대조환(大造丸) 추출물이 ${\beta}$-amyloid로 유도된 Alzheimer's disease 병태(病態)모델에 미치는 영향

Ohjective: This research investigates the effect of the DJR on Alzheimer's disease. Method: 1.The effects of the DJR extract on IL.-$1{\beta}$, IL-6, TNF-${\alpha}$, cox-2, and NOS-II mRNA of BV2 microglia cell line treated with LPS; 2. the behavior: 3. the infarction area of the hippocampus, and brain tissue injury in Alzheimer's diseased mice induced with ${\beta}$A were investigated. Result: 1. The DJR extract suppressed the expression of IL-$1{\beta}$, IL-6 and TNF-${\alpha}$ mRNA in BV2 microglia cell line treated with LPS. 2. The DJR extract suppressed the expression of IL-$1{\beta}$, IL-6, and TNF-${\alpha}$ protein production in BV2 microglia cell line treated with LPS. 3. For the DJR extract group a significant inhibitory effect on the memory deficit was shown for the mice with Alzheimer's disease induced by .${\beta}$A in the Moms water maze experiment, which measured stop-through latency, and distance movement-through latency. 4. The DJR extract suppressed the over-expression of IL-$1{\beta}$ protein, TNF-${\alpha}$ protein and CD68/CD11b, in the mice with Alzheimer's disease induced by ${\beta}$A 5. The DJR extract reduced the infarction area of hippocampus, and controlled the injury of brain tissue in the mice with Alzheimer's disease induced by ${\beta}$A. 6. The DJR extract reduced the tau protein, GFAP protein, and presenilin1/2 protein (immunohistochemistry) of hippocampus in the mice with Alzheimer's disease induced by ${\beta}$A. Conclusion: These results suggest that the DJR extract may he effective for the prevention and treatment of Alzheimer's disease. Investigation into the clinical use of the DJR extract for Alzheimer's disease of suggested for future research.

메타포 분석을 통한 유아 어머니의 자율적 양육태도에 대한 인식

본 연구는 자율적 양육태도 성향을 지닌 어머니가 유아기 자녀를 양육함에 있어 어떠한 양육 특성을 가지고 있는지를 확인하기 위한 목적으로 실행되었다. 이를 위하여 양육 태도 검사를 거쳐 선별된14명의 자율적 양육태도 유형 어머니를 대상으로 1차적으로 메타포 검사를 실시하고 그것이 의미하는 바가 무엇인지 자율기술식으로 작성케 하였다. 여기에 더해 메타포를 보다 의미있게 해석하기 위하여 생성된 메타포 내용에 대한 개념도를 작성하고 필요한 경우 심층면담을 실시하였다. 이후 생성된 모든 자료는 질적 내용분석 방법에 의하여 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 어머니들이 가지고 있는 자율적 양육태도에 대한 인식은 ‘아이의 건강한 성장을 위한 영양분’, ‘눈높이 엄마’, ‘유아와의 약속과 신뢰형성’, ‘몸에 배는 경험을 위한 무지개 빛 경험 제공’, ‘자율이라는 이름에 대한 오해’ 등으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 자율적 양육태도 성향을 지닌 부모들의 특성 및 목표와 내용, 방법, 자율적 양육태도를 위한 전제, 그리고 자율적 양육태도에 대한 현장의 오해 등을 밝혔다는 점에서 시사하는 바가 있다. The purpose of this study was to examine the maternal characteristics of mothers whose children were in early childhood and who were inclined to raise their children in an autonomous way. The subjects in this study were 14 selected mothers who were found to have an autonomous maternal attitude when a maternal attitude test was conducted. After a metaphor test was done, they were asked to describe the meanings of their metaphors. In order to make a more profound interpretation of their metaphors, conceptual diagrams were drawn, and in-depth interviews were held when necessary. All the collected data were analyzed by qualitative analyses. As a result, the maternal experiences of the mothers who had an autonomous maternal attitude were categorized into five areas: "nourishment necessary for the child``s sound growth," "a mother who got down to her child``s level," "keeping promises with the child and building mutual trust," "providing rosy experiences for the child to gain practical experiences," and "misunderstanding the word autonomy." The findings of this study have great implications. The data show the characteristics of mothers with autonomous maternal attitude and suggest a goal, content and method for the education of these parents as well as the prerequisites for autonomous maternal attitude and the fact that this attitude was misunderstood.

부산거주 베트남 결혼이민여성의 정신건강

연구목적 : 부산에 거주하고 있는 결혼이민여성들 중 베트남 여성들을 대상으로 정신건강 상태를 알아보았다. 방 법 : 부산 여성문화회관에 등록된 결혼이민여성들 중 베트남 여성 63명을 대상으로 하였다. 정신건강 설문지는 국내 정신의학 분야에서 널리 사용되고 있는 척도로 본 연구에서는 모두 베트남어로 재번역하여 사용하였다. 정신건강은 한국판 간이정신진단검사(Symptom Check List-90-Revision), Beck 우울 척도(Beck Depression Inventory), 상태-특성 불안 척도(State-Trait Anxiety Inventory), 자아 존중감 척도(Self-Esteem Scale)를 사용하여 평가하였다. 그리고 사회지지척도(Social Support Scale)와 가족 적응력 및 결속력 평가척도(Family Adaptability and Cohesion Evaluation Scale-III)를 이용하여 사회지지 정도와 가족 내 응집력을 알아보았다. 결 과 : 한국판 간이정신진단검사에서 공포불안이 7명(11.1%), 신체화 5명(7.94%), 불안 4명(6.3%), 우울 2명(3.1%)으로 나타났다. Beck 우울 척도 22점 이상을 받은 경우는 10명(15.9%)이었으며 상태-특성 불안 척도에서 상태불안은 40.13점, 특성불안은 43.97점으로 높게 나타났다. 사회적 갈등은 한국판 간이정신진단검사 척도 중 신체화(r=.34), 강박증(r=.45), 적개심(r=.42), 편집증(r=.36) 4개의 척도와 Beck 우울 척도(r=.33), 상태불안(r=.37), 특성불안(r=.39)과 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. Beck 우울 척도(r=-.33)는 가족응집력과 통계적으로 유의한 음의 상관관계를 보였다. 결 론 : 본 연구는 정신 의학적 관점에서 결혼이민여성들의 정신건강 실태를 조사한 연구라는 점에서 의의가 있다. 그러나 이들의 정신건 강상태에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위해서는 더 많은 요인을 포함한 후속 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각된다. Objectives : The current study examined the status of mental health of Vietnamese women migrants by marriage who are residing in Busan. Methods : Of women migrants by marriage who are enrolled in Busan Women’s Culture Center, 63 were evaluated in the current study. A questionnaire survey about the mental health is a scale which is frequently used in the field of psychiatry in Korea. It was translated into Vietnamese and then used in the current study. The mental health was evaluated based on the Korean version of Symptom Check List-90-Revision, the Beck Depression Inventory, the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) and the Self-Esteem Scale. In addition, based on the Social Support Scale and Family Adaptability and Cohesion Evaluation Scale (FACES), the degree of social support and the cohesion within the family were evaluated. Results : A Symptom Check List-90-Revision showed that there were seven cases (11.1%) of phobic anxiety, five cases (7.94%) of somatization, four cases (6.3%) of anxiety and two cases (3.1%) of depression. There were ten patients (15.9%) who were given more than 22 points on the Beck Depression Inventory. On the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, the State-anxiety and the Trait-anxiety were given 40.13 points and 43.97 points, respectively, both of which correspond to a relatively higher value. In addition, the social conflict had a significantly positive correlation with four scales on the Symptom Check List-90-Revision, including the somatization (r=.34), obsession (r=.45), hostility (r=.42) and paranoia (r=.36), and the Beck Depression Inventory (r=.33), the State-anxiety (r=.37) and the Trait-anxiety (r=.39). Furthermore, the Beck Depression Inventory (r=-.33) had a significantly negative correlation with the family cohesion. Conclusion : The current study would be of significance in that it examined the status of mental health from a perspective of psychiatry in women migrants by marriage. Henceforth, however, further follow-up studies are warranted to examine the factors affecting their mental status by considering more variables.

히피 스타일을 반영한 패턴 디자인 연구

히피 문화는 자연을 사랑하고, 전쟁에 반대하며, 잘못된 기존 체제에 저항하는 정신을 지니고 있다. 더 살 만한 사회를 지향하는, 즉 세상에서 살기 힘들게 만드는 것들을 줄여나가 궁극적으로 더 좋은 사회를 만들고자 하는 것이 히피 정신이다. 이러한 히피 정신은 오늘날 현대 사회에서도 여전히 등장하고 있고, 현대인들이 필요로 하는 동시에 현대인들이 추구하는 정신과도 일맥상통하는 부분이 있다고 판단하여 본 연구의 주제로 선정하였다. 연구자는 본 연구를 통해 현대 사회에서 히피를 주제로 하는 패턴 디자인을 통해 현대인들이 잊고 살아왔던 자연과 더불어 자유를 사랑하는 정신을 되찾고 각박한 도시 현대인들의 더 나은 삶을 영위하는 데 기여하고자 한다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 사랑과 자유, 평화의 상징으로서 전원생활을 동경하는 인간의 하위문화 중 하나인 ‘히피’를 키워드로 선정하고, 히피의 역사와 정신, 히피 스타일의 특징과 종류를 분석하고 이를 반영한 패턴 디자인을 개발한 브랜드의 사례를 살펴보았다. 히피 정신을 담은 디자인은 ‘환경 파괴 없이 지속 가능한’이라는 의미를 담아 크게 확산하고 있으며, 자연을 훼손하지 않고 친환경(親環境) 공정을 거친 천연 재료를 사용하여 제품을 제작하는 이러한 브랜드는 친환경적 과정으로 제작된 제품들만 소량 생산하여 희소가치를 높이고 있다. 히피 스타일의 특징과 종류, 브랜드에 관한 선행연구를 바탕으로 히피 스타일 사람들의 캐릭터 및 열대 식물 모티프를 활용하여 디자인을 제작하였다. 본 연구에서는 히피 스타일의 캐릭터들과 식물 모티프들을 활용한 패턴 디자인을 개발을 통해 기존에 많이 다루지 않았던 히피 스타일의 패턴 디자인을 개발하고. 이를 활용하여 어패럴 디자인과 스카프 디자인, 패브릭 포스터를 작품으로써 제작하여 적용해보았다. 이를 통해 ‘지속 가능한 패션 디자인(sustainable fashion design)’과 ‘친환경적 과정으로 제작된 제품들’에 대한 지속적인 관심과 생산에 대한 연구를 바탕으로, 향후 히피 정신을 반영한 텍스타일 패턴디자인과 비건 소재 텍스타일을 융복합한 연구로 발전시켜보고자 한다. Hippy culture has a spirit of loving nature, opposing war, and resisting the wrong existing system. It is the hippie spirit that aims to create a better society by reducing the things that make it harder to live in the world. This hippie spirit is still emerging in today s modern society, and at the same time it is in line with the spirit that modern people need and pursue, so it was selected as the subject of this study. Through this study, the researcher intends to contribute to the better life of modern urban people by regaining the spirit of loving freedom along with nature that modern people have forgotten about through hippie-themed pattern design. Therefore, in this paper, we selected Hippie, one of the subcultures of human beings who yearns for country life as a symbol of love, freedom and peace, analyzed the history, spirit, and the characteristics and types of hippie styles, and examined the brand s development of pattern designs. Designs with hippie spirit are spreading greatly with the meaning of sustainable without environmental destruction, and these brands, which produce products using natural materials that have gone through eco-friendly processes without damaging nature, are increasing their scarcity value by producing only a small amount of products produced through eco-friendly processes. Based on prior research on the characteristics, types and brands of hippie style, the design was produced using the characters and tropical plant motifs of hippie style people. In this study, pattern designs using hippie-style characters and plant motifs are developed to develop hippie-style pattern designs that have not been covered much before. Using this, we produced and applied apparel design, scarf design, and fabric poster as works. Through this, based on continuous interest in sustainable fashion design and products made in eco-friendly processes, we will develop a combination of textile pattern design reflecting hippie spirit and over-vegan textile in the future.

어머니 양육참여와 아버지 놀이참여가 자녀 미디어중독에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 유아 어머니의 양육 참여와 아버지의 놀이 참여가 유아 미디어 중독에 미치는 영향이 어떠한지를 확인하기 위한 목적으로 실시되었다. 이를 위하여 2020년 5월 첫째 주에 B광역시에 소재한 유아 부모 385명을 대상으로 일반적인 배경, 상관분석, 단계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 어머니의 양육 참여와 아버지의 놀이 참여는 유아 미디어중독을 낮추는데 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 특히 두 변인 중 어머니의 양육 참여가 아버지의 놀이 참여보다 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 드러났다. 한편, 어머니 양육 참여와 아버지 놀이 참여의 하위 변인을 살펴본 결과 어머니의 발달지원 참여, 아버지의 상징놀이 참여가 유아 미디어 중독을 떨어뜨리는데 긍정적인 영향을 끼쳤다. 그리고 두 변인 가운데 어머니의 발달지원 참여가 더 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 유아 미디어중독을 해소하고 정신적으로 건강한 유아를 길러내기 위하여 어머니의 양육 참여, 아버지의 놀이 참여가 필요하다는 것을 확인시켜 준다는 점에서 의의를 가진다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of mothers participation in parenting and fathers participation in play to infant media addiction. For the realization of the research purpose I anylized the general background, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis for 385 parents of infants located in B Metropolitan City. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that mother s participation in parenting and father s participation in play had a positive effect on lowering infant media addiction. In particular, it was found that among the two variables, mother s participation in parenting had a higher influence than father s participation in play. On the other hand, as a result of examining the sub-variables of mother-parenting participation and father s play participation, mother s participation in developmental support and father s participation in symbolic play had a positive effect on lowering infant media addiction. And among the two variables, the mother s participation in developmental support had a greater influence. This study is meaningful in that it confirms that mother s participation in parenting and father s participation in play are necessary in order to resolve media addiction to infants and raise mentally healthy infants.

자치단체와 지방의회의 역할 및 관계분석 : 대구시 여성가족 정책과정을 중심으로

정책과정에서 지방의회와 자치단체의 역할 및 관계는 상호역할 영역에서 권한행사를 통하여 살펴볼 수 있다. 본 연구는 대구시 여성가족 정책과정에서 관심도와 영향력을 살펴보기 위해 자치단체와 지방의회의 역할 및 관계를 실증분석 하였다. 분석결과 우선 광역의회에서 관심도가 높은 여성가족 정책의제는 ‘일생활균형 사회 조성’을 위한 돌봄 관련 내용이었다. 그리고 이러한 관심도는 정책과정에서 지방의회의 주도적인 영향력과도 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 통상적으로 지방의회의 의결사항인 조례에 대해서 자치단체장이 제안하는 안건이 더 많은 경향이지만 대구시 여성가족분야에서는 광역의회 조례발의안이 압도적으로 많았다. 또한 정책결정의 주도권을 갖고 있는 광역의회는 발의된 조례안이나 예산안의 결정에서 단체장의 의도를 그대로 통과시키지 않고 수정·보완하여 통과시키는 행태를 보여주었다. 정책과정에서 강한 역할 실행자는 지역 사회문제를 해결하기 위해 정책발의, 정책의결에서 영향력을 행사할 가능성이 높다. 그래서 향후 대구지역 여성가족정책 활성화를 위해서는 지방의원들의 의정활동에 지지와 요구를 보내는 것이 필요할 것이다. In the policy process, the roles and relations of local councils and local governments can be examined through the exercise of authority in the area of mutual roles. This study empirically analyzed the roles and relationships of local governments and local councils to examine their interest and influence in the Daegu-si women s and family policy process. As a result of the analysis, first of all, the agenda for women s and families policy, which is highly interested in the metropolitan council, was related to care for the creation of a work-life balance society . In addition, it was found that this degree of interest was also related to the leading influence of local councils in the policy process. Usually, there are more agendas proposed by the head of local governments for ordinances, which are resolutions of local councils, but in the field of women and families in Daegu, there were overwhelmingly many proposals for ordinances by metropolitan councils. In addition, the metropolitan council, which has the initiative in policy-making, showed the behavior of revising and supplementing the intention of the head of the organization without passing the proposed ordinance or budget. Strong role-executors in the policy process are likely to exert influence on policy initiatives and policy decisions to solve community problems. Therefore, in order to revitalize the women s and family policies in Daegu in the future, it will be necessary to send support and demands to local council members parliamentary activities.

<영웅본색>이 그리는 ‘남성다움’과 남성 사회 재현 양상 연구

본고는 1986년 한국 영화계의 불황을 뚫고, 도시 변두리의 젊은 남성 관객들에게 홍콩영화 붐을 일으킨 오우삼 감독의 <영웅본색>에 드러난 남성다움과 남성사회의 재현 양상에 주목하고자 한다. 이전의 홍콩 무협 영화와는 구별된 형태로 ‘홍콩 느와르’라고 명명될 정도로 인기였으며, 이러한 붐은 이후 주연 배우 장국영, 주윤발 등의 국내 CF 출연까지 연결된다. 영화 <영웅본색>은 1980년대 후반, 1990년대 초반에 이르는 동안 젊은 남성 관객들에게 열광적인 지지를 얻었다. 이 열광의 중심에는 중심인물들이 보여준 ‘남성들 간의 뜨거운 우정, 의리’, 즉 남성 간의 연대가 있다. 작품 속 사회는 남성 동성 사회(homosocial)이며, 철저히 여성이 배제된 공간이다. 특이하게도 이러한 사회 형태는 역설적으로 2010년대 중후반, 2020년대의 여성관객들을 이끄는 남성 버디 영화나 뮤지컬 등에서도 공통으로 발견된다. 본고는 1980년대에는 남성 관객들을 열광하게 하던 ‘남성 동성 사회’의 재현 양상이 2000년대 이후 여성 관객들을 열광할 수 있게 어떻게 변화하였는지 살펴보기 위한 첫 번째 단계로서, 영화 <영웅본색>을 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 영화 <영웅본색>이 대표하는 ‘홍콩 느와르’라는 장르 특성과 <영웅본색>이 그리는 남성의 이상형으로서의 남성성과 남성 동성 사회의 특징을 분석하고자 한다. This study attempts to examine the representation of masculinity and male society as it appears in Woo Yu-Sen’s A Better Tomorrow, a film which broke through the recession in the Korean film world in 1986 and set off a Hong Kong film boom amongst young male audiences living in city outskirts. Enjoying popularity as “Hong Kong noir,” a genre that distinguished itself from previous Hong Kong wuxia films, this new boom also led to the appearance of lead actors Cheung Kwok-wing and Chow Yun-fat in domestic television commercials. Throughout the late 1980s and early 1990s, A Better Tomorrow received passionate support from young male audiences. At the center of this passion was the “intense male friendship and loyalty,” that is to say, the solidarity between males that the movie portrayed. Society as seen in the film is homosocial, and a space that entirely excludes females. What is interesting is that this social landscape can, paradoxically, also be found in male buddy films and musicals that have attracted female audiences since the late 2010s into the 2020s. This study, as a first step in examining how the representation of male homosociality, which had appealed so much to male audiences in the 1980s, was able to change and attract female audiences after the 2000s by conducting a focused analysis on A Better Tomorrow. In order to do this, I will attempt to analyze genre characteristics of “Hong Kong noir,” of which A Better Tomorrow is a representative example, and the characteristics of ideal masculinity and homosociality as portrayed in said film.

저자들은 parvovirus B19 감염 없이 생약제(한약)에 의한 약인성 간염에 동반된 PRCA 및 AIHA의 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Pure red cell aplasia is a rare hematopoietic complication of drug-induced hepatitis, with only five cases reported worldwide. Moreover, pure red cell aplasia associated with autoimmune hemolytic anemia in the setting of drug-induced hepatitis is exceedingly rare. We recently experienced a case of drug-induced hepatitis complicated by pure red cell aplasia and autoimmune hemolytic anemia without parvovirus B19 infection.
