검교정이 필요한 무기체계 정비장비의 구매 대수 결정을 위한 대기행렬이론 연구

무기체계는 기술의 발달로 인하여 급속도로 발전하고 있다. 이러한 발전덕분에 과거 무기체계에서 보지 못했던 고가의 첨단 전자장비들이 포함된 무기체계가 등장하게 되었다. 더불어, 고도의 기술이 적용된 무기체계의 운영 및 유지보수를 위한 장비유지예산 또한 증가되고 있다. 그러나 장비유지예산은 장비자산대비 그 비율이 감소추세에 있어, 효율적인 무기체계 운영에 어려움이 초래되고 있다. 이처럼 고비용 환경이 되고 있는 국방경영 및 감소되고 있는 장비유지예산을 고려하는 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 무기체계를 운영 및 유지보수 하는데 필요한 정비장비에 초점을 두고 있다. 최신 무기체계는 계측장비와 같은 정비장비를 활용하여 무기체계의 정렬 및 검교정 절차를 수행 후, 적정한 무기 성능이 유효하다고 볼 수 있다. 이러한 계측장비는 주기적으로 업체 외주정비(검교정 절차)를 하여 계측장비 자체의 정렬 및 상태 이상 유무를 확인해야 한다. 일반적으로 계측장비는 신뢰성이 입증된 해외업체의 계측장비를 구매하게 되고, 이러한 계측장비는 주기적으로 해외 외주정비를 받을 수밖에 없게 된다. 즉, 정비장비가 해외 외주정비를 진행하는 동안, 해당 무기체계는 성능에 대해 신뢰할 수 없으며 불가용 상태라고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 정비장비의 해외 외주정비로 인해 발생하는 무기체계의 손실비용과 정비장비의 구매 비용을 비교하여, 적절한 정비장비의 구매 대수를 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과가 효율적 작전 수행보장에 기여할 것으로 판단되며, 전력 공백 문제를 해결 가능한 방안이 될 것이다. Weapon systemshave been developed with high technology electronic equipment due to technology growth. In addition, the capital, operational and maintenance costs of weapon systemshave all increased. However, cost of operation and maintenance for weapon systems has been decreased relatively compared to the increased capital cost of weapon systems. Therefore, the defense industry needs to research the life cycle cost of weapon systems that have high operational and maintenance costs. This paper focuses on maintenance equipment for the operation and maintenance of weapon systems. Recently, it seems that the weapon systemsthat have periodic calibration with maintenance equipment are valid. The equipment requires periodic calibration by the manufacturer to check its own validation. Basically, customers demand high reliability devices from foreign companies that have qualified in the global market. Therefore, the tools need to be calibrated overseas. In other words, weapon systemsare not available when the equipment has to be calibrated overseas because the systemsrequire validation with valid maintenance equipment. A purpose of this paper is to compare the loss costs that arise from the calibration of the equipment overseas and the purchasing cost of the tools.Finally, the research shows the number of equipment that customers need to minimize the cost. This research will help to improve the efficiency of operation of weapon systems and solve the problems associated with the need for maintenance overseas.

Purpose: Recent weapon systems in defense have increased the complexity and importance of software when developing multifunctional equipment. In this study, we analyze the accuracy of the proposed software reliability model when applied to weapon systems. Methods: Determine the similarity between software reliability analysis results (prediction/estimation) utilizing data from developing weapon systems and system failures data during operation of weapon systems. Results: In case of a software reliability prediction model, the predicted failure rate was higher than the actual failure rate, and the estimation model was consistent with actual failure history data. Conclusion: The software prediction model needs to adjust the variables that are appropriate for the domestic weapon system environment. As the reliability of software is increasingly important in the defense industry, continuous efforts are needed to ensure accurate reliability analysis in the development of weapon systems.
