        플라톤의 대화편 『프로타고라스』에 드러난 도덕교육의 ‘아포리아’에 관한 고찰

        『프로타고라스』는 대화편 중 드라마적 요소가 가장 잘 드러난 초기 대화편으로 실제대화 가 지니는 무질서한 특성이 돋보이는 텍스트이며, ‘[사람으로서] 훌륭한 삶’에 대한 대화자 들의 고민을 잘 보여준다. 본 논문에서는 『프로타고라스』의 전체적인 흐름을 살펴보면서, 대화의 중심 주제인 “덕(도덕교육)은 가르쳐질 수 있는 것인가”를 중심으로 도덕교육의 ‘아포리아’의 문제를 소크라테스의 논의를 통해 분석한다. 그리고 이를 바탕으로 하여 마르 틴 부버의 『교육강연집』을 통해서 현대사회에서 확대된 아포리아의 문제라고 볼 수 있는 교육의 불가능성의 근본적 원인인 교사와 학생의 교육적 관계의 회복방안을 검토한다. 끝으 로, 본 논문은 『프로타고라스』와 『교육강연집』을 통해 척박한 현실적 상황 속에서 좋은 삶을 위한 교육인 도덕교육을 이끌어가는 주체로서 교육자가 그 본질적 아포리아를 자각하여 도덕적 이상에 대한 고민과 질문을 포기하지 않는 삶의 자세를 가져야 함을 강조하면서, 그 것이 결국 이상적인 교육적 관계로서 ‘대화적 관계’의 근본이 되는 자기 성찰적 자세임을 주장하였다. 『Protagoras』 is the best drama that revealed the dramatic elements among early dialogue with actual conversations' compelling and chaotic characteristic, and showed the concerns of authors about ‘a great life [as a man]’. In this paper, we examine the whole flow of 『Protagoras』 and analyze the problem of ‘Aporia’ of moral education through discussion of Socrates, focusing on the central theme of dialogue, “Can moral education(virtue) be taught?”. And based on this, through Martin Buber's 『Reden über Erziehung』, we consider the restoration of teachers and students' educational relationship, which is an essential cause of the impossibility of teaching as the problem of modern society's zoomed in aporia. Finally, through 『Protagoras』 and 『Reden über Erziehung』, this paper emphasizes that educators who are running moral education for the good life in poor realistic circumstances should aware of the essential aporia and not give up of moral considerations and questions about moral ideal, and asserts that it is after all the introspective attitude that can be the root of the ‘dialogue relationship’ as an ideal educational relationship.

        Spargue-Dawley 랫드를 이용한 구미강활탕의 급성독성 연구

        Objectives : This study was conducted to evaluate the acute toxicity and safety of Gumiganghwal-tang (Jiuweiqianghou-tang) in Sprague-Dawley rats though the current regulatory guideline. Methods : The preliminary study showed that the single oral administration of Gumiganghwal-tang(Jiuweiqianghou-tang) did not induce any toxic effect at a dose level of 2000 mg/kg. Based on the results, 2000 mg/kg was selected as the limited dose. In this study, 10 rats of each sex were randomly assigned to two groups of 5 rats each and were administrated singly by gavage at dose levels of 0 and 2000 mg/kg. Mortalities, clinical signs, and body weight changes were monitored for the 15-day period following administration. At the end of observation period, all animals were sacrificed and complete gross postmortem examinations were performed. Results : Throughout the study period, no treatment-related deaths were observed. There were no adverse effects on clinical signs, body weight, and gross findings at all treatment groups. Conclusions : These results showed that the single oral adminstration of Gumiganghwal-tang(Jiuweiqianghou-tang) did not cause any toxic effect at the dose levels of 2000 mg/kg in rats. In conclusion, the $LD_{50}$ of Gumiganghwal-tang (Jiuweiqianghou-tang) was considered to be over 2000 mg/kg body for both sexes.

        사군자탕(四君子湯)의 항염증 효능 연구

        Objectives : To provide the information of efficacy for Sagunja-tang (Sijunzi-tang; SG), it was evaluated the anti-inflammatory effect. SG, a widely used herbal formula in tranditional Korean medicine, has been used to treat for the Boki-invigorating. In many studies, plant-derived anti-inflammatory efficacies have been investigated for their potential inhibitory effects on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated macrophages. This study was performed to examine the anti-inflammatory effects of SG extract on LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells. Methods : The productions of nitric oxide (NO), prostaglandin (PG)$E_2$, interleukin (IL)-6 and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-$\alpha$ were examined in a macrophage cell line, RAW 264.7 cells, in the presence of the SG extract. RAW 264.7 cells were incubated with LPS $1\;{\mu}g/mL$ and SG extract for 18 hours. The anti-inflammatory activity of SG was investigated by carrageenin-induced paw edema in rats. The paw volume was measured at 0, 2 and 4 hours following carrageenin-induced paw edema in rats. Results : SG extract showed inhibitory effect on $PGE_2$, IL-6 and TNF-$\alpha$ by LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells. But SG extract was not inhibitory effect on NO by LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells. And administration of SG extract (1 g/kg) showed a reduction in carrageenin-induced paw edema on rats. Conclusions : These results suggest that SG extract has anti-inflammatory activities in vitro and in vivo models.

      • 벌크 세라믹의 균열 자기 치유 속도에 대한 전산모사

        탄화규소 등 세라믹스는 기계적 물성이 우수하지만 빠른 균열 성장에 의한 취성파괴의 약점으로 인하여 사용이 크게 제한된다. 이 문제의 해결 방법 중 하나로 세라믹상에 기능성 비정질 막을 코팅하고 열처리하여 세라믹 내에 발생하는 균열을 치유하는 균열치유법이 제시된 바 있다. 이 경우 치유에 결정적 영향을 미치는 비정질 유체의 균열 내부 이동 속도를 두 가지 방법으로 구하였다. 먼저, 이론적 해석을 통하여 유동 방정식을 구하고 이동 속도를 구하였다. 또한, 상용 CFD 프로그램인 플루언트 (FLLJENT)를 이용한 전산 모사를 시행하여 해석법에 의한 이동 속도를 구하였다. 그 결과 두 가지 속도가 서로 잘 일치하는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만, 실험상 이동 속도와 비교하였을 때에는 상이한 결과를 얻었으며 이에 대하여 고찰하였다. Ceramics have good mechanical properties but they have serious problems because of brittle fracture by fast crack growth. Crack-healing method has been suggested as a solution for this detrimental problem. For that method, the flow velocity of amorphous materials at heating temperature in the crack is very important. In this study, the flow velocity was studied to determine the primary factor for the crack-healing. We determined governing equation for flow field and derived velocity from that equation theoretically. We also obtained flow velocity using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis. Comparing with those values on the same boundary conditions, they were found to have the similar values. However, when they were compared with the experimental values, they were different from each other and the reason was discussed.

        주차정보제공을 위한 기초자료 분석연구

        본 연구의 목적은 주차장 정보제공을 위한 실시간 주차가능면수 추정을 위한 주요 변수들간의 관계를 정립하는 것으로 알고리즘에 관련되어진 변수에 대하여 조사하고, 알고리즘 설계를 위한 주차정보를 수집 후 주차장의 평균주차대수, 평균주차시간, 회전율, 점유율, 누적주차대수 등의 변수에 대하여 분석하였으며, 주차장 내 불법주차, 중첩주차, 탐색차량 정보를 수집하여 주차가능공간을 추정하는 기본 토대를 마련하도록 하였으며 연구결과, 유출입대수만을 고려한 기존의 제공정보보다 정확도가 높은 것으로 나타나 이는 주차장을 이용하는 운전자의 판단을 도울 수 있으며, 주차장 운영관리에도 도움을 줄 것이다. The objective of this research is to establish the relationship between the important variables necessary for real-time available parking space presumption algorithm for a parking lot information provision. So it investigated the variables that come relate to the algorithm and collected parking information for an algorithm plan. It analyzed variables inciuding average number of parked cars, average parked time, rate of turnover, occupancy, cumulative number of parked cars, and etc. of the parking lot. And it collected data regarding illegal parking, double space parking, searching car and it presumed the number of available parking spaces. As a result of the research, It appeared that the achieved accuracy is superier to existing provision system which only take the total input and output numbers. This will help drivers' judgement, and also the parking lot operation and management.

        전기철도 급전시스템의 순시전압강하 보상을 위한 단상 배전 STATCOM의 적용

        AC 전기철도 시스템은 동적 단상부하가 빠르게 변화하고, 전철 급전변전소에서 3상 전력을 단상 전력으로 변환한다. 이것은 일반 배전 시스템과 비교해서 AC 전기철도 시스템의 전기적인 현상들이 다르다는 것을 나타낸다. AC전기철도 열차부하의 전기적인 특성은 동적부하의 운영과 운행 스케쥴, 트랙의 구배 등에 따라 연속적인 변화를 받고 있다. 이와 같은 열차부하의 운영에 따른 급전거리가 길어 전압강하, 전압 불평형 및 고조파 왜곡현상 등의 전력품질 저하요인이 발생하게 된다. 이러한 문제점은 상위계통인 송전시스템의 안정도에 악영향을 줄뿐만 아니라, 전기철도 급전시스템의 전력품질 저하, 전기철도차량의 통신장비, 운행 및 수송량 제한에도 영향을 미치게 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 전기철도시스템의 과도상태 평가를 위해 PSCAD/EMTDC를 이용한 평가모델을 제시하고, 전압 강하에 주안점을 두어, 전기철도 급전시스템의 말단 분기점(Sectioning Post)에 정지형 무효전력 보상장치인 단상 배전 STATCOM(Single-phase Static Synchronous Compensator)을 설치하여 그 작용에 따른 전압강하 보상을 평가하였다. An AC electrical railroad system has rapidly changing dynamic single-phase load, and at a feeding substation, three-phase electric power is transformed to the paired directional single-phase electric power. There is a great difference in electrical phenomenon between the load of AC electrical railroad system and that of general power system. Electric characteristics of AC electrical railroad’s trainload are changed continuously according to the traction, operating characteristic, operating schedule, track slope, etc. Because of the long feeding distance of the dynamic trainload, power quality problems such as voltage drop, voltage imbalance and harmonic distortion may also occur to AC electrical railroad system. These problems affect not only power system stability, but also power quality deterioration in AC electrical railroad system. The dynamic simulation model of AC electrical railroad system presented by PSCAD/EMTDC is modeled in this paper, andthen, it is analyzed voltage drop for AC electrical railroad system both with single-phase distributed STATCOM(Static Synchronous Compensator) installed at SP(Sectioning Post) and without.

        원자력발전소 건설공사의 공종별 위험도에 관한 연구

        The goal of this study was to investigate some significant factors to influence level of safety at plant construction field and analyze degree of risk by work classification. Currently, there are lots of construction fields for the nuclear power plant for electricity generation, and our government also planned constructing more nuclear power plant in near future. However, much of the safety literature neglected the degree of risk factors on the plant construction field. Safety managers participated in the brainstorming session for drawing decision criteria of the degree of risk (i.e., significant factors). Then, they were asked to answer a structured questionnaire which was developed for drawing most important factors. Finally, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used to analyze level of risk by work classification. The following results were obtained. First, total twelve factors judging degree of risk were found in the brainstorming session. Second, the questionnaire showed four significant factors, including number of workers, working environments, skill of brainstorming session. Second, the questionnaire showed four significant factors, including number of workers, working environments, skill of craft and accident experience. Third, the results of AHP showed Architecture work is the most dangerous work among 6 work types. The results could be used to reduce degree of risk in construction field of the nuclear power plant.
