지형 과학 자료 관리를 위한 공개 소프트웨어 기반 Web - GIS 시스템 모델

환경, 생물 다양성, 기상 등의 많은 과학 자료들을 효과적으로 표현하고 관리하기 위해서는 지리 정보를 사용할 필요가 있다. 이러한 자료 관리 주체 대부분은 환경 단체, 지방 단체, 연구 단체들이고 이러한 단체의 수가 많고 지역적으로 분산되어 있다는 특성이 있다. 때문에 고가의 상업용 GIS 소프트웨어에 의존하여 엄청난 외화 지불을 야기하고 국내 GIS 기반 기술의 축적을 어렵게 하는 현재의 국내 상황은 적절치 않다. 본 논문은 이러한 상황을 타개하기 위한 하나의 대안으로서 공개 소프트웨어에 기반한 Web-GIS 시스템 모델을 제안한다. 이 모델에서는 공간 자료 관리를 위해서는 GRASS, 텍스트 및 멀티미디어 자료 관리는 MySQL, 이들을 하나로 통합 운용하고 웹에 접속하기 위해서 GRASSLinks와 CGI를 사용한다.

This study presents an analysis design method after evaluating the flexural behavior of reinforced concrete (RC) beams with externally unbonded steel rods. It is necessary to evaluate the plastic hinge length, because the plastic hinge length is important to find the deflection of RC beams strengthened with unbonded rods and predict the maximum strain of steel rods at ultimate state. The analysis of RC beams strengthened with unbonded rods is difficult because the strain of externally unbonded steel rods is an unknown value from the conventional strain compatibility of the section. So it would be obtained from the elongation due to beam deflection using the plastic hinge length. In order to simplify of the analysis of RC beams strengthened, it is assumed that unbonded steel rods are the same as double layer reinforcing of tension steel. This method will provide an appropriate design method of RC beams strengthened for designers.

After the Gyeongju earthquake, school buildings were designated as earthquake shelters. However, the ratio of designed for seismic of domestic school buildings is only 23.2% in Korea, and it is necessary to secure the seismic safety of those. Therefore, in this paper, a target building was selected before the seismic design criteria was established and the seismic performance of the building was evaluated. After the evaluation, reinforcement of the building was carried out using seismic retrofit systems which was previously tested. For this purpose, the evaluation was carried out using OpenSees program and the reliability of the seismic retrofit systems was also verified. In this way, we can more precisely reproduce the response of the building in case of actual earthquake and predict damage of the earthquake in the future.

목적: 단순 골낭종의 병적 골절 환자를 대상으로 단순 골낭종의 관해에 미치는 예후 인자에 대하여 알아보고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 2001년부터 2010년까지 본원에 내원한 단순 골낭종을 동반한 병적 골절 환자 13명을 대상으로 하였으며, 평균 추시 기간은 26개월(3-90개월)이었다. 성별은 남자 11명, 여자 2명이었으며, 평균 나이는 10.2세(6-16세)였다. 발생 부위는 근위 상완골 9명, 상완골 간부 2명, 근위 대퇴골 1명, 근위 경골 1명이었다. 단순 골낭종의 병적 골절에 대하여 보존적 치료로 단순 석고 고정 후 골절 유합을 시도하였으며, 1명은 일차적으로 골이식 및 관헐적 정복술과 내고정술을 시행하였다. 5명의 환자에서 치료 경과 중 스테로이드 주사를 시행하였으며, 2명에서 골이식을 시행하였다. 병적 골절 치료 중의 단순 골낭종의 변화 및 연령, 낭종의 크기, 성장판 침범 정도에 따른 단순 골낭종의 예후 인자에 대해 분석하였다. 결과: 병적 골절 후 전례에서 평균 8.2개월에 골유합을 얻었으며, 13명의 환자 중 4명(31%)에서 골낭종의 완전 관해를 보였다. 발병 나이에 따른 단순 골낭종 관해의 통계적 차이는 없었지만(p=0.42), 낭종의 크기가 클수록, 성장판에 근접한 경우 관해를 얻기가 어려웠다(p=0.05, p=0.03). 결론: 단순 골낭종의 병적 골절에서 관해가 이루어질 수 있으나, 낭종의 크기가 크거나 성장판에 근접한 경우에는 좀 더 적극적인 치료가 필요할 것으로 보인다. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to observe unicameral bone cyst (UBC) outcome after the fracture has healed and if there is any identifiable prognostic factors. Materials and Methods: 13 UBC patients with pathologic fracture from 2001 to 2010 were reviewed. The mean follow up were 26 months (3-90 months). There were 11 male and 2 female patients and the mean age of the patients were 10.2 years old (6-16 years). 9 involved proximal humerusand 2 involved humerus shaft and 1 involved proximal femur and 1 involved proximal tibia. The treatment of UBC fracture was conservative cast application to heal the fracture initially, and 1 patient was treated with primary auto bone graft and open reduction with internal fixation. 5 patients were treated with steroid injection during follow up period and 2 patients with auto bone graft. We analyzed the change of UBC during pathologic fracture healing period and prognostic factor about age, the size of UBC, the involvement of physis. Results: The mean duration of the fracture healing was 8.2 months. Complete healing were occurred at 4 patients (31%). No statiscal difference was checked with age about UBC healing (p=0.42). But, more larger size about UBC and more closer to physis, the healing was difficult (p=0.05, p=0.03). Conclusion: While pathologic fracture of UBC was possibly healed, active treatment should be applied especially those cysts that involvescloser area of the physis or large size.

An experimental work was undertaken to observe and assess the behavior of damaged reinforced concrete (RC) beams with external post-tensioning steel rods. Six simply supported beams - two control beams and four comparable beams post-tensioned using externally steel rods - were tested in three-point bending. The main parameters are the diameter of external post-tensioning rods (ø22 mm and ø28 mm) and the ratio of tension steel reinforcement (p =0.0106 and 0.0166). For the post-tensioned beams, V-shaped profiles were used with a deviator located at the bottom of mid-span, and the post-tensioning force was applied to beams in order to overcome the low load-carrying capacity and existing deflection. The post-tensioning force acting on the steel rods was applied by tightening nuts of anchorage and its value was monitored by attached strain gauges. The initial strain of about 2000µε was chosen for post-tensioning force because it is about the maximum strain that two adult men can apply without struggle. Test results indicate that the externally post-tensioning increased the load-carrying capacity by about 40~101% and the flexural stiffness by about 27~43% compared to control beams. On the other hand, the larger steel reinforcements and external rods of the section disturbed the yielding of external rod at ultimate strength.
