjacent teeth are found late, malposed canine can replace the injured teeth. In these presented cases, early diagnosis and treatment of ectopic eruption and root resorption were not performed. The maxillary incisor replacement with ectopically erupting canine can be the alternative treatment of choice with successful results. The reconstructed canine is planned to be checked periodically for the condition of composite resin restoration. Orthodontic treatment and dental implant are planned. This report shows that when early diagnosis was not done, maxillary incisor replacement with ectopically erupting canine could prevent uncertain prognosis of the adjacent teeth with root resorption and provide esthetic satisfactory with time saved and cost reduced. 매복된 상악 견치는 제 3대구치 다음으로 호발하는 매복치아로 정확한 원인은 알려져 있지 않으나 매복된 상악 견치로 인한 다양한 합병증이 나타날 수 있다. 이소맹출하는 상악 견치는 초기의 진단을 통하여 유견치의 조기 발거와 같은 차단 교정을 시행하는 경우 가장 좋은 예후를 보일 수 있으나 초기치료를 시행하지 못한 경우에는 수술적 노출과 교정적 치료를 고려할 수 있다. 또한 이소맹출하는 치아가 말기에 발견되어서 인접치아의 심한 흡수를 보인다면, 견치가 손상된 인접 치아를 대체할 수 있다. 본 증례들은 이소맹출과 치근흡수의 조기 진단을 통하여 치료되지 못한 증례로 이소맹출하는 견치를 사용하여 상악 절치의 대체사용이 대안으로 선택되었고, 현재까지 성공적인 결과를 보인다. 복합레진으로 수복된 견치는 지속적인 관찰을 통하여서 수복물을 평가할 예정이며, 추후 교정치료와 임플란트의 식립이 계획되어있다. 본 증례는 초기 처치가 이루어지지 않은 경우에 견치를 절치로 대체 사용하여 치근 흡수된 치아의 불확실한 예후를 피하고, 시간과 비용을 절감하여 심미적 만족을 얻을 수 있는 방법에 대하여 보고하고자 한다.

유기이차전지를 위한 Poly(Styrenesulfonate)-Carbon 복합 음극의 전기화학적 특성

본 연구에서는 고분자와 탄소 물질을 복합화시켜 친환경의 유기 음극을 제조하였다. Poly(styrenesulfonate)(PSS)-carbon 복합 음극은 탄소 입자를 PSS이 둘러싸고 있는 core-shell 형태를 보이며 $524mAh\;g^{-1}$의 이론용량과 0.6 V 이하의 낮은 전압을 가진다. PSS-carbon 복합 음극은 0.1, 0.5, 1, 10C에서 각각 용량 $519.6mAh\;g^{-1}$, $461.2mAh\;g^{-1}$, $411.8mAh\;g^{-1}$, $315.9mAh\;g^{-1}$의 첫 번째 방전 용량을 가지면 30사이클까지 안정적인 주기 특성을 보여준다. Polystyrene 구조와 sulfonate 기능 기를 갖는 PSS와의 탄소 복합 전극은 유기 이차전지의 전기화학적 특성을 향상 시키기 적합한 음극활 물질로 여겨 진다. In this study, a polymer-carbon composite material is prepared for environmental-friendly organic anode. On poly(styrenesulfonate)(PSS)-carbon composite anode, the carbon is coated by PSS as a core-shell structure and the PSS-carbon composite anode has $524mAh\;g^{-1}$ theoretical capacity with <0.6V voltage. Moreover, the PSS-carbon composite anode shows $519.6mAh\;g^{-1}$, $461.2mAh\;g^{-1}$, $411.8mAh\;g^{-1}$ and $315.9mAh\;g^{-1}$ discharge capacities at 0.1, 0.5, 1 and 10 C, respectively, and stable cycle performance up to 30 cycles. The PSS-carbon composite anode, containing polystyrene and sulfonate functional groups, is suitable for high electrochemical properties organic rechargeable battery.

혈우병을 가진 어린이의 치과치료

Severe한 혈우병 B 환아가 소아과에 입원하여 세계혈우병연맹(World Federation of Hemophilia, WFH) 지침서에 따라서 응고인자 수준을 유지하면서 다수의 발치를 포함한 관혈적 치과 치료를 받았다. 이와 같이 혈우병 환자에서 다수의 발치를 시행할 때 주기적인 혈액검사를 통한 응고인자 수준의 관리와 복잡한 의과적 처치가 요구된다. 따라서 다수의 발치가 요구되는 경우 전신마취 하에 가능한 모든 치과치료를 시행하는 것이 효과적이고 효율적인 방법이 될 수 있다. Hemophilia, the most common of the inherited bleeding disorder, is the result of a deficiency of clotting factor. Since bleeding after dental treatment may cause severe or even fatal complications, people with hemophilia must be given special dental care. We report on the diagnosis and treatment of a 9-year-old boy having severe hemophilia visited our department with the chief complaints of pus discharge on the left lower molar region. In the clinical and radiographic examination, periapical abscess and dental caries were diagnosed. Considering complexity of the treatment and complication in the coagulation, it was decided to carry on the treatment under general anesthesia. Clotting factor IX concentrates were intended to provide 50-70% plasma level. Pulpectomy, resin restoration and Stainless steel crown were given under general anesthesia. Several teeth were extracted and the sockets were packed with Surgicel$^{(R)}$ (Oxidized Regenerated Cellulose, Johnson and Johnson Co. Neuchatel, Switzerland) under general anesthesia. Transpalatal arch and lingual arch were given for maintaining the extracted space before discharged. For people with severe hemophilia, factor replacement is necessary before scaling, surgery or regional block injections. Therefore, if several extractions are needed, dental care under general anesthesia would be effective and efficient management.

호텔서비스 종사원의 고객지향성에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between Internal marketing, employee`s satisfaction and effect of customer orientation in the Hotel Industry. This study surveyed the employees who work at five star hotel in Busan from December 1st to 15th, 2010. A total of 230samples from the employees in the hotel industry collected through questionnaires. The statistic data was analyzed by frequency, fator, reliability and SEM analyses using the PASW(AMOS)18.0 program. The results can be summarized as follows: First, the result shows that Internal marketing have positive effects on employee`s satisfaction and effect of customer orientation. Second, employee`s satisfaction has positive influence affect customer orientation. Based on the result of the empirical analysis in this study, the research model is verified for effect of Internal marketing on customer orientation based on existing studies. This study concluded with several recommendations for enhancing hotel employee`s job satisfaction and customer orientation from the Internal marketing.

호텔직원의 성장욕구와 직업존중감이 고객지향성에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 호텔직원의 성장욕구와 직업존중감이 고객지향성에 미치는 영향과 심리적 주인의식이 직원의 고객지향성의 관계에 미치는 매개효과에 대해 연구하였으며 서울지역에 소재한 특급호텔 직원을 대상으로 실증분석을 시행하였다. 그 결과, 직원의 성장욕구와 직업존중감이 고객지향성에 유의한 영향력이 있고 심리적 주인의식이 직원의 성장욕구와 직업존중감과 고객지향성의 관계에 완전한 매개효과를 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 호텔 인사담당자를 위한 직원관리에 대한 이론적 의미와 시사점 그리고 향후연구방향을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to research service industry employees performance in Seoul’s deluxe hotels can improve based on aspects of growth needs in professional development, job esteem, and customer orientation. How growth needs and job-esteem affect employees customer orientation is important to try and discover the mediating effect that the employees psychological ownership contributes to the relationship between growth needs, job-esteem, and customer orientation. According to the results, growth needs and job-esteem effect to customer orientation and an employees psychological ownership has a mediating effect between growth needs, job-esteem and customer orientation. Based on these findings, critical theoretical and practical implications, as well as future research suggestions, have been provided for hotel managers to aid in employee management.

호텔 직원의 개인성향이 고객지향성에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 호텔 직원의 개인성향과 고객지향성의 관계를 검증하고 이 관계에서 직무만족의 매개효과를 파악하고자 하였다. 지료의 수집은 서울 시내 특급 호텔 직원을 대상으로 이루어졌으며, SPSS룰 이용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하였고 구성성분의 영향관계를 파악하기 위해 다중회귀분석과 매개회귀분석기법을 실시하여 분석하였다. 분석의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개인성향과 고객지향성의 관계에서 개인성향의 하부요인인 낙관성과 성장욕구는 고객지향성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 자존감과 외향성은 고객지향성에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무만족은 개인성향 중 성장욕구와 고객지향성 간의 관계만을 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구결과에서 보여주 듯이 개인성향에 따라 고객지향성 간의 관계에서 각기 다른 결과를 나타내고 있으며 직무 만족이 개인성향과 고객지향성 간의 관계를 부분 매개하는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 호텔 직원의 고객지향성을 높이기 위해 개인성향에 따른 관리와 직무만족의 향상 등 조직 관리방안이 필요함을 시사하고 있다. The purpose of this study is to identifiy the relationships between individual s personality with hotel employees and customer orientation and the mediating effect of job satisfaction. Data were collected from the employees of deluxe hotel in Seoul. The study analyzed the frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis with SPSS. To analyze the relationships among dimensions and to identify the mediating effect of job satisfaction between personality and customer orientation, two hypotheses were examined with multiple regression analysis and three-step mediated regression analysis. Test results are as follows: First, employees personality as a determinant of customer orientation, among four dimensions of personality, optimism and self-allusion were statistically significant on customer orientation but self-esteem and extroversion had no relationships. Second, the significant role of job satisfaction suggests that only self-allusion of personality and customer orientation could be mediated by job satisfaction. As shown in the results of this study, depending on employees personality, different outcomes are expressed in relation to customer orientation. The job satisfaction could be seen as partial relation between employees personality and customer orientation. The results of this study suggest that the hotel needs to manage organizational management measures, such as categorizing employees personality and improving job satisfaction, to enhance customer orientation of hotel employees

윤리적 리더십과 심리적 주인의식, 그리고 조직몰입 간의 관계에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 서울지역에 소재한 특급호텔 직원을 대상으로 윤리적 리더십이 심리적 주인의식과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 밝히고 심리적 주인의식이 윤리적 리더십과 조직몰입에 미치는 매개효과를 파악하고자 하였다. 실증조사를 위해 300명의 특급호텔 직원들을 대상으로 설문조사가 실시되었고, 회귀분석을 통해 가설이 검정되었다. 연구 결과, 윤리적 리더십이 조직몰입에 유의한 영향력을 미치고 심리적 주인의식이 윤리적 리더십과 조직몰입의 관계에 매개효과를 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 경쟁우위를 위해 윤리적 리더십의 중요성과 심리적 주인의식의 필요성을 강조하는 시스템구축이 필요함을 제시하고 있다. The study aimed to research the impact of ethical leadership on the psychological ownership and organizational commitment of employees in deluxe hotels located in Seoul. It also tried to determine the mediating effect that the employees’ psychological ownership has contributed to the relationship between ethical leadership and organizational commitment in hotel firms. For the purpose of empirical testing, 300 respondents from deluxe hotels were surveyed and the hypothesis was tested through regression analysis. The results of this study are, that ethical leadership affects organizational commitment and employees’ psychological ownership has a mediating effect between ethical leadership and organizational commitment. The results of this study suggests building management systems that recognize the importance of ethical leadership and psychological ownership by employees for competitive advantages.

호텔직원의 팔로워십 특성이 조직내 커뮤니케이션과 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

The study aims to offer implications by investigating the effects of followership behaviors on effective management outcomes for hotel organizations such as communication and job satisfaction. For empirical analysis, 300 survey questionnaire distributed, among which 215 valid responses were collected. Results indicated the following. First, all followership characteristics (active participation, critical thinking, enthusiasm) had positive effects on communication. Second, active participation and enthusiasm had positive effects on job satisfaction. Third, communication had positive effect on job satisfaction. Findings indicate that followership is a critical factor in effective human resource management of hotel employees. It is suggested that the role playing program should be developed based on employees" openness and attitudes.

PI-SIR과 OLRR을 이용한 마이크로스트립 이중 대역 여파기의 설계 방법

본 논문에서는 의사 인터디지털 계단형 임피던스 공진기(Pseudo-Interdigital Stepped Impedance Resonator: PISIR) 와 개방 루프 링 공진기(Open-Loop Ring Resonator: OLRR)를 이용한 마이크로스트립 이중 대역 대역 통과 여파기를 제안한다. PI-SIR을 이용하여 이중 대역 여파기의 첫 번째 통과 대역과 두 번째 통과 대역을 설계하고, OLRR을 이용하여 두 번째 통과 대역 특성을 강화한다. PI-SIR 구조에서 특성 임피던스 비와 전기적 길이 비를 이용하면 첫 번째 통과 대역과 두 번째 통과 대역을 쉽고 정확하게 조정할 수 있다. 2.45 ㎓와 5.8 ㎓에서 동작하는 이중 대역 여파기의 설계 결과와 측정 결과로부터 제안된 여파기가 유용하다는 것을 알 수 있다. In this paper, dual-band bandpass filter by using Pseudo-Interdigital Stepped-Impedance Resonator(PI-SIR) and Open-Loop Ring Resonator(OLRR) is proposed. The first passband and second passband are formed by PI-SIR and the second passband is reinforced by an OLRR. In a PI-SIR the first band and second band are easily and exactly adjusted by characteristic impedance ratio and electrical length ratio. The proposed design method may be confirmed to be useful from fabricated and measured results for dual-band bandpass filter operated at 2.45 ㎓ and 5.8 ㎓.
