The anthropometric characteristics of the intended user population are most important parameters in the equipment and workplace layout design, particularly in the airplane cockpit design. Because human body is composed of multi-dimensional body segments, single 'average' or 'extreme' manikin is not sufficient in computer-aided design(CAD) environments. To overcome this limitation, we constructed a manikin group representing Korean Male pilot population. First, we identified 16 anthropometric variables which are important parameters in the evaluation of reach, visibility, and clearance. And we found their correlations and conducted a factor analysis. Four common factors were extracted in the factor analysis. The first one was related with length dimensions, the second was with the arm reach, the third was with the sitting height, and the last was with breadth-depth dimensions. Finally, 17 manikins were constructed and presented in the CAD prototype.

The objective of this study is structural analysis and optimum shape of rope brake. The finite element model was implemented to compute the stress, strain and friction force for rope brake. The ANSYS code was used for this analysis. Structural analysis are effected by position and height of reinforcement figure. The structural safety was examined by an establishment angle of the rope brakes which made apply to housing of the most suitable shape. The optimum shape of the rope brake was decided after stress and strain results were compared and examined.

레일강의 균열발생·천이 및 피로균열진전거동

궤도용 차량의 안전성 확보를 위한 연구의 일환으로서 레일강의 균열 발생 조건과 모재와 용접부에 대한 정적파괴거동 및 단일모드 하중하의 피로균열진전거동을 검토하였다. 레일에서 횡방향 균열의 원점은 표면하층균열이며 이는 최대전단응력에 의해 발생하였다. 또한 표면하층균열의 크기가 증가함에 따라 균열의 진전은 전단모드에서 혼합모드로 천이될 가능성이 증가하였다. 용접부의 평면변형률 파괴인성은 조직의 조대화와 경도의 상승으로 인하여 모재에 비하여 약 10% 저하하였다. 용접부의 제 2단계 영역의 피로 균열진전속도는 낮은 ${\Delta}K$ 영역에서 모재에 비하여 저하하였으나 높은 ${\Delta}K$영역에서는 이의 차이가 소멸되었으며 이러한 경향은 R=0.1의 낮은 응력비에서 현저하였다. 이는 용접부의 미시조직이 모재에 비하여 성장하였기 때문이라고 판단된다. In the present study, crack initiation criteria, static failure and tensile mode fatigue behavior for a rail steel are evaluated to assure the railway vehicle's safety. The transverse fissure, which is the most critical damage in the rail, is initiated by the maximum shear stress and its location is subsurface. In addition, the possibility of transition from the shear mode to the mixed mode increases with increasing the length of subsurface crack. Because of the brittleness by the welding, the fracture toughness of the welded part is lower than of the base metal. For low ${\Delta}K$, the stage II fatigue crack growth rates of the welded part is slower than of the base metal but, for high ${\Delta}K$, this different behavior for fatigue crack growth rate is nearly diminished. These trends are more remarkable for low stress ratio, R=0.1. It is believed that this behavior is caused by the change of the microstructure which that of the welded part is coarser than of base metal.

건설기업 내부마케팅 구성요인과 기업성과 간의 관계 연구 - 시공사 임직원을 대상으로 -

Recent economic slump is making the construction industry's overall construction business environment worse. Contractors which are under the legal management and/or walk out are to the brink of 25 companies according to the Construction association of Korea released in 2011. It means that existing construction companies are required to transform the fundamental ideology of existing operation framework, and besides, existing companies should be transformed to service industry in order to proceed further into the developing future industries. In this study, it will be chosen the internal marketing related factor like 'Satisfying employees, internal customer, are the first thing to do in order to satisfy external customer.' which is about existing service industry field before its implementation in construction companies. In addition, appropriateness test will be performed including both interactions between each of the factors affect mutually and looking into any management improvement effects on contractors. And also, this proposal is suggested by approaching with internal marketing strategy which is both paradigm shift for customers by construction company members and another internal communication way as a means of overcoming the crisis of overall construction industry under currently happening. 최근 경기침제는 건설 산업의 전반적 건설기업환경을 악화시키고 있다. 2011년 대한건설협회 발표에 따르면 2008년 이후 워크아웃 및 법정관리 중인 건설사는 25개사에 이른다. 이는 기존 건설기업을 운영하는 틀과 사고((思考)에 대한 근본적인 변화를 요구하는 것이다. 지금부터 건설 산업은 서비스업이 되어야 하며, 또한 미래 성장산업으로 뻗어나가려면 서비스업으로 변신해 나가지 않으면 안 된다. 이에 본 연구는 기존 서비스산업분야의'외부고객의 만족을 위해서는 내부고객인 종사원의 만족이 우선이다.' 라는 내부마케팅을 건설기업에 시행(도입, 적용) 및 활동에 앞서 내부마케팅관련 구성요인을 선정하려한다. 또한 각 구성요인들 간에 어떠한 영향을 미치며, 시공사에 기업성과가 있는지 검정하려한다. 그리고 그동안 등한시 하였던 건설기업 구성원의 고객 지향(의식, 인식)적 사고의 전환 도구로, 내부 소통의 도구로 또한 현재 처하고 있는 건설 산업의 위기를 극복하기 위한 방편으로 건설기업에도 내부마케팅의 시행 및 활동을 제안 하고자 한다.

AHP기법을 통한 건설기업의 내부마케팅 구성요인 간의 우선순위 분석

국내 건설경기는 주택경기 침체, 글로벌 금융위기 등의 영향으로 2008년부터 본격적인 침체가 최근까지도 지속되고 있으며, 장기화되고 있다. 이러한 어려움을 타파하기 위해 건설기업에서도 서비스기업과 같이 내부마케팅 활동을 강화시켜야 한다. 하지만 건설기업은 기존의 서비스기업과 달리 직접적으로 고객을 응대하지 않을 뿐 아니라 건설 현장이라는 특수한 상황에 처해 있어 적극적 내부마케팅 활동 강화가 쉽지 않은 상황이다. 따라서 내부마케팅 활동 중 우선순위를 선정하여 가장 시급한 부분부터 개선해 나아가야 한다. AHP 분석 결과 1계층에서 내부 의사소통이 가장 우선적으로 강화시켜야 할 요소로 나타났으며 그, 다음으로 근무조건 및 환경으로 나타났다. 그 다음 각각의 상위 개념별 하위 활동을 보면 내부 의사소통에서 상사와의 의사소통을, 근무조건에서는 일일 근무시간 전반적 만족을, 보상 및 포상에서는 수주 기여 시 보상으로 나타났다. 교육훈련에서는 전문가들의 의견 일치를 보지 못하였다. In recent years, the domestic construction business is continuously stagnated caused by housing depression, global financial crisis etc. To overcome these difficulties, the construction companies should reinforce the internal marketing like the service business. However, it is not easy to conduct active internal marketing reinforcement since the companies do not directly receive customers under special situation like construction. Therefore, it is necessary to resolve the urgent issue by selecting order of priority among internal marketing factors. To address this issue, the objective of this study is to analyze the internal marking factors by using Analytic Hierarchy Process. As a result, the first and second factor represents the internal communication and working condition and environment respectively. The findings of this study will contribute to apply the internal marketing into construction industry.

지그접합부의 설계 및 구조개선

본 논문에서는 바다나 강을 가로지르는 대교건설에 있어서 교각의 시공을 돕는 지그설치를 3차원으로 설계하여 시뮬레이션 해봄으로서 대교건설에 소요되는 시간 및 예산을 줄이는데 목적이 있다. 또한 지그의 간섭부위를 미리 예측함으로서 건설엔지니어링의 기술노하우를 강화하고자 한다.

Healthcare Services 개발을 위한 Active Aging 특성연구

최근 우리나라는 고령화 사회로 접어들면서 고령인구의 수가 빠르게 증가하고 있다. 또한 의료기술의 발달로 인해 평균수명이 늘어나고 있어 건강하고 활기찬 노년(Active Aging)에 대한 요구는 증대되고 있다. 이러한 배경으로 건강하고 활기찬 노년(Active Aging)세대의 특성을 조사.분석한 연구가 필요하다. 이들 세대는 안전, 건강, 사회참여를 강하게 원하고 있으며, 주거 환경 안에서 자신의 건강 및 상태를 센싱(sencing)하고 모니터링monitering)하여 피드백(feedback)주는 ICT솔루션에 대한 긍정적인 반응을 보이고 있다. 본 연구는 AAL(전천후 생활보조, Ambient Assisted Living)기반의 주거공간에서 건강하고 활기찬 노년을 준비하는 Active Aging세대의 특성을 조사 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구의 방법은 40~70대의 남 · 녀 8그룹을 맥락적 연구방법인 관찰, 심층인터뷰, 이야기 유도하기 등의 방법으로 조사하였으며, 친밀화법으로 유사한 키워드를 도출하였고, 복잡계 네트워크로 그 연계성을 살펴보았다. Active Aging특성은 건강관리, 건강정보 활용 능력, IT디바이스 활용 능력, 정신적인 독립, 커뮤니티(모임)의 활동으로 나타났다. 이러한 AA특성 연구는 앞으로 AA세대를 대상으로 한 주거공간 및 주거환경 연계 건강관리 서비스를 개발할 때 중요한 기초자료가 될 것으로 기대한다. Korea has recently become an aging society. As a result, the elderly population rate has also rapidly increased. Also, due to the development of medical technology, the average lifespan has increased, expanding the demand for health and active aging. Those in the subject generation desire to have a strong level of safety, health and social participation. They show a positive response towards the ICT solution which makes it possible for them to sense and monitor their health and state within the residential environment together with feedback. The recent case of AAL project in Europe shows active studies focusing on the technologies which makes it possible for those in the elderly population to live healthily for a long time in their residential environment with the extensive living support backed up by IT and medical technologies. With such a background, this study focuses on the investigation and analysis of the characteristics of the active aging generation preparing for a healthy and active kind of old age within the AAL-based residential environment. For the study, such contextual study methods as observations, in-depth interviews and inducement of stories were used for 8 groups of men and women in their 40s to 70s. By applying intimate speeches, similar key words were drawn, while the connectivity was looked at with a complicated network. The characteristics of active aging were health management, utilization of health-related information, utilization of IT devices, mental independence and community (group) activities. The study about the characteristics of AA is expected to be used as important basic data for the development of the residential space and the health management services related to the residential environment by targeting the AA generation.

폐목재 파쇄기에 대한 설계 및 구조해석

본 논문에서는 폐목재의 재활용을 위한 파쇄기의 경계조건과 하중조건을 적용하여 유한요소법에 의한 ANSYS로 구조해석과 모달해석을 수행하여 변위(displacement), 응력(stress), 변형률(strain)을 구하고 구조적 타당성을 검토하였다. 이는 안전성을 고려한 설계의 기초자료가 되며 고유진동수(natural frequency)를 구하여 모터의 회전을 제어함으로서 공진(resonance) 현상을 피하는데 있다.
