        18-24개월 시기에 경험하는 우식치와 탈회치에 영향을 미치는 요인

        The present study seeks to find the effect of oral health status that parents recognized, oral health habit and food intake on existence of decalcified teeth and decayed teeth. Participants were 293 infants aged 18-24 months who visited C dental clinic in Kyungki province between January and December 2010. Questionnaires and oral exam results were used and statistically analyzed by the SPSS program. Fisher`s Exact and chi-square test were used to analyze the data. The 18-20 month-old age group had the highest rate of decalcified teeth with 36.4% while the 23-24 month-old age group had the highest rate of decayed teeth with 37.0%. Bottle feeding showed correlation with decalcified teeth, and decayed teeth. Parents were able to recognize decayed teeth and decalcified teeth. Group 2 food(soda/soft drinks/sugared fruit juice) was related to decalcified teeth and decayed teeth(p<.001). Group 4 food (cake/cookies/doughnut/dried fruit/banana) and group 5food(caramel/candy/chocolate bar) were both related to decalcified teeth(p<.001). As the result of dental examination, dental treatment was highly needed for the 21-22 month-old age group(89.3%), and preventive treatment and plaque control were highly needed for the 18-20 month-old age group(94.5%). The results concluded that 18-24 months was the critical period for children`s oral health, therefore organized oral health education for parents is necessary.

        일부 치위생과 학생의 귀인성향, 자기효능감이 시험불안에 미치는 영향

        Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine effect of attribution disposition and self-efficacy on test anxiety in selected college students who major in dental hygiene. This study provides basic data to develop a program for dental hygiene students to reduce test anxiety. Methods: 328 students from A college in Kyungnam, B college in Chunnam and C university in Chungnam who majored in dental hygiene were asked to answer the self-efficacy scale, attribution disposition and test anxiety scale in November and December. 2008. Total of 311 copies were analyzed. Using SPSS 15.0, correlation analysis was conducted and structural model was verified using AMOS 7.0. Evaluation of mediated effect of attribution disposition in suggested structural model was assessed using Sobel verification. Results: 1. Looking at the correlation among self-efficacy, attribution disposition and test anxiety. Self-efficacy had negative relation with external attribution disposition and test anxiety. External attribution disposition had positive relation with test anxiety. 2. Path coefficient from self-efficacy to internal attribution disposition was significant positively and path coefficient from self-efficacy to external attribution disposition was significant negatively. However, the path coefficient from self-efficacy to test anxiety was insignificant. 3. Path coefficient from external attribution disposition to self-efficacy was positively significant. However, the path coefficient from internal attribution disposition to self-efficacy was not significant statistically. 4. In structural model among attribution disposition, test anxiety and self-efficacy, indirect effect of external attribution dispositions was significant statistically. The students with higher self-efficacy showed lower external attribution disposition, the students with lower external attribution disposition showed lower test anxiety. Conclusions: To reduce test anxiety, educators should find a strategy that can improve students` self-efficacy and change their attribution disposition.         일부 치위생과 학생의 통제소재, 자기효능감이 스트레스에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine effect of locus of control and self-efficacy on stress of selected dental hygiene students. This study provides basic data to develop a method to reduce stress. The students of A women`s college in Kyungi province majoring in dental hygiene were asked to answer the locus of control scale, self-efficacy scale, and stress level. As a result, this study concluded the following findings: 1. Locus of control scale was 8.77 and it meant the students used internal control. Self-efficacy scale was beyond median. In stress level category, mean of stress was 2.32, stress with friends was 2.05, stress with money was 2.33, stress with course in life was 2.29, stress with family members was 2.24, stress with study was 2.95. 2. Stress had negative relations with locus of control and self-efficacy. There was a positive relation between locus of control and self-efficacy. 3. Effect of self-efficacy on stress was significantly negative but effect of locus of control on stress was insignificant. In subscale, effect of self-efficacy and locus of control on stress with study was insignificant. 4. Indirect effect of locus of control on stress was statistically significant. The students with internal locus of control showed high self-efficacy and the students with high self-efficacy showed low stress level. In conclusion, educators should make an effort to reduce stress of students and understand the factors related to stress.

        일부 치위생과 학생의 성격선호지표와 성취목표, 학업적 자기효능감, 시험불안의 관계

        Objectives: The purpose of this study was to identify correlation of personality preference, and achievement goal orientation, academic self-efficacy, test anxiety in selecting college students who majored in dental hygiene. This study also provides a basic data regarding personality for education of dental hygiene students. Methods: 192 students of S college who majored in dental hygiene were asked to answer the MBTI GS form, academic self-efficacy scale, achievement goal orientation scale and test anxiety scale during the month of May, 2009. The total of 160 copies were analyzed. MANOVA, independent-sample t-test were conducted. Results: 1. Looking at distribution of personality preference type of the students, extroversion type (63.1%) was more than introversion type(36.9%), sensing type(87.5%) was more than intuition type(12.5%), thinking type(54.4%) was more than feeling type(45.6%), judging type(59.4%) was more than perceiving type (40.6%) 2. In subscale of achievement goal orientation, performance approach level was higher in extroversion type than in introversion type. Performance avoidance level was lower in extroversion type than in introversion type. However, other preference personality type didn`t show any significant difference in subscale of achievement goal orientation. 3. Academic self-efficacy was higher in extroversion type and thinking type than in introversion type and feeling type. There wasn`t any significant difference between judging type and perceiving type, sensing type and intuition type. 4. In subscale of academic self-efficacy, confidence was higher in extroversion type than in introversion type. Task difficulty preference and self-regulated efficacy were higher in thinking type than in feeling type. 5. There wasn`t any significant difference between personality preference type and test anxiety. Conclusions: Professor should find out difference between students through using information of preference personality and develop a teaching strategy that can encourage strength and make up weakness of each students.

        치위생(학)과 학생들의 임상실습 스트레스에 관한 체계적 문헌고찰

        본 연구는 치위생(학)과 대학생의 임상실습 스트레스에 대한 선행연구의 결과를 체계적으로 수집, 분석하여 임상실습 스트레스의 측정도구와 관련요인에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis)의 체계적 문헌고찰 가이드라인에 의거하여 수행되었으며 최종분석에 사용된 문헌은 24편이었다. 임상실습 스트레스를 측정하기 위하여 사용된 측정도구는 4개였다. 문헌 분석결과 만족도가 낮을수록 임상실습 스트레스가 높은 것으로 나타났고, 대인관계, 역할 및 활동, 이상과 가치의 요인이 스트레스에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 임상실습 스트레스와 다양한 변수들 간의 상관관계 및 영향요인에 국한되어 분석하였기에 향후 본 연구 결과를 기초로 하여 치위생(학)과 대학생의 임상실습 스트레스에 관하여 다면적인 연구들이 활발하게 진행되길 기대한다. This study systematically collected and analyzed the results of previous studies on the stress of clinical dental prctice for dental hygiene students. The data were collected according to the systematic review guidelines of PRISMA(Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis) and 25 ariticles were used in the final analysis. In order to measure clinical dental practice, 4 measuring tools were used. As a result of literature analysis, the lower the satisfaction, the higer the stress of clinical dental practice. Personal relationship, role and activity, ideal and value were very important factors. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between clinical dental practice and various variables and to investigate the improvement of clinical dental practice based on the results of this study.

        요양급여비용 산정기준의 지식수준과 건강보험 실무적용에 영향을 미치는 요인

        This study aims to figure out the current state of health insurance education provided to dentists and personnel in charge of insurance claim as well as the effects of experiences in education on their knowledge of health insurance standard and actual application. As a result of analysis on 100 data sheets related to dentistry and 100 data sheets related to personnel in charge of insurance claim (a total of 200 data sheets), following results were generated. Insurance claim personnels showed higher score than dentist in knowledge of health insurance standard and it was significant statistically. Knowledge of insurance claim personnel showed significant differences in educational experiences, in health insurance for the latest three years and average hours of education per session whereas that of dentists did not indicate any significant differences. The level of practical application of dentists was significantly different (p<0.05) according to experiences in insurance claim, and that of insurance claim personnel significantly varied (p<0.05) depending on age, experiences of insurance education and average hours of education. The longer average hours of education, the higher level of practical application. Experiences of insurance education turned out to affect on the knowledge of health insurance standard significantly (p<0.05) on the part of dentists and insurance claim personnel, and the level of experiences in insurance claim and knowledge of health insurance standard on the part of dentists and insurance claim personnel turned out to affect on practical application significantly (p<0.001). Judging from the result, continuous education needs to be conducted in order to enable dentists and insurance claim personnel to maintain the level of knowledge about health insurance and practical application.
