임원택 ( Won Taek Lim ) 개혁주의생명신학회 2012 생명과 말씀 Vol.6 No.-
개혁파 정통주의자들은 ‘신학’(theologia)이란 용어가 “하나님의 말씀” (Word of God)과 “하나님에 관한 말”(word concerning God) 둘 다를 의미하는 것으로 이해했다. 신학이 하나님의 말씀을 의미하든 혹은 하나님에 관한 말을 의미하든, 어느 경우라도 하나님과의 인격적 만남을 경험함 없이는 신학을 올바로 할 수 없다. 개혁주의생명신학은 하나님의 말씀으로서의 신학의 의미를 특별히 강조한다. 우리의 신학이 하나님의 말씀이 되려면 우리 자신들이 먼저 하나님을 인격적으로 알아야 한다. 그래서 개혁주의생명신학은 하나님과의 인격적 만남을 강조한다. 성경을 통해 우리가 만나는 하나님은 추상적인 하나님이 아니라 아브라함과 이삭과 야곱의 하나님, 즉 인격적인 하나님이시다. 신학은 대상을 추상화하고 고정하며 상대화하는 학문이 될 수 없다. 그러므로 신학은 학문이 아니다. 영국의 개혁신학자들은 “theology”라는 용어보다는 “divinity”라는 용어를 선호했다. 게다가 츠빙글리와 칼빈 그리고 불링거는 “theologia” 라는 용어를 정의하거나 논의하지 않았다. 그들에게 중요했던 것은“religio”라는 개념이었다. 그들은 신자들에게 하나님을 올바로 알고 예배하도록 가르치는 매우 실천적인 가르침에 관심을 가졌다. 개혁파 정통주의자들은 종교개혁자들의 이런 실천적 관심을 계승했다. 이렇듯 신학과 관련해서 종교개혁자들과 개혁파 정통주의자들은 신앙의 실천을 지향했음이 명백하다. “신학은 학문이 아니다”라는 명제는 신학이 하나님에 관한 지적 앎이 아니라 하나님을 인격적으로 앎이라는 의미다. 그렇다면 “신학은 학문이 아니다”라는 선언은 신앙의 실천을 매우 강조했던 종교개혁자들과 개혁파 정통주의자들의 입장에 굳건히 서있는 것으로 이해할 수 있다. 개혁신학자들은 이론과 실천의 균형을 추구했다. 그런데 개혁파 정통주의자들 중 다수는 신학의 이론적 측면을 인정하면서도 신학의 실천적 측면을 강조했다. 참된 신학의 목표는 하나님께 영광돌림과 우리의 구원이기 때문이다. “신학은 학문이 아니다”라는 선언은 신학이 영혼을 살리고 교회를 세우는 것이기에, 참된 신학은 단지 지적 앎이 아니라 예수 그리스도의 생명을 담은 복음이어야 함을 천명하고 있다. 멸망으로 이끄는 신학은 실천이 없는 신학인 반면, 살리는 신학은 성경의 가르침대로 실천하는 신학이다. 그러므로 “신학은 학문이 아니다”라는 선언은 종교개혁자들과 개혁파 정통주의자들의 입장에 굳건히 서있을 뿐만 아니라, 오늘날 우리 신학자들이 자성하고 현재의 교회를 다시 확고히 세우는데 마땅히 감당해야 할 역할이 있음을 다시금 환기시키는 당위적 선언이다. Justifying the use of the term theologia, the Reformed orthodox understood theology to mean both “Word of God” and “word concerning God.” Whether theology means God`s word or our word concerning God, we cannot perform the right doing of theology in either meaning without our personal encounter with God. Reformed Life Theology puts special emphasis on the meaning of theology as God`s word. A theologian should have a personal knowledge of God before his or her theology becomes God`s word. Reformed Life Theology emphasizes our personal encounter with God. For our God in the Bible is not an abstract God but God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, thus being a personal God. Theology cannot be a science that makes its object abstract, fixed, and relativized. Therefore, theology is not a mere academic discipline. The English theologians expressed a decided preference for the term “divinity” over the word “theology.” In addition, Zwingli, Calvin and Bullinger neither defined nor discussed the term theologia, but the concept of religio was of primary importance to them. They were interested in the very practical teaching that showed the right way of knowing and honoring God. The Reformed orthodox inherited such a practical concern of the Reformers. Thus, with theology, both the Reformers and the Reformed orthodox evidently headed toward the praxis of religion. The statement that “theology is not a mere academic discipline” means that theology is not a mere intellectual knowledge about God but a personal knowledge of God. Then, this statement can be understood as standing in the line of the Reformers and the Reformed orthodox, who paid great emphasis on the praxis of religion. The Reformed theologians pursued the balance of theory and practice. Acknowledging the speculative dimension of theology, however, a large number of Reformed orthodox emphasized its practical dimension. For the goal of true theology is the glorification of God and our salvation. The statement that “ theology is not a mere academic discipline” clarifies that theology, which gives life to our soul and our church, thus a true theology, cannot be a mere intellectual knowledge, but should be a gospel containing the life of Jesus Christ. While a theology leading to perdition is a theology that does not have a praxis, a theology giving life is a theology that has a praxis according to the teaching of the Bible. The statement that “ theology is not a mere academic discipline,” Therefore, not only stands in the line of the Reformed tradition, but also clarifies that today`s theology should reflect on itself and play its proper role in reestablishing the present church.

Star형 Poly(ε-caprolactone) 합성과 약물 전달체로 응용

Poly(ε-caprolactone)(PCL)을 분자 내 OH기의 수가 1, 3, 4개인 아민 화합물을 개시제로 사용하여 PCL 벌크 중합 및 용액중합을 실시, 선형 및 star형 PCL을 합성하였다. 벌크중합으로 선형 PCL을 중합한 경우 [CL]/[I] 비가 크면 분자량과 녹는점이 증가하였다. 또한 개시제의 OH기 수가 증가하면 분자량과 녹는점이 감소하였다. 용액중합의 경우 개시제의 OH기 수가 증가하면 벌크중합과 반대로 분자량과 녹는점이 증가하였다. 얻어진 선형 및 star형 PCL을 이용, bovine serum albumin(BSA) 로딩된 마이크로입자를 제조하였다. 로딩분율은 선형 PCL이 star PCL보다 컸으며 4가지형 PCL이 3가지형 PCL보다 작았다. 약물 방출속도는 선형보다 star형 PCL이 느리게 방출되었고 가지가 많은 star PCL이 상대적으로 더 느렸다. Poly(ε-caprolactone) (PCL) were prepared using amines with 1, 3 or 4 OH groups to synthesize linear and star PCL via bulk and solution polymerization. For bulk polymerization of PCL, the molecular weight (MW) and melting point (m.p.) increased as the [CL]/[I] ratio increased. In addition, as the number of OH groups of the initiators increased, the MW and m.p. decreased. For solution polymerization of PCL, as the number of OH groups of an initiator increased, the MW and m.p. increased as opposed to bulk polymerization. Microparticles loaded with bovine serum albumin (BSA) were successfully prepared with PCL. The loading % of BSA in microparticle prepared with linear PCL was larger than that of star PCL, and the three branched PCL showed smaller BSA loading than that of four branched PCL. The drug release rate was slower for star PCL than linear PCL, and relatively slower for star PCL with many branches.

유비쿼터스 홈(U-Home)에서 사용자의 편의를 극대화 하기위해서 상황인지 기술이 필요하다. 현재상황인지 기술에 대한 연구는 PC(Pesonal Computer) 시스템 상에서 이뤄지고 있다. 하지만 홈 네트워크 환경에서 사용하는 홈서버나 홈게이트웨이에서 상황인지 기술을 적용하기 위해서는 임베디드 시스템상에서의 구현이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 상황인지 미들웨어인 UTOPIA에 대해 분석하고 임베디드 시스템 상에서 구현할 방법에 관해 살펴본다.
