In this study, we research and develope Intelligent Remote management controller. According to the load condition, we will apply various control techniques and plan high efficient Demand control. After development, According to the Demand Control, An electricity enterprisers will expect enlargement of equipment coefficient, elevation of back up load factor and reduction effect of equipment investment. On Customer side, They will expect reduction of electric fee, saving energy and variety of service choice.

In this paper, a new simple PWM method for Vienna rectifier is proposed. The previous SVPWM method for Vienna rectifier is very complex and difficult to implement. To solve these problems, a new single-carrier comparison PWM method for voltage control of Vienna rectifier is proposed. Because of using the only single carrier, implementation of the proposed PWM is very simple. In the proposed PWM method, carrier comparison parts of the PWM block is only changed from the 2 level PWM control block. The usefulness of the proposed PWM method is verified by the simulation and experiment.
단일 반송파를 이용한 Vienna Converter의 전압 제어

본 논문에서는 3-Level Vienna Converter를 간단히 제어 하기 위한 단일 반송파 비교 방식의 전압제어 방법을 제안 한다. 제안된 전압 제어 방식은 Two-Level 전압 변조 방식의 상전압 지령과 단자 전압 지령은 그대로 사용하고, 삼각파 비교부만 비엔나 정류기에 적합하게 단일 반송파를 이용한 방식으로 바꿔 SVPWM을 간단하게 구현할 수 있으며, 기존의 Two-Level 컨버터에서 적용하던 다양한 선형 변조 및 과변조 방식 등 전압제어 알고리듬과 전류제어 알고리듬 등을 Three ? Level 컨버터에 쉽게 적용 할 수 있다.

In this paper, carrier comparison SVPWM method for voltage control of vienna rectifier is proposed. Two carrier waves are used to compare voltage commands. The feasibility of the proposed PWM method is proven by the simulation. In the simulation results, it is shown that vienna rectifier can be controlled easily by the proposed method.

In order to reduce the harmonics in inverter output of the DVR system, typically LC filter is employed. In designing the LC filter, it is required to consider the grid impedance and the characteristic of the harmonics. In this paper, problems in the conventional way of designing the LC filter is analyzed and new LC filter design technique is proposed. In the proposed technique, parameters of the LC filter are calculated considering grid impedance, THD, DC link voltage and phase lag. The validity and feasibility of the proposed method is verified through the simulations and experiments. The DVR system with the proposed LC filter is being built and tested.

In this paper, new PWM method is proposed to reduce input current THD of PWM Rectifier. In general, the carrier comparison PWM method is used for PWM rectifier in which triangle wave is used as a carrier wave. However, large d-axis current ripple by this method can be a source of large THD. In this paper, new carrier comparison PWM method is proposed in which sawtooth wave is used as a carrier wave. Depending on the phase of the voltage commands, the rising or falling sawtooth wave is selected to reduce the THD. The simulation results verified the performance of the proposed method.

In this paper, we propose EDLC's high effective operating techniques. EDLC is energy storage device that has advantages of electrolytic capacitor and accumulation capacitor and that supplements defect such as energy storing accumulation capacity, life time and safety. But, EDLC needs for more complex control scheme because is influenced directly in efficiency and life time by charge and discharge control method. In this paper, DVR system's performance is proposed by EDLC's high effective operating technique.

The recent growth in the use of impactive and nonlinear loads, electronic devices sensitive to power quality has caused many power quality problems. Recently, in power system, not only the reliability of the power supply but also the DVR(Dynamic Voltage Restorer) are being studied more and more. The DVR is a series compensator which can instantaneously compensate a voltage variation in supply side, and is a more effective than a existing UPS(Uninterruptible Power Supply) which can be only used in limited range of loads such as single load. Hence, in this paper, a study of inverter side L-C filter output Voltage for DVR is discussed.
