Recently, multiple metropolitan counties and local authorities have been actively working on improving their local existence with various methods and strategies. Such change cannot be observed when local authorities were chosen by the government. Also, the public administration has recently emphasized important factors of public design which seeks better lifestyle and outward beauty from quantitative growth and policy of strongly considering outward form due to the compressive modernization. Public design intends to complete aesthetic factor and improve the quality of life as the efficiency as the value of public administration. The purpose of this study is to discuss how public school has been evolved as public space and how to create local user-centered interaction. The study retrieve the communication which the essential publicness in the school public design and the self-management which is the original value in terms of sociology. The method in which the characters of the public design of the publicness have been changed will be concentrated on in public area. In addition, the study has been focused on the efforts of the reflection of the development in public design are the challenges for the aim of the design of the publicness.
학교시설물의 친환경을 위한 건축계획 방향과 단계별 적용 제안 연구

Architectural design for school can be completed well when the environment-friendly elements are satisfied. In other words, the environment-freindly element could be most important idea for school planning, and one should have this direction for each element as a design goal. In this study, I defined the "environment-friendly" as the environment for nature and human. I examined what could satisfy those and would be its principles. I set up the criteria to satisfy each priciple. Most important factor to keep the relation between nature and human would be reducing carbon dioxide emissions, and a green belt would absorb it. Therefore, I think that there would be effective possibility when suitable conditions are applied in phases. Every school can have comfort as environment-friendly facility, at the same time, contribute to nature. Also, students can learn and study nature, and perform a duty as human.
영상의 위치 정보를 위한 임베디드 지오코딩 시스템 구현

Geo-coding refers to the process of associating data with location information, and the system deals with geographic identifiers expressed as latitude and longitude or street addresses. Although many services have been launched, there still remains a problem for users to create geo-coded photo with manually labeling GPS(Global Positioning System) coordinate or synchronizing with separate devices. In this paper, we design and implement a geo-coding system which utilizes the time and location information embedded in digital photographs in order to automatically categorize a personal photo collection. An included GPS receiver labels a photograph with its corresponding GPS coordinates, and the position of the camera is automatically recorded into the photo image header at the moment of capture. The place and time where the photo was taken allows us to provide context metadata on the management and retrieval of information.
질소(窒素) 시용량(施用量)이 호프(Humulus lupulus L.)의 수량(收量) 및 품질(品質)에 미치는 영향(影響)

A field experiment was conducted to find out the effect level of nitrogen fertilization on the yield and quality of hop (Hallertau variety) emphasis given to ${\alpha}$-acid content. Nitrogen was applied by the rates of 0, 12, 18, 24, 30 and 36kg per 10a. Results were summarized as follows. 1. Stages of cone-hair developing and coneripening were delayed with increment of nitrogen applied. Number of nodes and length of vine increased with nitrogen applid by up to 24kg N/10a. 2. Yield was the highest in the 24kg N/10a plot and cone weight had high significant correlations with yield without regard to the years of growth. No.of flower per side blanch and weight of 100 cones had a significant correlation with yield in the four-year old and five-year old Hop plants. 3. Nutrient content in Hop plants was in the order of CaO, total nitrogen, $K_2O$, MgO and $P_2O_5$. Content of total nitrogen, CaO and MgO was high in leaves while that of $P_2O_5$ and $K_2O$ was high in cone. Nitrogen, phosphorus and magnesium increased with increment of nitrogen fetilized while potassium and calcium decreased. 4. As for the distribution of nutrients in cone developing stage $SiO_2$ content was higher in lower part than in the upper part while $P_2O_5$ contetn was higher in upper part than in lower part of the plant. And content of nitrogen and potassium was higher in middle height than in upper and lower part. 5. The optimum levels of nitrogen application were 19.3kg for 2 years, 24.3kg for 3-year, 27.9kg for 4 years and 31.8kg/10a for 5-year old Hop, respectively. 6. Nitrogen uptake in cone showed a positive correlation with the content of ${\alpha}$-acid and ${\beta}$-acid in cone. 호프에 대한 재배년수별 질소시용량(窒素施用量)을 밝히고 품질(品質)을 구명(究明)하고자, Hallertau 품종(品種)을 공시(供試)하여 질소(窒素)를 성분량(成分量)으로 각각(各各) 0, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36kg/10a을 처리(處理)하여 재배(栽培)한바, 그 결과(結果)를 요약(要約)하면 다음과 같다. 1. 호프의 모화기(毛花期), 구화형성기(毬花形成期), 구화성숙기(逑花成熟期)는 질소시용량(窒素施用量)이 많을수록 다소 지연(遲延)되는 양상(樣相)을 보였고, 마디수와 만장(蔓長)은 질소(窒素) 24㎏/10a 까지는 길어지고 그 이상(以上)의 수준(水準)에서는 감소(減少)하는 경향(傾向)이였다. 2. 수량(收量)은 질소(窒素) 24kg/10a에서 가장 증수(增收) (1,023kg/10a)되었으며, 주당구화수(株當毬花數) 및 구화중(毬花重)은 년생(年生)에 관계없이 수량(收量)과 유의성(有意性)을 보였고, 착화측지당(着花側枝當) 구화수(毬花數)및 100구화중(毬花重)은 4년생(年生)과 5년생(年生)에서 수량(收量)과 유의한 정(正)의 상관(相關)을 보였다. 3. 식물체(植物體)의 양분함유율(養分含有率)은 CaO, T-N, $K_2O$, MgO, $P_2O_5$ 순(順)으로 많이 흡수(吸收)되였고, T-N, CaO, MgO는 경엽(莖葉)에, $P_2O_5$, $K_2O$는 구화(毬花)에 많이 함유(含有)되였고, 질소시비량(窒素施肥量)이 증가(增加)함에 따라 T-N, $P_2O_5$, MgO는 증가(增加)하나 $K_2O$, CaO는 감소(減少)하는 경향(傾向)이었다. 4. 구화형성기(毬花形成期)에 부위별(部位別) 양분함량(養分含量)을 보면, $SiO_2$는 상위부(上位部)보다는 하위부(下位部)에, $P_2O_5$는 하위부(下位部)보다는 상위부(上位部)에, T-N과 $K_2O$는 상(上), 하위부(下位部)보다는 중위부(中位部)에 무기성분(無期成分) 함량(含量)이 많이 분포(分布)하는 경향(傾向)이었다. 5. 회귀곡선식(回歸曲線式)에 의한 질소(窒素) 적정시비량(適正施肥量)은 2년생(年生) 19.3, 3년생(年生) 24.3, 4년생(年生) 27.9, 5년생(年生) 31.8kg/10a이였다. 6. 구화중(毬花重) 질소흡수량(窒素吸收量)과 ${\alpha}$-acid 및 ${\beta}$-acid 함량과는 정(正)의 상관(相關)관계를 보였다.
Trend of Technologies and Standardizations for Mobile Augmented Reality

최근 스마트폰 사용자가 늘어나면서 증강현실 (Augmented Reality) 기술을 활용한 제품 소개 또는 광고 마케팅이 활발히 이뤄지고 있다. 이는 실제 환경에 가상 물체나 정보를 합성하여 원래의 실제 환경에 존재하는 사물처럼 보이게 하는 증강현실을 활용한 애플리케이션들이다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 환경에서 증강현실의 기술 요소 및 관련 표준화 동향을 살펴보고, 이미지 기반의 증강현실 기술에 대한 표준화 필요성에 대해 논의한다. Recently, by increasing the number of smartphone users, the applications for product brochure and advertising service using a technology of augmented reality are also taking place exponentially. The term, augmented reality, is an application of providing composite view with real world and virtual world, and synthesizing the information to make it look-like things that exist in the actual environments of the original real world. In this paper, we present the trends of core technologies and the standardization related on augmented reality in the mobile environment, and discuss the necessary of standards related to image-based augmented reality.

We present flexible thin-film GaAs solar cells fabricated on thermoplastic substrates by a low-pressure cold-welding and epitaxial lift-off process. The use of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film as a flexible substrate enables cold welding (130 ℃) of gold layers between a thin-film GaAs solar cell and PET film with very low mechanical pressure (0.4 MPa), due to their thermoplastic properties. The feasibility of the proposed technique was demonstrated by fabricating GaAs single junction solar cells (without antireflection coating) on PET film, having an efficiency of 13.2%. The fabricated solar cell also showed a stable performance after 2000 cycles of bending.

Object detection plays a critical role in the field of computer vision, and various researches have rapidly increased along with applying convolutional neural network and its modified structures since 2012. There are representative object detection algorithms, which are convolutional neural networks and YOLO. This paper presents two representative algorithm series, based on CNN and YOLO which solves the problem of CNN bounding box. We compare the performance of algorithm series in terms of accuracy, speed and cost. Compared with the latest advanced solution, YOLO v3 achieves a good trade-off between speed and accuracy.
