        서울지역 대기오염이 호흡기계질환에 미치는 단기영향에 관한 환자교차연구

        Objectives : To evaluate the hypothesis that air pollution could increase emergency room visits for respiratory diseases, and if so, to quantify the strength of association between those. Methods : We compiled daily records of hospital emergency room visits for respiratory diseases in Seoul, from November 1. 1955 to October 31. 1996, by using medical utilization data of unscheduled visits. In addition, air quality and weather data for the same period was collected. And a case-crossover design was applied by adopting conditional logistic regression analysis to determine the relationship between air pollutants and emergency room visits for respiratory diseases. In particular, the control periods were chosen by a bidirectional paired matching technique 7, 14, and 21 days before and after the case periods. Results : Only ozone was associated with the increased number of emergency room visits for respiratory diseases. The relative risk according to a 30ppb increase of ozone concentration (24hr mean, lagged 1day) was 1.91(95% confidence interval = 1.78-2.05). Conclusion : There was a statistically significant association between the ambient ozone and daily emergency room visits for respiratory diseases.

        의복구성학 분야의 연구동향 분석 - 2010~2021년 까지 국내학술지를 중심으로 -

        This study aims to present the direction of research for rational clothing design and production and improve the productivity of the fashion industry by analyzing the most recent 11 years (from 2010 to 2021) with regard to the clothing construction field. Analyzing the research trends in the field of clothing construction, which is deeply related to clothing production, will suggest the direction of research for clothing design and production. To analyze the current status of research in the field of clothing construction, research trends were analyzed, focusing on 525 research journal articles from six Korean clothing-related journals with terms related to torso and upper and lower limbs. The analysis results of this study are as follows. First, the rapid development of IT technology requires changes and innovations in all processes of clothing construction, including body shape analysis and pattern design. Therefore, it is believed that both body shape and pattern research should be continuously conducted to produce clothes with an excellent silhouette and fit depending on the body shape through studies, such as developing 3D patterns and converting 3D body figures into 2D patterns, among others. Second, since body shape studies are concentrated on young, middle-aged, and the elderly, it is believed that various body shape studies should be conducted on infants and elementary, middle, and high school students who have significant changes in body shape due to changes in the living environment. Third, if the content of pattern research is expanded to various items and is widely conducted, it will contribute to the production of clothing that has an excellent fit. Fourth, at a time when aging in society is accelerating, it is believed that research on patterns and clothing systems that can increase the fit of clothing by analyzing the body types of elderly male and female consumers should be actively conducted. Because the analysis was conducted only among six Korean academic journals, there is a limitation in the expanded interpretation of the results derived from this study.

        TAALES 프로그램을 활용하여 한국 대학생이 작성한 에세이에 나타난 어휘의 정교화 특성 비교

        본 연구는 자동화된 어휘 분석 프로그램인 TAALES를 활용하여 영어능력 수준과 어휘의 정교화 지표간의 관계를 살펴본다. 본 연구에서는 ICNALE 코퍼스에 포함된 한국인 대학생이 작성한 에세이 600개를 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 영어 수준별로 어휘의 정교화 특성이 통계적으로 유의미하게 다르게 나타나는가를 살펴보기 위해 다변량 분산분석이 수행되었다. 다변량 분산분석 결과 어휘의 정교화 지표가 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났으며, 이는 상. 중. 하의 세 개의 집단에 따라 어휘의 정교화 지표의 평균벡터에 유의미한 차이가 있고 상. 중. 하의 세 집단은 어휘의 정교화 지표의 사용이 유의미하게 다르다는 것을 보여준다. 세 집단 간에 가장 큰 차이를 보인 어휘의 정교화 지표는 내용어의 빈도, 내용어의 친숙도, 기능어의 어휘 결정 반응 평균 시간, 상위어 동사, 기능어의 워드 네이밍 반응시간, 내용어의 어휘 습득 연령으로 나타났다. This study investigates the relationship between lexical sophistication features and English proficiency for Korean college students. Essays from the ICNALE(International Corpus Network of Asian Learners of English) corpus were analyzed, using TAALES program. In order to examine whether or not there are statistically significant differences in lexical sophistication features across three groups, MANOVA was conducted. Results showed that the lexical sophistication features were significantly affected by English proficiency level. Essays written by Korean students with different English proficiency levels can be differentiated in terms of various lexical sophistication features including content words frequency, content words familiarity, lexical decision mean reaction time function words, hypernymy verbs, word naming response time function words, age of acquisition content words.

        PCR 기법을 이용한 Mycoplasma gallisepticum의 검출

        A species-specific 760 base pair(bp) BamHI to EcoRI DNA fragment(fMG-2) of lipoprotein gene was isolated from a Mycoplasma gallisepticum(M gallisepticum) genomic library. Based on the DNA sequence data of fMG-2, a pair of 25bp primers was synthesized. When used in the polymerase chain reaction(PCR), 732bp DNA products were amplified from 6 standard strains and 10 field isolates of M gallisepticum, but not from 2 Mycoplasma synoviae and 7 other Mycoplasma species. The lower detection limit was 100fg of the genomic DNA. Identity of the PCR products was confirmed by comparison of patterns of restriction endonuclease analysis with AseI, DraI, EcoRV and SspI.

        토마토 대목품종의 풋마름병 저항성과 접목 적합성

        Six commercial rootstock varieties were tested for resistance to bacterial wilt (Ralstonia solanacearum) by dipping the roots of seedlings in the bacterial suspension at seedling stage. 'Shincheonggang' and 'B-Blocking' ranked top and second in resistance to bacterial wilt, respectively. For disease index of the grafted plants, 'Dotaerang' grafted onto 'Shincheonggang' was the least, followed by 'Ultra', 'Fighting', 'B-Blocking', 'Special', and 'Connection' grafts. Thus, disease development on the grafted plants was correlated with resistance of rootstocks. The effect of rootstocks on horticultural characteristics including days to flower of scion was minimum or negligible. In correlation between horticultural characteristics of rootstocks and scions grafted thereon, statistically significant negative correlation was observed in days to flower and fruit height but no significant correlation was observed in yield per plant, fruit diameter and soluble solid content in the fruits. Thus, selection of resistant rootstock varieties that support the growth and yield of scion well is necessary for effective control of the disease and yield increase. 시중에 판매되는 대목품종 6종에 대하여 유묘의 뿌리를 병원세균 현탁액에 침지하는 방법으로 접종하여 풋마름병에 대한 저항성을 검정한 결과 저항성에서 '신청강'이 최고이고 'B-블로킹'이 다음이었다. 이들 6종 대목 품종에 '도태랑'을 접목한 묘를 대목에서와 같은 방법으로 풋마름병균을 접종하여 비닐하우스와 노지 포장에 재배하여 풋마름병 발생을 조사하였다. 결과 대목 검정에서와 같이 접목 식물에서도 '신청강' 접목 식물에서 풋마름병 발생이 가장 적었으며, '울트라', '파이팅', 'B블로킹', '스페셜', '커넥션' 접목묘의 순으로 낮은 발병도를 보였다. 접목묘의 발병도는 대목의 발병도, 즉 저항성과 대체로 일치하였다. 무접종 접목묘를 정상적 조건에서 재배하여 대목별 수량 반응을 조사한 결과 접수 토마토의 개화일수와 수량, 그리고 과실의 크기와 당도에 미치는 대목의 영향은 미미하거나 차이가 없었다. 접목묘와 함께 대목품종을 재배하여 대목의 개화일수 등 원예적 형질과 접수 식물의 당해 원예적 형질간의 상관을 분석한 결과 개화일수와 과고에서만 유의의한 부의 상관이 관찰되어 대목의 원예적 형질이 접수의 원예적 형질에 직접적으로 영향을 주지는 않는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 토마토 풋마름병의 효과적 방제와 수량증대를 위해서는 높은 수준의 저항성과 접수의 생육과 수량을 지원하는 능력이 우수한 품종의 선발 보급이 필요하다.

        IMM3를 이용한 사격제원계산장치 대함필터 연구

        This paper describes the tracking filter performance for Naval Gun Ballistic Computation Unit(BCU). BCU needs tracing filter for gun firing. Using data of tracking sensor, BCU calculates the future position of Target and Gun order in the time of flight. In this paper, tracing filter is designed with interacting multiple model(IMM). The tracking algorithm based on the IMM requirers a considerable number of sub-model for the various maneuvering target in order to have a good performance. But, in the case of ship target, the maneuvering is restricted compared with the air target. Considering the maneuvering properties and adjusting the mode transition probabilities and the process noise of sub-model, We designed the IMM3 algorithm for Naval tracking filter with three sub-model.

        There are several approaches to calculate a sample size for bioequivalence test. Among these approaches, sample sizes determination based on Schuirmann's two one-sided tests procedures has been used most popularly in case of 2${\times}$2 bioequivalence study. Here we proposed simple sample size table for conventional 2${\times}$2 bioequivalence test based on Schuirmann's two one-sided tests in accordance with Korean Guidelines for Bioequivalence Test. This table will allow researchers with a little statistical background to calculate the sample size for bioequivalence with easy process.

        닭 분변유래 Enterococcus spp. 및 Staphylococcus aureus의 항생제 내성패턴

        This study was carried out to investigate the antibiotic resistance pattern of Enterococcus spp. and Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) isolated from chicken feces. All isolates showed high resistance to erythromycin (E) and tetracycline (TE). Of the 63 Enterococcus faecalis (E. faecalis) isolates, 73.0% were resistant to E and 98.4% to TE. Of the 44 Enterococcus faecium (E. faecium) isolates, 50.0% were resistant to E and 95.5% to TE. Of the 52 S. aureus isolates, 57.6% were resistant to E and 96.2% to TE. The prevalence of two and three drugs resistance pattern were 28.6% and 17.5% of E. faecalis, 40.9% and 25.0% of E. faecium and 38.5% and 23.1% of S. aureus, respectively. The multiple resistance pattern to six drugs was observed in 1 E. faecalis isolates, and five drugs resistance pattern were seen in 1 E. faecalis, 1 E. faecium and 1 S. aureus isolates. The prevalence of resistant organisms in Korea probably reflects lack of proper antibiotic policy resulting in prolonged and indiscriminate use of antimicrobial agents.

Following research it leads and it follows the duplication transmission number of time in error rate of radio link and it was thought all that controls petty the research of the mechanism which progresses is necessary.

      • 울릉분지 남동부 시추 퇴적물 내에 함유되어 있는 천부가스의 특성

        동해 울릉분지에 분포하는 천부 가스의 특성을 파악하기 위해서 분지 남동부 해역에서 채취한 시추 코아 (98EEZ-3)에서 가스를 포집하여 탄화수소 가스의 함량, 성분 및 탄소 동위원소 분석을 실시하였다. 또한 가스의 함량과 시추 코아 퇴적물의 연관성 및 특성을 파악하기 위해서 시추 퇴적물에 대해서 유기 지화학 분석을 실시하였다 시추 코아에서 포집된 천부가스 중 탄화수소 가스의 함량은 755.3 ppm에서 6176.7 ppm을 나타났다. 탄화수소 가스로는 메탄의 함량이 가장 우세해서 $697.9{\~}6054.4 ppm$을 포함하였고 메탄 외의 탄화수소 성분으로는 에탄, 프로판, 부탄, 헥산이 소량 분석되었다. (100 ppm 이하). 퇴적물 분석 결과 총 탄소는 $1.84{\~}5.11{\%}$,유기탄소는 $0.29{\~}2.65{\%}$의 함유량을 나타냈다. 총 유기탄소와 총 질소의 비율은 분석 구간 중 일부를 제외하고는 10 이상으로 육상 기원 유기물의 유입이 우세했음을 시사한다. 포집된 총 탄화수소 가스 중 메탄의 성분비와 탄소 안정 동위원소 비를 고려하면 울릉분지 남동부에 분포하는 천부가스는 열기원 가스가 우세하고 일부는 생물기원 가스와 흔합되어 나타나는 양상을 나타낸다. 시추 퇴적물 중 유기물의 열적 성숙도는 동위원소 결과에 따른 가스의 열성숙 단계 보다 낮게 나타나서 시추구간보다 심부에서 생성된 열기원 가스가 이동하여 현재의 위치에 집적되어 있는 것으로 해석된다. Chemical and isotopic compositions of hydrocarbon gases were analyBed to characterize the properties of the shallow gases distributed in the southeastern part of the Ulleung Basin, offshore Korea. Sediments from the core were also analyzed to determine the characteristics and relationship to shallow gases. Hydrocarbon gases in the sediments consisted of methane (697.9-6054.4 ppm), ethane, propane, butane and hexane. The total carbon content of the sediments ranges from 1.84fe to $5.11{\%}$ and the total organic carbon content ranges from $0.29{\%} \;to\; 2.65{\%}$. High C/N ratio (>10) indicates that input of terrestrial organic matter was prevalent at the time of deposition. The methane content and stable isotopic data indicate that hydrocarbon gases from the sediments are identified to be thermogenic gas and mixture of both biogenic and thermal gases. Based on the Rock-Eval and carbon isotopic data, the level of thermal maturity of organic matter in the sediments $(Tmax<425^{\circ}C)$ is lower than that of gas. It suggests that thermal gases in the sediments migrated from the deeper sediments than the penetrated depth.
