The flora of vascular plants of wetland in Hwapo, Gimhae, Gyeongsangnam-do were investigated 3 times at 8 sites from 27 June 2001 to 13 September 2001. The flora was composed of 46 families,105 genera, and 136 taxa. Among them, the hydrophytes were confirmed as 29 taxa(21.3%), hygrophytes were 32 taxa(23.5), and terrestrial plants were 75 taxa(55.1%). Hydrophytes were composed of 15 taxa emergent hydrophytes, 5 taxa submerged hydrophytes, 4 taxa floating-leaved hydrophytes, and 3 taxa emergent hydrophytes. The dominant hydrophytes were Phragmites communis Trin. and Zizania latifolia Turcz.. The rare plants of Hydrocharis dubia (Blume) Backer, Rorippa globosa Thell., Trapella sinensis var. antennifera Hara., and Wolffia arrhiza (L.) Wimmer were colledted in these area.

Recently, various studies evaluating percutaneous cervical nucleoplasty have reported good results. Percutaneous cervical nucleoplasty has been commonly used for treating contained herniated disc or protrusion, but a posterolateral extruded disc has not been considered to be an indication. The tip of the L’DISQⓇ wand can be curved to the desired angles by the rotation of the control wheel. Therefore, L’DISQⓇ can directly access the extruded disc. We report the application of percutaneous cervical nucleoplasty by using the L’DISQⓇ in three patients with an extruded disc. Decompression was successfully performed, and the symptoms improved immediately. In one patient, a 6-month follow-up magnetic resonance imaging study showed disappearance of the extruded cervical disc. Percutaneous cervical nucleoplasty using the L’DISQⓇ can be an effective, low complication, minimally invasive procedure for treating cervical disc herniation.

An investigation was conducted on the water environmental factors at six sites in summer of the Asanho from 29 May to 31 August 2003. The average values of water temperature in six sites were ranged 23.0-29.0℃, highest at site 6 in upsteam of the Asaho. The average values of pH, dissolved oxygen(DO), conductivity, turbidity and salinity in six sites were 8.55-9.00, 5.38-9.84 ㎎/l, 0.198-0.222 ㎳/㎝, 39.00-58.25 NTU and 0.002%, respectively. The water temperature, pH and DO were hoghest in 31 July, and revealed similar patterns, but conductivity and salinity were highest in 29 May, also closely related to between conductivity and salinity.
Dichromated Gelatin 박막에서의 위상 홀로그램

The Simplified method for making dichromated gelatin hologram is presented. Starting with Agfa 8E75HD plates, the complete processing time is just 2 hours and high diffraction efficiency over 80% is obtained.

비점수차를 갖는 반도체 레이저에서 off-axis 흘로그램 렌즈를 이용하여 수차 제거 방법에 대해 논하였다. Dichromated gelatin 필름을 사용하여 높은 회절효율과 off-axis 방향으로 비점수차 없이 시준되는 반도체 레이저용 호로그래픽 시준 렌즈를 제작하였다. 홀로그램 렌즈는 홀로그래픽 회절과 광선추적(ray-tracing) 방법에 의해 계산 설게하였다. 비점수차의 제거는 기록 및 재생 각도를 적당히 선택하므로서 얻을 수 있다. 홀로그램은 488nm 파장인 Ar+ 레이저를 사용하여 기록하였고, 670nm 파장인 반도체 레이저광으로 재생하였다. 주요 피라미터인 기록 및 재생 각도, 파장, 그리고 비점수차 등을 계산하고 실험적으로 검증하였다. A method is described to produce off-axis hologram lenses without astigmatism for semiconductor lasers. We fabricated a holographic collimating lens by using dichromated gelatin film with high diffraction efficiency and without astigmatism which makes a collimated off-axis beam of semiconductor laser. We have designed the holographic collimating lens by applying the classical ray-tracing method to holographic diffraction. The elimination of astigmatism is obtained by choosing appropriate angles of recording and reconstruction beams. The hologram is recorded by use of Ar^{+}$ laser (488nm wavelength) and reconstructed by semiconductor laser(670nm wavelength). The physical parameters of recording and reconstruction angles, wavelength, and astigmatism are analytically calculated and experimentally confirmed.

The flora of vascular plants of wetland in Hyeonchang swamp, Changnyeong, Gyeongsangnam-do were investigated 3 times from 28 June 2001 to 14 September 2001. The flora was composed of 50 families, 93 genera, and 116 taxa. Among them, the hydrophytes were confirmed as 26 taxa(22.4%), hygrophytes were 34 taxa(29.3%), and terrestrial plants were 56 taxa(48.3)/ Hydrophytes were composed of 15 taxa emergent hydrphytes, 5 taxa submerged hydrphytes, 4 taxa floating-leaved hydrophytes, and 3 taxa free-floating hydrophytes. The dominant hydrophytes and hygrophytes were Phragmites communis Trin., Zizania latifolia Turcz., Miscanthus sacchariflorus Benth., and Persicaria maackiana Nakai. The naturalized plants were colledted 6 taxa.
OECD 관광정책과 ICT 융합 플랫폼을 적용한 부산관광산업

본 연구는 2016년도 OECD 관광정책과 ICT 융합 플랫폼을 적용한 부산 관광산업을 제안하는 데 목적이 있다. OECD는 관광산업 활성화를 위해서 3가지 정책을 제시하였다. 첫째, 관광산업의 경쟁력 유지, 효율성과 지속가능성 제고를 위한 정책, 둘째, 단절 없는 교통 체계 구축을 위한 정책, 셋째, 공유경제 대응이다. 본 연구에서는 OECD의 3가지 정책을 중심으로 부산 관광산업 개발에 대한 가능성을 제시하였고, 동시에 부산의 관광산업 육성에 필요한 ICT 융합 플랫폼 구축의 필요성을 제안하였다. 특히 ICT 융합 플랫폼 구축에 있어서 소프트웨어 측면의 경험기반의 양방향 콘텐츠 생성․공유와 다분야 간 고부가 융합 콘텐츠 발굴의 필요성을, 하드웨어 측면에서 질 높은 사용자경험(UX)의 개발과 데이터 분석기반의 맞춤형 서비스 제공의 필요성을 제시하였다. 아울러 부산관광산업의 지속적인 성과와 관리를 위한 관광관련 진흥원 설립을 주장하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서 제안하는 OECD관광정책 기반 ICT 융합 플랫폼 구축결과, 부산의 관광산업과 관련된 수요자와 공급자에게 저비용, 고효과를 낳을 수 있는 기대효과를 시사하고 있다. The purpose of this study is to propose a Busan tourism industry in which the 2016 OECD Tourism policy and ICT convergence platform are applied. OECD proposed 3 policies to promote the tourism industry: First, to maintain the competitiveness of the tourism industry as well as improve its efficiency and sustainability, second, to establish a seamless traffic system, and third, to build a response to the sharing economy. Centering on the OECD’s three policies, we propose the developmental possibilities of tourism in Busan. At the same time, we suggest the necessity to build an ICT convergence platform that will help foster the industry. In building an ICT convergence platform, we especially focus on the necessity of: 1. Sharing and creating experience-based interactive contents on the software side, and 2. Developing high quality user experience (UX) and providing a data analysis-based customized service on the hardware side. In addition, we insist on the establishment of the Tourism Promotion Agency for the continuous performance and management of Busan tourism industry. The study ultimately suggests that the construction of ICT convergence platform based on OECD tourism policy can result in the expected outcomes of high effects with low cost for both consumers and suppliers related to the tourism industry..

We have investigated the flora of Yeongheungdo Island in Ongjin-gun, Incheon. A total of 13 separate field trips were carried out from March 2012 to October 2013. As a result, 302 taxa including 80 families, 211 genera, 261 species, 6 subspecies, 31 varieties and 4 forms were identified. These include the following: 1 taxon protected under the Act on the Protection and Management of Wildlife, 3 Korean endemic taxa, 8 floristic indicator species including 2 taxa of grade V, 3 of grade II and 3 of grade I, 33 naturalized taxa with the naturalization rate of 10.9% and 1 northern taxon vulnerable to climate change.
