Mo-Ti 합금 접착층을 통한 유연 기판 위 구리 배선의 기계적 신뢰성 향상 연구

유연 기판에 증착된 구리 박막과 구리 배선의 기계적 피로 현상에 대해 조사하고, 몰리브덴-티타늄 합금 접착 층을 이용해 피로 신뢰성을 향상시키는 연구를 진행하였다. 구리 배선의 경우 구리 박막에 비해 인장 굽힘 피로수명이 약 3배, 압축 굽힘 피로수명은 약 6배 가량 감소하는 것으로 측정되었으며, 기계적 균열 생성에 의한 파괴가 더욱 치명적으로 작용할 수 있다. 몰리브덴-티타늄 접착층이 있을 경우, 구리 배선의 피로수명이 인장과 압축 굽힘 조건 모두 향상되는 결과를 나타냈으며, 이는 접착층에 의한 계면 접착력 상승 효과와 더불어 구리층의 미끄럼 현상을 억제했기 때문으로 추측된다. Bending fatigue characteristics of Cu films and $8{\mu}m$ width Cu interconnects on flexible substrates were investigated, and fatigue reliability improvement was achieved through Mo-Ti alloy adhesion layer. Tensile bending fatigue reliability of Cu interconnects is 3 times lower than that of Cu films, and even compressive bending fatigue reliability of Cu interconnects is 6 times lower than that of Cu films. From these results, mechanical crack formation could be fatal in Cu interconnects. With Mo-Ti adhesion layer, fatigue reliability of Cu films and interconnects were enhanced due to the increase of adhesion strength and the suppression of slip induced crack initiation.

과거 10년전만해도 산업, 난방, 발전 등이 대기오염의 주된 원인이었으나 자동차의 증가로 말미암아 최근에는 자동차의 배기가스 즉 질산화물질(NOx), 일산화탄소(CO), 탄화수소(HC), 총먼지(TSP : Total Solid Particlate), 아황산가스(SO2) 등이 대기를 오염시키는 주요 물질이 되었다. 인구의 증가, 산업의 발달, 경제수준의 향상은 자동차 증가를 촉진시키는데 촉매제 역할을 해왔으며 대도시에서의 자동차에 의한 오염물질 배출량은 앞으로도 차량의 증가와 더불어 가속화할 전망이다.

This paper describes the tracking filter performance for Naval Gun Ballistic Computation Unit(BCU). BCU needs tracing filter for gun firing. Using data of tracking sensor, BCU calculates the future position of Target and Gun order in the time of flight. In this paper, tracing filter is designed with interacting multiple model(IMM). The tracking algorithm based on the IMM requirers a considerable number of sub-model for the various maneuvering target in order to have a good performance. But, in the case of ship target, the maneuvering is restricted compared with the air target. Considering the maneuvering properties and adjusting the mode transition probabilities and the process noise of sub-model, We designed the IMM3 algorithm for Naval tracking filter with three sub-model.

A computer program for personal computers, $K-BEtest^{\circledR}$, was developed to analyze bioequivalence data in accordance with Korean Guidelines for Bioequivalence Test (KGBT). This program is user-friendly, interactive, Hangul-compatible and supports $2{\times}2$ cross-over design as well as $2{\times}2$ Latin square design with various significance levels. This program is able to calculate AUC, $C_{max}$ and $T_{max}$ parameters from the blood drug concentration-time profile of individual subjects and evaluate the parameters statistically for the bioequivalence by ${\pm}20%$ rule, the F-test, the Non-centrality test and 90% confidence intervals. All procedures are supported with graphic interface, interactive menu and outputs in Korean. In this paper, two experimental data sets were analyzed by the program and detailed process was demonstrated. The $K-BEtest^{\circledR}$ program appears to be very effective for analyzing bioequivalence data and can be widely used with convenience and accuracy.
PCR 기법을 이용한 Mycoplasma gallisepticum의 검출

A species-specific 760 base pair(bp) BamHI to EcoRI DNA fragment(fMG-2) of lipoprotein gene was isolated from a Mycoplasma gallisepticum(M gallisepticum) genomic library. Based on the DNA sequence data of fMG-2, a pair of 25bp primers was synthesized. When used in the polymerase chain reaction(PCR), 732bp DNA products were amplified from 6 standard strains and 10 field isolates of M gallisepticum, but not from 2 Mycoplasma synoviae and 7 other Mycoplasma species. The lower detection limit was 100fg of the genomic DNA. Identity of the PCR products was confirmed by comparison of patterns of restriction endonuclease analysis with AseI, DraI, EcoRV and SspI.
의복구성학 분야의 연구동향 분석 - 2010~2021년 까지 국내학술지를 중심으로 -

This study aims to present the direction of research for rational clothing design and production and improve the productivity of the fashion industry by analyzing the most recent 11 years (from 2010 to 2021) with regard to the clothing construction field. Analyzing the research trends in the field of clothing construction, which is deeply related to clothing production, will suggest the direction of research for clothing design and production. To analyze the current status of research in the field of clothing construction, research trends were analyzed, focusing on 525 research journal articles from six Korean clothing-related journals with terms related to torso and upper and lower limbs. The analysis results of this study are as follows. First, the rapid development of IT technology requires changes and innovations in all processes of clothing construction, including body shape analysis and pattern design. Therefore, it is believed that both body shape and pattern research should be continuously conducted to produce clothes with an excellent silhouette and fit depending on the body shape through studies, such as developing 3D patterns and converting 3D body figures into 2D patterns, among others. Second, since body shape studies are concentrated on young, middle-aged, and the elderly, it is believed that various body shape studies should be conducted on infants and elementary, middle, and high school students who have significant changes in body shape due to changes in the living environment. Third, if the content of pattern research is expanded to various items and is widely conducted, it will contribute to the production of clothing that has an excellent fit. Fourth, at a time when aging in society is accelerating, it is believed that research on patterns and clothing systems that can increase the fit of clothing by analyzing the body types of elderly male and female consumers should be actively conducted. Because the analysis was conducted only among six Korean academic journals, there is a limitation in the expanded interpretation of the results derived from this study.
