주거공간의 지속가능성 계획 사례 분석

As pursuit of eco friendly housing, it was came out a requirement to develop sustainable design in housing. Sustainable development is a eco friendly development which meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. This study is to set up the sustainable development in housing which is a countermeasure in the long term of a environmental changing. The purpose of the study is to offer information about sustainable design in housing to residents which is related with solving the problems in housing and considering the future housing. A study would like to contribute to design development for sustainable development in housing. To study sustainable development in housing, we researched and analyzed of brand apartments model which will be completed in 2010 through model house, documents, catalog and internet sites. We knew that the progress are doing consistently to increase energy efficiency design as applying ecological design and make a design for decreasing environment pollution. But convenience design and universal design are not enough in housing. So there need to supply convenience, universal space design with equipment design for sustainable development in housing. Environment-friendly design of housing for health is a obligation and fundamental element in the world. As pursuit of convenience, we also want to request of convenience system which is based on the convenience and development of the machine civilization supports the equipment system development. So interior design and equipment system need of convenience as considering the changing lifestyle and applying the culture, trend.

Analysis of Management Performance Change of Korean Agricultural Co-operatives around CEO turnover

이 논문은 지역농협의 경영성과 변화가 2015년에 실시된 전국조합장선거 결과에 유의한 영향을 미쳤는지에 대해 알아보려 한다. 2015년 최초로 실시된 전국 조합장 선거 이전의 경영성과 데이터 (2012년에서 2015년까지)와 선거결과를 기반으로 2SLS Probit 회귀분석한 결과에 따르면 2015년 재임 중인 조합장 교체에 미치는 유의한 변수들은 후보자 나이, 전년도의 순이익감소 그리고 유사규모의 자산을 가진 그룹의 평균 ROA등 이었다. 국내농협의 조합원들이 조합장의 나이가 60세 이상인지, 순이익 규모가 전년대비 감소하였는지를 비교하면서, 유사한 자산규모를 가진 그룹의 평균 ROA가 높을수록 교체 가능성을 높이는 것으로 보인다. This paper aims to determine whether the changes in management performance of domestic agricultural cooperatives had an effect on the election results of Korean Agricultural Cooperatives in 2015. Financial performance data (2012-2015) prior to the Nation-wide Cooperatives elections in 2015 were reviewed to determine the impact of the election outcome on the election results. 2SLS Probit regression analysis shows that the significant parameters for incumbent president turnover in the 2015 election were the candidates' age, net profit decrease in 2014, and ROA comparison to similar asset-size group. These results support the conclusion that the union members of KAC consider whether the age of president is over 60, whether the net profits of the cooperatives are worse than the previous year, and compare the results of similar groups' managerial performance (ROA).

여성 의류 시장에서 레깅스패션 상품의 마케팅 활성화 전략방안에 대한 연구

With the development of economy, people's self-interest about one's appearance has been increasing. Among them, especially interest of fashion in women's clothing market is increasing very. By increasing interest of women's appearance, requirements of various women's fashion marketing ways are increasing and the women's fashion market is expanding as much as it is. Therefore, in this paper, we propose the strategies for marketing activation in women's fashion after consideration of general women's fashion marketing strategies. Also, we build a web site to implement the strategies. Through the activation of the marketing strategies, marketing in a women's fashion market is expected to be competitive. 경제 발전과 더불어 사람들의 자기 외모에 대한 관심이 많이 증가하고 있다. 그중에 특히 여성 의류시장에서 패션에 대한 관심은 매우 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 여성들의 외모에 대한 관심이 증가함으로써 여성들의 패션 마케팅에 대한 요구가 점차 증가하고 있으며, 그만큼 여성 패션 시장이 확대되어지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 여성의 패션 시장을 중심으로 여성 패션에 대한 마케팅 활성화 전략에 대해 살펴보고 전략을 제시해 보고자 한다. 이를 위해 전략에 따른 구축 사례를 살펴보며, 이를 바탕으로 본 연구의 여성 패션 활성화 전략을 통해서 여성패션 마케팅 시장에서 경쟁력 있는 기대 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

새로운 글자체 구성에 의한 영어 발음기호의 컴퓨터 입력 방법에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 영어 발음기호를 컴퓨터에 효과적으로 입력하는 방법을 연구하기 위해 영어 발음기호 체계와 컴퓨터 분야에 사용되는 입력 및 표현방법을 분석하였다. 이에 따라 영어 발음기호를 쉽게 입력할 수 있으면서 각종 응용 프로그램에서 호환될 수 있는 새로운 글자체와 그 배치를 제시하고 이를 구성해 실험하였다. 실험 결과에 따르면, 워드프로세서를 비롯해 스프레드시트, 데이터베이스, 프레젠테이션 등 각종 응용 프로그램에서 모두 영어 발음기호의 입력이 가능하고, 각 프로그램 간에 데이터 호환이 이루어짐은 물론, 다른 기종의 컴퓨터에도 동일한 글자체 설치에 의해 데이터 호환이 이루어짐을 확인하였다. 특히, 본 논문에서 제시한 글자체 자판 배치를 사용한 결과 워드프로세서 등에서 사용하는 특수문자 입력 기능에 비해 입력속도가 크게 향상됨을 확인하였다. In this paper, English pronunciation system and the methods of its notations which is used in the internet web sites or in electronic English dictionaries are analyzed and new font table and its key layout are presented to input it efficiently. By using this method, English pronunciation can be inputted to the spreadsheets, databases and presentations as well as word-processors, and each application program's data can have compatibility. Furthermore, it can have compatibility within another type of computers and increase inputting speed. In the result of experiments, every data can have the compatibility in all of application programs and inputting speed is increased highly compare with using the pre-existing functions of word-processors.

Development Tendency of Altmetrics Research: Using Social Network Analysis and Co-word Analysis

알트메트릭스는 인용을 기반으로 한 전통적인 지표를 보완하기 위한 측정 지표이면서 정략적 데이터이다. 이러한 알트메트릭스 에 관한 연구는 지난 몇 년간 전통적인 계량 정보학의 보완에 힘입어 중요한 비중을 차지해오고 있다. 본 논문은 알트메트릭스 연구 현황과 동향을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 총 187건의 논문을 분석하였으며, 이를 통해 2005년이후로 알트메트릭스 연구에 지속적인 상승이 있음을 알 수 있다. 소셜 네트워크 분석과 co-word 분석을 사용하여 저자 협동 네트워크와 키워드 공존 네트워크를 구축한다. 계층적 클러스터링으로 4개의 알트메트릭스 연구가 발견되었으며, 그 결과는 알트메트릭스의 추후 연구에 매우 유용할 수 있다. Altmetrics is the measurement index and quantitative data to complement the traditional indicators based on the citation. Altmetrics research has acquired greater importance in the past few years, partly due to the complement to the traditional bibliometrics. This paper aims to reveal the research status and trends in altmetrics research. A total of 187 articles from 2005 to 2017 are obtained and analyzed, illustrating a steady rise (S-mode) in altmetrics research since 2005. Using social network analysis and co-word analysis, the author cooperation network and keyword co-occurrence network are developed. The core scientists and eight international research groups are discovered, reflecting that researchers in this field have a low degree of cooperation. Four topics of altmetrics research are discovered by hierarchical clustering. The results can be useful for the advanced research of altmetrics.

주차 시설 현황 조사를 통한 주차 회전율 파악에 관한 연구

This paper researches on securing parking spaces and improving parking performance, by use of vehicle license plate investigation for average parking time and parking turnover ratio. Even though general surveys on vehicle license plate investigation are performed by the person, our survey is performed by the machine, CCTV. Unusually, our method checks average parking time and parking turnover ratio at time intervals of the survey. So, it is easy to check whether a parking lot is effectively used and its traffic flows smoothly or not. In our experiment, we exclude a method to recognize characters by use of 4-direction projection. 본 논문에서는 효율적으로 주차 공간을 확보하고 주차장의 성능을 향상시키기 위한 방법 중 하나인 차량 번호판 조사를 이용하여 평균 주차 시간과 주차 회전율을 구하였다. 특이할 만한 사항은 일반적인 차량 번호판 조사는 사람이 직접 수행하게 되어있는데 본 조사에서는 사람이 직접 조사하지 않고 CCTV를 통하여 조사를 수행하였다. 따라서 적당한 조사 시간 간격(인터벌)을 두고 평균 주차 지속 시간과 주차 회전율을 구한 것이다. 이것으로 인하여 효율적으로 주차장을 사용하는지 여부와 차량의 주차 소통 여부를 쉽게 알 수 있다. 단지 실험에서 문자 인식 부분은 4-방향 프로젝션을 이용하여 추출하는데 이번 연구에선 제외하였다.

센서기반 무선 네트워크 환경에서 정보 유지관리에 관한 구성요소 연구

With the development of technology, wireless sensor networks (WSN) are wireless networks of consisting a large number of small and low-cost sensors. Wireless sensor networks facilitate collaboration to achieve the perception of information collection, processing and transmission tasks in deployment area. They have various purposes such as military, disaster relief, medical rescue, environmental monitoring, precision farming and manufacturing industry etc. Therefore, technologies for data maintaining technologies in sensor network environment is one of essential parts of sensor networks. In this paper, we present the essential particulars about data management technology at wireless sensor network environments and propound the issues. Further, we could organize and develop a systematic approach in solving the issues. 최근의 기술발전과 함께 무선 센서 네트워크 (Wireless Sensor Network, WSN)는 수많은 작고 저렴한 센서 노드로 구성된 센서네트워크이다. 무선 센서 네트워크는 공동으로 배치된 지역 내에서 정보감지, 수집, 처리 및 전송임무를 수행한다. 또한, 지능형교통, 의료구조, 환경감시, 정밀농업 및 공업 자동화 등 다양한 방면에 응용할 수 있다. 그래서 센서 네트워크 환경에서 데이터 유지관리 기술은 센서 네트워크의 핵심 기술 중 하나이다. 본 논문은 현재 무선 센서 네트워크 데이터 관리를 위한 기술을 분석하고 이들의 문제점에 대해 살펴보았다. 향후 본 연구를 통해 센서 네트워크의 체계적인 개발 접근을 시도해볼 수 있을 것이다.

백도어형 사설망의 작업효율 개선에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 동일 공간범위 내에서의 정보교환 시 방화벽 시스템 없이도 시스템 보안과 전송속도에 우수한 효과가 있는 백도어형 사설망의 단점을 분석하고 이를 개선하기 위한 방법을 제시하였다. 제시된 방법의 효과를 입증하기 위해 윈도우 기반 컴퓨터들과 유닉스 기반 컴퓨터들을 한 공간 내에 설치한 후 파일교환을 시행한 결과, 본래의 백도어형 사설망이 가진 보안적 특징과 파일 전송속도의 극대화 장점은 그대로 유지되면서도 파일교환에 필요한 서버가 생략되는 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 특히, 두 번의 조작에 의해 이루어졌던 파일교환이 한 번의 조작으로 가능해져 사용상 편리성이 증가되고 작업 시간도 크게 단축되는 등 작업효율이 향상됨을 확인하였다. In this paper, we analyzed the weakness of the Back-door type private network which was effective method of system security and transmission speed in the same area without firewall system, and presented the solution to improve it. To prove the effect of this solution, Windows based systems and UNIX based systems are set up in same area, data transmission was tried. According to the result, this solution can maintain the advantage of the Back-door type private network and can have the advantage of removing file server and increasing operation efficiency by reducing the number of operation.

다중-사용자 시스템에서의 효과적인 동적 웹 문서 발생 방법에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 한 서버에 여러 사용자가 존재하는 다중-사용자 시스템에서 동적 웹 문서를 발생시키는데 필요한 조건을 분석하고 이를 효과적으로 발생시키는 방법을 제시하였다. CGI를 이용한 많은 응용에서는 웹 문서 원본의 수정을 위해 CGI 프로그램 원본을 수정하고 새로 컴파일 한 후 브라우저에서 호출해야하는 복잡한 과정을 거치는 데 비해, PSSI 기법은 외부 파일의 형태로 되어있는 HTML 웹 문서 원본만을 수정하는 단순한 작업으로 간소화할 수 있다. 제시한 다중-사용자 PSSI 기법은 웹 문서 원본이 외부 파일 형태로 되어있고 CGI의 장점인 프로그래밍의 유연성과 SSI의 장점인 웹 문서 원본 수정의 용이함을 가진 특징에 의해 프로그램은 1개이면서도 각 사용자들은 자신의 디렉토리에서 사용자 고유의 웹 문서를 작성하고 수정할 수 있음을 실험을 통해 확인하였다. 또한, CGI 서비스가 필요한 경우마다 프로그램을 설치해 사용하는 경우에 비해 서버 관리와 용량 등의 측면에서 우수한 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. In this paper, we analyze the conditions of generating the dynamic Web documents in multi-user server and propose effective method for it. PSSI technique leads to replace the complex process of modifying a CGI source program by simply correcting the HTML Web document in the external file form. This technique has the strong points of CGI, flexibility and security of programming as well as those of SSI, easiness of modifying Web documents. Due to the characteristics of PSSI that Web source documents are in the form of external file, we show that with a single CGI program an individual user can design and modify his own Web documents in his directory. This means that PSSI technique has more advantage in managing the server than the CGI method which requires CGI program to be set up whenever that service is needed.

의류산업을 통한 전자상거래 활성화 전략 방안 연구

E-commerce is a kind of trade type between buyers and sellers rely on computer networks. Carried out according to certain standards of various business activities. e-commerce is based on modern information technology and network technology, financial electronic collection, management, information technology, business and trade information networks into one, aimed at logistics, capital flow and information flow of harmony and unity of the new trade, trade activities of the entire process, electronic, networking and digital. E-commerce has brought to the traditional ways of trading a huge impact, led to changes in economic structures, is a business revolution in the way and is recognized internationally as the 21st century is an important driver of economic development compared to current traditional companies. In this material, we first consider the current problem, analyze particular characteristics of clothing shopping mall to increase the purchasing power of customer. For these reasons, we describe the process for building the clothing site. 전자상거래는 판매자와 구매자간 인터넷으로 거래가 이루어지는 형태이다. 전자상거래를 기반으로 현대 정보기술 및 네트워크 기술, 금융 전자 수집, 관리, 정보 기술, 비즈니스 및 전체 무역 정보 네트워크가 용합되어지고 있다. 무역 활동의 과정가운데 전자화, 네트워킹 및 디지털화로 물류, 자금 및 정보류 등 새로운 무역이 출현되고 있다. 오늘날 전자상거래는 경제 구조를 변경하고 있으며, 21세기의 경제 발전의 중요한 추진력이 되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 온라인 쇼핑물의 차별화된 특징을 분석하고 구축함으로써 고객 구매력 증진을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 업무 프로세스의 차별화된 기획 및 구현된 여성사이트 개발에 필요한 과정을 중심으로 의류 사이트를 중심으로 전자상거래 구축, 작용에 관해 기술하였다.
