        예비초등교사 육상 전공수업의 재미촉진 및 저해요인

        본 연구는 예비초등교사가 지각하는 육상 전공 수업의 재미촉진 및 저해요인을 탐색하고자 진행하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 D교육대학교 예비초등교사 123명을 대상으로 개방형 설문 조사를 진행하였다. 수집된 자료는 연구의 목적에 따라 귀납적 분석법을 실시하였다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 예비초등교사가 지각하는 육상 전공 수업의 재미촉진요인은 총 321항의 원자료로 이는 5개 일반영역(수업방식, 수업내용, 수업효과, 교수방법, 기타), 8개 세부영역(야외수업, 대인관계, 학습분위기, 새로운 종목 경험, 기술습득, 수업효과, 교수 방법, 기타)으로 구분되었다. 또한 예비초등교사가 지각하는 육상 전공 수업의 저해요인은 총 213항의 원자료로 이는 6개 일반영역(수업방식, 수업내용, 수업평가, 학생, 교육환경, 기타), 9개 세부영역(수업 분위기, 수업내용, 평가, 기술습득, 부상, 날씨, 수업환경, 시설 및 장비, 기타)으로 구분되었다. This study was conducted to explore the factors that promote and hinder the fun of Track and field Major classes perceived by Preliminary Elementary Teachers. To achieve this research objective, an open questionnaire survey was conducted on 123 pre-primary teachers at D University of Education. The collected data were subjected to inductive analysis according to the purpose of the study. As a result, the factors that promote the fun of the land major class perceived by the Preliminary Elementary Teachers are a total of 321 original data, which are 5 general areas (class method, class content, class effect, teaching method, etc.), 8 sub-areas (outdoor class). Interpersonal relations, learning atmosphere, new event experience, skill acquisition, class effect, teaching method, etc.). In addition, a total of 213 items of obstacles to land major classes perceived by Preliminary Elementary Teachers are the original data of 6 general areas (class method, class content, class evaluation, students, educational environment, etc.), and 9 sub-areas (class atmosphere), Class content, evaluation, skill acquisition, injury, weather, class environment, facilities and equipment, etc.).

        8주 동안의 육상 교양수업 참여가 단거리 스타트 동작에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of 8 weeks after school classes of track sports on students`` start motion through kinematic variables. 30 students in D National university of education participated for this study. These students divided into two groups, 17 students for experimental group and 13 students for control group. The two groups participated in general athletic class as common class, and the experimental group participated in after school class additionally. The general class taught track and jump skill for 3 hours a week, and the after school class taught only athletic running skill for 30 minutes a week. Pre and post test assessed to assess students’ kinematic changes. Findings indicated that velocity and step rate were increased, and contact time, step length, displacement of center of mass were decreased in the experimental group. In the control group, early velocity, knee/hip angle velocity were increased, and contact time, step length, displacement of center of mass were decreased. In conclusion, the students who only participated in general class, could not maintain athletic skills obtained from the class. However, students who participated in both general and after school class accomplish athletic start skill. This is because Continuous learning effect helped students keep the skill and did not lose the skill. Thus, in order for students to learn specific sport skills, joining after school class with general class together is recommended.

        Stefan Holm의 높이뛰기 발구름 동작에서의 충격력과 상지와 하지 분절의 운동학적 분석

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the kinetic factors of Stefan holm`s take-off motion and provide the technical data. Collected data of the subject(height: 181 cm, weight: 71 kg, record: 230 cm) were used for the last two strides and take-off phase. The results were as follows: The vertical impulse force was 2044.8 N which was 2.49 times and the anterior-posterior impulse force was -1306.4N which was 1.88 times of the subject`s weight. The take-off leg angular velocities(ωx, ωy) were switched drastically from clockwise to count clockwise direction between two-step touchdown and take-off. The highest jerk of the take-off foot was 368.97 m/s3 during the two step take-off and the take-off foot made an impact to the ground with 1225.07 m/s3 during the one step touchdown.

        제자리멀리뛰기 동작의 팔 스윙 통제가 운동역학적 요인에 미치는 영향

        The aim of the study was to investigate how the presence or the absence of arm swing affects the biomechanical mechanism during standing long jump. Twenty-four male students (age: 20.3 ± 3.2 years, height 174.0 ± 4.6 cm, weight 67.3 ± 8.1 kg) majoring physical education from “D” university were recruited in order to achieve the purpose of the study. Six infrared cameras (Qualisys Oqus 300, SWE) and two ground reaction force measuring system (Kistler, Type9260AA6, SWI) were used for measuring kinematic and kinetic variables. The absence of arm swing during standing long jump lowered the horizontal velocity whereas, increased the vertical velocity. It is considered to be the result of being unable to utilize ground reaction force acting in the vertical direction while performing the leap. In addition, lower trunk angular velocity and moment were observed during the flight phase, as subjects were unable to from perform smooth trunk flexion which ultimately effected the counter movement.

        두발 착지 후 최대 점프 동작 시 무릎 보호대 착용이 전방십자인대 부상 요인에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the possibility of anterior cruciate ligament injuries by wearing a knee protector in the double leg landing after maximum vertical jump motion. The subjects recruited for the study were 19 males college students (age: 23.1±1.03 years, height: 1.73±4.56 m, weight: 66.9±6.08 kg). Six infrared cameras (Qualisys Oqus 3, SWE) and two ground reaction force (Kistler Type 9260AA6, SWI) were used to analyze the motion. Subjects performed double leg landing after maximum vertical jump wearing a knee brace, sleeve, and nothing (control condition). The conclusions obtained from this study are as follows. First, wearing knee brace and sleeve did not interfere with exercise performance. Second, wearing a knee brace and sleeve reduced knee flexion angle during landing. Third, brace reduced knee abduction moment, thus wearing a knee brace may contribute to the prevention of anterior cruciate ligament injuries.

        현장사례연구 : 육상 국가대표 후보 선수들의 심리기술과 자기관리의 관계

        이 연구의 목적은 육상 국가대표 후보 선수들을 대상으로 심리기술과 자기관리의 수준을 파악하고 그 관계를 규명하는 것이었다. 연구의 대상은 2008년 육상 국가대표 후보 선수 하계훈련에 참가한 선수 128명을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 남자 73명, 여자 55명이며, 중학생 34명 고등학생 94명으로 구성되어있다. 이러한 대상자들의 심리기술과 자기관리를 측정하기 위하여 유진과 허정훈(2002)의 스포츠 심리기술 질문지와 허정훈(2003)의 자기관리검사지를 이용하여 측정하였으며, 일반적 특성을 알아보기 위하여 빈도분석과 독립표본 t-test를 실시하였으며 심리기술과 자기관리와의 관계를 알아보기 위하여 상관관계분석과 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성별에 따른 심리기술에서는 자신감과 의지력에서 남자가 여자보다 높고, 연령에서는 의지력에서 고등학생이 중학생보다 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 심리기술과 자기관리와의 관계에서는 목표설정과 불안조절, 집중력, 심상과 불안조절, 불안조절과 대인관리, 훈련관리를 제외한 모두에서 높은 상관관계가 나타났다. 셋째, 심리기술이 자기관리에 미치는 영향력에서는 자신감과 팀조화는 자기관리의 모든 요인에 영향을 미치고 심상은 대인관리와 훈련관리, 정신관리에 영향을 미치고, 의지력은 대인관리와 훈련관리에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship psychological skills and self management strategies track and field reserve athletes in middle and high school. The subjects of a research consisted of 128 athletes to participate in the summer training 2008 of track and field athletics middle and high school athletes who were males(73), females(55), middle school athletes(34), and high school athletes(94). To research psychological skills and self management strategies of the subjects, used the questionnaire, Yoo & Huh (2002) Sports psychological skill questionnaire and Huh(2003) Self-Management Questionnaire, and to examine general characteristics, executed frequency analytical and independent sample t-test. In order to examine the relationship with psychological technique and self management, executed an Correlation and multiple regression. The summarized results of the study are as the following. First, in the psychological technique according to the sex, males were higher than females in confidence and willpower, in age, high school students were more highly than middle school students in willpower. Second, in relationship of psychological technique and self management, appeared the high interrelation in all except aim set and insecurity control, power of concentration, image and insecurity control, insecurity control and interpersonal relation management, and a training management. Third, In influence power that the psychological skill affects in self management, confidence and team balance affect all parameter of self management, image with interpersonal affects interpersonal management, training management, and mental management. The willpower affects interpersonal management and training management.

        높이에 따른 두발 착지동작 후 점프동작 시 무릎관절의 부하 변화

        The purpose of the study was to analyze the biomechanical changes of the knee joint according to the increase of the landing height and the leg dominance to investigate the effect on the factors of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury. The subjects were 19 male college students majoring in physical education with an average height of 73.4±4.56 cm, body weight of 66.9±6.08 kg, and age of 22.1±1.03 yrs. Experiments were carried out by double-leg landing from a wooden box of 20, 40, and 60 cm height of which three dimensional position data and ground reaction force data were collected during the maneuver. Inverse kinematics and dynamics algorithms were used to calculate the velocity of center of mass, the knee angles, the shear force, and the moments. The results obtained are as follows. First, the descending velocity of center of mass increased with landing height, but there were no difference in knee angles. Second, the maximal knee shear force increased with the landing height, but it was significantly lower than the ACL injury threshold level. Third, the knee joint moments increased with the landing height. It is expected that with increased knee adduction moment, a higher load will be applied to the ACL.
