        본 논문에서는 서로 다른 망 관리 프로토콜을 사용하는 통신망(SNMP망과 CMIP망) 사이의 상호연동을 위한 시스템을 제안한다. 이를 위해 MOVI(Managed Object View Interface) 개념을 이용하여 두 종류의 접속(interface)을 가지는 새로운 관리 대상 객체를 정의 하였으며, GDMO 컴파일러를 수정하여 확장된 GDMO(EGDMO) 컴파일러를 구현하였다. 또한 새롭게 정의된 관리 대상 객체는 두개 이상의 인터페이스도 제공할 수 있으므로 이를 위한 일관성 제어(consistency control)와 원자적 수행(atomic action) 등을 수행하기 위한 접근 방법을 정의하였다. 관리 대상 객체가 다양한 접속을 제공할 수 있도록 새롭게 정의하는 방법을 사용함으로써 앞으로 다른 종류의 망 관리 프로토콜이 구현되어도 새로운 상위 계층의 게이트웨이를 구현할 필요 없이, 간단한 인터페이스의 변환만을 통하여 계속적으로 사용할 수 있도록 하였다. 물론 기존의 관리 대상 객체를 변형하여야 하지만, 기존의 관리 대상 객체를 모두 수용하며, 차후에 정의되는 관리 대상 객체에 대해서만 새롭게 정의하면 되도록 하였다. 이러한 연구를 통하여 복잡한 망 관리 프로토콜의 상호 연동도 가능하며, SNMP 및 CMP의 효율성을 증대 시킬 수 있고, 기존의 망 관리 프로토콜 자체의 연동뿐 아니라 앞으로 새로운 망 관리 프로토콜의 연동에도 그대로 적용할 수 있다는 장점을 가지고 있다.         This paper proposed an integrated system for interworking different network management protocols. The interworking system between SNMP(Simple Network Management Protocol) and CMIP(Common Management Information Protocol) has been designed.         방광내 BCG 점적 주입 치료 후 발생한 관절염

        Intravesical instillation of BCG (Calmette-Guerin Bacillus) is the most widely used treatment of superficial transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder. While the exact mechanisms are not yet known, it is assumed that the recognition of tumor antigen is enhanced by immunologic response of the urothelium of mycobacterium. Various complications have been reported after BCG treatment and arthritis is observed in 0.5 to% of treated patients. This from of arthritis may be attributed to an antigen of mycobacterium sharing a cross reactive epitope with an antigen in articular cartilage. A 40-year-old male had transurethral resection and intravesical instillation of BCG for transitional cell carcinoma of bladder. Within few days of the fourth instillation, he developed arthritis on right knee and right metatarsal joint. Laboratory findings showed nonspecific inflammatory sign, positive HLA B27, negative rheumatoid facor and negative antinuclear antibody. The joint effusion was aseptic. He was treated with nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs (indomethacin 200mg/day) with resolution of arthritis symptom. We report a patient who developed an inflammatory oligoarthritis following intravesical instillation of BCG for the treatment oof bladder cancer.

        Backgroand: Oral allergy syndrome(OAS) is composed of it,ching sense and edema in oral cavity, lips, throat, pharynx, and larynx following eating some fresh fruits or vegetables. It has been known that most of patients with OAS are allergic to pollens. Common epitopes were found among pollens, fruits and vegetables. Although OAS is a common farm of food allergy in adults, this is the first epidemiologic study of OAS in Korea. Muterial and metkod: One hundred and fifty one patients who showed positive skin reaction to pollens were telephone-interviewed. Investigation of the prevalence and clinical manifestations of OAS was possible in 81 patients. Result: The prevalence of OAS among these patients was 34.6% (28/81). OAS was found in 24(48%) out of 50 patients sensitized to tree pollens, whereas 4(13%) of 31 grass or weed pol- len-sensitized paients had OAS. Most common causative food was apple and all of 17 apple- OAS patients were sensitized to tree pollens. Peach was the second common food and 14 of 15 peach-OAS patients were sensitized to tree pollens. Besides oral symptoms, rhinitis, asthma, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting or generalized urticaria were accompanied in half of the OAS patients (14/28). Some patients showed OAS to some unique Korean foods such as dropwort, taro and Aster. Conclasion.' OAS was very common in pollen-sensitized patients. Larger epidemiologic studies are needed to find unique Korean foods and their antigensm causing OAS.

        Diffuse Idiopathic Skeletal Hyperostosis(DISH) is a skeletal disease characterized by ligamentous ossification of the anterolateral side of the spine. Paravertebral and ligamentous ossification appears to be an usual complication of hypoparathy-roidism. Diabetes Mellitus has often been mentioned in associated with DISH. The patient was presented with back pain, stiffness and intermittent numbness of hands and feet. Spine X-ray showed extensive ligamentous ossification of the anterolateral side of the spine with normal disc space height. Sacroiliac joints are normal. Increased bone mineral density of the L-spine and femur neck was observed, as well. Hypocalcemia, hyperphophatemia and low intact parathyroid hormone level were detected. Postprandial sugar were elevated. HLA B27 was negative.

        정서자극이 사상인(四象人)의 뇌파 변화에 미치는 영향

        1. Objectives The objective of this study was to measure the differences of EEG changes accoring to emotional stimulus in Sasangin. 2. Methods 44 healthy volunteers(Soyangin 10, Soeumin 14, Taeumin 20) were participated. Sasang Constitution was diagnosed by Sasang specialist. Volunteers watched horror movie as the emotional stimulus. We recorded EEG data during pre-stimulus rest(120sec), during-stimulus(197sec), rest-stimulus(120sec). Power spectral analysis was done and relitive power and ${\alpha}/{\beta}$ ratio were compared among each groups. 3. Results (1) The mean of relative ${\alpha}$ of Taeumin was significantly decreased according to stimulus compared with Soyagnin. (2) Relative ${\alpha}$ of Soeumin was significantly decreased in T3 area according to stimulus compared with Taeumin. (3) Relative ${\beta}$ of Taeumin group was significantly increased in Fp2 area according to stimulus compared with Soeumin. 4) Relative $high-{\beta}$ of Soyangin group was significantly decreased in F3 by the post-stimulus rest compared with Soeumin. (5) ${\alpha}/{\beta}$ ratio of Soeumin was significantly increased according to stimulus compared with other groups. 4. Conclusions Soyangin showed sensitive changes according to the emotional simulus compared with Soeumin and Taeumin. Above results suggest that the emotional characteristics of Sasangin can be measured by objective methods as by EEG.

        루푸스의 동물 모델

        Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is an autoimmune disorder affected by multiple genetic, hormonal and environmental factors, which makes it impossible to identify the exact cause of this ailment by only investigating SLE patients, who are genetically heterogeneous, and live in various environments. Therefore, the study of mouse models of lupus has provided valuable clues to help identify, and to validate, novel molecular pathways and targets implicated in the pathogenesis of the disease. While there is no perfect model to reflect all the disease phenotypes observed in human patients, disease subsets are represented in various animal models, which allows modulation of a particular pathophysiological pathway, resulting in the possibility of dissecting its specific contribution to disease development. Spontaneous mouse models of lupus have led to identification of numerous susceptibility loci, from which several candidate genes have been found, while induced models of lupus have provided insight into the role of environmental factors, as well as a better understanding of the cellular mechanisms by which SLE develops. Animal models also allow us to screen and evaluate potential preventive and therapeutic agents. Correlation of specific pathways in animal models to subsets of human disease offers the unique possibility of more accurate preclinical predictions of efficacy for single or combinatorial therapeutic approaches in the clinic. Here, we introduce various animal models of SLE, and review current data focused on genetic factors that are associated with susceptibility or phenotypes of lupus, leading into the present understanding of the genetic basis in lupus pathogenesis.
