        경계 차감 클러스터링에 기반한 클러스터 개수 추정 화자식별

        본 논문에서는 화자식별을 위한 특징벡터의 새로운 클러스터링 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 클러스터 센터에 대한 초기값 설정과 클러스터 개수에 대한 사전 정보 없이 클러스터링이 가능하다. 각 클러스터 센터는 경계 차감 클러스터링 알고리즘으로 한 번에 한 개의 클러스터 센터가 추가됨으로써 순차적으로 구해지며, 클러스터 개수는 클러스터간의 상호관계를 조사하여 결정된다. 인공 생성 데이터 및 TIMIT 음성을 이용하여 실험한 결과로부터 제안된 방법이 기존의 방법보다 우수함을 확인하였다. In this paper we propose a new clustering algorithm that performs clustering the feature vectors for the speaker identification. Unlike typical clustering approaches, the proposed method performs the clustering without the initial guesses of locations of the cluster centers and a priori information about the number of clusters. Cluster centers are obtained incrementally by adding one cluster center at a time through the boundary subtractive clustering algorithm. The number of clusters is obtained from investigating the mutual relationship between clusters. The experimental results for artificial datum and TIMIT DB show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm as compared with the conventional methods.

      • 외치방인 청기패독산(淸肌敗毒散)의 아토피피부염 동물 병태 모델에서의 면역조절작용에 관한 연구

        In order to study the effect of CPS in the treatment of atopic dermatitis (AD), its role on various immune related cytokines were tested. Levels of liver and kidney function markers such as ALT, AST, BUN in NC/Nga mice were all normal indicating no toxicity in CPS treated group. Significant recovery from AD could be observed in CPS treated group through naked eye observation. Dermatitis index was significantly decreased after 11, 12, and 13 weeks of treatment. CD4+, CD8+, CD3+ /CD69+ immune cell ratio in DLN were decreased significantly by 37.2%, 49%, 20.8% in CPS treated group. CD4+ and CD11b+ /Gr-1+ immune cell ratio in dorsal skin were decreased significantly by 50.8% and 59.2% in CPS treated group. Expression of IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-13 and TNF-α in spleen were decreased by 78.8%, 97.8%, 64.7%, 73.6%, and 68.4%, respectively in CPS treated group. The results above strongly indicated the significant immune modulatory effect of CPS and thus clinical application of CPS on AD treatment.

      • Molecular epidemiological analysis of viscerotropic velogenic Newcastle disease viruses

        뉴캣슬병 바이러스 한국분리주의 유전자 염기서열과 아미노산 염기서열을 분석한 후 미국, 유럽, 일본, 대만과 중국 등지에서 보고된 뉴캣슬병 바이러스의 유전자와 비교분석을 실시하였다. 1949, 1982-1984, 1988-1997, 1995-2002년도에 분리된 뉴캣슬병 바이러스 한국분리주들은 각각 유전자형 Ⅲ, Ⅴ, Ⅵ, Ⅶ형에 속하는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 다섯번의 한국 뉴캣슬병 유행기에 분리된 바이러스의 유전자형이 시대순으로 차례대로 Ⅲ, Ⅴ, Ⅵ, Ⅶ형으로 교체되어 왔음을 의미한다. 계통발생학적 분석 결과, 뉴캣슬병 바이러스 한국분리주중 Ⅴ유전자형에 속하는 바이러스는 1970년대의 유럽 유행주와 관련성이 있는 반면, 1988년 이후 분리된 Ⅵ과 Ⅶ 유전자형의 바이러스는 일본, 대만, 중국과 같은 극동아시아의 뉴캣슬병 발생과 관련성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 최근에는 극동아시아 유래의 Ⅵ과 Ⅶ유전자형이 한국분리주의 주류를 이루고 있으며, 이는 극동아시아 국가들간의 축산물과 사람의 교역 및 교류의 증가 때문인 것으로 보인다. The study, using sequence analysis and phylogenetic relationship of the fusion protein gene, divided the Korean epizootic isolates of Newcastle disease virus (NDV) into several lineages to determine the molecular epidemiology of the virus. A 695 base pair fragment was amplified by polymerase chain reaction between matrix protein gene and fusion protein gene of 30 Korean NDV isolates, which were isolated from field outbreaks of Newcastle disease between 1949 and 2002. All isolates showed the amino acid sequence 112 R-R-Q/R-K-R116 at the C-terminus of the F2 protein and phenylalanine (F) at the N-terminus of the F1 protein, residue 117. These amino acid sequences were identical to a known virulent motif. The region of the F gene between nucleotides 47 and 435 was compared by phylogenetic analysis. Based on nucleotide sequence, the Korean NDV isolates belonged to genotype Ⅲ, Ⅴ, Ⅵ and Ⅶ corresponding to isolates in 1949, 1982 to 1984, 1988 to 1997, and 1995 to 2002, respectively. These data showed that genotypes of five Korean Newcastle disease epizootics had replaced each other serially (Ⅲ, Ⅴ, Ⅵ and Ⅶ) in chronological order. Further, the five Korean Newcastle disease epizootics were closely related with the Necastle disease panzootics or Newcastle disease epizootics in other countries. Present study showed that the Korean genotype Ⅴ isolated before 1984 was related with European Newcastle diseaseepizootics in the 1970s, whereas the Korean genotype Ⅵ and Ⅶ isolated after 1988 were more closely related with Far East Newcastle disease epizootics, especially Newcastle disease3 epizootics in Japan, Taiwan and China. Since 1988, the genotype Ⅵ and Ⅶ of Far East origin were dominant in South Korea. That might be due to the increased trade of agricultural roducts including poultry among Far East Asian countries.

      • 기획특집 : 중국 H7N9 AI 인체감염 현황

        2013년 3월 31일 H7N9형 조류인플루엔자(AvianInfluenza; AI)에 의한 인체감염이 중국에서 세계 최초로 일어난 사실에 공식 보도되었다. 중국 중앙 TV에 따르면 중국국가위생위원회가 H7N9형 AI 감염자가 상하이시와 안후이성에서 발생한 사실을 공식 발표하였던 것이다. 돌이켜보면중국 정부가 공식적으로 발표한 이 시점은 환자발생이 극기(peak)였던 시점이었고, 이후 점차 발생이 감소하여 5월 21일 마지막 발생 보고 이후 소강상태를 보이고 있는 상황이다. H7N9형 AI 발생이 이대로 종식될지 아니면 다시 한 번발생이 증가하여 세계 보건당국을 긴장시키게 될지는 예측하기 어렵지만, 본고에서는 우리나라 국민들이 정확한 정보와 지식에 근거를 둔 안전한 식품소비를 할 수 있도록 질병의 특성, 중국의 H7N9형 AI 발생상황 및 바이러스 특성 등을 소개하고 우리나라의 AI 검색과 통제 정책 등을 소개하고자 한다.

        선천성 폐기종의 산전초음파

        A 33-year-old woman at 23+2 weeks of gestational age was referred for consultation due to the findings of a cyst in the right lung of the fetus. Prenatal ultrasound showed a 3 cm-sized hypoechogenic cyst, suggesting congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation. As the cyst grew and compressed the heart, serial cyst aspirations were performed. The cyst was proved to be congenital lobar emphysema on postnatal histopathologic exam. No other anomaly was found. Only few cases of congenital lobar emphysema (CLE) have been reported up to date and the prenatal diagnosis is extremely rare. Typically, fetal sonographic features of CLE have a bright echogenic lung and, to date, only 3 cases have been reported to have a cystic lesion. We report a case of a fetus with a cystic lung abnormality and postnatally proved congenital lobar emphysema.

        加味淸肌散(가미청기산)이 항산화와 염증성 사이토카인에 미치는 영향

        Gami-Chunggisan extract (GCE) is one of the oriental traditional medicine. We investigated the antioxidant effect and reduction of pro-inflammatory cytokine as a functional ingredient for cosmetic products from the GCE. Methods : GCE was prepared by extracting with 80% ethanol. We analyzed total polyphenol and antioxidant activities. To evaluate antioxidant activity, we measured 2,2``-azinobis-(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) (ABTS) and 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl-hydrazyl (DPPH) free radical scavenging assay. Also we measured the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and nitric oxide (NO) on Raw264.7 cells. We researched reduction of anti-inflammatory cytokines from concentration of GCE on Raw264.7 cells. Results : Total polyphenol quantity of GCE was included 46.6 ㎎/g. The GCE showed ABTS free radical scavenging ability with more than 89% at 1000 ㎍/㎖. In addition the DPPH free radical scavenging ability from the GCE was activated over 93% at 1000 ㎍/㎖. Production of the ROS was decreased by approximately 26%, upon the GCE treatment at concentration of 100 ㎍/㎖. The GCE at 100 ㎍/㎖ concentration showed inhibitory effect on NO production by 38%. Production of IL-1β and IL-6 were decreased by approximately 56% and 36%, respectively upon GCE treatment at 100 ㎍/㎖. Also, production of TNF-α was decreased by approximately 79% at 100 ㎍/㎖. Moreover, the GCE showed inhibitory effects on the expression of the IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α genes in LPS-induced Raw 264.7 cells. Conclusions : From the results above, we conclude that the GCE indicated significant antioxidant effects and induced reduction of pro-inflammatory cytokine.

Then John Galliano"s fashion show Make-up has postmodern trend by reconstruction with innovation.<BR>  Especially John Galliano"s fashion show Make-up by the 2000"s applied combination and transformation of ethnic specific, grotesque, collage.<BR>  It expresses the designer"s inside world and the ego to outside form and fashion show is play as performance, spread true world of free with sympathy.<BR>  Modern Make-up is recognized as living art that move man"s mind.<BR>  This study can understand psychology of today"s man and Make-up trend be reflected in it. Then it can be forecast the direction of Make-up hereafter.
