정보보호관리체계(ISMS) 항목의 중요도 인식과 투자의 우선순위 비교 연구

최근의 개인정보 유출과 같은 정보보안 사고들이 기업의 매출 감소와 이미지 손실에 직접적인 영향을 주는 심각한 위험 관리 요소가 됨에 따라 체계적인 정보보호 관리를 위해 정보보호관리체계를 도입하는 기업들이 증가하고 있다. 그러나 기업 내 정보보호 인식과 달리 적은 투자로 인해, 한정된 예산으로 다양한 정보보호 요소들을 효과적으로 관리할 수 있는 방안이 중요해지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 정보보호관리체계의 13개 항목들에 대해 정보보호전문가들의 중요도 평가를 통해 우선순위를 도출하여, 단계적으로 정보보호관리체계를 구축할 수 있는 방향을 제공한다. 그리고 각 항목들에 대한 투자 정도도 평가하여 중요도와 투자 간의 우선순위 차이를 비교·분석하였다. 연구 결과 침해사고 관리가 가장 중요한 것으로 나타났으며, 투자 정도에서는 IT 재해복구가 가장 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 그리고 정보보호 중요도와 투자 간의 우선순위 차이가 큰 정보보호 항목은 암호통제, 정보보호정책, 정보보호교육, 인적보안으로 확인되었다. 본 연구 결과는 정보보호관리체계 도입을 고려하거나 운영 중인 기업들이 한정된 예산을 고려하여 효과적인 정보보호 투자에 대한 의사결정 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. Recently, organizational efforts to adopt ISMS(Information Security Management System) have been increasingly mandated and demanded due to the rising threat and the heavier cost of security failure. However there is a serious gap between awareness and investment of information security in a company, hence it is very important for the company to control effectively a variety of information security threats within a tight budget. To phase the ISMS, this study suggests the priorities based on evaluating the Importance of 13 areas for the ISMS by the information security experts and then we attempt to see the difference between importance and investment through the assessment of the actual investment in each area. The research findings show that intrusion incident handling is most important and IT disaster recovery is the area that is invested the most. Then, information security areas with the considerable difference between priorities of importance and investment are cryptography control, information security policies, education and training on information security and personnel security. The study results are expected to be used in making a decision for the effective investment of information security when companies with a limited budget are considering to introduce ISMS or operating it.

세대간 스마트폰 사용에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 비교,연구: 뉴실버 세대와 넷 세대를 중심으로

The introduction of smartphone caused the most revolutionary change in the domestic telecommunications market after the digital revolution. However, due to the saturation of the local market, it is expected to post negative growth in 2016 and the sales of national communication carriers is in stasis. Thus, the smartphone industry is starting to shift its marketing efforts to secure the silver generation who still has room for increase in the rate of smartphone usage. As the silver generation has physical limitations and differences in needs, the marketing strategy based on the smartphone utilization is not appropriate. This study suggests the new silver generation, who has high income level and similar characteristics to the younger generation, as the new customer segment for smartphone. We analyze the effects of the major variables of UTAUT on smartphone use, as well as examine how these relationships differ between the new silver and the net generation. We verified the hypotheses using a survey with 309 smartphone users. The research findings supported the hypotheses regarding the effects of performance expectancy, effort expectancy and facilitating conditions on smartphone use, but did not support the hypothesis on the effect of social influence. The result of the group comparisons showed that both generation have similar characteristics on innovativeness and cognitive absorption, but the moderating effect of age on performance expectancy, effort expectancy and use is stronger in conjunction with the new silver generation. The study results are expected to be used in establishing a marketing strategy for the new silver generation.

본격적인 모바일 시대로 접어들면서, 단순히 스마트폰 기기의 소유 여부가 아닌 개인의 활용 정도에 따라 새로운 정보격차가 야기되고 있다. 따라서 스마트폰을 얼마나 잘 활용하고 있는지에 대한 개인별 스마트폰 활용 수준에 대한 객관적인 측정지표의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 개인정보화 지표를 기반으로 스마트폰 활용지수를 STQ(Smartphone Technology Quotient)로 정의하고, 이를 다시 인식지수, 접근지수, 사용지수와 역량지수로 구성하여 지표를 개발하였다. 각 지수의 하위 측정항목은 스마트폰의 특성을 반영한 통신, 기기, 애플리케이션으로 구분하였으며, 최종 STQ는 각 측정항목에서 도출된 비가중 평균값으로 계산하였다. STQ는 통계적 타당성과 신뢰도 검증을 거쳐 네 개 영역의 총 40개 측정항목으로 확정되었다. 부가적으로 STQ의 분석 사례를 제시하고자, 계산된 STQ에 따른 기술통계분석과 상관관계분석 등의 다양한 통계분석을 통하여 분석대상 고객의 스마트폰 활용 수준과 시사점을 다각도에서 제공하였다. 본 연구의 결과인 STQ는 스마트폰 생태계에 포함된 이통사업자, 단말제조사, 애플리케이션 개발업체 등이 고객을 세분화하고 목표고객을 설정하기 위한 기초 조사 지표로 활용할 수 있을 것이며, 향후 스마트폰의 질적 활용가치를 높여 국내 모바일 디바이드 해소에도 기여할 수 있을 것이다. Nowadays, mobile information gap may come from how well people make use of smartphones, not from the ownership of devices. Therefore, we discovered a need for the objective method to measure individual`s smartphone usage. This research attempted to develop the multi-dimenstional indices to measure the level of smartphone utilization. Based on Personalized In-formation Indices, the researcher defined STQ as Smartphone Technology Quotient, in terms of recognition, access, usage and capacity. STQ was calculated from unweighted means of each of the four dimensions. Through validity and reliability tests, four dimensions of 40 measurment items were finally confirmed. Additionally, various statistical analyses using the generated STQ were conducted. From this study, we seek to make a contribution not only by clarifying the concept of STQ but also by developing an instrument to measure the concept properly. We expect to eliminate mobile divide and enhance the qualitative utilization of smartphone based on our research findings.
