        In this paper, the thermal buckling of thick composite angle-ply laminates subject to uniform temperature distribution is studied. For the plates of 4-edges simply supported condition and those of 4-edges clamped condition, the critical buckling temperatue is derived, using tile finite element method based on the shear deformation theory. The effects of lamination angle, layer number, laminate thickness, plate aspect ratio and boundary constraints upon the critical buckling temperature are presented.

        격벽에 의한 조분리와 내부반송을 이용한 산화구 시설의 고도처리개선에 관한 연구

        This study was performed to assess the removal efficiency on nitrogen, phosphorus and organic carbon in wastewater by spatial separation and internal recycling in a modified oxidation ditch process (modified OD). The performances of the modified OD were evaluated via laboratory-scale experiments. The process was operated at hydraulic retention times of 6-48 hours and solid retention times of 17-38 days. We found that organic carbon removal efficiency increased after the modified OD operation period. T-N removal efficiency remained stable; average T-N concentration of effluent was 8.02 mg/l after modified OD operation. In contrast, T-P concentration of effluent was over 1 mg/l. Nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiency of modified OD at HRT 12 hr were 83.1% and 74.1%, respectively. Also, maximum efficiency was found at SRTs from 20 to 30 days. T-N removal efficiency was 83.1% at a C/N ratio from 3.0 to 3.5. However, T-N removal efficiency decreased at C/N ratios over 3.5. Also, T-P removal efficiency increased with HRT at C/P ratios in the same condition. Maximum efficiency was 74.1% at a C/P ratio from 25 to 28. T-N removal efficiency was 79.2% and T-P removal efficiency was 65.3% after M4 mode operation (added to the internal recycle line connected to the anoxic reactor). The modified OD with spatial separation and internal recycling developed in this study is, therefore, believed to be an improvement for solving problems in the nutrient removal technologies.

        모드중첩기법을 이용한 CASK의 동적충격응답해석

        The cask is used to transfer the radioactive material in various fields required to withstand hypothetical accident condition such as 9m drop impact in accordance with the requirement of the domestic requlations and IAEA. So far the impact force has been obtained by the finite element method with complex computational procedure. In this study, the dynamic impact response of the cask body is analyzed using the mode superposition method, and the analysis method is proposed. The results we also validated by comparing with previous experimental results and finite element analysis results. The present method Is simpler than finite element method and can be used to predict the global impact response of cask 다양한 분야에서 방사선물질을 수송하기 위해 사용되고 있는 수송용기(cask)는 국내 원자력안전규정 및 IAEA 운반규정에서 정한 9m 자유낙하충격의 가상사고조건을 만족시켜야 된다. 현재까지 수송용기의 낙하충격력은 주로 복잡한 계산과정을 갖는 유한요소해석에 의해 수행되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 수송용기 본체의 동적충격응답에 대해 모드중첩기법을 이용하여 해석하고 그 해법방법을 제시하였다. 해석결과는 이전에 실시되었던 시험결과와 유한요소해석과 비교를 통하여 그 타당성을 입증하였다. 본 해석방법은 유한요소 해석과 비교하여 간단한 방법으로서 수송용기에 대한 대체적인 동적응답을 예측할 수 있다.

        길이방향으로 보강된 복합재료 원통쉘의 자유진동

        The analytical solutions for the free vibration of cross-ply laminated composite cyllindrical shell with axial stiffeners(stringers) are presented usint the energy method. The stiffeners are taken to be smeared over the surface of shell with the smeared stffener theory. The effect of the parameters such as the stacking sequences, the shell thichness, the shell radius-to stringer depth ratio, the stringer depth-to width ratio, the shell length-to radius ratio are studied. By comparison with the previously published experimental results and the analytical results for the stiffened isotropic cylindrical shell and the unstiffened orthotropic composite laminated cylindrical shell, it is shown that natural frequencies can be determined with adequate accuracy.

      • 궤도차량의 차체구조해석

        본 연구에서는 ANSYS와 ABAQUS 상용 유한요소 코드를 이용하여 궤도차량의 정적.동적 해석을 충격하중과 주행하중에 대해서 수행하였다. 궤도차량이 충격하중을 받을 때 최대 동적 Von Mises응력은 상판의 빔보강재와 레이스링사이에서 발생하였으며 응력수준은 390-450MPa이다. 정하중에 대한 동하중수 1.6을 고려했을 경우 동적 해석과 동적하중계수가 포함된 정하중 해석은 유사한 결과를 보이고 있다. 과도응력은 주로 레이싱링 주위에서 발생하고 있다. 주행하중의 경우 최대응력은 로드휠 유기압 현가장치 #1번에서 450MPa정도이며, 정적해석과 비선형 해석의 결과가 유사하다. In this study, static and dynamic transient analysis of tracked vehicle structure with recoil impact load is performed for transient impact and traveling load using ANSYS and ABAQUS FEM codes. When transient impact loads are applied at tracked vehicle, the maximum dynamic Von Mises stress occurs between beam stiffener of upper plate and race ring and stress level is about 390-450 MPa. The results of transient analysis shows similar level and tendency with static stress with dynamic force effect of 1.6. The excessive stresses occur around the race ring for the both cases. When the traveling loads are applied on the tracked vehicle, the maximum Tresca stress occurs around suspension #1 and is about 450 MPa and results of static and nonlinear transient analysis are quite similar.

      • 고차 전단 변형이론에 의한 복합재료 적층판의 저속 충격응답

        본 연구에서는 Kant 등이 제안한 고차판이론의 C연속변위 유한요소 모델을 사 용하여 충격자와 적층판의 저속 충격 응답에 대하여 연구하여 그 결과를 Mindlin의 판 이론에 의한 계산 결과와 비교하고, 경계 조건의 영향 및 충격자의 충격속도, 질량변 화에 대한 접촉력의 변화를 고찰하고자 한다. A $C^{0}$ continuous displacement finite element method based on a higher-order shear deformation theory is employed in the prediction of the transient response of laminated composite plates subjected to low-velocity impact. A modified contact law was applied to calculate the contact force during impact. The discrete element chosen is a nine-noded quadrilateral with 5 degree-of-freedom per node. The Wilson-.theta. time integration algorithm is used for solving the time dependent equations of the impactor and the central difference method was adopted to perform time integration of the plate. Numerical results, including the contact force history, deflection, and velocity history, are presented. Comparisons of numerical results using a higher order theory and a first-order theory show that using a higher order theory provides more accurate results. Effects of boundary condition, impact velocity, and mass of the impactors are also discussed.d.

      • 최대 열적 좌굴하중을 갖는 두꺼운 복합재료 적층판의 설계

        In this paper, the design of thick laminated composite plate subjected to thermal buckling load under uniform temperature distribution is presented. In the design procedures of composite laminated plates for maximum thermal buckling load. the finite element method based on shear deformed theory is used for the analysis or laminated plates. One-demensional search method is used to find optimal fiber orientation and, in the next step, optimal thickness is investigated. Design variables such as fiber orientation and ply thicknesses coefficient of plates are adopted. The optimal design for the symmetric or antisymmetric laminated plates consisted of 4 layers with maximum thermal buckling load is performed.

        전시탄약 재보급 할당에 관한 연구

        In this paper, with the limited range of ammunition supply point(ASP) at ammunition battalion in specific corps and light automobile battalion(LAB) directly supports its vehicle for ammunition supply, we propose optimal model to minimize transportation time and logistics cost using integer programming(IP) for efficient ammunition resupply allocation during a given operation period of front combat unit. And then, we consider ammunition treatment and supply capacity of ammunition supply point(ASP), constraint elements of transportation ability considering time and cost, ammunition storage capacity of combat unit, combat situation and unit mission to propose this model. Finally, through numerical example, we examine the applicable feasibility of proposed model.
