직무만족을 매개로하여 셀프리더십이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 : 국내의 금형기업체 대상으로

본 연구는 국내의 금형 관련 기업체에 근무하는 종사자들을 대상으로 직무만족을 매개로 하여 셀프리더십이 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는지를 규명하는 것에 그 목적이 있다. 국내의 금형 관련 기업체에 근무하는 종사자들을 대상으로 3개월의 기간 동안 설문지를 온라인으로 표집 하였다. 응답한 설문지는 총 209부로 모두 최종 분석에 사용하였으며, 측정도구는 셀프리더십, 조직몰입, 직무만족으로 설문지를 구성하여 사용하였다. 통계분석은 SPSS 21.0 프로그램으로 실시 하였다. 국내의 금형 관련 기업체에서 근무하는 종사자들의 조기이직 문제와 직무역량 향상을 위해서 셀프리더십이 조직몰입 및 직무만족에 미치는 영향과 직무만족을 매개로 하여 셀프리더십이 조직몰입에 영향을 주는지 검증하였다. 검증결과 셀프리더십은 조직몰입과 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 직무만족은 셀프리더십과 조직몰입간에 완전매개효과가 있음을 증명 하였다. 이것은 셀프리더십이 강하고, 직무만족이 높을수록 조직몰입에 미치는 영향이 크다는 것을 입증 하였다. 이로서 기업이나 협회에서 금형관련 종사자를 대상으로 셀프리더십 교육을 시행할 수 있는 토대를 마련하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate whether self-leadership affects organizational commitment through job satisfaction of employees working in domestic mold-related companies. Questionnaires were collected online for a period of three months from employees working in domestic mold-related companies., A total of 209 questionnaires were used for the final analysis, and the questionnaires were composed of self-leadership, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction. In order to improve the early turnover problem and job competence of employees working in domestic mold-related companies, the effect of self-leadership on organizational commitment and job satisfaction and the effect of self-leadership on organizational commitment through job satisfaction were verified. As a result of the verification, it was proved that self-leadership had a significant effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction, and job satisfaction had a complete mediating effect between self-leadership and organizational commitment., This proved that the stronger the self-leadership and the higher the job satisfaction, the greater the impact on organizational commitment, thus laying the foundation for self-leadership education for mold-related workers in companies and associations.

Daylighting is core of sustainable design in most buildings. Weel-designed daylighting systems can significantly reduce or even eliminate the electric lighting loads during the day time, including air conditioning energy loads. Among window systems, the topside lights systems including monitor lighting, sawtooth lighting, sunscoop and, lightscoop is one of the most popular apparatus to improve the lighting quantity. Also they are important both in terms of energy savings and visual quality. The objective of this study is to analyse daylighting performance of topside lighting system for different orientations. Four types of topside lighting system were tested and compared: monitor lighting, sawtooth lighting, lightscoop and sunscoop. Totally 25 measuring points of illuminance on the horizontal plane were monitored from 09:00 to 17:00 on October 6, 2008. Agilent data logger and photometric sensors Li-cor were used. Comparisons with a light factor is discussed. The results found in this study would mean that there were no significant differences in light factor between three cases.
