        恥齋 李範世의 「題朴秋堂畵竹十七絶」 硏究

        본 논문은 일제강점기 때 반일 성향을 지니고 그에 걸맞은 삶을 산 恥齋 李範世(1874~1940)가 당시 수차례 조선미술전람회에서 입선한 秋堂 朴 好秉(1878~1942)의 墨竹圖에 題한 시 「題朴秋堂畵竹十七絶」에 대해 살펴본 것이다. 「제박추당화죽십칠절」은 7언절구 17수로 이루어져 있다. 치재의 제화시 각각의 1,2구에는 추당의 묵죽도를 보지 않고도 각각의 대나무를 그려낼 수 있을 정도로 대나무의 특징이 섬세하고 자세하게 묘사되어 있다. 이에 더해 치재는 일반적인 한시처럼 1구 또는 2구에 시의 소제목이 함의되는 것을 원칙으로 시를 지었다. 치재는 3,4구에서는 자신의 감정은 최대한 절제하면서 대나무에 대한 해박한 지식과 대나무의 성품만큼이나 곧고 청량한 느낌을 그려냈다. 그래서 추당은 자신의 묵죽도에 치재의 제화시가운데 대나무의 형상을 묘사한 1,2구를 화제로 사용했다. 한마디로 치재의 제화시로 인해 추당의 묵죽도의 이해도가 높아지고 품격이 높아지는 결과를 낳았다. 그러므로 추당의 묵죽도를 이해하기 위해서는 치재의 제화시 가운데 묵죽도에 기재되지 않은 내용까지 모두를 아울러 살펴봐야 묵죽도에 담긴 眞意까지 파악할 수 있게 된다. 한마디로 치재의 제화시는 추당의 묵죽도를 이해하고 묵죽도의 품격을 높이는 데 있어 필수 자료라는 점에서 가치를 더한다. This paper is about Chi-Je, Bum-se Lee(1874~1940), and his 17 poems devoted to Muk-juk-do which is painted by Chu-dang, Ho-byung Park (1878~1942) who was awarded few times at a Cho-sun Art Exhibition. The 17 poems are made up of 7 phrases. Every piece of the bamboos is described at the 1st and 2nd poems. Plus, Chi-Je put the subtitles of the poems at the 1st or 2nd poems like commonal chinese poems. Chi-Je gives the refreshing and straightened feelings of bamboos in the 3rd and 4th poems of the poem, but also trying to abstain his emotions. It makes Chu-dang to write the 1st and 2nd poems at his Muk-juk-do. We can say the Chi-Je’s Je-wha poems help us understand Chu-dang’s Muk-juk-do and give its own dignity to the painting. Therefore, to understand the real meaning of Chu-dang’s Muk-juk-do, it is recommended to study the all of Je-wha poems of Chi-Je, not only the written poems at ths painting. Chi-Je’s 17 Je-wha poems have its own meaning for understanding the Muk-juk-do of Chu-dang and giving the dignity of the painting.

        다량의 늑막 삼출을 동반한 만성 췌장염 1례

        Massive pancreatic pleural effusion is a rare complication of chronic pancreatitis. It results from leakage of pancreatic secretion into the pleural space through the aortic or esophageal hiatus, either by a pancreatic duct disruption or communicating pseudocyst. The presentation of the pancreatic pleural effusion is often misleading as respiratory rather than abdominal symptoms because of predominance of pulmonary complaints. Markedly elevated amylase level of the pleural fluid is highly suggestive of the diagnosis. We experienced a case of chronic pancreatitis with massive pleural effusion in a 9-year-old female, who presented with a 6-months history of intermittent abdominal pain, and cough and chest pain for 3 days. 저자들은 내원 6개월 전부터 간헐적인 복통이 있어오다가 1개월 전부터는 복통이 심해지고, 3일 전부터는 기침과 흉통이 발생되어 내원한 9세 여아에서 다량의 늑막 삼출을 동반한 만성 췌장염 1례를 진단하고 금식, 흉관 삽입, 항생제 및 octreotide의 투여 등의 보존적 방법으로 치료 한 증례를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고한다.

        비순 피판을 이용한 상악골 편측 괴사환자의 치험례

        The maxilla rarely undergoes necrosis due to its rich vascularity. Maxillary necrosis can occur due to bacterial infections such as osteomyelitis. viral infections such as herpes zoster and fungal infections such as mucormycosis, aspergillosis etc. Herpes zoster is a common viral infection, the oral soft tissue manifestations of which are widely known and recognized. Extremely rare complications such as osteonecrosis, and secondary osteomyelitis in maxilla were observed. But, reports of spontaneous tooth exfoliation and jaw osteonecrosis following herpes zoster infection in the distribution of the trigeminal nerve are extremely rare in the literature. We report a case of maxillary necrosis by herpes zoster in an uncontrolled diabetic patient. There was extensive necrosis of the buccal and palatal mucoperiosteum and exposure of the alveolar bone. This patient was successfully treated using a removal of necrotic bone and nasolabial flap. We briefly discuss different diseases which can lead to maxillary necrosis and a review. Analysis of the pathogenesis of herpes zoster and bone necrosis are discussed.

        동종조직이식술시 전염성질환의 이환가능성에 대한 고찰 II: 동종연조직

        Implantation of allografts has increased widely with not only the availability of many allogenic bone but also allogenic soft tissues. The aim of tissue banking is to provide surgeons with safe tissues compatible with their intended clinical application. The incidence of tissue transplant-transmitted infection is unknown and can only be inferred from prospective studies. The possibility of donor-to-recipient disease transmission through soft tissue transplantation can be considered by reviewing the risk associated with other transplanted hard tissues. Viral, bacterial, and fungal infections have been transmitted via transplantation of soft tissue allografts such as skin, cornea, dura, pericardium. fascia lata, and heart valves. Corneas have transmitted rabies, Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD), hepatitis B (HBV), cytomegalovirus (CMV), herpes simplex virus (HSV), bacteria, and fungi. Heart valves have been implicated in transmitting tuberculosis, hepatitis B. HIV-1 and CMV. CJD has been transmitted by dura and pericardium transplants. Skin has transmitted CMV, bacteria, and fungi. Cadaveric skin, pericardium, dura, and fascia lata have been used in dental patients with intra-oral soft tissue injuries and GBR. This study is review of the considering transmission of infectious disease in allogenic soft tissues and guidelines of reducing the risk. Prior to use, many tissues are exposed to antibiotics, disinfectants, and sterilants, which further reduce or remove the risk of transmitted disease. Because some soft tissue grafts cannot be subjected to sterilization steps, the risk of infectious disease transmission remains and thorough donor screening and testing is especially important.

        비정형 건축물 공사의 생산성 분석 및 향상방안 - 노출콘크리트 공사를 중심으로 -

        2007년 독일의 건축 잡지 바우넷에서 선정한 세계 5대 설계사들의 2006 ~ 2010년 설계한 전체 설계 중 25%가 비정형 건축물로, 비정형 건축물은 도시, 국가의 랜드마크로서 그 사회적, 경제적 파급효과가 매우 크다. 국내 또한 인천세계도시축전 기념관, 킨텍스 제2전시관, 동대문디자인 플라자 등 비정형 건축물이 증가하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 설계 트렌드 및 증가하고 있는 비정형 건축물의 수요에 반해 이를 충족할 만한 비정형 건축 프로젝트의 설계 및 시공 관리 경험 부족으로 인해 비정형 프로젝트는 수익성을 기대하기 어렵고, 완공 후에도 많은 문제들이 부각되고 있다. 특히 국내 인력의 비정형 프로젝트 수행 경험부족으로 인해 불확실한 공사비 예측, 설계 과다변경 등으로 인해 완공 후에도 품질 문제를 비롯한 공사비 상승 관련 문제들이 계속 발생하고 있으며, 이와 같은 비정형 건축물의 특성을 고려하지 못한 초기 계획은 프로젝트 수행 시 실제와 그 차이가 커 프로젝트 관리 리스크로 작용하지만 아직 비정형 건축물 프로젝트 관련 실적자료나 사례분석 자료 구축은 미비로 인해 어려움을 겪고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 비정형 건축물 공사 중 생산성이 낮은 공종을 선정하여 작업 프로세스 분석 및 실제 현장 생산성 자료 분석을 통해 실질적인 생산성 자료 구축 및 비정형 건축물 공사 생산성 향상 방안을 제시하고자 한다. The Global's top five Design Firms selected from BauNetz a German architectural magazine in 2007 designed free form building design which was 25% of the overall design by 2006-2010. Free form building is a landmark of the city and the country so its social and economic impacts are very large. In case of Korea, free form buildings such as Tribowl in Incheon, KINTEX Exhibition hall 2 and Dongdaemun Design Plaza have increased. However, those the increase in design trends and, the needs due to the lack of free form building design and construction management experience, free form building projects can't be expected to profitability and have a number of problems after completion. Especially, there are many excessive quality problems and the rising cost due to design changes frequently and lack of experience and data. Thus an initial plan regardless of considering of free form building's characteristics can be a huge risk because of the difference with the plan and actual projects, yet there aren't free form building project's performance data and case studies related to productivity. In this study, through selection of low-construction productivity works and an analysis of the work process and productivity data, hope to propose an actual field productivity of free form building and the ways to improve productivity.

        실리콘 상부 전극의 기계적 가공 연구

        Upper electrode is one of core parts using plasma etching process at semiconductor. The purpose of this study is to analyze effects of cutting conditions for mechanical machining of silicon upper electrode. For this research, surface roughness of machined workpiece and depth of damage inside of silicon electrode are experimented and analyzed and different values of feed rate and depth of cut are applied for the experiments. From these experiments, it is verified that the surface roughness and internal damaged layer get worse according to take more fast feed rate. In conclusion, cutting condition is very important factor for machining. Results of this study can use to develop various parts which are made from single crystal silicon and affect various benefits to the semiconductor industry for better productivity.

        3상 유도전동기의 효율적인 2단 제동 기법

        본 연구에서는 3상 유도전동기의 2단 제동기법올 제안하였다. 2단 제동기법이란 1단계로 제동용 커패시터에 의 한 자여자 제동법을 이용하며, 2단계로 3상 磁氣제동법을 이용하는 것으로 이는 장치의 구성이 비교적 간단하며, 저가의 비용을 필요로 하는 장점올 지니게 된다. 또한 제동특성올 시율레이션과 실험으로 확인한 결과 비교적 우수한 특성이 얻어짐올 알 수 있었다. In this paper, two-stage braking method of 3-phase induction motrois proposed. This brake involves tow stages. The first stage is capacitor self-excitation braking, and the second stage is three-phase magnetic braking. In several applicatons, a low cost and effective brake is required for three-phase induction motor. A mechanical friction brake, typical braking method for induction motor requires external energy sources which is not safe, expensive and requires maintenance. Static and dynamic analyses of the proposed brake scheme are along with analytical result, simulated waveforms and experimental waveforms are compared. The experimental results shows good agreement with the simulated results.

        탈회골과 비탈회골을 이용하여 2층 구조로 이식한 상악동골이식술

        The maxillary posterior edentulous region presents unique and challenging conditions in implant dentistry. The height of the posterior maxilla is reduced greatly as a result of dual resorption from the crest of the ridge and pneumatization of the maxillary sinus after the loss of teeth. Materials previously used for sinus floor grafting include autogenous bone, allogeneic bone, xenogenic bone and alloplastic materials. Autogenous bone is the material of choice, but its use is limited by donor-site morbidity, complications, sparse availability, uncontrolled resorption and marked volume loss. One way to overcome this problem would be to use bone substitutes alone as a osteoconductive scaffold for bone regeneration from the residual bone or in combination with allogeneic bone, which also has osteoinductive properties. The purpose of this article is to describe a double layers technique of demineralized and mineralized bone graft materials instead of autogenous bone in sinus floor augmentation of deficient posterior maxillary alveolar process and to report our experience with this technique. Our results show that maxillary sinus augmentation using mineralized and demineralized bone materials, when installed simultaneously with the implant or not, is good results for bone healing.

        동종조직이식술 시 전염성질환의 이환가능성에 대한 고찰 I : 동종골조직

        Viral, bacterial and fungal infections can be transmitted via allografts such as bone, skin, cornea and cardiovascular tissues. Allogenic bone grafts have possibility of transmission of hepatitis C, human immunodeficiency virus (HIV-1), human T-Cell leukaemia virus (HTLV), tuberculosis and other bacterias. The tissue bank should have a policy for obtaining information from the patient's medical report as to whether the donor had risk factors for infectious diseases. Over the past several years, improvements in donor screening criteria, such as excluding potential donor with "high risk" for HIV-1 and hepatitis infection, and donor blood testing result in the reduction of transmission of these diseases. During tissue processing, many allografts are exposed to antibiotics, disinfectants and terminal sterilization such as irradiation, which further reduce or remove the risk of transmitting diseases. Because the effectiveness of some tissue grafts such as, fresh frozen osteochondral grafts, depends on cellular viability, not all can be subjected to sterilization and processing steps and, therefore, the risk of transmission of infectious disease remains. This article is review of the transmission of considering infectious disease in allogenic bone transplantation and the processing steps of reducing the risk. The risk of viral transmission in allografts can be reduced in several standards. The most important are donor-screening tests and the removal of blood and soft tissues by processing steps under the aseptic environment. In conclusion, final sterilizations including the irradiation, can be establish the safety of allografts.
