        생활체육 동호인의 참여특성과 몰입경험 및 여가만족도의 관계

        This study has been performed to inform contemporaries of leisure usefulness and furthermore to ultimately improve the life quality through the positive leisure, life sports. For this study, it has been aimed at 393 community members who have participated in life sports for more than 10 years in Seoul in 2008, utilizing SPSS 14.0. The results about the relationship between participation characteristics of life sports members, flow experience and leisure satisfaction are as follows. First, the differences of flow experience depending on participation characteristics of life sports are meaningful; in factors of definite goal, the balance between challenge and skills, self-purpose driven experience, ecstasy and time variation with the view of participatory frequency, in factors of definite goal, the balance between challenge and skills, control sense and time variation in the aspect of participation time, in the factors of the balance between challenge and skills and flow experience with the view of participation events. Moreover, the differences in leisure satisfaction depending on participation characteristics are meaningful in psychological, physiological, educational, leisure factors in the view of participatory frequency and physiological, environmental, physiological and leisure factors in the aspects of participation time and in physiological, environmental, physiological, educational and social satisfaction with the view of participation events. Second, the flow experience effects of life sports members on leisure satisfaction are as follows; clear goal, ecstasy, the control sense and time variation have a meaningful effect on leisure satisfaction; clear goal, self-purpose driven experience, control sense and time variation on environmental satisfaction; clear goal, the balance between challenge and skills, ecstasy and control sense on physiological satisfaction; clear goal, the balance between challenge and skills, self-purpose driven experience, ecstasy and control sense on leisure satisfaction.

        게이트볼 참여 노인의 여가몰입과 심리적 행복감 및 생활만족의 관계

        This study has examined the relationship between leisure flow and mental happiness or life satisfaction aimed at senior participants in gate ball so that it can explain psycho-social influences of daily sports activities of increasing senior citizens and provide the basic data to activate daily sports activities as useful leisure activities for spending their declining years in peace. For this study, the general population has been aimed at the elderly who are older than 60 years old and have participated in gate ball clubs, living in Daejoen Metropolitan City and South Chungchong Province in 2013 and 400 subjects have been chosen from it by using purposive sampling method. SPSS 17.0 program has been utilized for data analysis of ultimate 375 subjects appropriate for the research purpose to examine the relationship between le isure flow and mental happiness or life sat-is faction and the results are as follows. First, there is a positive relationship between leisure flow and psychological happiness and life satisfaction of senior participants in gate ball. Second, when it comes to the relationship between leisure flow and psychological happiness of senior participants in gate ball, leisure flow(cognitive flow, behavioral flow) has significant effects on flow and happiness as sub-factors of psychological happiness. Third, regarding the relationship between leisure flow and life satisfaction of senior participants in gate ball, leisure flow(cognitive flow, behavioral flow) has significant influence on past satisfaction, present satisfaction, future satisfaction as sub-factors of life satisfaction.

        청소년의 여가활동 참여특성과 여가만족도의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to clarify the relativity between leisure satisfaction in the adolescence to stress the importance of leisure activities in the adolescence. Also, Korean students were surveyed to understand their participation in leisure activities and provide basic data for them to build a sound culture of leisure activities. The population of students surveyed for this study was the currently attending high school in C city of Chungcheong-do. Cluster sampling method was applied to extract 500 students to be surveyed. The following summarizes the findings of this study: First, it was found that there are significant differences in psychological, environmental, physiological, and social satisfaction of the students of different genders. Also, social satisfaction was influenced by school type and educational satisfaction was influenced by the year in school. Second, it was found that there are significant differences in psychological and social satisfaction of the students based on their financial resources for leisure activities. It was also found that length of participation and type of leisure activity influences their psychological, environmental, physiological, social, and recreational satisfaction. Duration of participation is found to influence their educational satisfaction, but frequency participation did not show any significant influence.

        노인복지관 여가 프로그램에 참여하는 노인의 라이프스타일과 삶의 질의 관계

        This study has examined the relationship between the lifestyle of the aged who participate in leisure programs and their life quality so that it can contribute to developing and disseminating useful leisure programs in senior welfare centers and ultimately improving the life quality of the elderly. For this, the elderly group, who currently lives in Seoul in 2011 and participate in senior leisure programs of senior welfare center, has been settled as population by using cluster sampling and random sampling and this research has been performed based on the data of 453 old people who regularly join in leisure programs more than 4 times a week for(frequency) more than 5 years(duration). Regarding the differences of life quality depending on the participation purpose of the elderly in leisure programs of senior welfare centers, there are meaningful differences in fraternity promotion type, psychological anxiety type and subconsciousness type factors , and with regard to the differences of life quality depending on participation programs, there are meaningful differences in fraternity promotion type, self-achievement type and psychological anxiety type factors. Also, concerning the effect of the life style of the elderly, who participate in leisure program of senior welfare centers on the life quality, self-achievement type factor meaningfully affects physical life quality, and fraternity promotion type, self-achievement type and subconsciousness type factors have a meaningful effect on social and emotional life quality. In addition, the all the life style factors of fraternity promotion type, self-achievement type, psychological anxiety and subconsciousness types have a meaningful influence on psychological life quality.

        생활체육 참여자의 운동중독 정도와 삶의 질과의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to discuss relationship of participation of life sports participants, addiction to exercise, and quality of life to develop physical education ideas that comply with modern society`s focus on health and wellbeing and to examine various psychological factors that are related to problems in life sports. Participation in exercise for healthy life and various physical and sports experiences are expected to enhance quality of life and maintain health as life sports. The following are results of analyzing 352 life sports participants. 1. Participation of Life Sports Participants and Addiction to Exercise 1) The dispersion analysis between frequency of participation and addiction to exercise revealed that p-values of the three subfactors of addiction to exercise - emotional attachment (p=.000), withdrawal symptoms (p=.000), and desire to exercise (p=.000) - were statistically significant with the significance level set to .05. This proved that frequency of participation has a significant influence on addiction to exercise. 2) The dispersion analysis between intensity of participation and addiction to exercise indicated that p-values of the three subfactors of addiction to exercise - emotional attachment (p=.893), withdrawal symptoms (p=.058), and desire to exercise (p=.652) - were statistically insignificant with the significance level set to .05. This proved that intensity of participation does not influence addiction to exercise. 3) The dispersion analysis between category of participation and addiction to exercise indicated that p-values of the three subfactors of addiction to exercise - emotional attachment (p=.002), withdrawal symptoms (p=.000), and desire to exercise (p=.002) - were statistically significant with the significance level set to .05. This proved that category of participation has a significant influence on addiction to exercise. 2. Influence Life Sports Participants` Addiction to Exercise on Quality of Life 1) Emotional attachment (p=.524) and desire to exercise (p=.470) did not influence the emotional aspect of life, but withdrawal symptoms (p=000) were found to influence the emotional aspect of life when significance level was set to .05. 2) Emotional attachment (p=.018), withdrawal symptoms (p=000), and desire to exercise (p=.000) had significant influence of satisfaction with life when significance level was set to .05.

        생활체육 참여자의 참여동기가 여가만족도에 미치는 영향

        This study has targeted for increasing Life-Sports Participants and has examined how the participation motivation affects the leisure satisfaction and furthermore provides basis data for the activation of golf. For this, sample 400 people were randomly chosen among universe golf fellow of D, C ,S, G Country Club in Chungnam area in 2007. The questionnaire for subjects has been done, and available 388 sheets have been analyzed and processed using SPSS 14.0. The results through the specific analysis are as follows. 1. The participation motivation (pleasure, achievement, skill training, condition, social fellowship, health and physical strength, external display) of Life-Sports Participants has a meaningful effect on psychological satisfaction. 2. The motivation such as pleasure, achievement, skill training, social fellowship, health and physical strength, external display has a meaningful effect on environmental satisfaction. 3. The motivation such as pleasure, condition, social fellowship, health and physical strength, external display has a meaningful impact on physiological satisfaction. 4. The motivation such as achievement, condition, social fellowship, health and physical strength, external display has a meaningful influence on educational satisfaction. 5. The motivation such as skill training, condition, social fellowship meaningfully affects social satisfaction. 6. The motivation such as achievement, skill training, condition, social fellowship, external display have a meaningful effect on restful satisfaction.

        노인복지관 생활체육 프로그램에 참여하는 노인의 참여동기와 정신건강 및 삶의질

        The purpose of this study was to examine the relativity of motivation, mental health, and quality of life of senior participating in life sports programs at senior welfare centers to provide helpful information for the development and utilization of reasonable life sports programs for senior so that they can enjoy pleasant and helpful leisure activities and improve quality of life. For this purpose, 500 seniors who are habitually participating in life sports programs offered at senior welfare centers in Seoul were randomly selected and surveyed. Then, 464 applicable survey forms were analyzed by SPSS 14.0. The following shows the results: First, as for mental health, somatizing, depression, and anxiety factors were significantly influenced by the motivation to participate in life sports programs at senior welfare centers. Second, as for quality of life, feeling of life and satisfaction with life were significantly influenced by the motivation to participate in life sports programs at senior welfare centers. Third, sensitivity in interpersonal relationships, depression, and anxiety were significantly influential on feeling of life and somatizing, sensitivity in interpersonal relationships, depression, antagonism, and anxiety were influential on quality of life.

        생활체육에 참여하는 노인의 신체적 자기개념과 심리적 행복감 및 정신건강

        In order to clarify the relationship between the physical self-concept, psychological Happiness and mental health of senior participating in sports and leisure, data from 467 individuals conforming to the purposes of this study and suitable for analysis were studied. The results are as follows. First, with regards to the effect of physical self-concept of senior participating in sports & leisrue on their psychological happiness, factors such as competence in sports, health, physical activity, the state of their overall body, flexibility, endurance, strength, and appearance had a statistically significant impact on their immersion in sports. Meanwhile, factors such as competence in sports, health, physical activity, self-esteem, the state of their overall body, flexibility, endurance and strength had statistically significant effects on happiness. Second, with regards to the effect of physical self-concept of senior participating in sports & leisure on thier mental health, factors such as competence in sports, health, physical activity, self-esteem, endurance and strength had a statistically significant impact on somatization, while competence in sports, self-esteem, the state of their overall body, flexibility, endurance and body fat had statistically significant effects on interpersonal sensitivity. Factors such as competence in sports, self-esteem, the state of their overall body, endurance, strength and appearance had statistically significant effects on depression. Furthermore, competence in sports, health ,self-esteem, the state of their overall body, flexibility, endurance and strength factors significantly effect enmity, while physical activity, self-esteem, the state of their overall body, flexibility and appearance played a significant role in anxiety. Among the sub-factors of physical self-concept, health, physical activity, self-esteem, the state of their overall body, endurance, and strength showed significant influence on psychosis.
