부인과영역 질환 수술 후 한방입원치료를 받은 환자에 대한 전반적 현황분석 및 통계적 고찰

Objectives: This study aims to analyze the current status of hospitalized patients and effects of Korean medical treatment after gynecological surgery. Methods: We analyzed the medical records of patients admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to May 2017 and categorized the pre-operative and post-operative contents. We performed statistical analysis using SPSS ver.20 for the patients` pains among symptoms. Results: Among total 87, patients 82.8% had hysterectomy. The most cause of the surgery were adenomyosis. The average duration of hospitalization was 10.4±5.7 days and all patients were treated with acupuncture. Gami-sibjeon-tang was used most frequently. Among the symptoms that occurred after the operation, abdominal pain, low back pain, pelvic pain were in the order of pain and statistically significant decrease in the mean NRS score. In the symptoms of system, general weakness, insomnia, digestive disorder were in the order of the frequency and were improved respectively. Conclusion: We were able to find out the effectiveness of post-operative Korean medical treatment through hospitalized patients. More data collection and systematic research designs are needed.
보양환오탕(補陽還五湯) 경구투여 후 면역 활성화에 의한암 전이 억제 효과

This study was designed to investigate intestinal immune systemactivation and anti-metastatic effect on cancer cells by orally administered extractsof Boyanghwano-tang. Methods: To observe immunomodulating effects of Boyanghwano-tang on Peyer`s patch cells, we measured cytokines GM-CSF, IL-4. In addition to observing effectsof Boyanghwano-tang on hematopoiesis, we measured proliferation of bone marrowcells mediated by Peyer`s patch cells in vitro. IgA induction activated in intestinal content and serum was measured to observethe effect of orally administered Boyanghwano-tang on mucosal immune system. After administering ovalbumin (OVA) with Boyanghwano-tang, Proliferation ofPeyer`s patch cell was measured to investigate gut immunostimulatory effect. Anti-metastatic experiments were conducted in vivo mouse model by using colon26-M3.1 carcinoma cell. Results: The amounts of GM-CSF and IL-4 in the culture supernatant of Peyer`spatch cells were significantly increased compared to the control group. The proliferationof bone marrow cell was significantly up-regualted with Boyanghwano-tang. Theseresults indicate that oral administration of Boyanghwano-tang enhances the secretionof hematopoietic growth factors such as GM-CSF and IL-4 from Peyer`s patch cells,and these cytokines also act on modulator of bone marrow cell proliferation. After orally administering OVA with Boyanghwano-tang, IgA induction and Proliferationof peyer`s patch cell was up-regulated with Boyanghwano-tang. These results meansorally administered Boyanghwano-tang activates intestinal immune system andhas an inhibitory effect on tumor metastasis. In addition, We found that orally administered Boyanghwano-tang significantlyinhibited tumor metastasis in vivo. Conclusions: Orally administered Boyanghwano-tang appears to have considerableactivity on the anti-metastasis by activation of immune system.
