The properties of Cheju native mares` casein investigated and compared with Throughbred mares` casein by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAG), Sepharose 6B gel filtration and DEAE-cellulose column chromatography. Cheju native mares` casein separated in main three components, αs-, β-, k-casein by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis in the presence of 2-mercaptoethanol. On Sepharose 6B column, 3 fractions were obtained from acid casein: the first with k-, the second with αs-, β-, k-and the thud with mainly αs-, β-casein. Acid casein was fractionated into 5 fractions on DEAE-cellulose column with 0.01 M-Imidazole-HCl buffer (pH 7.0). The major components of the identified fractions are: fraction A, k-casein: B to C, mainly β-cassein: D to E, αs-casein.

Plastic injection processes comprise injection, packing, cooling, ejection and process/part quality control applications. Plastic injection provides a number of advantages over the weight reduction, assembly simplification and high productivity. In this study FE analysis was performed with MoldFlow2009 to optimize flow characteristic. With optimized conditions, cooling channel was designed and cool analysis was performed. Warpage characteristic at various cooling conditions was analyzed. The results show that warpage can be successfully reduced by appropriate control of cooling channel and cooling temperature.
IR센서 기반 보행보조기를 이용한 보행 시 경사상태에 따른 보행의지 파악에 관한 연구

본 논문은 보행의지를 파악하기 위해 IR 센서 기반 보행보조기를 이용하여 보행 시 슬관절 전방변위 측정과 하지의 근육활성도를 고찰하였다. 슬관절 전방변위 측정을 위해 보행보조기에 IR센서를 장착하였고, 근전도 (Bagnoli-8ch, Delsys Inc, USA)장비를 이용하여 대퇴직근, 대퇴이두근, 전경골근, 비복근을 측정 하였다. 실험에 참가한 피험자들은 성인 8명(나이 23.7 ± 0.5 years, 신장 175.4 ± 2.3 cm, 체중 70.6 ± 5.6kg)이며 매주 30분씩 총 3주간 진행되었다. 보행 시 경사조건과 보행 속도의 증가에 따라서 슬관절 전방변위가 변화되는 결과를 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 근육활성도 결과, 전방경사 시 대퇴부 근육의 활성도가 증가하였고 후방경사 시 하퇴부 근육이 많이 활성화 되어 IR센서 결과와 유사한 경향을 확인할 수 있었다. The aims of this study are to investigate the walking intention detection of a rollator based on Infraed (IR) sensor measuring knee joint anterior displacement and leg muscle activities. We used Active Walker attached IR sensor to measure the knee joint anterior displacement and EMG signal of leg muscles(rectus femoris, biceps femoris, tibialis anterior, gastrocnemius) were taken by Delsys bagnli-8ch. Subjects were eight healthy males(age 23.7 ± 0.5 years, height 175.4 ± 2.3 cm, weight 70.6 ± 5.6kg) and they were involved in experiments which had been proceeded 30 minutes a week, during 3 weeks. This system indicates that the knee joint anterior displacement had the distinction increases according to the gait slope and velocity. We showed the increase of the femoral muscle activities along the anterior tilt and the increase of the crural muscle activities along the posterior tilt.
