본 연구에서는 2015년 가을철 실제 시공중인 고층 아파트를 대상으로 1중 백색 버블시트로 타설된 콘크리트의 표면을 덮어주는 버블시트 피복양생 공법과 표면을 노출한채로 양생없이 유지하는 표면노출 방법간을 비교하여 소성 및 건조수축균열의 저감정도를 분석하였다. 실험 결과, 버블시트를 시공하였을 경우, 수화열 및 적산온도는 표면노출보다 약간 높았고, 바닥 균열의 갯수, 길이, 최대 균열폭, 균열 면적 모두 현저하게 적은 값이 측정되었다. 따라서 가을철 버블시트를 타설된 콘크리트 표면에 적용 할 경우에는 소성 및 건조수축균열을 획기적으로 방지할 수 있는 효과적인 표면피복 양생공법인 것으로 판단되었다. In this research, the performance of surface covering technique using a white-colored bubble sheet on reducing the cracking due to the plastic, and drying shrinkages for high rise building construction were evaluated by comparing the exposed surface without any surface treatment. From the results of the experiment conducted during fall season, desired results of decreased numbers, length, maximum width, and area of cracking were obtained without a significant difference on heat of hydration and cumulative temperature. Therefore, it is considered that the surface covering technique using bubble sheet is an appropriate method for preventing plastic and drying shrinkage cracking at fall season concrete construction.

The aim of the research is suggesting the curing method and selection of surface-covered curing materials with the goal of achieving non-cracking concrete by applying on the actually constructed top slab of the apartment and comparing the surface covering method using single-layered white bubble sheet with the surface covering method using polyethylene film. As a result of the experiment, the single-layered white bubble sheet provided better performance of the number of floor cracking, cracking length, the maximum crack depth, and cracking area that the polyethylene film while there was no significant difference of heat of hydration and accumulative heat. Especially, the concrete area cured with single-layered white bubble sheet did not have plastic shrinkage cracking. Therefore, based on the considering the performances of insulation, cracking reduction, financial benefit, and easiness of working, it is determined that the single-layered white bubble sheet, and its application are the most desired material and technique for concrete curing method during fall.
한중콘크리트의 관리재령 연장을 이용한 설계기준강도 확보 기법

The purpose of the research is suggesting the temperature compensation strength for Unicode of constructure standard from Ministry of land, infrastructure and transport. As a result, for the concrete mixture with 100 % OPC, 6, and 3 MPa of compensating strength values were necessary when the temperature were from 4 to 9 ℃, and from 9 to 17°C, respectively. Additionally, when the temperature was higher than 17℃, compensating strength value was not necessary. In the case of 20 % of blast furnace slag replaced concrete mixture, 9, 6, and 3 MPa of compensating strength values were necessary when the temperature were from 4 to 6℃, from 6 to 12℃, and higher than 17℃, respectively.

The aim of the research is to suggest the compensating strength values depending on various managing periods of concrete based on the strength development model calculated with equivalent age method for OPC 100 % concrete. As a result, for 28 days of managing period, 6, and 3 MPa of compensating strength values were suggested when the temperatures were from 4 to 9℃, from 9 to 17℃, respectively. Additionally, for 42 days of managing period, 3MPa of compensating strength value was suggested when the temperature was from 4 to 10℃, and for 56 days of managing period, 3 MPa of compensating strength value was suggested when the temperature was from 4 to 5℃. Furthermore, for 28, 42, 56, and 91 days of managing periods, any compensating strength values were needed when the temperature were higher than 17, 10, 5, and 4℃, respectively.
서중환경에서 버블시트 종류 변화에 따른 콘크리트의 온도이력 특성

This research team has developed single silk white bubble sheets to be used as surface sheath curing material for spring, summer, and autumn. But though its effects for spring and autumn temperature conditions have been proved, there haven`t been any studies for summer temperature conditions. Therefore in this study, single silk white bubble sheets and single silk transparent bubble sheets as well as aluminum metalizing single silk bubble sheets have been applied to actual box-frame apartment slabs in construction, in order to compare temperature backgrounds of the concrete and other qualities. Upon application, the temperature of concrete cured in summer temperature conditions showed excellent scores, being the lowest for aluminum metalizing single silk white bubble sheets, then single silk transparent bubble sheets. But the aluminum metalizing single silk bubble sheet gave off a harmful glare, so for actual use, white single silk bubble sheets are recommended.
동절기 버블시트 표면피복 양생방법 변화에 따른 철근의 온도특성

In the modern construction industry, since numerous skyscrapers have been built, there have been sought for developing various kinds of methods for shortening a construction period. Therefore, many kinds of studies on some kinds of cold-weather concrete have been conducted actively for the purpose of a year-round construction. Accordingly, this research team once developed a double-layered bubble sheet as a surface-coated curing material for winter. And there have been raised some worries that some initial damages to frozen concrete caused by low temperature of reinforcing bars which are exposed out of the wall areas of a wall-type apartment during winter. Therefore, in this study, it is intended to find out clearly whether it is possible for concrete to be damaged initially or not by analyzing the temperature characteristics of the exposed reinforcing bars of the wall areas under the temperature conditions during winter.
