        기능적 전기 자극에 대한 고찰

        Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) is used for muscle reeducation, reduction of spasticity, delay of atrophy, and muscle strengthening. FES stronger stimulation than other forms of electrical stimulation. The efficacy of FES in improving function has been substantiated in the literature. Treatment programs employing FES - activation of muscular tissue through the intact peripheral nervous system - can be broken into five major categories, according to the goal of treatment. These broad areas would include the use of FES to: (1) a direct excitation onto the alpha motoneuron, through peripheral stimulation of the Ia myotatic sensory system and ascending afferent information, which will be integrated at conscious and subconscious level of the CNS. (2) The quality of a stimulated muscle contraction is determined by combination of many parameters, including stimulus amplitude, pulse duration, stimulus frequency, and duty cycle. (3) A unit that has a pulse duration between 200 and $400{\mu}sec$ will be more than adequate for FES applications. (4) The neuromuscular plasticity is critically important to return of function using muscle re-education and facilitation applications. (5) Prior to using FES as an electrical orthosis, the patient should build up endurance in the muscles to be stimu1ated during the gait cycle.

        논문(論文) : 국공립학교 교원의 직무유기죄 적용에 관한 법적 논의

        국공립학교 교원이 정당한 이유 없이 직무수행을 거부하거나 직무를 유기하면 교원도 공무원으로서 형법 제122조의 직무유기죄에 해당하는 경우가 발생할 수도 있다. 이와는 별도로 교원이 법령에 따른 직무상의 의무를 위반하거나 태만히 한 때에는 국가공무원법 제78조 또는 사립학교법 제61조에 따라 징계처분을 받게 된다. 일반적으로 형법상 직무유기죄의 직무는 공무원법상의 본래의 직무 또는 고유한 직무를 의미하며 직무의 내용은 법령의 근거가 있거나 특별한 지시 또는 명령이 있거나공무원이 맡은 바 직무를 수행하지 않으면 실효를 거둘 수 없는 구체적인 직무이어야 한다. 직무유기죄가 성립하기 위해서는 직무수행을 거부하거나 유기하여야 한다.직무 수행거부란 직무를 능동적으로 이행하여야 할 의무 있는 공무원이 정당한 이유없이 그 근무의무에 위배하여 이를 이행하지 않는 것이고, 유기란 정당한 이유 없이 직무를 방임상태에 두거나 직무행위를 포기하는 행위이다. 이에 따라 본고에서는 일반적 직무유기죄 성립과 관련하여 국공립학교 교원이 정당한 이유 없이 직무수행을 거부 또는 유기한 경우 교원에 대한 직무유기죄 적용여부에 관하여 논의하였다. In general, Dereliction of duty is refers to the original job, or own job of the Government Employee law and to enable refuses a duty accomplishment and must abandon. The contents of duty has the ground of law or there is instruction or order which is special when the duty which the government employee keeps does not accomplish, must be a duty which is concrete is not the possibility of gaining a practical effect. The denial of job duties is required to be performed by active duty without justifiable reasons, the officials will not fulfill and Dereliction of duty is an act of giving up job action without justifiable reasons. Accordingly, this study generally satisfied with respect to Dereliction of duty national and public school teachers refuse to perform duties without any justifiable reason or if the teacher or neglect whether to apply for a job was discussed.

        李光洙 小說의 文體 考察

        This paper is an analysis of the characteristics of the style of Lee Kwangsoo's novels. This is not only a complementary analysis for the lack of the study on the subject, but also is a good chance to recognize his individuality as a novelist. The comprehensive characteristic of Chunwon's literary style is as follows. First, he attracts reader by his flexible tone of style, and moreover expresses variety aspects of his life through his plentiful knowledge and vocabulary. And readers are moved by his sentences composed of exclamation and letter styles. which give a strong appeal to them. Above all, he made a great contribution to a history of Korean literature by founding the literary style of modern novel. Even though his style looks a little pedantic, he was a writer with the most characteristic literary style.

        재학계약관계로 본 학생의 법적지위

        학생의 권리를 보호하기 위해서는 학생이 학교에 재학하는 기간 중 공법상의 제약이 따르는 경우가 있다고 하더라도 일방당사자가 우월한 지위에 선다거나 특별히 사법관계와 구분하여 파악할 필요는 없다고 본다. 따라서 사립학교는 물론이고 국가나 지방자치단체와 학생 측의 법률관계도 계약의 관점에서 분석되어야 할 것이다. 재학계약은 계약 당사자인 학생 측과 학교 측이 권리의 발생과 변동에 관하여 합의를 함으로써 법적 구속력을 발생시키는 행위라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본고에서는 재학 계약관계에서 재학계약의 당사자, 재학계약의 성립과 종료, 재학계약의 성질, 재학계약의 내용 등을 중심으로 구체적인 법률관계를 논의하였다. 결국 학생의 재학관계는 학교 측과 학생 측의 권리의무관계로서, 사적자치의 원리가 적용되며, 이를 통하여 학생의 권리가 보장되고 사법적 구제가 가능한 사법상의 재학계약이 라고 보는 것이 더 합리적이라고 보았다. In order to protect the rights of students of the school need to clarify the legal status, so this paper in order to protect the rights of students to school on a student`s legal status Until now, the legal status of students apply to special authority relation, according to a comprehensive process to dominate the student to submit this, but without any legal basis for restricting fundamental rights or the rule of judicial remedies that are impossible are not explained by logic. Schools and students is a equal right subject and Students will to participate in school education by the free. So the relationship between schools and students in the process, even if constrained to follow that if one party stands in a superior position. We will not need to understand special authority relation. After all, as well as private schools and students with state or local government side of the legal relationship will be analyzed in terms of the contract. Contract of attendance at school occur with agreement the occurrence and changes of the right caused by the act of legally binding, but contractor are not clearly apparent. However, the one-party to a contract the school if the national school to mean that the installer is a national, public schools and the local government.

        방송 미디어와 근대적 시간의 구조화에 관한 연구

        이 연구는 라디오와 텔레비전 방송 미디어의 배치에 따른 근대적 시간의 구조화 과정을 고찰한다. 일상생활에서의 경험적 시간을 추동하는 시간의 구조화는 근대성을 설명하는 핵심개념임에도 이에 대한 연구는 전무한 형편이다. 이를 위해 근대적 시간의 구조화를 이끈 미디어의 작동방식을 우리의 방송역사에 대입하여 거시적으로 살펴보았다. 분석시기는 시간 테크놀로지로서 방송 미디어가 특정 시기별, 매체별로 시간 구조화 특성(조건)의 부정합을 보인 일제시대, 미군정, 전후, 텔레비전 도입시기 등으로 나누었다. 일제시대 국민의 형성에 직간접적으로 기여한 시보를 시작으로 한 표준화와 동시성, 미군정기 편성의 합리화에 다른 정기성과 연속성 등은 방송시간이 타자에 의해 일차적으로 제도화되었음을 보여준다. 이는 1960~1970년대 개발연대가 주도하는 텔레비전으로 이어져 전체 방송 시간을 규정하는 정책에서분만 아니라 저녁시간대를 여가시간이자 충전시간, 재교육의 시간으로 개념화하기에 이르렀다. 이러한 결과는 민족국가의 시간의 구조화-방송 미디어 시간의 제도화에 따른 일상의 규율과정-가 어떤 기원을 가지고 모색되었는지 설명을 제공한다. 이 연구는 방송 미디어 시간의 개인적 전유에 대한 설명은 다소 제한적이지만 미디어와 시간의 구조화를 밝혔다는 점에서 의의를 가진다. This study investigates the process of structuration of modernized time that depends on the arrangement of broadcasting media - radio and television - in our life world. The structuration of time to generate empirical time in everyday life is the core concept that explains modernity, but it is the least studied, especially in Korea. So, this study macroscopically examines the media's method of operation as timetechnology, which leads structuration of modernized time for our broadcasting environment. Periods of study are divided as the Japanese Imperialism era, U. S. Military Government, post-Korean War, and television age. Standardization and synchronization by time signals that contribute to the formation of people during the Japanese Imperialism era, and periodicity and continuity that were shaped by the rationalization of programming in the U. S. Military Government show that broadcasting time was institutionalized by 'others' at first. This trend is connected with television in the 1960's and 1970's that were led by development-alliance, and is reflected in policies that regulate the whole broadcasting time. Also, evening family time was conceptualized as leisure time, break time and reeducation time. This result explains origins by which the nation state was built and ways of life in the nation state - a process of daily rulings by the institutionalization of broadcasting media time were shaped. This study is meaningful to clarity the structuration of media and time, although insufficient to fully explain individual appropriations of broadcasting media time.

        모나돌로지와 컴퓨터 연산 사회과학으로서의 미디어 연구

        라이프니츠로부터 제안된 모나드는 “부분을 갖지 않은 단순실체”로서 외부세계에 대한 ‘지각능력’을 가진 상호 ‘독립적인’ ‘정신적 실체’다. 모나돌로지는 이 같은 모나드의 작용에 대한 지적 제안이다. 하지만 실체를 검증할 수 없는 모나돌로지는 주류의 경험적 과학으로부터 외면을 받아왔다. 그럼에도 불구하고 모나돌로지는 가상세계의 네트워크가 점점 더 사회적 삶의 중요한 요소가 된 21세기에 이르러 중요하게 검토되어야 할 개념이 되고 있다. 모나드는 미디어를 경유하는 이슈의 생애주기적 역학 안에서 관찰되는 생각이나 느낌, 행동 등 인간의 주목 활동으로 정의되는 정신적 실체로서, 컴퓨터화된 사회과학의 사회적 미립자 분석을 통해 계량적으로, 공시적·통시적 전체성으로 분석될 수 있기 때문이다. 미디어화된 사회에 상응하는 컴퓨터화된 사회과학적 연구 프로그램을 이해하는 데에 있어 모나돌로지는 중요한 인식론적 지평을 제공한다. 이 논문은 컴퓨터화된 사회과학으로의 전환 속에서 미디어 커뮤니케이션 분야의 빅데이터 연구가 이슈의 주목과 생애주기 분석에 초점을 맞춘 모나드의 탐구라는 점을 주장한다. 자연과학에서의 미립자처럼 커뮤니케이션 활동들을 ‘사회적 미립자’로 분석할 수 있기 때문이다. 모나드의 사회과학으로 미디어 연구 프로그램의 새로운 가능성을 제안하는 것이 이 글의 목적이다. Monad, proposed by G. W. Leibniz in 1714, is “a simple substance without parts”, which designates independent mental substance with perceptivity to outside. Monadology is intellectual project how monad would be and do. But monadology, due to be not tested as experimental entity, has been looked away from mainstream of science. Nevertheless, monadology is becoming worth to investigate in 21st century which virtual-world networks are more and more important elements and structures in social life. Knowing it as a mental substance, defined as a human attentional activities such as thinking, feeling, behavior observed in dynamic cycle of issue life(generation, proliferation and residual) in media, monad could be analyzed with quantitative, synchronic and diachronic wholeness through social particle analytics in computational social science. Social particle, the same as atom in nature, means digital footprint which human hands his/her activities down networks automatically as long as they use it. So, monadology provides important epistemological horizon in understanding computational social science research program in correspondence with mediatized society. This paper marks that Big Data research in media and communication fields, in which transforming to computational social science, would be monad investigation focused on attention and life cycle of social issue. It attributes to analyze the social particle of communication activities in networked media as scientist does with atoms in natural science. It is our aim to propose monad social science as a new possibility of media research program.

        인격권의 법적성질과 전개과정에 관한 소고

        In this paper, the concept of personal rights and legal nature are focused on the development process to be discussed. Personal Rights are vague and abstract, it was not easy also recognized as being clearly right. The concept of personal rights, the regulations on the basis of explicit positive law award from the Constitution. And history jurist did not care about Personal Rights. Therefore, the discussion about the concept of personal rights, the department of civil law in terms of the Constitution. In addition, to the legal nature of personal rights were separated investigated to absolute authority, exclusive belongingness rights, expansiveness rights. The development of personal rights of the continental system of countries such as Germany and France to discuss personal rights were investigated and the United States, Japan and Korea were analyzed.

        체간안정화 운동이 편마비 환자의 족저압에 미치는 효과

        Purpose:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of core stabilization exercise on foot pressure in the hemiplegic patients. Methods:A total of 28 subjects(n=28) who were diagnosed with hemiplegic caused by a stroke were randomly divided into bridge exercise(BX, n=14) and crunch exercise(CX, n=13) groups and each group executed the exercises 20 minutes a day, 4 times per week over an 8 week period. Foot pressure was measured on the fore, mid, and hind foot for peak pressure, and distance of center of pressure (COP). Results:The peak pressure on the mid foot for BX and CX were significantly different according to the exercise period(p<05). Peak pressure on the hind foot of BX was significantly different according to exercise period (p<.05), however there was not in CX. The effects of each exercises period were significantly different according to pre-after 8weeks (p<.05). According to exercise period (p<.05), COP distances of BX and CX were significantly different. Conclusion:The results show that both BX and CX verified an improvement in gait ability. Especially, since we confirmed BX was attributed more to gait ability than CX. This is considered to be effective on those hemiplegic patients who need core-stabilization and gait stability.
