광 JTC를 이용한 스테레오 물체추적 시뮬레이터의 구현

일반적으로 스테레오 비젼 시스템에서 좌,우 영상의 시점이 일치하지 않거나 이동 물체가 영상의 중심 좌표에 있지 않을 경우에는 관측자에게 논의 피로감 주고 입체감을 느끼지 못하게 할뿐만 아니라 이동 물체의 추적이 어렵게 된다. 따라서 이동물체의 주시각을 제어하면서 추적 물체가 항상 영상의 중앙에 위치하도록 제어하는 것이 스테레오 물체추적 시스템이다. 본 논문에서는 스테레오 물체추적의 새로운 접근방법으로 적응적 물체 추적이 가능한 광 JTC를 이용하여 이동 물체를 추적하는 스테레오 물체추적 시뮬레이터를 구현하였다. 또한, 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 JTC의 추적 결과를 비교 분석하여 실험 결과를 예측할 수 있었으며, 광학실험을 통해 배경 잡음이 존재해도 실시간적 물체 추적이 가능한 스테레오 물체추적 시스템의 구현 가능성을 제시하였다. In the typical stereo vision system, when the focus points of the left and right images are mismatched or the moving object is not in the center of the image, not only the observer can be fatigued & unconscious of three-dimensional effect, but also hard to track the moving object. Therefore, the stereo object tracking system can be used to track the moving object by controlling convergence angle to minimize stereo disparity and controlling pan/tilt to locate moving object in the center of the image. In this paper, as a new approach to stereo object tracking system we introduce a stereo object tracking simulator based on the optical JTC system capable of adaptive tracking. By using this simulator, any kinds of experimental results can be predicted & analyzed and the processing if real-time implementation of stereo object tracking system is suggested through some optical experiments even if background noises exist.

원격 측정 기법을 이용한 토양 함수비의 측정

원격 측정 방법은 지표로부터 방출된 방사선의 관측으로부터 지표면의 특성을 추정하는데 기초를 두고 있으며 이 방법을 사용하여 연구되어지는 수문학적 인자에는 지표면 온도, 증발산, 토양 함수비, 강우 그리고 강설 등이 있다. 본 연구에서는 관측된 광명온도와 모의된 광명온도로부터 피복이 안된 토양의 함수비 산정에 대한 방법을 소개한다. 피복이 안된 토양에서의 초단파 방출은 함수비, 토양의 온도와 표면 조도에 의존하게 된다. 이 방법은 표면 조도의 영향을 고려하기 위한 Fresnel 반사 계수의 수정과 함께 방사선 전달 모델(radiative transfer model)에 기본을 두고 있는데 피복이 안된 매끈한 표면과 서로 다른 표면 조도를 가진 표면에 대해 분석을 실시한다. 연구의 결과는 표면 조도의 영향이 토양의 광명온도를 증가시키고 광명온도와 함수비 사이의 감소경사를 작게함을 보여주고 있다. Remote sensing technique is based on the estimation of land surface characteristics from the measurement of the emitted radiation from the earth. The hydrologically related parameters studied using this approach include surface temperature, evapotranspiration, soil moisture, precipitation and snow. This study introduces a method for estimating moisture content of a bare soil from the observed and simulated brightness temperature. In a bare soil, microwave emission depends on moisture content, soil temperature, and surface roughness. The method is based on a radiative transfer model with some modifications of Fresnel reflection coefficient to take into account the effect of surface roughness. One smooth bare field and two fields with different surface roughness are prepared for the study. The results indicate that the effect of surface roughness is to increase the soil's brightness temperature and to reduce the slope of regression between brightness temperature and moisture contents.

본 논문은 단일 카메라와 스테레오 어댑터로부터 획득한 의사(擬似)-스테레오 영상을 이용하여 이동 물체를 검출하고, 카메라에서 이동 물체까지의 거리를 측정하는 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 제안한 시스템은 1대의 카메라를 사용하여 의사(擬似)-스테레오 영상을 획득할 수 있기 때문에 비용면에서뿐만 아니라 영상처리 시 좌ㆍ우 스테레오 카메라의 정렬 및 켈리브레이션 등에 의한 스테레오 정합에서 우수한 장점을 지니고 있으며, 실험을 통해 이동물체의 거리 측정이 가능함을 제시하였다.

특집 논문 : 백용성 대종사 아카이브 구축을 위한 제언

본 논의는 한국 불교 근대사에 중요한 영향을 끼친 백용성 대종사와 관련한기록들을 발굴하고, 정리하여 활용할 수 있도록 디지털 아카이브를 구축하는 문제에 대해 논의하였다. 이는 (재)대한불교 대각회에서 주관하고 대각사상연구원과 동국대 전자불전문화콘텐츠연구소가 수행하고 있는 백용성 대종사 총서 간행사업의 결과를 활용하는 것이다. 이러한 사업은 불교기록문화유산의 보존과 활용의 측면에서도 매우 의미가 깊다. 본 연구를 위해서 논자는 먼저 기록은 무엇이고, 디지털 아카이브에 대한 문화적 함의에 대해 논의하였다. 백용성 대종사 아카이브는 전자불전의 새로운 전기를 마련하는 것이다. 본 논의를 통해서 백용성 대종사 아카이브의 모델을 동국대 불교학술원이 수행하고 불교기록문화유산 아카이브(ABC: Archives of Buddhist Cultures)로 선정하였다. 이는 불교학술원에서 수행하는 불교문헌의 수집과 발굴이라는 측면에서 신집성문헌의 한 범주를 차지하는 것이기 때문이다. 또한 인물을 중심으로 한 백용성 대종사의 총서는 향후 주제별 아카이브의 한모델이 될 것이다. 본 논의를 통해서 우리나라 인물 아카이브의 한 모델로서, 근대불교 연구 및 민족의식 고취와 불교문화의 증진을 위한 다양한 활용의 방안이 도출 것으로 전망해 본다. 이를 위해 백용성 대종사 아카이브 구축을 위한 장기적 과제를 검토하였다. 이러한 논의가 민족 독립과 한국불교의 정체성 회복을 위해 노력하였던 백용성 대종사의 진면목을 발견하고, 새로운 시대를 이끌어 나갈 대각사상을 토대로 신앙실천운동을 펼친 위대한 선각자 백용성 대종사의 참다운 가르침이 확산되는데 이바지 할 것이다. 나아가 불교기록유산을 수집하고 보존하고, 이에 대한 가치를 사회화 하여 활용하기 위한 전제로 삼고자 한다. This paper is the study for the issue to discover the logs related to the great religious leader, Baek Yongseong who gave a significant influence to the modern buddhist history in Korea, and to establish digital archives for use. I applied the results of publication project for the collections of the great religious leader Baek Yongseong, which is hosted by Daehan Bulgyo Daegakhoe Foundation and implemented by Daegak Sasang Research Center and Digital Buddhist Sutra Cultural Contents Research Center of Dongguk University. Such a project is very meaningful in the aspects of preservation and use of Buddhist archival cultural heritages. For this research, I discussed first what the record was, and what sort of cultural implications digital archives had. The Archives of the great religious leader Baek Yongseong is to set up the new change of Digital buddhist sutras. For this discussion, I selected ABC (Archives of Buddhist Cultures) in the Buddhist Academy of Dongguk University as the model of the great religious leader Baek Yongseong Archives. Because this is taking a part of newly collecting literatures in the aspects of collecting and discovering Buddhist literatures carried by Buddhist Academy. And also the collections of the great religious leader Baek Yongseong, focusing on figures, will be a model of archives by topics in the future. Through this discussion, I look forward to having various application plans for developing researches on the modern Buddhism and ethic spirits, and promoting buddhist cultures as a model of archives on Korean figures. For this, I looked over a long-term issue to establish the great religious leader Baek Yongseong Archives. I hope such a discussion could discover the true face of the great religious leader Baek Yongseong, who strived to recover the identification of Korean Buddhism and Ethnic independence, and spread the true teachings of the great leader Baek Yongseon, who practiced faithful practical movements based on the thought of Daegak (Great Enlightenment) which would lead a new generation. Furthermore, I``d like to have this for collecting and preserving Buddhist Archival Heritages and use for social practical implements based on its value.

불교 구술 아카이브 구축과 활용

본 논의는 불교사 및 불교문화의 활용을 위한 구술의 성과물을 어떻게 구축하고 활용할 것인가를 고민하였다. 현재 불교 구술사는 고승을 중심으로 한 구술 성과를 중심으로 근현대 불교사의 영역에서 새로운 사료의 구축과 고승 연구의 기반 구축이라는 학문연구의 성과를 이루고 있다. 논자는 구술이 지니고 있는 집단창작성과 쌍방향성의 소통이라는 관점에 맞추어 아카이브로 구축하고 활용하기 위한 방향을 고민하고자 한다. 구술이라는 과정이 기억의 공유와 확장이라는 관점에 주목한 것이다. 기존의 아카이브는 수집, 보존 및 이용자들의 접근이라는 1차적 목표를 지니고 있다. 이에 공공 구술아카이브의 현황을 살펴보고, 불교 구술아카이브의 가능성과 필요성을 논의하고자 한다. 불교 구술관련 자료를 잘 정리하여 다양하게 활용할 수 있는 방안으로 구술이 지니고 있는 문화의 전승과 기억의 공유라는 특징에 주목하였다. 아울러 구술 기억의 장소성에 중심을 두고 공간 스토리텔링의 분야에서 사찰이라는 공간에서 활용 전망에 대해 논의하고자 한다. 본 논의는 불교 구술아카이브의 구축의 필요성을 제기하는 차원에서 논의를 이끌어 내는데 이바지하기를 바란다. This study had contemplation over the ways of organizing and utilizing oral statement outcomes for the utilization of Buddhist history and culture. Today the oral history of Buddhism is making achievements in academic research including the organization of new historical materials and the establishment of a foundation for research on high priests in the modern and contemporary history of Buddhism with a focus on the oral statement achievements regarding high priests. The investigator had contemplation over a direction for the construction and utilization of oral statements as an archive from the perspectives of their collective creativity and two-way communication, focusing on the process of oral statements as the sharing and expansion of memories. Old archives had primary goals of collection, preservation, and approach by users. The study examined the current state of public archives of oral statements and discussed the possibilities of and need for an archive of oral statements about Buddhism. A focus was placed on the characteristics of oral statements including the inheritance of culture and sharing of memories as a way of sorting out oral statement materials about Buddhism right and putting them to various uses. In addition, the study discussed the prospects of utilization in the space of Buddhist temples in the field of spatial storytelling with a focus on the placeness of oral statement memories. The study will hopefully contribute to further discussions about the need for an archive of oral statements about Buddhism.

전문대학 디자인학과 및 전공 졸업생의 진로지도에 대한 연구

We studies and analyzed by surveying graduates and job seekers in design-related majors at schools in Seoul and Kyounggi Province. The analysis proved that design-related college program discouraged students` motivation by 35% due to its difficulty in class contents. In the meantime, the portion of the students who agree to create an easy version of textbooks was 25.3%. The analysis also shows that the industrial and academic cooperation is highly necessary. The analysis indicates that future college education should enhance personal character as much as possible, not standardized manpower. It should provide students with job-related trainings and lifelong education in order to keep them creative. Under mutual and continuous cooperation and investment of both the industry and the academia, they should develop more valuable and flexible programs.
