기존 데이터 압축 방식에는 크게 resolution-constrained quantization (RCQ) 방식과entropy-constrained quantization (ECQ) 방식이 있다. RCQ 방식은 고정 비트율 전송을 가능하게 하지만 셀 크기의 변화에 따른 이상 신호왜곡이 발생하며, ECQ 방식은 셀 크기가 고정된 대신에 이상 비트율 할당 문제가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 기존 RCQ 방식의 대표적인 학습기법인 generalized Lloyd algorithm (GLA)을 개선한 cell-size constrained vector quantization (CCVQ) 방식을 제안한다. CCVQ 알고리즘은 셀 크기에 따라 유동적으로 패널티 척도를 주는 방식으로 기존의 RCQ와 ECQ 사이의 soft-decision을 가능하게 한다. 제안 알고리즘을 사용할 경우 기존의 GLA에 비해 약간의 평균왜곡 증가는 발생하나 이상 신호왜곡을 줄일 수 있다. There are two major conventional quantization algorithms: resolution-constrained quantization (RCQ) and entropy-constrained quantization (ECQ). Although RCQ works well for fixed transmission-rate, it produces the distortion outliers since the cell sizes are different. Compared with RCQ, ECQ has the constraints on the cell size but it produces the rate outliers. We propose the cell-size constrained vector quantization (CCVQ) that improves the generalized Lloyd algorithm (GLA). The CCVQ algorithm is able to make a soft-decision between RCQ and ECQ by using the flexible penalty measure according to the cell size. Although the proposed method increases the small amount of overall mean-distortion, it can reduce the distortion outliers.
AMR-WB 음성 부호화기를 이용한 TTS 데이터베이스의 효율적인 압축 기법

본 논문에서는 효율적으로 Text-To-Speech (TTS) 데이터베이스를 압축하기 위해서 개선된 adaptive multi-rate wideband (AMR-WB) 음성 부호화 알고리즘을 제안하고자 한다. 제안된 알고리즘은 불필요한 common bit-stream (CBS)을 제거하고, 파라미터의 델타 코딩 방식과 특정 화자에 종속적인 Huffman coding을 접목하여 음질 저하 없이 비트율을 낮추고자 하였다. 또한, 최소한의 음질 손실로 최대의 비트율 개선 효과를 볼 수 있는 손실 압축 방식도 제안하였다. 기존의 12.65 kbit/s AMR-WB 코덱에 CBS 제거를 포함한 무손실 압축 방식을 적용한 결과 음질 저하 없이 최대 12.40%의 비트율 개선 효과를 나타냈다. 또한, 손실 압축방식에서는 20.00% 비트율 개선 시 PBSQ로 0.12 정도의 음질 저하가 발생했다. This paper presents an improved adaptive multi-rate wideband (AMR-WB) algorithm for the efficient Text-To-Speech (TTS) database compression. The proposed algorithm includes unnecessary common bit-stream (CBS) removal and parameter delta coding combined with speaker-dependent huffman coding to reduce the required bit-rate without any quality degradation. We also propose lossy coding schemes to produce the maximum bit-rate reduction with negligible quality degradation. The proposed lossless algorithm including CBS removal can reduce bit-rate by 12.40% without quality degradation compared with the 12.65 kbps AMR-WB mode. The proposed lossy algorithm can reduce bit-rate by 20.00% with 0.12 PESQ degradation.
아나타세 TiO<sub>2</sub> 도핑파워가 다성분계 TiO<sub>2</sub>-ITO 투명 전극의 전기적, 광학적, 구조적 특성에 미치는 효과

We report on the effects of $TiO_2$ doping power on the characteristics of multicomponent $TiO_2$-ITO (TITO) electrodes prepared by a multi-target sputtering system with tilted cathode guns. Both as-deposited and annealed TITO electrodes showed linearly increased sheet resistance and resistivity with increasing $TiO_2$ doping power. However, the TITO electrodes exhibited a fairly high optical transmittance regardless of the $TiO_2$ doping power due to the high transparency of the $TiO_2$. Although the annealed TITO showed much lower sheet resistance and resistivity relative to the as-deposited samples, the electrical properties of the annealed samples exhibited similar dependence on the $TiO_2$ power to the as-deposited samples. In addition, it was found that doping of an anatase $TiO_2$ in the ITO electrode prevented the preferred (222) orientation of the TITO electrodes. Although the TITO electrode showed higher sheet resistance and resistivity than that of the pure ITO electrode, it offers a very smooth surface and usage of a low-cost Ti element. It is thus considered a promising multicomponent transparent conducting electrode for cost-efficient flat panel displays and photovoltatics.

The automobile market is changing from internal combustion engines to electric vehicles. Accordingly, the load of the vehicle increases due to the weight of the battery, and accelerates to a high torque at the time of departure. High torque and load affect the shear stress and grip interacting with the tyre block on the road surface. For this reason, in this study, tire friction noise emitted when a vehicle accelerates was studied. A method of obtaining the contribution of each tire structure factor contributing to tire friction noise using the Support Vector Regression was presented. The optimal specification result according to the noise result of the actual vehicle test and the contribution of the structural factor were compared and verified. In the future, noise reduction characteristics according to major factors will be studied, and actual vehicle test evaluation technology will be developed and used for electric vehicle acceleration noise research.

In this study, a quantitative evaluation and analysis method was presented to reduce friction noise generated during vehicle turning. for this purpose, Numerical analysis of theoretical modeling performed using matlab, The relationship between friction noise and dynamic footprint for major factors was verified by experimental methods. The control factor was reviewed to verify the multiple regression model after the tire was manufactured. It will be used for research on accelerated friction noise of electric vehicles in the future.

This paper is written for the Purpose to explicate a special feature of Buddhist prose written by Chinese character. It specially concerned of the prose of Buddhist priest(禪僧) lived in the late period of Chosun(朝鮮) dynasty. So it first of all described on a point of difference between Buddhist prose and other prose. As a result of study, We have found four feature. 1. In the Buddhist prose, There were a broader viewpoint to the world and the space of metaphor. 2. In the Buddhist prose, There were a beauty of expression by the short and direct description. 3. In the Buddhist prose, There were a reception of a fable and the spreading of fable. 4. In the Buddhist prose, There were a genuineness go through the irregularity. Chosun Dynasty was the political power insist Confucianism. So They have rejected and oppressed the Buddhism in political and ideological way. Because of this atmosphere, Buddhist priest have written their prose very careful. Nevertheless they wrote on the value of the Buddhism's own. That is the world of the compassion and harmony, amicable settlement.
작전 수행역량의 하락을 고려한 효과적인 작전 규칙 수립

본 연구는 군사 작전 초기에 작전 수행 요소 내의 일부 요인을 고정하는 의사결정인 작전 규칙의 수립을 통해 작전 수행 시간이 줄어드는 효과를 모델링하는 것을 목표로 한다. 작전 규칙의 수립은 작전을 수행하는 조직 사이 의사결정의 반복을 제거함으로써 작전 종료 시점을 앞당기는 효과를 가지나 작전을 수행하는 부대 사이의 의사 교환을 통제함으로 인한 작전 수행역량의 하락 또한 발생시킨다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 작전 규칙과 관련한 상충관계를 고려하여 작전 수행 시간을 줄이는 목적을 달성하면서도 작전 수행역량의 과도한 저하를 야기하지 않는 효과적인 작전 규칙 수립에 대해 제안한다. 이를 위해 work transformation matrix (WTM) 방법론을 활용하여 군사 작전 중 의사결정 반복이 수렴하는 과정을 모델링하며, 정의한 모델과 Sherman-Morrison 공식을 사용해 작전 수행역량의 하락이 기존 작전수행역량 대비 일정 임계치 이상 발생하지 않도록 하는 동시에 최적의 작전 수행 시간을 확보할 수 있는 작전 규칙을 수립하는 정수 최적화 모형을 개발하였다. The aim of this paper is to reduce military operation time by showing effects of an operation rule, which is a strategic decision-making rule to fix certain operation elements in the early stage of the operation. The formation of an operation rule accelerates the point at which the operation ends by eliminating iterations of decision-making and quality degradation due to the hindrance of information flow between operation teams. In this context, effective operation rules that minimize the operation time while not causing critical degradation of operation quality need to be established. This study modeled the convergence process of military operations by using a work transformation matrix (WTM). An optimal operation rule was obtained to minimize operation time with guarantee of the threshold of operation quality through an integer optimization programming using the Sherman-Morrison formula.

This paper is a study to improve the fire-resistance capacity of reinforced concrete (RC) members strengthened by fiber-reinforced-polymer (FRP). The fire resistance of the RC members strengthened by FRP was evaluated through high temperature exposure test. In order to improve the fire resistance of the FRP reinforcing method, a fire-proof board was attached to the reinforced FRP surface and then the high temperature exposure test was carried out to evaluate the improvement of the fire resistance performance. It was confirmed that the resistance to high temperature of NSMR could be improved somewhat compared with that of EBR from the experiment that exposed to high temperature under the load corresponding to 40% of nominal strength. When 30 mm thick fire-resistance (FR) board is attached to the FRP surface, the surface of the reinforced FRP does not reach 65℃, which is the glass transition temperature (GTT) of the epoxy until the external temperature reaches 480℃. In particular, when a high performance fire-proof mortar was first applied prior to FR board attachment, the FRP portion did not reach the epoxy glass transition temperature until the external temperature reached 600℃.
