        詩ㆍ文에 나타난 李萬敷의 歷史認識

          This thesis is aimed at examining the ancient history of our country, which Siksan Man-boo Lee had cognizance of. Prior to examining Siksan"s recognition of history, the researcher first paid attention to the consciousness of "making things valuable" which is thought to have affected the foundation for recognition of history. On the assumption that the real meaning of "making things valuable" may differ case by case, the researcher tried to make it clear that, overriding the assertion that Chosen succeeded China, Siksan"s consciousness of "making things valuable" expressed the culture of Chosen"s superiority, rather than none inferiority, to that of China. And, the researcher clarified that this point laid the foundation for Siksan"s having recognition of independent history. The peculiarity of the culture of home country is emphasized and the superiority of our culture is asserted everywhere in the writings scattered in a collection of Siksan"s works, And this confirmed that Chinese ethnic group and barbarians of the circumference are not distinguished by the race or location of a country, but by the culture of a country.<BR>  Subsequently, the researcher examined the recognition of history of our country in ancient times descending from Tangun time, by noting Siksan"s independent national consciousness that Chosen is an independent country as he deviates from the traditional viewpoint of Chinese ethnic group and barbarians of the circumference. He emphasized the existence of Tangun Chosen, extended the upper limit of our history by valuing highly the fact that Chosen was enlightened by Gija"s moving east, and noticed that thereby the pride of national culture was distinguished. But, he removed Wiman Chosen from our history, and did not considered our history discontinued by the outside power by determining the location of Hansagun to be above the Han River. Moreover, he showed dual recognition of history by establishing both the historical current of Tangun-Buyeo-Kokuryeo-Baekje and the other historical current of Tangun-Kija-Mahan.<BR>  Siksan attempted historical investigation of geography several times based upon what he saw and heard from his own travels, and went on to form his own historical viewpoint based upon the knowledge of ancient history he acquired from a variety of history books.

        조류(潮流)에 의한 부유사(浮遊砂)의 확산(擴散)에 대한 수치모형(數値模型)

        본(本) 연구(硏究)의 목적(目的)은 조류(潮流)에 의한 부유사(浮遊砂)의 확산(擴散)현상에 대하여 2차원 비정상확산(非定常擴散)방정식을 유한차분법(有限差分法)을 이용하여 부유사의 농도분포(分布)를 계산할 수 있는 수치모형(數値模型)을 개발하는데 있다. 바닥으로부터 부상량(浮上量)의 계산은 개수로에서 얻어진 공식(公式) 이용하였으며, 확산계수는 Coleman의 경험공식(公式)을 사용하였다. 특히, 침강속도 감쇠효과와 연직유속이 고려되었다. 여러 가지 경우의 계산예(計算例) 통하여, 유속조차, 연직유속, 침강속도의 감쇠효과 같은 각(各) 변수(變數)들이 부유사의 농도분에 미치는 영향이 검토 되었다. The purpose of this paper is to develop a numerical model which can be used to compute the suspended load concentration of which the two-dimensional unsteady diffusion equation is able to be solved by the finite difference method using the implicit scheme. The pick-up rate formula from the bottom used in the open channel as a sink source term and the Coleman's empirical formula for the diffusion coefficient were taken, and especially the hindered settling velocity and the vertical velocity of flow due to the periodical tidal motion were taken into account, while the effects of the variables, such as the horizontal and vertical velocities of flow, tidal range, the settling velocity and hindered settling, on the suspened load concentrations have been discussed, comparing the results obtained from the different cases in the simulation conditions.

        세계화는 정치, 경제, 사회, 문화 전반에서 중요한 시대적 흐름이 된 지 오래이다. 특히 고등교육 영역에서의 세계화는 국가의 경제발전과 과학기술발달 그리고 고급 인력자원 양산을 위한 핵심 사안이다. 세계화의 선도 국가인 미국이 교육 영역의 세계화 진행과정에서 고등교육을 어떻게 국제화하였으며, 어떠한 고등교육 정책과 전략으로 세계화를 추진하였는가를 고찰해 보는 것은 우리나라 고등교육 세계화 정책에 유용한 시사점을 제시해 줄 수 있다.

        항녹내장 약제가 배양된 사람 결막상피세포에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: To investigate the toxicity of a short-term application of timolol maleate, dorzolamide, and benzalkonium chloride (BAC) on human conjunctival epithelial cells in vitro. Methods: Chang‘s conjunctival epithelial cell line was treated for 5 min, 15 min, 30 min, and 60 min with various concentrations of timolol, dorzloamide, or BAC, and then examined 4 hrs or 24 hrs later. Cell viabilities were assessed by MTT assay. The expressions of various cytokines by timolol maleate, dorzolamide, and BAC treatment in human conjunctival epithelial cells were evaluated using ELISPOT. Results: BAC significantly decreased survival of conjunctival epithelial cells in a dose and time dependent manner compared with timolol and dorzolamide. Inflammatory cytokines, IL-6 and IL-8, were highly expressed in conjunctival epithelial cells treated with timolol, dorzolamide, and BAC. Conclusions: The present study suggests that increased expression of inflammatory markers, IL-6 and IL-8 might explain the ocular surface disorder in patients receiving antiglaucoma medication.

        NCS 기반 토양환경분야 국가기술자격 실기시험 평가방법에 관한 연구

        Human Resources Development of Korea has been practicing performance evaluation for occupational qualification licences in environmental sectors that include water, air, and wastes management, but not soil. The purpose of the study was to improve overall quality of the national qualification test in the soil sector to better train applicants based on National Competency Standards (NCS), which is designed to emphasize site-specific conditions and knowledge. This study systematically analysed the current licence test in the soil sector with respect to qualification units, performance criteria, knowledge, techniques, and attitude as described in NCS. Furthermore, test evaluation was conducted to examine the validity of the revised licence test. The test results indicated the revised test method would bring positive outcomes to the related industry. Upon the reviews and amendments by the field experts, the result of this study could serve as a framework to the development of more robust and reliable licence test.

        효율적인 그레이팅 배치를 위한 유전 알고리즘의 적용

        현대의 산업공정에서 CAD(Computer-Aided Design)는 설계 및 생산에 관련된 다양한 분야에서 빠져서는 안 될 중요한 분야로 자리매김 하였다. 그러나 생산 설계의 복잡도가 증가 할수록, 그와 관련된 다양한 공학 기술들이 필요로 하게 되었다. 이 논문에서는 CAD기반의 그레이팅 설계 자동화 시스템에서 분할을 고려하는 배치에 대하여 다룬다. 그레이팅 설계 디자인에서 생산 비용 절감의 핵심은 분할을 최소로 하는 디자인을 설계하는 것이다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 그레이팅 분할 배치 문제에 유전 알고리즘을 적용하여 근사 해를 탐색한다. 각 제약 조건들에 우선순위를 두어 적합도를 측정하고, 분할 섹션들을 해 집합으로 구성하여 교배와 선택 연산을 수행함으로써 해를 구하고 시뮬레이션을 통해서 제안된 방법의 효율성을 평가한다. D/In modern production industries, computer aided systems have been improving the efficiency and convenience of the various stages of work. However. as the complexity of computerized production systems increases, various techniques are still necessary. The problem we addressed occurs in computer systems that automatically make manufacturing process plans in the metal grating manufacturing industry. In the grating layout design, the key to saving the manufacturing cost is to find a design with the minimal number of cutting operations. The proposed genetic algorithm explores the feasible alternatives within the space until an optimal solution is obtained.
