        애착외상을 경험한 가정위탁 아동에 대한 아동중심 놀이치료 사례연구

        본 연구는 부모로부터의 학대, 방임, 유기로 애착외상을 경험하고 가정위탁보호로 의뢰된 만 4세남아에 대한 사례연구이다. 아동은 극단적인 공격 행동을 반복함으로 타인과의 관계에 어려움을 초래하였고, 신체 및 정서적 학대에 대한 기억과 두려움을 호소하였으며, 수면 및 배변문제 등의 어려움으로 내원하였다. 이를 위하여 치료적 관계가 변화를 위한 중추적인 치료적 요소라고 보는 아동중심 놀이치료를 치료적 접근으로 중재하였고, 부모상담을 통해 위탁모에 대한 심리·교육적지원을 병행함으로 위탁모와 아동간의 건강한 애착관계 경험을 조력하고자 하였다. 본 사례는 놀이치료 총 43회기, 부모상담 총 15회기, 그리고 두 달 후의 추수회기 1회기로 진행되었다. 치료과정을 통하여 주호소 문제들의 증상 소멸 및 감소가 나타났고, 외상으로 인해 균형을 잃었던 발달이 좀 더 안정적으로 복귀되는 것이 관찰되었다. 본 연구는 아동중심 놀이치료 중재를 기반으로 심리적 회복을 찾아가는 아동의 역동적인 놀이치료 진보과정과 놀이주제를 심도 깊게 분석하고 개념화함으로서 애착외상을 경험한 가정위탁 아동에 대한 치료적 함의를 제공한 것에 연구의 의의가 있다. This case study sought to provide therapeutic support for a child in foster care suffering from attachment trauma. The client, a 4-year-old boy, was referred to play therapy due to extreme levels of aggressiveness, anxiety, difficulties in sleeping, and refusal to engage in potty training. Child-centered play therapy was employed as the therapeutic intervention, and the foster care mother also received psychoeducational support which focused on building her child rearing skills and helping her create a secure relationship. The treatment plan consisted of 43 play therapy sessions, 15 parent consultation sessions, and 1 follow-up session after two months. The process of play therapy progress and themes were analyzed, and the findings provide implications for mental health professionals.

        체계적인 힌팅 인터페이스 설계 방법의 연구

        Most users learn new, complex systems through trial-and-error experience rather than referring to the manuals in a cognitive process that is called 'exploratory learning'. While exploring a system, people find prototypical rules for using the system based especially on frequent tasks. The rules are formed from consistent task procedures and well-expected interface elements on the designed system. These rules play the role of the basis of users' knowledge for performing tasks. The decision making to select and apply those rules interacting with an interface can be aided by properly provided hints on the interface. With appropriate hints, users can learn new systems easily and use them with reduced usability problems. This paper first reports an observation of user behavior performing tasks with prototypical interaction rules and finds a sound set of criteria to extract prototypical interaction rules systematically. Two types of hints are defined. Extending hints prompt users to apply prototypical interaction rules beyond well-known tasks. Preventive hints guide users out of possible capture errors by drawing attention to the variation of rules. A systematic and practical method is proposed to identify the opportunities for both types in designing interfaces. It is then verified through a usability test that the proposed method is effective in identifying the locations and types of appropriate hints to reduce or mitigate usability problems.

        예비 놀이치료자의 치료 태도에 대한 인식 변화와 아동중심 놀이치료를 통한 치료 진보 및 성과

        본 연구에서는 예비 놀이치료자들이 인식한 치료 태도(일치성, 공감, 무조건성, 존중)의 변화가 어떠한가를 알아보고, 치료 태도의 변화와 내담아동의 진보 및 놀이치료 성과는 어떤 관련성이 있는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 놀이치료 실습 과목을 수강한 두 명의 석사 과정생과 그 내담아동들을 선정하여 단일 사례 연구로 진행하였다. 치료 태도의 인식 변화를 측정하기 위해, 치료자는 매 회기 후 Barrett-Lennard Relationship Inventory: Form MO-40(BLRI: MO-40)를 작성하였다. 아동중심 놀이치료의 효과성을 알아보기 위하여 총 3회에 걸쳐 내담아동의 모에게 CBCL 6-18을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 시각적 분석, 선형회귀분석, 질적 분석을 하였다. 치료자들은 큰 폭의 변동성을 보이면서, 일치성, 공감, 무조건성의 수준과 경향성이 증가하였다고 인식하였다. 내담아동들은 놀이행동에서 진보를 나타내었고, 주호소 문제와 CBCL 6-18의 수치가 감소되었다. 본 연구는 초심학생단계에 속하는 예비 놀이치료자의 일치성, 공감, 무조건성, 존중이라는 치료 태도의 인식 변화 과정과 내담아동의 치료적 진보 과정을 치료 성과와 연관하여 이해하고자 한 탐색적인 연구라는 것에 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study was to understand the changes in perceptions of therapeutic attitudes (congruence, empathy, unconditionality, and regard) of play therapists-in-training. Additionally, therapeutic progress and outcomes of child clients in relation to such perceptional changes of therapeutic attitudes were analyzed. A single case design was utilized, and two therapist-child dyads were recruited. Perceptional changes of therapeutic attitudes was assessed with the Barrett-Lennard Relationship Inventory: Form MO-40 by therapists. The effectiveness of child-centered play therapy was assessed using the Child Behavior Checklist for Ages 6-18 by parents. Data was analyzed through visual analysis, regression analysis, and qualitative analysis. Over the first play therapy practicum during a graduate course, both play therapists-in-training perceived that the level and trend of congruence, empathy, and unconditionality increased, while the variability of those conditions fluctuated. Clients exhibited progress and showed a reduction in clinical levels of presenting problems. These findings suggest a number of implications to help promoting professional development of play therapists-in-training.

        In this paper, the system is implemented in four ways , For those who want to learn Chinese characters using the internet, and To make the learning more interesting and entertaining. Four different learning methods have been provided , using the transition process of Chinese characters, games, animations, and an illustration of the relationships between Chinese Characters and korean letters. The subjects of the evaluation were freshmen polled about the Chinese character learning system. The evaluation methods are : the validity of the research content is evaluated using the Cronbach's coefficient alpha and the performance of the system is evaluated by F-type of Analysis of variance.

        초등학교 파견 놀이치료자의 경험에 대한 연구: 초등학교-대학교 지역사회 전문자원 연계 상담프로그램

        본 연구는 초등학교에 파견된 놀이치료자의 경험을 탐색하고, 그 의미과정을 밝히는 이론을 개발하고자 실시되었다. 이를 위해 연구참여자 8명을 대상으로 포커스 그룹 면접을 실시하였고 근거이론방법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 90개의 개념과 25개의 하위범주, 11개의 범주가 도출되었다. 패러다임 모형의 중심현상은 `초등학교 파견 놀이치료자의 고군분투`와 `다양한 관계를 맺으며 협력하는 과정의 어려움`으로 나타났다. 초등학교 파견 놀이치료자들의 경험의 과정은 (1)학교기반 놀이치료에 대한 혼란을 경험하는 단계, (2) 수퍼비전과 동료자문을 통해 장애물을 극복해 나가는 단계, (3) 아동과 깊이 있는 관계를 경험하며 치료관계의 의미를 체득하는 단계, (4) 지식, 기술, 개인적 경험을 통합해 가는 단계, (5) 학교기반 놀이치료 경험의 의미를 발견하는 단계를 포함한다. 본 연구는 초등학교 파견 놀이치료자들의 경험을 처음으로 분석하고 그 경험에 대한 의미과정 이론을 구축하려는 시도를 한 탐색적인 연구라는 것과 학교현장에 아동의 발달적 필요에 부응하는 놀이치료를 연계하여 그 치료적 의미를 확인하였다는데 의의를 지닌다. The purpose of this study was to develop a theory explaining the experience of play therapists who were sent to an elementary school as a part of community professional resource connection. 8 participants were recruited and focus group interviews were analyzed based on grounded theory, yielding 90 concepts, 25 sub-categories, 11 categories of major themes. The phenomena were identified as `struggles as play therapists who were sent to a school setting` and `distress in building cooperative relationships with the many significant others of the client.` The process of the play therapists` experience included the following: (1) Experiencing confusion in school-based play therapy, (2) Overcoming challenges through supervision and peer consultation, (3) Experiencing a deep therapeutic relationship and the personal meaning of the therapeutic relationship, (4) Moving a step forward through the process of integrating knowledge, skills, and personal experience, and (5) Discovering the meaning of school-based play therapy. These findings suggest a number of implications for mental health professionals and school personnel to promote the further development of school-based play therapy in an effort to support community children and their families

        포스트 코로나19에서 놀이치료자의 경험에 관한 질적분석

        This study was conducted to reveal central phenomena regarding the experiences of play therapists in the post-COVID-19 era. For this purpose, one semi-structured interview approximately 100 to 120 minutes in length was conducted with five experienced play therapists from Aug to Oct 2023. Based on the transcripts, the participants' experiences were analyzed according to the research method suggested by Giorgi (2004). The essence of the experience finally derived were divided into 5 structures and 23 subcategories. The five themes are ‘Experiencing a crisis’, ‘Struggling’, ‘Having the opportunity for transition’, ‘Recognizing the impact’, and ‘Adapting to the environment’. This study is significant in that it reveals the essential meaning of the experience of play therapists in the post-COVID-19 era and presents discussion points to prepare for pandemic situations in the play therapy field.

        중미 난민의 재현과 윤리적 책임: 증언 장르의 새로운 고찰

        A New Approach to the Testimonial Genre: The humanitarian crisis caused by the surge of Central American refugees in the U.S.A has emerged as a new subject of the testimonial genre in literature and film. Regarding the representation of refugees from Central America, especially unaccompanied refugee children, the article discusses the reception of readers or critics regarding the difference between veracity and fictionality, the political role of testimonio, and the effects of narrative experiment and rhetorical technique. The literary characteristics of fantasy, autobiographical poetry, melodrama, and literary journalism in connection with the effects of testimony are analyzed based on the works of Valeria Luiselli, Javier Zamora, Sonia Nazario, and Óscar Martínez. Regarding how to represent the migrant journey of Central American refugees, this paper attempts to adopt a new approach to what used to be assessed as unique characteristics of the testimonial genre by examining the authors’ identification with migrants through (semi) real experience or imagined empathy. Amid the ongoing humanitarian crisis, the authors clearly utter their ethical responsibility to literary activism through fictional and aesthetical configuration. This article discusses how they are expanding or redefining this genre as new deployment of narrative techniques and representation to make the suffering of migrants more visible and tangible.

        Most malignant mesenchymal tumors of the lung are metastases of a primary tumor from elsewhere in the body. A primary pulmonary synovial sarcoma is a very rare neoplasm that accounts for approximately 10% of soft tissue sarcomas and makes up only 0.5% of all primary lung malignancies. We report a case of a primary pulmonary synovial sarcoma in a 60-year old woman. In this case, a lung metastasis was excluded using 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging. (Tuberc Respir Dis 2006; 60: 673-677)
