        기술수용모델의 확장과 사용자의 정보시스템 수용

        This study explores the relationship between antecedent factors and users` acceptance of Knowledge Management Systems through extension of Technology Acceptance Model, based on the survey data from two hundred and thirty-two respondents. In order to extend the previous model, new constructs such as feeling and perceived value were added to the research model. Overall, four dependent variables-perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use. perceived value, and intention to use the system-were investigated in their relationships with antecedent variables. The results of the analysis indicated the significance of the new constructs introduced in this research. Implications of the study and suggestions for future researches were discussed.

      • 외이 재생을 위한 세포 프린팅 기반 복합 조직 구조물의 개발

        Tissue engineering is an interdisciplinary field to regenerate and reconstruct damaged tissues and organs. Especially, the cell printing enabling the regeneration of the target tissue has been considered to be a promising technology. However, the cell printing technology is known to be difficult to fabricate the 3D composite tissue with complex shape. In this study, we used 3D printing technology including multiple cells positioning technology and a sacrificial layer process to regenerate various tissues as well as an ear. The main part was printed with poly-caprolactone (PCL) and multiple cells-laden hydrogel. At the same time, poly-ethylene-glycol (PEG) was also deposited as a sacrificial layer to support the main part. After complete fabrication, PEG can be easily removed in aqueous solutions, and the procedure for removing PEG has no effect on the cell viability. Though 3D printing technology, the various composite tissues were fabricated with the desired shape and separately printed cells in the structure also had good cell viability. As a result, the possibility of fabricating the complex composite tissue using 3D printing technology which allowed tissue formation was confirmed.

        For patients with tracheal resection, various composite scaffolds have been developed and applied for tracheal defect repair in animal models. And artificial prostheses consisting of a polypropylene mesh tube reinforced with a polypropylene spiral have been developed and applied clinically. In this study, a novel three-dimensional (3D) bellows scaffold with high flexibility and biodegradability was developed for tracheal reconstruction. And the flexibility of the bellows scaffold against compression was evaluated using finite element method (FEM) simulation. The bellows scaffold was fabricated by indirect micro-stereolithography technology that combines projection based micro-stereolithography and sacrificial molding process using polycaprolactone (PCL).

        국제 이벤트 선택속성이 관광객의 관여도와 만족도에 미치는 영향 연구 -2018년 전주국제영화제 중심으로-

        본 연구는 전주국제영화제 선택속성이 관광객의 관여도, 만족도를 높이기 위한 방안을 위한 개최지인 전주의 문화와 연계한 프로그램, 컨텐츠를 전략적으로 분석하여 그에 따른 관광객의 관여도와 만족도를 높일 수 있는 발전방안을 제시하는데 있다. 예로부터 예향의 도시 전주는 문화의 도시, 슬로우시티로 도시 이미지 홍보를 하고 있지만 성공적인 관광홍보를 위해서는 국내 3대 국제영화제인 ‘전주국제영화제’와 연계한 전주 관광 발전방안 전략을 수립해야 할 것이다. 본 연구의 결과는 먼저 전주국제영화제 선택속성과 관여도(개인가치) 관계에서는 모두 유의한 영향을 나타냈다. 다음으로 전주국제영화제 선택속성과 관여도(개인지식) 관계에서는 이용의 편의성과 독특성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 두 번째로, 전주국제영화제 선택속성이 만족도에 미치는 영향력을 분석한 결과 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 관여도와 만족도 연구에서는 개인가치와 개인지식 모두 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 실증분석을 통하여 얻은 이 연구의 결론을 보면 전주국제영화제는 관광객을 위한 다양한 프로그램을 제공하여 관광객의 관여도를 높여 만족도를 높여야 한다고 사료된다. 이는 전주국제영화제의 프로그램이 전주의 관광 활성화를 위한 지역 간 연계 인프라구축과 구도심를 위한 콘텐츠 및 프로그램 개발 및 구축이 관광객의 관여도와 만족도를 높이는 결과를 가져 올 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to improve the involvement and satisfaction of tourists. The program is designed to strategically analyze programs and contents linked with the Jeonju culture, and to suggest strategies for enhancing the involvement and satisfaction of tourists accordingly. Jeonju City of Yeonhyeon has been promoting the city image as a city of culture and slow city. However, in order to promote successful tourism, it is necessary to establish Jeonju tourism development strategy strategy in connection with Jeonju International Film Festival, which is one of the three major international film festivals in Korea. The results of this study are as follows. First, the effects of selection attributes and involvement (personal value) in Jeonju International Film Festival were significant. The selection attributes and involvement (personal knowledge) of the Jeonju International Film Festival were found to affect the convenience and uniqueness of the use. Secondly, analyzing the influence of the selection attributes of Jeonju International Film Festival on satisfaction, it was found that all of them had a significant effect. Finally, in the involvement and satisfaction study, both personal value and personal knowledge have a significant effect on satisfaction. Establishment of a linkage infrastructure between Jeonju and Jeonju to promote tourism in Jeonju, development of contents and programs for old downtown area, and establishment of various programs to increase the satisfaction of tourists participating in international events, and to attract tourists as well as one-time events You will. Therefore, it is concluded that Jeonju International Film Festival should provide a variety of programs for tourists to increase the level of involvement of tourists. This will result in the establishment of the linkage infrastructure between the regions for the tourism promotion of Jeonju and the development and construction of the contents and programs for the old downtown area to increase the involvement and satisfaction of tourists.

        제1형 신경섬유종증 환자에서 십이지장 구부의 점막하 신경섬유성 증식에 의한 위배출 장애

        Neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1; also known as von Recklinghausen’s neurofibromatosis) is inherited in an autosomal dominant fashion, although it can also arise due to spontaneous mutation. Gastrointestinal involvement of NF1 is seen in 10% to 25% and causes symptoms in fewer than 5%. Histologically, the gastro intestinal (GI) manifestation of NF1 occurs in three forms: hyperplasia of the gut neural tissue, stromal tumors, and duodenal or periampullary endocrine tumors. A 31-year-old female, diagnosed with NF1, presented with poor oral intake and vomiting for 10 days prior to admission. Preoperative gastrofiberscopic finding was gastric outlet obstructing polypoid duodenal bulb lesion. The patient underwent hemigastrectomy with antecolic gastrojejunostomy due to gastric outlet obstruction. The final pathologic report was submucosal neurofibromatous proliferation with Brunner’s gland hyperplasia located at the duodenal bulb in the NF1 patient. We report this case with a review of literatures.

      • 암모니아 공정에서 CO₂ 고정의 최적화

        This study was investigated the effects of various system parameters on the absorption of carbon dioxide into absorption solution. An aqueous potassium carbonate solution was used as a chemical absorbent in order to figure out the effect of chemical reaction. For this purpose, the chemical analysis of potassium carbonate solution was performed. The changes of pressure, temperature, K₂CO₃solution flow/feed gas ratio and solution concentration in the absorber and the changes of pressure and temperature in the stripper were also analyzed. The analysis result shows that K₂CO₃ concentration in potassium carbonate solution was 99.6%. The optimum pressure was found to be 27.0㎏/㎠ and the optimum temperature was to be 68℃, the optimum concentration of potassium carbonate solution was to be 26.0wt% in the absorber. The CO₂ leakage decreased with the increment of the K₂CO₃ solution flow/feed gas ratio. But the H₂ leakage in the CO₂ product increased at or above the K₂CO₃ solution flow/feed gas ratio of 1.10. This H₂ leakage induced by the loss of ammonia production. The effects of the changes of the operation condition of the CO₂ stripper to the K₂CO₃ conversion are as follows. The K₂CO₃ conversion decreased as the pressure decreased. The K₂CO₃ conversion increased as the temperature increased. However, increasing the temperature without decreasing the pressure did not bring positive effect. The optimum pressure was found to be 0.45㎏/㎠.
