      • B.E.P. 가 생쥐의 水泳能과 水泳負荷로 惹起된 흰쥐의 疲勞恢復에 미치는 實驗的 硏究

        We have completed a study to measure the contents of glucose, BUN, creatinine, LDH, and T-protein with respect to a fatigued condition in the bloods of rats which a constant swimming is loaded and to measure the maximun swimming time of mice The test has been carried out as a part of the basic study on the efficacy of B.E.P. (Biological Energy Projector) for emitting a light energy having a specific wavelength out of far-infrared rays. As a result, We have reached the following conclusions: 1. At testing of mice's maximun swimming time, all of B.E.P.(2, 4, 8, 24hrs) treated group have been increased in comparison with the control group, but only 24hrs-B.E.P. treated group significantly increased during 4 weeks. 2. The contents of glucose, BUN, creatinine, LDH, and T-protein measured immediately after the swimming of mice have been distinctly changed but not been significantly changed at their increase and decrease in comparison with the control group. 3. At 3rd day out of the swimming loading, the contents of glucose in the blood serum of the white rat have been distinctly increased in comparison with the control group. And 24hrs-B.E.P. treated group surpassed 8hrs-B.E.P. treated group. 4. At 1st and 3rd day, the contents of creatinine in the blood serum of the white rat have been distinctly increased at B.E.P.(8, 24hrs) treated groups in comparison with the control group and have been recovered to the condition of the normal group. 5. After three days, the contents of BUN in the blood serum of the white rat have been significantly decreased in B.E.P.(8, 24hrs) treated groups at 3rd day in comparison with the control group and have been recovered to the condition of the normal group. 6. The contents of LDH in the blood serum of the white rat have been decreased in B.E.P.(8, 24hrs) treated groups at 3rd day in comparison with the control group, in particular 24hrs -B.E.P. treated group has been decreased distinctly than the normal group. 7. The contents of T-protein in the blood serum of the white rat have been distinctly increased in B.E.P.(8, 24hrs) treated groups at 3rd day in comparison with the control and normal group. As the above results, it has been proved that the execise of mice and the fatigue metabolism of rats were influenced by the light energy emitted the B.E.P.. and it has been also proved that the external stimulation could be used as a preferable stimulative factor for the biological metabolism. If the clinical training and study are positively acheived, the B.E.P. would be used as curative means and preventive measures for helping human body.

        人間은 누구나 쉽게 살고 싶어한다. 그러나 쉽게 생활하든 고난의 삶을 살든 先天에서는 이미 生老病死의 過程으로 人間을 마무리 하게 된다. 그러나 過去보다는 現在가 現在보다는 未來가 人類에게는 보다 希望的이라는 점을 歷史는 보여주고 있다. 醫學에 있어서도 東洋醫學과 西洋醫學이 있어 그 相互 補完的 發展은 東洋哲學에서의 陰과 陽이 造化되어 새로운 變化를 만들게 함과 같다고 할 수 있다. 本人은 東洋醫學者이지만 살고있는 時代가 科學文明時代 (各種 컴퓨터 및 정보시대)이기 때문에 이 시대에있어 人類의 疾病克服과 豫防에 대한 人間的 思考를 감히 紙上에 言及하게 됨은 지구상의 주체에 대한 강한 애착이 있기 때문이다. 本文의 內容은 論者가 보아도 모자란 점과 비약된 점이 많음을 是認하는 바이다. 그러나 변화의 물결에는 항상 디딤돌이 있듯이 後天에만 存在하는 오로지 生, 死의 過程을 만들기 위해서 過去 모든 지식을 모아씀을 당연한 作業이라 할 것이다.

      • 四君子湯, 四物湯 및 八物湯이 筋肉疲勞恢復에 미치는 實驗的 硏究

        The levels of exhausting sbustances in blood change under the concerns one another and make a difference according to the rate of exercise. As resources of energy, fattic acid, Keton body and glucose are used in muscle cells having a rest or working an average normal action. In addition to these ingredients, glycogen and phosphocreatine which are in the muscle cells are used during severe exercise. lactate, pyruvate and creatinine which are the products of fatigus are derived from this process. The substances in blood concerning the fatigus of muscles are observed clinically in sports medicine. The fast reduction of these substances can help the recovery of muscular fatigus and the concerned disease as well as help do well the sports games especially reguired endurance and alertness. Therefore these experimental studies obtained several conclusions from two groups of white rats, that are under the same conditions that they are forced such a maximum swimming that they become extremely tired. Among them, normal saline is administered into one group, while the extracts of Sagunjatang(Sample A), Samultang(Sample B) and Palmultang(Sample C) are administered into the other. The followings are the results of the results of the products of muscular fatigue in blood(lactate, pyruvate, creatinine) and of the metabolic substances(glucose, NEFA) according to time(30, 60, 120, 240 min) after the administration of these extracts. 1. One of the products of metabolism, lactate levels decrease in the rat under the administration of the extracts of Sagunjatang, Samultang and Palmultang in 60 minutes(p<0.05). 2. Pyruvate levels decrease in the rat under the administration of these extracts in 60 minutes(p<0.05). 3. Creatinine levels decrease significantly in the rat under the administration of all these extracts in 30minutes(p<0.001), and decrease slightly in 4hrs(p<0.05) under the administration of extracts of Sagunjatang and Samultang. 4. One of the metabolic substances, glucose livels in blood increase significantly in 60minutes(p<0.05) under the adminstration of all these extracts. 5. NEFA levels also decrease in 60 minutes(p<0.02) under the administration of the extracts of Sagunjatang, whereas they decrease in 2hrs(p<0.01) under the administration of the extracts of Samultang and Palmultang. According to the above results, administration of Bo-Chi(補氣), Bo-Hyul(補血), and Bo-Chihyul herb medicine(補氣血劑) has a good effect on the process of the recovery of fatigue of muscles. Even though the differences are in the rates, the use of Bo-Hyul herb medicine(補血劑) that the activation of Chi(氣) precedes can be good for the department of sports medicine as well as for the recovery of fatigue of muscles.
