        중세 국어 비자동적 교체 체언 어간의 단일화

        This study aims to reveal a principle in the changing pattern of the uninflected word, which phenomenon is prevalent in the Middle Korean. To achieve this goal, this article focuses on the nonautomatic change found in the stem of the uninflected word such as namu (나무) . In previous studies, some scholars attempted to explain the reason, they failed to give an explanation of the principle behind the phenomenon that raises a question regarding the function of verb and noun. Also, the theoretical explanation of the usage of uninflected word, which has been obscure, and it does not allow readers to clearly understand it. This article therefore focuses on the independent nature and function of the uninflected word in Middle Korean. In my analysis of the uninflected word, I suggest separating the part of the uninflected word into two variants which cause nonautomatic changes of the uninflected word. In this study, both the historical data and dialects of Modern Korean language are employed to prove this point. In addition, I propose that ‘-(eu(으))X-’ ending may have been a key to understand the phenomenon.

        장백 폭포에서 분리한 Acinetobacter koreensis sp. nov.의 보고

        JB10과 $JB15^{T}$ 균주들은 양강도 삼지연군의 북서부에 위치한 백두산에 있는 장려 폭포의 폭포수에서 분리되었다. 그람 음성의 호기성 균주로서, 약$0.9-1.6{\times}1.5-2.5\;{\mu}m$의 짧은 간균이었다. JB10, $JB15^{T}$ 균주들과 표준 균주들은 생리 생화학 특성 실험에서 서로 차이점을 보였다. JB10과 $JB15^{T}$ 균주들의 16S rDNA 염기서열을 분식한 결과 ${\gamma}-proteobacteria$에 속하였으며, Acinetobacter tandoii 4N13T (97.3%), Acinetobacter haemolyticus $ATCC17906^{T}$ (97.2%), Acinetobacter johnsonii $DSM6963^{T}$ (97.2%), Acinetobaoter junii $DSM6964^{T}$ (96.7%), Acinetobacter schindleri $LUH5832^{T}$ (97.0%) 및 Acinetobacter ursingii $LUH3792^{T}$ (96.6%)와 높은 유사도치 염기서열 상동성을 보여주었다. 그리고 이 외의 표준 균주들과는 93-96%의 염기서열 상동성을 보였다. 균체 지장산 분석 결과주요 지방산으로 $C_{18:1}\;{\omega}9c$와 $C_{16:1}\;{\omega}7c/C_{15:0}\;iso\;2OH$를 함유하고 있는 것을 확인하였으며, 흥미롭게도 $JB15^{T}$ 균주에서 $C_{19:1}\;iso\;I$이 검출되었다. 이상과 같이 생리 생화학적 특성, 16S rDNA 염기서열 분석 결과 및 균체 지방산분석 결과에서 선별된 JB10과 $JB15^{T}$ 균주들이 표준 균주들과는 다른 특성을 나타내는 것으로 확인되어 JB10 (=KEMC 52-093)과 $JB15^{T}$ ($=KEMC\; 52-094^{T}$) 균주들을 Acinetobacter koreensis sp. nov.로 동정하였다. Two isolates of genus Acinetobacter were obtained from Jang-Baek waterfall in North Korea. Morphological characteristics of the isolated 2 strains were Gram-negative, aerobic and rod shape bacteria. Physiological and biochemical characterization of the isolated 2 strains were some different aspect from those of type strains. 16S rDNA sequence analysis showed that the two isolates shared 99.9% sequence similarity. Strains JB10 and $JB15^{T}$ were shown to belong to the Gammaproteobacteria and showed the highest levels of sequence similarity to Acinetobacter tandoii $4N13^{T}$ (97.3%), Acinetobacter haemolyticus $ATCC17906^{T}$ (97.2%), Acinetobacter johnsonii $DSM6963^{T}$ (97.2%), Acinetobacter junii $DSM6964^{T}$ (96.7%), Acinetobacter schindleri $LUH5832^{T}$ (97.0%) and Acinetobacter ursingii $LUH3792^{T}$ (96.6%). The major cellular fatty acid in Acinetobacter type strains and isolated strains included $C_{18:1}\;{\omega}9c\;and\;C_{16:1}\;{\omega}7c/C_{15:0}\;iso\;2OH$. Eventhough it was ascertained that the isolated strains were closely related to genus Acinetobacter, physiological and biochemical characteristics and the result of the isolated strains 16S rDNA analysis indicate some different aspects from those of type strains of genus Acinetohacter It is considered that the isolated JB10 (=KEMC 52-093) and $JB15^{T}\;(=KEMC\;52-094^{T})$ strains be new species of genus Acinetobacter. We name it as Acinetobacter koreensis sp. nov.

      • 시(詩)에 투영된 색채어의 상징의미 고찰-‘청색’과 ‘백색’을 대상으로

        본고는 唐代 색채어의 상징의미 고찰을 목적으로 작성되었다. 색채어는 모든 언어에 보편적으로 보이는 현상이지만 중국에서는 특히 詩에서 가장 풍성하고 다양하게 색채어가 운용된다. 하여, 본고에서는 詩가 가장 융성했던 시기인 唐代 주요 시인들(李白, 杜甫, 白居易, 王維)의 색채어를 연구의 범주로 삼아 그 용례를 조사하고 분석하였다. 이러한 과정을 통하여 그들이 가장 선호했던 ‘청색’과 ‘백색’ 계통의 상징의미를 분석하는데 집중하였다. 본고의 분석을 통해 다음과 같은 결과를 도출할 수 있었다. 첫째, 색채어는 수식대상과의 밀접한 관계 속에서 새로운 어휘를 구성한다. 본고가 분석한 색채어의 용례에서 수식대상이 색채어소의 앞뒤에 붙어 새로운 어휘로 정착되는 과정을 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, 唐詩에는 주로 청색 계열 (‘靑天’, ‘靑山’, ‘靑雲’)과 백색 계열 (‘白雲’, ‘白骨’, ‘白首’, ‘白髮’, ‘白頭’)의 색채어가 운용되고 있다. 본고에서는 시인별로 자주 사용하는 색채어의 용례를 도표로 정리하여 唐詩 번역에 참고할 수 있도록 하였다. 색채어는 모든 언어에 보편적으로 존재하는 이성적인 언어현상이며, 또한 색채어는 시공간의 차이를 민감하게 반영하는 감성적인 산물이기도 하다. 본 고에서 분석한 내용들이 唐詩 번역의 난제를 해결하는데 일조하는 한편, 중국어에 보이는 색채어의 통시태적 연구에도 도움이 되었으면 한다. This paper aims to examine symbolic meanings of color term in the Tang dynasty. Color term is a universal phenomenon of all languages. In China, color term has been used with the most abundance and diversity in poetry in particular. Therefore, this paper concerned major poets in the Tang dynasty (Li Bai(李白), Du Fu(杜甫), Bai Juyi(白居易), and Wang Wei(王維)) when poetry most flourished, and investigated and analyzed examples of color term in their works. Through this process, this paper concentrated on analyzing the symbolic meanings of "blue color" and “white color" lines most favored by them. Analysis by this paper derived the following conclusions. First, color terms form new vocabulary in close relationship with what is qualified by them. In the examples of color terms analyzed by this study, what was qualified was attached to the front and back of color elements that formed a word and established as new vocabulary. Second, largely blue color lines (blue sky, blue mountain, and blue clouds) and white color lines (white clouds, white skeletal, white head, white hair, and white head) were used in the Tang dynasty. This study created a chart of color term examples frequently used by each poet so that it can be referred to in translating poems of the Tang dynasty. Color term is a rational linguistic phenomenon that universally exists in all languages and also an emotional product that sensitively reflects temporal and spatial differences. The author desires that the analyzed content is helpful in resolving difficulty with translation of poetry of the Tang dynasty and conducive to research from the perspectives of linguistic evolutionary process.

        과학 연구 윤리 가치관 변화를 위한 초등 과학교육 프로그램의 개발 및 적용

        The purposes of this study were to develop science education programs for changing students` science research ethical views, and to investigate the types and features of their views, and to examine their changes overtime. The subject of this study was one 6th grade class(41 students) at an elementary school located in Seoul. The scientific research ethical education programs developed in the study was applied through 8 lessons over 4 weeks. The results of this study show that 3 types of science research ethical views were appeared in elementary students participated in this study: `human·technology centered views`, `value·ecology centered views` and the mixed views. The numbers of students, who changed their views from typeⅠ or typeⅡto typeⅢ, were significantly increased. Students with typeⅢ appeared to actively involve in classroom activities aligned with science research ethical issues. The results imply that intended science ethical education program can affect students` ethical views on science. It is also important to aware that teacher`s effective assistance and help contribute to students` meaningful changes on their traditional scientific ethical views. Educational implications on science education are discussed.

      • 건조 방법과 저장 온도에 따른 할미꽃 종자의 발아

        봄철 관상식물로 활용되는 할미꽃의 종자는 실온보관 수명이 6주 정도로 알려져 있으며 장기저장이 어려운 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구는 할미꽃 종자의 실온보관 수명을 밝히고 장기저장 기술 개발을 하고자 실시하였다. 상온보관 기간에 종자 무게 변화는 5.158g에서 8주 후 4.988g, 16주 후 4.793g으로 변화하였고, 발아율은 각각 82±4.9%, 72.5±13.42%, 70.7±8.08%였다. 기건 기간에 따라 수분함량과 발아율은 모두 감소하였으나 처리 모두 70% 이상의 높은 발아율을 보였다. 15℃, RH 15%, 4주간 건조처리 한 결과 무게는 4.0714g 감소하였으며 발아율은 73.3±1.15%였고, 건조 후 -18℃, 12주 저장 후발아율은 72.0±8.16%였다. 건조 단독처리, 건조 및 저온 복합처리 결과 수분함량과 발아율 모두 감소하였으나 70% 이상의 높은 발아율을 보였다. 할미꽃 종자는 실온 보관 수명이 6주 정도로 알려져 있었으나, 본 실험 결과 16주의 실온보관이 가능하다. 또한, 10℃ 이하의 저온건조저장이 어려운 것으로 알려져있었으나, 본 실험 결과 12주의 저온건조저장(-18℃)이 가능하다. 따라서, 할미꽃 종자에 대하여 저온건조저장법에 의한 장기저장기술 개발연구가 요구된다. For long-term storage possibility of Pulsatilla koreana(Yabe ex Nakai) Nakai ex Nakai seeds according to drying and keeping at cold temperature, water content and germination ratio were compared at room temperature drying and cold-temperature storage after drying. Depending on storage condition at room-temperature(25℃), average weight were changing from 5.158g to 4.988g, 4.798g and germination ratios were studied 82±4.9%, 72.5±13.42%, 70.7±8.08%. Although water content was decreasing, germination ratios were showing more than 70%. Drying treatment was oven-drying(15℃, RH 15%) for 4 weeks. After drying, the weight was 4.0714g that was decreased. Germination of drying seeds was 73.3±1.15%, Germination of .18℃ 12 weeks storage seeds with drying was 72.0±8.16%. According to drying and low-temperature treatment, water content were decreasing but still germination ratios were more than 70%. Pulsatilla koreana(Yabe ex Nakai) Nakai ex Nakai seeds were known that life expectancy was 6 weeks at room temperature, but 16 weeks life was possible was shown in this study. Also the seeds were known that was difficult to be storage at less 10℃ and long-term storage, but it was possible to preserve 12 weeks at drying low-temperature and to be long-term storage in this study.

        비만 프로그램이 비만 중년 여성의 동맥경화지수와 HOMA Index에 미치는 영향

        The number of obese people has been steadily rising over one and a half times since recent ten years ago in Korea. Obesity accompanied by increased body fat could lead to hyperlipidemia, hyperinsulinemia, and hypertension, which are related to metabolic syndrome. With awareness of risks of obesity, the study of metabolic syndrome-related blood lipids predisposing to atherosclerosis have taken attention more. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of obesity program on AI and HOMA index in middle aged obese women. Middle aged obese women were recruited and exercised power walking, treadmill jogging for aerobic exercise(50-60%VO2max for first 1-6 weeks, 60-70%VO2max for later 7-12 weeks), weight training for resistant exercise(50-60%1RM for first 1-6 weeks, 60%-80%1RM for later 7-12 weeks), and Yoga training for a hour per exercise. AI and HOMA Index extrapolated from drawn blood sample at the beginning of exercise, 6 weeks after beginning exercise, and 12 weeks after beginning exercise were analysed. The variables were analyzed using repeated one-way ANOVA and Duncan post-hoc test. In the AI analysis, (TC-HDL-C)/HDL-C, TC/HDL-C, LDL-C/HDL-C decreased at 6 week and 12 week after beginning exercise, but not significantly. And the blood sugar, insulin, and HOMA Index did not show statistically significant change. As a result, we have found that obesity program comprised of several exercise types could affect positively to AI and would be beneficial to preventing and arteriosclerosis. However, further studies are necessary to connect various exercise types and the duration of exercise program with effects on prevention of atherosclerosis as well as to clear the relationship between the initial state of insulin resistance and the positive effects of exercise on the improvement of insulin resistance.
