          반투명 태양전지용 Al-Ti계 산화물 박막의 반사율 특성 개선에 관한 연구

          This work reports the preparation of Al-Ti based oxide thin films and their optical properties. Although the transmittance of a $TiO_2/Al2O_3$ bilayer structure was as high as 90% at wavelengths of 600 nm or larger, the reflectance of the bilayer reached its minimum at wavelengths of around 360 nm. The transmittance of an 89-nm-thick $TiO_2$ thin film rapidly increased and then decreased at a critical wavelength because of destructive interference. The wavelength corresponding to the reflectance minimum increased after an increase in $TiO_2$ film thickness. The smooth surface morphology of the AlTiO thin film was retained up to a film thickness of 65 nm, and the transmittance of the film was inversely proportional to film thickness, in accordance with the general tendency for optical films. The reflectance of the AlTiO film at visible light wavelengths was lower than that of the $TiO_2$ film, which implies that the AlTiO film is suitable for applications as an optical thin film layer in semitransparent solar cells.

          컨테이너 위치 추적에 활용되는 GPS/GLONASS 안테나 설계 및 성능 검증

          최근에는 미국에서 개발 및 관리하는 위성항법시스템과(GPS)와 러시아에서 운용하는 위성항법시스템(GLONASS)을 함께 수신하여 컨테이너 보안 장치에 활용함으로서 물류 효율성을 향상시키기 위한 방안이 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 컨테이너화물 안전수송에 사용되는 컨테이너 위치 수신 안테나를 설계 및 제작하여 그 성능을 검증하였다. 제작된 안테나는 물류시스템에 운영할 수 있도록 물류 환경에 맞춰 광대역 원편파 특성과 GPS/GLONASS 듀얼 주파수 지원 가능하도록 성능을 최적화 하였다. 정재파비(VSWR) 2:1에서 대역폭은 26.1MHz이며 GPS(1575.42MHz)와 GLONASS(1602MHz)의 반사손실은 -9.54dB로 나왔다. 개발 완료한 안테나는 실제 한국간 러시아 물류 환경에 적용함으로써 GPS/GLONASS 신호가 국가 간 이동에도 정상적으로 수신됨을 시범 운영 테스트를 통해 성능 검증을 확인 하였다. In recent years, Container Security Device(CSD) using GPS & GLONASS to improve logistics efficiency are being extensively researched. The purpose of this paper is to examine the performance development antenna usable cargo container security transport. Antenna developed by study were optimized to match logistics environment apply to GPS/GLONASS dual frequency for monitering system. The measure of antenna have confirmation about frequency characteristics each 1575.42MHz, 1602MHz and VSWR is 2:1 measured in return loss -9.54dB. Reliability of this antenna has been verified about GPS/GLONASS through test-operation between the south korea and Russia.

          상세불명의 약물 및 약제에 의한 전신피부발진 치험 1례

          Objectives : This study describes the clinical study of one drug eruption patient caused by unknown drugs treated with Korean medicine and acupuncture. Methods : We studied the case of 48-year-old woman. For treatment, herbal-medicine and acupuncture were applied. The patient was treated with Yongdamsagantang and Danggwieumja, acupuncture at Hapgok(L14), Taechung(LR03), Gokji(LI11). Hyeolhae(SP10), Joksamni(ST36), Sameumgyo(SP6), moxa at Gwanwon(CV4). Results : After treatment, the symptoms of urticaria, rash, itching, dryness, scale, burning sensation and the feeling a chill were disappeared. Conclusions : This study suggests that Korean medicine and acupuncture treatments show effective on drug eruption caused by unknown drugs.

          산화반응으로 형성된 구리산화물 박막의 표면형상 및 투과율 특성에 관한 연구

          This work reports the surface morphology and transmittance of copper oxide thin films for semitransparent solar cell applications. We prepared the oxide specimens by subjecting copper thin films to an oxidation reaction at annealing temperatures ranging between $100^{\circ}C$ and $300^{\circ}C$. The color of the as-deposited specimen was red, but changed to purple at the annealing temperature of $300^{\circ}C$. The surface morphology and transmittance of the specimens were significantly dependent on the annealing temperature and thickness of the copper films. Copper oxide nanoparticles prepared from a 20-nm-thick copper film at an annealing temperature of $300^{\circ}C$ provided a maximum transmittance of 93%. The obtained optical characteristics and surface morphology suggest that copper oxide thin films prepared by an oxidation reaction can be potentially employed as color- and transmittance-adjusting layer in semitransparent thin solar cells.

          SK-MEL-2 세포에서 청호(靑蒿) 추출물의 Melanin 생성, Tyrosinase 활성과 생성, MMP-1 및 MMP-9 생성 억제 효과

          Objectives: Artemisiae Annuae Herba is the dried aerial part of Artemisia annua L. (AAL). In Oriental medicine, Artemisiae Annuae Herba (AAH) is traditionally used to treat fever. AAH clears summerheat or damp-Heat, clears deficiency fevers, cools the blood and stops bleeding, stops malarial disorders and relieves heat, clears liver heat and brightens the eyes. Recently, there were many studies about effects of AAH on anti-oxidative, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, hair growth and plasma lipid composition. So, we expected AAH has an availability that can effect on skin whitening and elasticity. Methods: The present study was designed to investigate the effects of AAH on skin whitening and elasticity in SK-MEL-2 cells. In this experiment, the effects of AAH on proliferation rates, melanin synthesis, tyrosinase activities and production levels of tyrosinase, MMP-1 and MMP-9 in vitro were examined. Results: AAH did not affect viability of SK-MEL-2 cells and inhibited melanin synthesis induced by ${\alpha}$-Melanocyte-stimulating hormone (${\alpha}$-MSH) significantly. In addition, AAH also inhibited tyrosinase activity and lowered tyrosinase level in SK-MEL-2 cells. Finally, AAH inhibited productions of Matrix metalloproteinase-1 (MMP-1) and Matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9). Conclusions: These data suggest that AAH can be used to treat patients with skin diseases such as freckled face and also used as skin whitening agent.

          컨테이너 보안 장치(ConTracer)에 활용되는 2.45GHz 안테나에 대한 성능 검증

          본 논문에서는 컨테이너화물 안전수송에 사용되는 ConTracer장치에 활용할 2.45GHz 및 GPS 통합 안테나 보드를 설계 및 검증하고자 한다. 설계된 통합 안테나 보드는 컨테이너 도어에 적용하고자 컨테이너 도어에 해당되는 모형 모델링하여 철재물에 대한 RF 영향에 대해 시뮬레이션 하여 그 결과를 반영하여 2.45GHz 안테나와 GPS 안테나를 설계하였다. 본 논문에서는 컨테이너 도어 부분만 모델링하여 컨테이너 환경에 초점을 맞춰 최적의 안테나 파라미터들의 성능이 구현될 수 있도록 2.45GHz 안테나와 세라믹 재질로 만든 GPS 안테나를 통합 보드로 제작하여 그 특성을 검증하였다. In this paper, A Design of 2.45GHz and GPS antenna Integrated Board using Container security Device(ConTracer) for container cargo transportation is proposed and experimentally evaluate. Integrated antenna board include 2.4GHz chip and Ceramic GPS antenna is also consider the impact of RF interference based on simulation for applied to steel container. After a careful comparison and analysis a part of the container door for its best performance, We conduct tests to characterize. The proposed integrated antenna board is suitable for container cargo transportation application in steel container field.

          IEEE 표준 802.15.4b 기반컨테이너 보안장치(CSD) 시스템 구현 및 검증

          CSD는 미국 국토안보부(DHS)에서 제시한 IEEE Standard 802.15.4b를 토대로 하는 컨테이너 보안 장치로 ISO 668 표준 규격으로 제작된 컨테이너에 장착되어 컨테이너 도어의 개폐여부를 감지하는 장치이다. 본 연구에서 개발한 CSD(Container Security Device)의 주 기능은 컨테이너 도어 개폐 여부 감지와 컨테이너 내부 환경 상태 및 운송 도중 컨테이너에 가해지는 충격에 대한 이력 조회이다. 본 논문에서는 글로벌 물류 패러다임 변화를 토대로 컨테이너화물 안전수송에 질적 서비스 향상을 위하여 본 연구에서 개발한 ConTracer를 활용하여 구현된 시스템을 한국 일본 간 컨테이너 물류 경로에 시범 운영 테스트를 적용하여 ConTracer의 시스템 성능 평가를 검증하는데 초점을 두었다. CSD is IEEE Stan없rd 802.15.4b based Container Security Device which is proposed by the U.S Department of Home Security. It is mounted inside the container to sense opening of the container door. ConTracer is the CSD which is developed in this research whose major features are sensing door opening status as well as history inquiring on internal environment and shock to the container by mounting the temperature/humidity/shock sensors. Moreover, its RFID frequency bandwidth uses 2.4GHz 10 correspond actively to the radio regulations used by different countries. This. paper introduces the development trend of CSD, compares the ConTracer which is developed thru this research and other company's CSD, and introduces CSD System which is designed and established using ConTracer. Finally, the implemented CSD System is verified by applying the demonstration service to container distribution between Korea and Japan.

          무선 시스템용 FBAR 듀플렉서 특성 개선 연구

          In this study, we propose characteristics improvement methods according to via hole plating method for FBAR Duplexer with bandwidth($T_x4: 1850 MHz ~ 1910 MHz, $R_x$:1930 MHz ~ 1990 MHz) which is used for wireless systems. Also, we designed and fabricated $3.8{\times}3.8{\times}1.8mm$ size microminiature FBAR Duplexer based on this proposal. First of all, in this study, we fabricated pentagon shape resonators by different size to make filter combination, and their quality factor(Q) are 687 with 6.6% of ${k_{eff}}^2$. Using this resonators, we designed $3{\times}2$ Type $T_x$ filter and $3{\times}4$ Type $R_x$ filter. The transmission line, which works as phase shifter, is designed with 210 ${\mu}m$ in width and 18 mm in length Stripline type. Inductor, which is used for matching component, is designed with width of 75 ${\mu}m$, a technically achievable minimum width. And adopted plating method of filling via hole with conductive epoxy for improved grounding and thermal conductivity. Using these configuration with all of the matching component values, we found Duplexer characteristics of -1.57 dB ~ -1.73 dB in insertion loss, -56 dB in attenuation at 1850 MHz ~ 1910 MHz of $T_x$ band. Also, found -2.71 dB ~ -3.23 dB in insertion loss, -58 dB in attenuation at 1930 MHz ~ 1990 MHz of $R_x$ band.

          언어비평, 그 가능성과 필요성

          The purpose of this paper is to bring up the necessity and possibility of linguistic criticism. To do this, this study aimed parole which is closest to one"s life. First of all, this research set the definition of linguistic criticism, and analyzed the characteristics of parole. Also, this study examined the examples of linguistic criticism that are already present. Then, this research attempted to do linguistic criticism with the vocabularies and texts used in our real society. The results are following. First, this study set the concept of linguistic criticism up as this: ‘Revealing the relationship between people, language, and life by critically reading, interpreting, then describing the speaker’s thoughts and his world’s cognition which is reflected in parole’. Second, parole has positive side as well as negative side. However, the negative side governs human life. Third, as the method of linguistic criticism, this study gives ‘rechecking the original meaning’ and ‘reading the text focused on the language’. Fourth, the need of linguistic criticism was given in three way. In other words, linguistic criticism is needed for treating the language problem in life, for expanding the area of research field in Korean linguistics, and for the Korean Language Education. Especially, linguistic criticism, in the aspect of Korean Language Education, allows students to agonize about language and to handle the language problem in their lives. From now on, to set up a theory, it is necessary to set up the clear definition of linguistic criticism and to find method for analyzation consistently.
