        우리나라 노인들을 대상으로 한 일상생활에서의 인간공학적 불편성 조사 연구

        This paper reports the results on age and gender of Korean elderly people for the level of difficulty in performing household tasks (meal preparation, grocery shopping, house cleaning, laundry), personal tasks (dressing, bathing, grooming), transfer tasks (getting in and out of chairs, getting in and out of bath-tub, using stairs) and management tasks (using telephone, accessing mail, operating door locks). A questionnaire based on the Activities of Daily Living (ADL) scale was constructed and administered to 40 Korean elderly subjects aged from 65 to 84(mean age: 74.5, SD: 5.8) in Busan. Additionally, a logistic regression was performed with age (continuous variable) and gender as predictor variables, and reponses to individual questions as the categorical ordinal response variables. To determine appropriate age separation at which difficulty levels in performing activities of daily living change, a discriminant analysis was performed on the responses. All predictor variables were used in the analysis. Accommodating age related changes in functional abilities, and increasing functional independence of elderly people will entail significant design modifications to products, systems and environments for daily use and living.

        Tapioca주정증류 폐기물에서 Aspergillus niger 균주의 구연산 생산에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        주정공장에서 배출되는 타피오카 주정증류 폐기물을 발효기질로 하여 플라스크 진탕배양기에서 A. niger균주를 이용하여 폐기물 처리 및 구연산을 생산하는 실험에서 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. A. niger ATCC 9142균주를 사용하여 배양온도를 $25^{\circ}C\;30^{\circ}C 및 $35^{\circ}C$로 변화하여 발효하였을 때 구연산 농도는 $30^{\circ}C$에서 6.09g/1로 최대가 되었으며, 플라스크 진탕배양기의 배양온도를 $30^{\circ}C$로 유지하면서 초기 pH를 조절하여 발효를 행한 결과, pH 4.3인 원폐수에서 구연산 생성량이 6.37g/l로 가장 높았다. 질소원, 인산원 및 금속이온이 구연산 생성에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 $NH_4NO_3,\;KH_2PO_4$ 및 $Mn^{2+}$를 첨가한 결과 이들 첨가물들이 구연산 생산을 감소시켰고, methanol, ethanol, isopropanol 및 n-propanol의 첨가가 구연산 발효에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 실험에서는 methanol과 ethanol의 첨가가 구연산 생성을 촉진시켰다. Tapioca alcoholic distillery waste was utilized as dual purposes to produce citric acid and to reduce the amount of waste to be treated. Primarily an attempt was made to optimize the process conditions by Aspergillus niger in shake bath. The effects of pH, temperature, nitrogen and phosphorus sources on citric acid production were investigated. Maximum concentration of citric acid was made at temperature of $30^{\circ}C$ and pH of 4.3, while maximum cell dry weight was obtained at $35^{\circ}C$. The addition of methanol or ethanol to culture medium promoted citric acid production remarkably, but the addition of $NH_4NO_3,\;KH_2PO_4$ and Manganese as mineral source decreased the acid production.

      • Clinical Course and Risk Factors of Relapse in Biopsy-proven Cryptogenic Organizing Pneumonia

        Background: Cryptogenic organizing pneumonia (COP) is an idiopathic form of diffuse interstitial lung disease, which primarily affects the respiratory bronchiole and alveolar wall. Treatment response is good with steroids, but the relapse is common in COP. We investigated the long-term clinical course of COP and risk factors of the relapse in COP. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed 90 patients, who were confirmed organizing pneumonia by lung biopsy in Seoul National University Bundang Hospital, between March, 2003 and January, 2018. After excluding secondary organizing pneumonia, 78 patients with COP were analyzed. Results: Of the 78 patients, 24 (30.7%) patients relapsed during the mean follow-up duration of 46.40±6.23 months. For whom relapsed, ten patients had a relapse more than once. The mean time to the first relapse was 10.48±7.04 months. All patients treated with steroids except one patient who improved spontaneously without treatment. The duration of steroids treatment was 5.93±0.68 months in the non-relapse group and 5.97±0.77 months in the relapse group (p=0.779). The relapse group had a tendency to show the higher body mass index (23.25±0.48 vs. 24.70±0.56, p=0.042) and the higher percentage of lymphocyte counts in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (33.61±3.92 vs. 46.55±6.43, p=0.092). However, it was not statistically significant after the multivariate analysis. Conclusion: Relapse rate of COP was 30.7%. We could not find clinical factors to predict the relapse in COP. Future study is required to identify the risk factors of relapse in COP.

        원자력 발전소 주제어실 인터페이스 설계를 위한 인적오류 분석 기법의 보완

        This study describes a modification of the technique for human error analysis in nuclear power plants (NPPs) which adopts advanced Man-Machine Interface (MMI) features based on computerized working environment, such as LCOs. Flat Panels. Large Wall Board, and computerized procedures. Firstly, the state of the art on human error analysis methods and efforts were briefly reviewed. Human error analysis method applied to NPP design has been THERP and ASEP mainly utilizing Swain's HRA handbook, which has not been facilitated enough to put the varied characteristics of MMI into HRA process. The basic concepts on human errors and the system safety approach were revisited, and adopted the process of FMEA with the new definition of Error Segment (ESJ. A modified human error analysis process was suggested. Then, the suggested method was applied to the failure of manual pump actuation through LCD touch screen in loss of feed water event in order to verify the applicability of the proposed method in practices. The example showed that the method become more facilitated to consider the concerns of the introduction of advanced MMI devices, and to integrate human error analysis process not only into HRA/PRA but also into the MMI and interface design. Finally, the possible extensions and further efforts required to obtain the applicability of the suggested method were discussed.

        연속체 이론을 기반으로 한 나노 허니콤 구조물의 탄성 거동 예측

        나노 크기의 허니콤 구조물은 거시적 크기의 허니콤 구조물에 비해 보다 높은 부피 대비 표면적 비율을 구현하여 전기적, 화학적인 촉매로써 기능성을 극대화할 수 있다. 나노 크기의 구조물은 거시적 크기의 구조물과 다른 기계적 거동양상을 보이며 이는 표면효과에 기인한다. 이러한 표면효과는 원자 수준 전산모사(atomistic simulation)를 통해 규명할 수 있으나 나노 허니콤 구조물의 거동을 예측하는 것은 현실적으로 과도한 전산자원 및 계산시간으로 인해 불가능한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 표면응력 탄성모델을 적용한 브리징방법을 균질화기법과 연계하여 나노 크기의 허니콤 구조물의 기계적 거동을 효율적으로 예측하였다. The nano-size hoenycomb structures have the higher ratio of the surface to the volume than macro-size honeycomb structures, and they can maximize the functionality of the electrical and chemical catalyst. The mechanical behaviors of the nano-sized structures are different from ones of the macro-size structure, and it is caused by the surface effect. This surface effect can be investigated by the atomistic simulation; however, the prediction of mechanical behaviors of the nano-sized honeycombs are practically impossible due to excessive computational resources and computation time. In this paper, by combining the bridging method considering the surface stress elasticity model with homogenization method, the mechanical behaviors of the nano-sized honeycombs are predicted efficiently.

        정보공개 환경에서 개인정보 보호와 노출 위험의 측정에 대한 통계적 방법

        Recently, along with emergence of big data, there are incresing demands for releasing information and micro data for public use so that protecting privacy and measuring risk of disclosure for released database become important issues in goverment and business sector as well as academic community. This paper reviews statistical methods for protecting privacy and measuring risk of disclosure when micro data or data analysis sever is released for public use. 최근 빅데이터의 등장과 정보 공개에 대한 급격한 수요 증가에 따라 자료를 일반에게 공개할 때 개인 정보를 보호해야 하는 필요성이 어느 때보다 절실하다. 본 논문에서는 마이크로 자료와 통계분석 서버를 중심으로 현재까지 제시된 개인정보 노출제한를 위한 통계적 방법, 정보 노출의 개념, 노출 위험을 측정하는 기준들을 개괄적으로 소개한다.
