철도 차량의 제동 장치는 정상 적인 운행에서 승객이 불편 하지 않도록 열차를 원하는 위치에 정지시키거나 요구하는 속도로 감속 시킬 뿐만 아니라. 돌발 적인 사태발생에 대해 최단 거리 이내에서 열차가 신속히 정지 될 수 있도록 큰 제동력을 확보하고 있어야 한다. 그러나 철도차량이 보다 짧은 거리에서 정차 하기 위하여 너무 큰 제동력을 보상 받게 되면 활주현상이 발생 되고 또한 초기 기동시 저크로 인한 승차감 저하에 영향을 미치고 레일 손상에도 원인이 된다. 본 논문은 한국형 틸팅열차의 디스크 제동 장치의 제동력과 전장품의 추진력을 측정하여 초기 기동시 보상되는 제동력과 추진력에 대한 상관관계를 고찰 하였다. The braking system of train must posses the large baking effort in order to stop the train safety within the limited traveling distance. but, the excessive braking effort has been deteriorated the ride comfort due to high level of deceleration and jerk, and sometimes occurred the skid. because the applied braking force exceeds the allowable adhesive force. this skid causes not only to increase the a stopping distance but also to deteriorate the safety of train and damage the rall surface by wheel flat. In the present paper, braking force for disk brake of Tilting Train eXpress(TTX) was measured though on convention line test and the traction force was estimated by using the analytic model in skid condition. also, we have discussed the relationship between the bake force and traction force in starting condition.

Tilting trains are currently in operation in 13 countries around the world. With the advances in tilting technology, verification of economic efficiency, and changes in economic situations, the introduction of tilting trains will rapidly spread across the globe. The measurement system is composed of the industrial computers installed in the console and the measurement racks mounted on each car. It is utilized to accumulate the data by the communication card and the optical cable. The optical cable and power cable are coupled at the connector located in joint of train to make easy to disconnect car each other. The signal conditioner is designed to choose and to extend the channel for each sensor readily. The sensor measurement rack has adopted as decentralization method. It is installed in each car to minimize the cable length. In also, it is manufactured based on 19"rack and covered to protect the cable. In this study, the programs for measurement and analysis were also developed to understand the traction system characteristics of TTX. Using this measurement system, we studied that acceleration test, re-powering test, and gradually powering test. The acceleration performance of TTX is 1.735 km/h/s, and it is inner standard value. The notch test result from 1 to 7 steps, DC link voltage is under standard value, and the output electric current of inverter is controlled normally. From the test results, we saw the performances of the traction systems are normal.

레싱의 첫 시민비극 『미스 자라 잠프존』에 나타난 신학관과 입양의 문제

레싱의 첫 번째 시민비극 『미스 자라 잠프존Miß Sara Sampson』에서는 근본적으로 대립하는 두 세계관이 존재한다. 한 세계관은 신(神)과 신의 계명을 통해 등장인물이 처한 현실을 초월하며 또 다른 현세적 세계관은 등장인물의 윤리의식을 지배한다. 이 두 세계관은 서로 불가분의 관련을 맺으며 서로를 보완하는가 하면 신과 인간 또는 인간과 인간을 갈등하게 한다. 두 세계관이 보여주는 첨예한 갈등은 인간적 결점(Hamartia-aμαρτiα)를 어떻게 인식하는가를 보여준다. 이를 통해 당대의 신학자들과 견해를 달리했던 레싱은 신정론(神正論)을 어떻게 이해하려 했는가를 드라마적으로 묘사하고 있다. 여주인공 사라는 옳고 그름을 직관적으로 판단하는 감수성을 통해 자신의 과오, 즉 인간적 결점을 고백하며 경건주의적인 죽음을 통해 신에게 다가간다. 경건주의 종교의 근본적 요소는 믿음을 지닌 개개인이 자신을 깊이 성찰하며 자신을 지배하는 결정과 악행을 참회하는 과정 속에서 참된 축복을 얻게 되고 결국 새로운 삶을 살기위한 종교적 사고이다. 레싱의 『미스 자라 잠프존』에 두드러지는 두 특성은 여주인공의 ‘재탄생(Palingenesie-παλιγγενεσiα)’이라는 모티브와 연결된다. 감수성적 경건주의를 통해 사라는 죽음이 아닌 두 번째로 거듭나는 새로운 삶을 지향한다. 영혼이 여러 번에 걸쳐 다른 육체를 통해 지상에 다시 나타난다는 ‘영혼 이동관Anschauung der Seelenwanderung’은 사라가 죽더라도 그녀의 분신인 딸 아라벨라를 아버지 윌리엄 경(卿)이 입양함으로써 사라가 새로운 삶을 거듭한다는 해석을 가능케 한다. 이렇게 신을 대리하는 아버지 윌리엄 경과의 인간적 과오를 갖는 딸과의 갈등 해소라는 드라마 결말은 레싱이 전하고자 하는 신정론의 신학적이며 현세적인 의미를 묘사하고 있다.

Wahrend die Inhumanitat des Duells zwischen zwei Gladiatoren in romischer Zeit betont wurde, fungieren der Kampf zwischen Vater und Sohn in Konig Odipus von Sophokles und das Duell zwischen Hektor und Achilleus in Iilias von Homer als wichtiger Stoff der griechischen Literatur. Das Idealbild Hektors, der Humanitat gezeigt hat, wurde fest in der europaischen Kultur verankert, sodass er zu den ‘Neun Guten Helden’ gehorte, die zu Beginn des 14. Jahrhunderts in einem franzosischen Versepos aus dem hofisch-ritterlichen Milieu in einer Liste der idealen Ritter aufgestellt wurden. Auf dieser kulturellen Grundlage bearbeitete auch Schiller das Hektorlied in seinem Drama Rauber und mehrfach in seinen Gedichten. Der Holmgang (Duell auf einer kleinen unbewohnten Insel oder einer Schare) war die ubliche Losung fur Streitigkeiten im germanischen Kulturkreis in der nordischen Eisenzeit, der Vendelzeit und der Wikingerzeit (800-1050 n. Chr.) und daruber hinaus. Dieser Holmgang kann im Duell zwischen Vater und Sohn im Hildebrandlied gefunden werden. Die Fehde im Nibelungenlied beschreibt den deutschen Geist wie Ehre und Gehorsam außer der Blutrache. Im Holmgang im Hildebrandlied und in der Fehde im Nibelungenlied spielt kein Orakel, sondern der deutsche Geist eine große Rolle. Im Mittelalter wurden Turniere zwischen Rittern mit niedergeschriebenen und so festgelegten Regeln gefuhrt. Auf diese Weise wurde das Duell durch ihren ritterlichen Stand charakterisiert. Die unzeitgemaße Ritterlichkeit persifliert das Duell in Don Quijote von Miguel de Cervantes. In Romeo und Julia von William Shakespeare fungiert es als wichtiger Drama-Stoff. Ein Rechtsbuch, der Sachsenspiegel (1220/35) des Eike von Repgow, beschreibt den Gerichtskampf als Gottesurteil (iudicium Dei), in dem Gott so Gerechtigkeit offenbart, wie man im Mittelalter glaubte. Von diesem Gerichtskampf leitet sich das Duell ab, das zwischen Adeligen vom 17. bis 19. Jahrhundert sehr oft stattfand. In den Dramen von Lessing und Schiller zeigt sich das Duell in dem Ehrenkodex der burgerlichen Personen. In den Duell-Szenen in Effi Briest von Theodor Fontane, in Zauberberg von Thomas Mann und in Krieg und Frieden von Leo Tolstoi wurde die gesellschaftliche Situation ihrer Zeit ausgezeichnet beschrieben. Die Duellszenen, die sich auch in den europaischen Opern wiederholten, wurden und werden in den Western Filmen aus Hollywood verfilmt. Das Duell ist also eine europaisch-deutsche Kultur, die sich vom klassischen Altertum uber das Mittelalter bis zur heutigen Zeit sehr lange gehalten hat und von Amerika ubernommen wurde.

간암세포에서 카르복시메틸(Carboxymethyl) 키토산 및 키토올리고당의 Quinone Reductase 유도효과

In the present study, we found that carboxymethyl chitosan (CM-Chitosan) and carboxymethyl chitooligosaccharide (CMCOS) induced expression of phase II enzymes such as quinone reductase (QR) in hepatoma (HepG2) cell line. CM-Chitosan and CM-COS had significantly induce QR activity in cultured HepG2 cell. In addition, RNA extract and complementary DNA (cDNA) synthesis by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) from HepG2 cell treated CM-Chitosan and CM-COS. The highest concentration was increased to 200 μg/mL in a concentration-dependent manner the NQO1 (NAD(P)H dehydrogenase (quinone) 1) expression. We also found that CM-COS increased the NQO1, also known as QR mRNA levels through antioxidant response element (ARE) activation as well as Nrf2 (NF-E2 p45-related factor 2) nuclear translocation. The CM-Chitosan and CM-COS found to be functional inducers for QR activation could be good candidates for potential hepatoprotection agents through the regulation of QR.

BACKGROUND: Ethical issues in medical practice focuses mainly on critically ill hospitalized pateints or sophiscated technologic developments. However, in the outpatient setting physicians enco unter many problems that require ethical decision making. This study is an assessment of awareness and understanding of ethical issues commonly encountered in ambulatory setting in order to develop education curriculum. METHODS: A questionnaire was designed to evaluate general knowledge of medical ethics using 12 clinical vignettes. The questionnaire was distributed to medical students and residents who were asked to answer whether an ethical issue was present, its significance, and what the specific issues was involved. RESULTS: The response rate was 53%, with 106 of 200 students or residents completing the questionnaire-63 medical students, 14 interns and 25 residents. Respondents ability to identify that an ethical issue was involved in each vignette ranged from 42.9% to 78.3%. The significance rating ranged from 2.9 to 4.1 on the Likert scale of 1 to 5. A majority of respondents did not identify the correct ethical issue invloved in each vignette. CONCLUSION: This survey showed that the medical students and residents seem to have insufficient knowledge to recognize ethical dilemmas in ambulatory setting. Appropriate medical ethics education should be developed in medical education with particular emphasis on commonly encountered situation.

We propose a single image super-resolution (SR) method using deep residual network blocks. Our method utilizes a recently proposed residual network structure which was very successful for many vision tasks. Unlike other SR methods our method does not depend on any pre/post-processing step such as color space conversion or interpolation etc. We found that these kind of step is not necessary. Well configured network can learn internally. From a given small low-resolution RGB image, our method directly predicts a large high-resolution RGB image in fully convolutional way. Our proposed method yields state-of-the-art results.
