유아교사의 교수효능감이 유아의 또래 놀이 상호작용에 미치는 영향: 교사-유아 상호작용의 매개효과

Objectives: This study aimed to examine the effects of teaching efficacy of early childhood teachers on the peer play interactions of young children, and verify the mediating effects of teacher-child interactions on this relation. Methods: The study participants were 403 six-year-old children and 403 teachers in charge of young children in daycare centers in the 7th-year data of the Panel Study of Korea Children (PSKC). This study conducted descriptive statistics and correlation analysis using SPSS 25.0 for data analysis, and verified the mediating effects by using SPSS PROCESS macro. Results: Teacher-child interactions completely mediated the relationship between the teaching efficacy of early childhood teachers and the play disconnection of young children. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest the necessity of experiences that could connect the continuous provision of opportunities to support the interaction of early childhood teachers. This is achieved through the education of teachers, the early childhood teachers’ active attempts of efficient interactions with young children, and the peer play interaction of young children. Especially, this emphasizes the role of early childhood teachers as an interactor who leads young children by instructing and scaffolding their play. However, this study verified that within the play-centered curriculum, the roles of teachers should be as a peer who learns with children, a play medium of daily life, and a play leader with young children as a play peer, which is more important.
유아교사의 놀이성이 교사-유아의 상호작용에 미치는 영향: 긍정적 놀이신념의 매개효과

Objectives: This study aimed to examine the effects of playfulness of early childhood teachers on their interaction with children in the early childhood stage, and to verify the mediating effects of teachers’ positive play beliefs on the relationship between them. Methods: Using the questionnaire survey method targeting 269 early childhood teachers, this study aimed to measure the playfulness and positive play beliefs of early childhood teachers, and examine their effects on the interaction between the teacher and young children. The mediating effects were analyzed by applying the structural equation model using SPSS 21.0 and SPSS Amos 21.0, as well as the bootstrapping method. Results: With the mediation of positive play beliefs, playfulness of early childhood teachers was shown to have significant indirect effects on the emotional, linguistic, and behavioral interaction between teacher and young children. Conclusion: The playfulness of early childhood teachers not only has direct effects on the interaction between teacher and children in the early childhood stage, but also has indirect effects on it with the mediation of positive play belief. It is therefore important for early childhood teachers to possess positive play beliefs by internalizing the value and importance of play based on their own playfulness.

$BaMg_2Al_16O_27:Eu,\SrGa_2S_4:Eu$, and ZnCdS:Ag,Cl phosphors were chosen to produce blue, green, and red emissions, respectively, under excitation from a violet light emitting diode (LED). A four-band white LED was obtained by a combination of nonabsorbed violet emission from a violet LED and blue, green, and red emissions from $BaMg_2Al_16O_27:Eu,\SrGa_2S_4:Eu$, and ZnCdS:Ag,Cl phosphors. The luminescent properties of the four-band white LED were also discussed. 보라색 발광 다이오드에 의해 여기되어 청색, 녹색, 적색을 발광하는 형광체로 각각 $BaMg_2Al_16O_27:Eu,\SrGa_2S_4:Eu$, ZnCdS:Ag,Cl 형광체를 선택하였다. 보라색 발광 다이오드의 발광에서 형광체에 의해서 완전히 흡수되지 않고 나오는 보라색 발광과 $BaMg_2Al_16O_27:Eu,\SrGa_2S_4:Eu$, ZnCdS:Ag,Cl 형광체에서 나오는 청색, 녹색, 적색 발광을 조합하여 사파장 백색 발광 다이오드를 만들었다. 사파장 백색 발광 다이오드의 발광 특성을 확인하였다.

The global area of GM Crops continued to grow in 2018 and reached 191.7 million hectares. Twenty-six countries approved biotech crops for planting and an additional 44 countries (18 + 26 EU countries) officially imported biotech crops for food, feed, and processing, meaning that biotech crops are now commonly accepted in those countries. First-generation GM seed is being commercialized by global agricultural companies in advanced countries such as the United States and parts of Europe. The fact that more than 90% of first-generation GM seeds, which have been commercialized for 20 years, are both insect resistant and herbicide resistant proves that they continue to have an effect on improving agricultural productivity and increasing farmers incomes. As the effectiveness of GM crops has been proven and technology has been developed, the GM crop development trend has recently changed. In other words, it has moved from being producer-oriented to benefiting both farmers and consumers. In Korea, the National Program for GM Crops (NCGC), one of the Next-Generation BioGreen 21 Programs organized by Rural Development Administration (RDA), was established in 2011 to develop biotech crops that will be used in the future to solve our agricultural problems. To accomplish this mission, the NCGC carried out the exploration of useful functional genes, the development of qualified events, and the safety assessment of developed events. Here, we introduce the current status of GM crop development and commercialization in the world and in Korea.
