        지르코니아 표면 가공에 따른 상변이

        Purpose : This study aimed to find out the effects of treatments on the surface of Zirconia. Methods : To this end, we selected six treatments that have been used widely: steam cleaning, 2bar & 6bar sand blasting, grinding by green stone point, grinding by diamond bur, and grinding by diamond bur with water spray. Results : The results of our study showed that monoclinic rate increased from all six treatments. Monoclinic rate varied by treatments, ranged from 0.6% (steam cleaning) to 6.5% (6bar sand blasting). These values from all six treatments were below ISO 13356 standard, which is 25%. Also, we found that two treatments (green stone point and diamond bur) increased roughness of surface of Zirconia. Conclusion : This study concluded that phase changes of Zirconia were not significant by using six treatments we employed.

        This research has set up the fire protection and early suppression plan for Asan Oeam folk village which is composed of traditional wooden building instinct or complex. The results of this study are as follows. 1. The traditional wooden buildings require attentive considerations about the fire property of the Waga and the straw roofed house. Especially, as the straw roofed house has property that the transfer and development of the fire is fast. Therefore we studied on the transferring possibilities of the fire dangerous instinct through measuring the distance from of the eaves edge and trees in neighboring house. 2. This research proposes the tools for the priority protective building through consideration of fire risk and cultural priority because the fire prevention for all is impossible at the same time. 3. The most important thing is preserve the cultural identities of traditional folk village in establishing the fire hydrant and fire prevention facilities. Traditional folk village landscape should be considered.

        고충아파트 필로티 디자인 특성 분석에 관한 연구

        This study investigates the design features of pilotis applied to 20 high-rise apartment housings in Korea, completed between January 2000 and August 2005. It analyzes the design characteristics of pilotis on the basis of its spatial configuration and the residents' behavior and suggests the directions of pilotis design in the future. The study finds the followings. 1) The pilotis spaces in foreign apartment housings are used mainly for communal functions such as the passages between buildings for both pedestrians and vehicles. Compared with this public use of pilotis in foreign counterparts, the pilotis spaces in Korean apartment housings are semi-private and have multiple purposes. 2) The pilotis design can be classified on the basis of the spatial configuration elements and the patterns of residents' behavior. The spatial configuration elements consist of ceiling, column, wall, and floor; the residents' behavior can be classified as viewing, resting and playing, driving and parking, and keeping privately-owned objects such as motorcycle and bicycle. 3) Two spatial configuration elements, the wall and the ceiling and two behavioral patterns, 'resting and playing' and 'viewing' are getting more attention by designers in the apartment housings analyzed in this study.

        포장과 저장온도가 '백다다기' 오이 선도에 미치는 영향

        The evaluation of package temperature for fresh preservation of cucumber was investigated. The fresh cucumber is available in markets of Korea during whole seasons, for the help of farmer, distributor and consumer. Cucumbers were stored within cardboard boxes packaging covered with low density polyethylene (LDPE) at different temperatures (5, 10, 15 and 20℃). Changes in weight loss, hue angle, firmness, moisture content and general appearance (shape of cucumber) were investigated during storage of cucumbers. General appearance index with non-packaging decreased more than with LDPE film packaging at 5℃ and 10℃. During storage of cucumbers, general appearance index as freshness showed packaging effect at low temperature than room temperature. In the fresh weight loss, the packaged cucumbers were less reduced than that of the non-packaging ones. At color change, Hue angle of cucumber stored within low temperature with film packaging decreased gradually during storage. However remarkable change in hue angle were observed in cucumber within LDPE film packaging treatments of 15℃ and 20℃ storage. The effect of hue angle with packaging appears differently depending on the storage temperature conditions. The firmness and moisture content of cucumber flesh were not affected by packaging and storage temperature. In this experiment, cucumbers packaged with LDPE film at 5℃ and 10℃ were the most desirable for extending the quality. These results suggest that packaging of low temperature treatments in combination could be effective in prolonging the shelf life of cucumber.

        EGW 용접재료 및 용접부 특성에 관한 연구

        In this study, newly developed welding consumables for EGW were welded in EH 36 TM steel plates and their welded joints were evaluated in point of mechanical properties and microstructures compared with imported consumables. Newly developed welding consumables were evaluated as good arc stability and slag fluidity, substantially the same with imported products. The tensile strength of all welded joints were sufficient to meet the requirements specified in a ship’s classification(490~640MPa) and all areas of fracture were heat affected zone(HAZ). Charpy absorbed energy values of all EG welded metals were sufficient to meet the requirements of classification(min. 34J) and those of newly developed wires were evaluated to be better than those of imported wires. As a result observing microstructures of single and tandem EG welded metals through optical and scanning electron microscope (OM&SEM), no grain boundary ferrite(PF(G)) were created in a prior austenite grain boundary and a volume fraction of a fine acicular ferrite were observed very high.

        행위이론을 적용한 도서관 이용자 컨텍스트 정보의 CAbAT 모델링

        도서관 이용자의 복잡한 환경과 이용패턴에 따라 생성된 정보는 지식구조화를 통해 이용자에게 적합한 상황인지 정보서비스에 활용된다. 따라서, 도서관 이용자의 다양한 컨텍스트를 정의하고 상호 관련된 컨텍스트의 지식구조화를 위한 컨텍스트 모델 구축이 필수적인 요건이다. 본 연구에서는 컨텍스트의 개념 및 컨텍스트 모델링을 고찰하고, Engestrom의 행위이론의 개념을 활용하여 도서관 이용자의 행위 모델을 1) 주체, 2) 목적, 3) 도구, 4) 노동단위, 5) 커뮤니티, 그리고 6) 규칙으로 설계하였다. 또한, 도서관 이용자의 컨텍스트를 분석하기 위하여 행위정보를 수집하여 그들의 행태를 관찰 및 기록하는 사용자 추적법 (Shadow Tracking)을 활용하였고 수집된 행위정보는 CAbAT(Context Analysis based on Activity Theory)의 방법론을 활용하여 도서관 이용자의 컨텍스트를 설계하였다. The information that has been created according to the complex environment and usage pattern of library user can provide context-aware information service through knowledge structuralization on whether it is a suitable situation for user. Accordingly, the development of a context model for defining the various contexts of library user and for the structuralization of interrelated context information is an essential requirement. This study examined the context concept and context modeling, and utilizing the concept of Activity Theory by Engestrom, the activity model of library user was designed as 1) subject, 2) object, 3) tools, 4) divison of labor, 5) community, and 6) rules. In addition, for the purpose of analyzing the context of library user, activity information was tracked to utilize the Shadow Tracking for observing and recording their forms, and the methodology of CAbAT (Context Analysis based on Activity Theory) was utilized for the collected activity information to analyze the user context model.

        콩 발효식품에 있어서 페놀물질의 분리와 이의 항산화성

        콩을 품종별로 동결건조시켜 헥산으로 탈지한 다음 상대적인 총 페놀 함량을 측정한 결과 만리콩에서 0.499% chlorogenic acid로 가장 높았으며 이를 된장 제조의 주원료로 선정하였다. 우리나라 재래식 된장 제법의 특징인 콩만을 원료로 하여 Asp. oryzae를 접종하여 메주를 제조한 다음 메주의 13%에 해당하는 식염을 혼합하여 60일간 발효숙성시켜 된장을 제조하였다. 제조된 된장은 동결건조 후 헥산으로 탈지하여 페놀 추출법인 pratt법에 따라 메탄올로 추출하여 메탄올 추출물(methanol extracts : ME)을 얻었으며 그 항산화 효과를 고찰하였다. 그 결과 리놀레산에 대해 메탄올 추출물의 첨가 농도에 따라 과산화불과 conjugated diene 생성량이 감소하는 상관관계를 보여 주었다. 또한 메탄올 추출물의 항산화 작용 특성을 살펴 보면 LOX-리놀레산 시스템에서 LOX-1활성 저해제로써의 효과는 0.5㎎/ml 메탄올 추출물 첨가구는 반응 15분에 α-토코페롤과 거의 동일한 정도의 LOX-1 활성저해효과를 나타내었다. 한편 금속이온에 의한 산화 봉쇄효과는 리놀레산에 대해 0.1% 메탄올 추출물 첨가구는 10ppm 염화제이철 단독첨가구 보다 약 4배 이상의 과산화물 생성 억제작용을 나타내었으며 수소공여능은 메탄올 추출물 첨가 농도가 높아짐에 따라 증가되었다. 전반적으로 된장 페놀물질의 추출물인 메탄올 추출물은 우수한 항산화 활성을 지니고 있었다. Antioxidative characteristics of doenjang(fermented soybean paste) phenolics on the lipid oxidation systems were studied by the determination of the oxidative related activity including lipoxygenase(LOX) inhibition, metal chelating and free radical scavenging of doenjang phenolics. Manlikong variety containing the highest amounts of phenolic compounds among the soybean variety, was used for doenjang processing. Doenjang was prepared by the series of processes including soaking for overnight, cooking for 1hr at 12Lb, first fermentation(3 days at 30±2℃) for the preparation of meju(soybean koji) after inoculation of Asp. oryzae, and further fermentation(60 days at 30±2℃) for the ripening after addition of salt 13% to meju. In order to investigate the anti oxidative activity of phenolics in doenjang, the doenjang phenolics was extracted with methanol from freeze dried defatted doenjang. Antioxidative effects of methanol extract on linoleic acid oxidation systems were observed by the significantly decreased levels of peroxide and conjugated diene formation. In addition, methanol extract resulted in the inhibition of LOX activity. And also, metal(FeCl₃) chelation and free radical scavenging activities were increased with increasing concentration of methanol extract.

        장애인 피난행태 특성분석 연구 - 장애인 직업교육시설 사례를 중심으로 -

        본 연구는 다양한 장애유형을 지닌 장애인이 주간 교육 및 야간 거주가 이루어지는 시설에서 장애인의 재난안전 대응 향상을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 시설 현황 및 피난 매뉴얼, 장애유형별 장애인 현황, 그리고 주·야간 피난훈련 분석을 통해 장애인 피난행태 및 시설 개선방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시설 특성상 주간에 중증장애인이 전체 56.0%를 차지하고, 야간에 비장애인 1인당 장애인 20.5명의 재난안전을 담당하고 있어, 장애인 재난안전을 위해 비장애인(교직원)의 긴요한 대응 필요성이 있다. 둘째, 다양한 장애인이 주간 교육 및 야간 거주하는 복합시설로서, 재난대응에 취약한 장애 유형별로 피난행태에 최적화된 피난시나리오 구축을 통한 재난대응의 필요성이 있다. 셋째, 장애인의 자력피난의 수월성 제고를 위하여 피난을 방해하는 다음 시설의 개선 필요성이 있다 : 불규칙한 계단, 피난로 휠체어 회전반경 확보, 피난통로 유효폭 확보, 원형 슬라이드 개선 그리고 방화셔터 턱 제거 등. The purpose of this study is to improve the safety response to disasters in educational and residential facilities for disabled people with various types of disability. To achieve these purposes, a survey on the facility and evacuation manual, an analysis on the types of disability and location, and evacuation behaviors through day/night evacuation drills were carried out. The results of this study are as follows. First, due to the nature of the facility, people with severe disabilities account for 56.0% of the total during the daytime, and 20.5 people with disabilities per person without disabilities are in charge of disaster safety at night. There is an urgent need for non-disabled faculty and staff to respond to disaster safety for the disabled people. Second, as a complex education facility for various disabled people, there is a need for disaster response through the establishment of evacuation scenarios optimized for individual evacuation behavior by type of disability that is vulnerable to a disaster response. Third, there is a need to improve the following facilities that hinder evacuation: irregular stairs, insufficient turning radius for wheelchairs and width of aisles in evacuation routes, circular slides, and fire shutter ledges, etc.

      • P형 짧은 채널(L=1.5 ㎛) 다결정 실리콘 박막 트랜지스터의 오프 상태 스트레스 하에서의 신뢰성 분석

        유리 기판 상에 이중 게이트 절연막을 가지는 우수한 특성의 P형 엑시머 레이저 어닐링 (ELA) 다결정 실리콘 박막 트랜지스터를 제작하였다. 그리고 P형 짧은 채널 ELA 다결정 실리콘 박막 트랜지스터의 오프 상태 스트레스 하에서의 전기적 특성을 분석하였다. 스트레스하에서 긴 채널에서의 문턱 전압은 양의 방향으로 거의 이동하지 않는 (ΔV<SUB>TH</SUB> = 0.116V) 반면, 짧은 채널 박막 트랜지스터의 문턱 전압은 양의 방향으로 상당히 이동 (ΔV<SUB>TH</SUB> = 2.718V)하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이런 짧은 채널 박막 트랜지스터에서 문턱 전압의 양의 이동은 다결정 실리콘 막과 게이트 산화막 사이의 계면에서의 전자 트랩핑 때문이다. 또한, 박막 트랜지스터의 누설 전류는 오프 상태 스트레스 하에서의 채널 영역의 홀 전하로 인하여 온 전류 수준을 감소시키지 않고 억제될 수 있었다. C-V 측정 결과는 계면의 전자 트랩핑이 드레인 접합 영역 부근에서 발생한다는 것을 나타낸다.
